Mr Saddam who welcomed us made me and my sister feel like home. He was constantly checking on us and was very hospitable and proffessional.The swimming pool is amazing and clean and the water temperature warm and just perfect for the outside temperature. We will definitely come back!

Its excellent in terms of hospitality. Luxury aside, the staff both medical and hotel are extremely welcoming and ready to do the most feasible for you. Special mentions-Pranab. From availing basic necessities to special attention of the type of food and the surprising flower arrangements at the door. All this made my quarantine seem like a vacation.

We had a great time at the swimming pool and we were happy that the cook was flexible qnd prepared some lovely and fulfilling vegan dishes for us, that were not on the menu! Also, Jojie, the waitress was so nice and hospitable and remembered us, even if it was a long time since we were there last time.

Very nice staff clean

One of the most horrible and bad places I had ever visited and it was a great mistake to select such place for my small vacation during public holiday. Hidden ugly policy to pay for children starting from 2 years for their stay by 80 dhs for every child per night once you are making your check- in without declaring it before your reservation in any of common booking sites ( booking , Agoda , Tajawal ;...). No late check-out whatever your room number ( clear policy even they are not asking you about your stay how did you find it ). Once you did check-out it is not permitted to use the pool or the beach without paying extra fees. Very bad attitude and behaviour regarding most of the employees we dealt with. This was a part of my own experience with my friends for the last public holiday. Clearly , I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy his vacation.

Totally disappointed with them, my wife had a reservation in December 1st and 2nd, it was paid and confirmed, we got shocked that our reservation was canceled, money returned on her account.Whats this? I understand that frequency increase in vacations but we reserved and paid.I have no answer to such action that a penny is more important for you than a customer.

1- Late to Check-in.2- once going to my room i found Gecko in the corridor.3- uncomfortable pillows.4- AC flow comes near the balcony which making the room not cold.-the good side:1- friendly staff.2- quiet place to stay.3- beach is perfect and the pool is amazing as well.4- following the social distancing procedures.

It is a wonderful hotel with extremely cooperative and welcoming staff. Though when we went the swimming pool was out of order but they offer some great fun activities for kids and adults. The view from the room is breathtaking. The hotel is huge. The breakfast was great too. Hotel is connected to mall which have a cinema too

Family friendly hotel with an excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. The beach is clean but you are facing a construction site. Right next to the hotel is the Al Raha Mall with a good supermarket. The room service could be better. Although we were travelling with two small children they showed up every day late in the evening. So our room was cleaned just once out of 4.

Hotel is so good... room was so spacious and even the bathroom... loved it... service at the restaurant s excellent... never seen in any other hotels such a good hospitality...food was great... Enjoyed the stay...

Great hotel/resort. Several restauraunts. Several swimming pools. Shops, gym. Liquer store inside. Next to Irish pub and shopping mall.Villas, that are part of complex, are big, with big nice rooms, car garage. Great, but a bit outdated furniture and TV sets. Each villa has own piece of sea, and heated sweeming pools shared between few villas.Central hotel pool has pool bar. Pool for kids is covered with shade.Although there is salty sea water, it is not actually open sea, so it is more pleasent sweeming in the pool.Several restauraunts all have variety of food, and great taste of all.

I had a Christmas holiday with my little family and Al Raha beach hotel couldnt have been better. The stuff is extraordinary helpful, i spoke with many different stuff members and they were absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for making the cake for my son’s birthday, and being so kind with us with all our demands. We will definitely will visit Abu Dhabi and stay in Al Raha, its highly recommended!!

The best part is the sea view and that it has its private beach. Every room has its balcony.Amazing experience.

Worst experience ever. First time I have a very bad experience with a hotel before even getting to go inside. Arrived before 3 pm and had to wait 40 minutes in the queue for chek in only to be told that our booking is cancelled!!! they told us we tried calling you. We received an email saying our booking was cancelled at the check in counter. This is ridiculous. Not going there anymore. If I could give zero star I would!

My stay at Al Raha beach hotel for 14 days was excellent. The hospitality and atmosphere is beyond amazing. The food is delicious.. the staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are beautiful. Staff named Pranab from housekeeping is too good. His work is great. Beyond expectations. He makes amazing towel designs. Impeccable. He is very friendly and always there to help if anything required.Thankyou all for your wonderful hospitality and great stay.

So nice hotel swimming pool is big and clean also jacuzzi, steam, sauna room are amazing the hotel design is so beautiful restaurants is not so big but the food quality and variety is so good. There is also playing eara for the kids and slid inside the water for kids location is very good and the hotel has one exit door to directly to Al Raha Mall so you can make shopping 🛒 easily. The beach for the hotel is very short and the water has no waves at all so its save but a little bit boring.

Very good 5 star service especially dinning,room service and basement staff throughout my one month stay.I will definitely came back any time.

First of all, on arrival I faced a problem in supplying me with enough beds for my kids. We were four and there was only king size bed. In addition, the reception promised to send me a coat-bed and they didn’t send it till 12 am at night. The hotel claimed that they cannot give me the bed if I don’t pay for that. I refused to pay knowing that I declared that we are four and unfortunately the hotel administrators were stingy enough to refuse that. One of the receptionist guys lastly after a long argument about the hotel regulations he sent me the bed and the coat. After that, I asked for more blankets since it was very cold! The receptionist said literally “ we don’t have” !!!! I went to some workers and it seems that the hotel has lots but you need connections. The blankets arrived after that. To be honest, it was my worst holiday and I won’t recommend this hotel even for anyone. The service there is 0 out of 10.

They lack the basal level of hospitality. Very tough in treating the guest. The hotel has a unique policy regarding the children. only infant is free otherwise each child has an extra charge. The room has a very bad odor and we fight to change the room.Actually the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.

Family friendly resort and we booked it to enjoy the resort not for a business trip. Unfortunately will never recommend this place to anyone who wants to go for leisure.Management have ridiculous system and have to checkout exactly at 12... common.. no common sense .. breakfast till 10am then if you want to use the pool we will get only 1 hours because have to rush to room to be out at 12. This is the one and only hotel dose this in Abu Dhabi.

I can happily share that this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing peaceful quiet hotel. Spa, Pool, and Beaches are very nice. The staff are excellent and make you feel very welcome at all times. This hotel is a credit to the owners. Will return again

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but it’s a wrong choice if you want a beach vacation. People are trying their best to make guests comfortable, good food, clean rooms, friendly service. Hopefully when construction around will be over situation with water and sand could change to a better.

Very nice hotel, with the new normal all of the precautions are well taken care of. Our room is sanitized and sealed before checking in. Staff are safety conscious reminding anyone about the new house rules. The dinner is well managed by the staff ensuring proper sterile servings and distances, thanks to Erika, Donya, Marshan etc for the wonderful new dinning experience. The beach and pool and staff are also great. Also thanks to Hany and Dennis for the superb room. The whole team effort is worth to appreciate.

Was a great 2 days spent in Al Raha beach hotel.I was glad seeing my kids enjoying the activities and on beach.Rooms are quite and clean and the team was helpful all of them. You will feel the welcome really.It is very close and connected to AL Raha Mall.

Had a nice stay.. the buffet breakfast was decent.. pool and pool bar was also good.. just had some issue with the locker provided.. best thing is a direct entry to the mall...

Went there for a quick business trip, amazing facilities, great kitchen with a different cuisine every day, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, extremely clean. Good transport options at all times. Will certainly consider forna future holiday.

Amazing resort where you can spend 2 days without the need for going out.Nice kids club and outdoor playground where children can truly enjoy their time, with the option of leaving the children while you hang around.Highly recommend!

As per booking website the room should be gulf view 63 m2 but which they offer to me ( after getting full money) was 25m2 .( room 383)Once I reviewed my booking again around 10pm I noticed there is mistake , I contact the reception thats time they confused because I discovered this matter .Any way they try to satisfy me by proposing ground floor room ( I refuse) after that they propose junior suit room ( which only available as per super visior) , even it was room ( 270 ) 55m2 and the view not as per booking photo but there is no another option and I accept forced !!!.Is this justify .What is my fault to stay 50% from the time ( 3 to 11 pm) in small room , after my evedance booking link they accepted to change the room.I went there to enjoy , but never next time .Regards.07/08/2020

The best service I have ever recieved in a hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The room was large and spacious. We highly recommended this hotel.

The hotel staff at the restaurant Jojie, issam , Cyril, Evelyn and sunita were outstanding . They were Very engaging , made my experience personal, and memorable...very hard working and helpful not too mention they always gave me a seat I liked and remembered my name and room number leaving that personal hospitality touch !!! more so ever the house keeping impressed me too, since I have ocd issues and like cleanliness they exceeded my expectations for being immaculate and sanitized everything which is so important during covid. They were flexible with timings and cleaning staff were creative in how they cleaned the room leaving extra water bottles for me, paying attention to details without me asking, the way they made the bed and kept flower petals ...!! Also the chefs are outstanding , loved their cooking ...been around a lot of restaurants in Abudhabi this one at this hotel rocks and is worth the money ! The view at alraha has such a cool beach vibe would definately come here again !!! I give the staff and hotel a five star rating 🤩🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had the worst check-in experience in my entire life in this hotel. I made a reservation for Eid stay with my family through booking.com. After 1 hour of waiting in the lobby, I was told my reservation was cancelled. I even got the cancellation notification while standing in the check-in counter. We were turned down disappointed and frustrated on how on earth could a hotel simply let go someone with a prior booking. Not going there anymore and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Family friendly hotel - with facilities to keep the kids busy all day. Kids club, swimming pool, trampoline or just let them play with the sand on the beach facing a creek. Breakfast buffet is five stars and our room is huge. Adjacent to Al Raha mall that has outlet stores, supermarket, restaurants among others.

Nice hotel, had a bit of a traditional old school feel to it though and I would have preferred something a bit more modern. The food at Savilla restaurant was lovely, we went for a Valentines weekend. We got upgraded to a deluxe room and it was very pretty. The jaccuzi was too busy and we did not get the chance to relax there as there were lots of children at the indoor pool having very loud fun! Gym facilities were good and the staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful.

Good ambience, spacious room with large bathrooms, best hospitalityover all its recommended to stay with peace along with beach view.

Very nice attentive stuffCleanliness is average of the bed sheets and towels.Beach has sticky sands with Grass and sea has sight limited due to under construction villas on the other side of the beach.However I enjoyed the sun, fresh air clean sea.Buffet was great with a lot of variety.

Far from city but such a beautiful place to hang out with friends and family... Nearly 30 minutes to 1 hour drive(depend upon on traffic) from Abu Dhabi city that will feel bit lengthy and you will get bored but when you will arrive there all the other feelings other than happiness and joy will get lost... Such a beautiful place I must say visit this Hotel once

Keep and quiet place to enjoy a calm weekend. Both Abudhabi and Dubai visitors can access easily. Good behavior of staffs makes this place extra special to you.

Huge and very pleasant place. Staff is nice and helpful. Food is excellent. Easy to use hotels free bus to travel to Center or Yas island. Minus is the construction building opposite side of the hotel, not so nice few and quite noisy. Also is strange that even though we booked breakfast and dinner, we have to buy water if want to drink, its not included.

I have stayed at Al Raha Beach Hotel many times. Each stay has been different for better or for worse. Perhaps a miscommunication on our part. But, today I am astounded by the professionalism of one particular member of staff Hind who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Thank you Hind from Morocco. Overall friendly staff all around the hotel. Its clean and kept clean. Activities around the hotel are plentiful. Our room had a good view and was kept well stocked and felt very clean even after our 4 year old had her toys and towels and pillows scattered all over the room. The outside pool was nice and big. Kiddies pool had a slide and play ground inside the pool which was great fun for my daughter. However the weather wasnt playing nice so we got out the pool quickly and enquired about the indoor pool located on the basement level to which they said no kids allowed but then directed us to the 3rd floor pool which we never knew existed. This pool was a life saver it was decent size and indoors and had a hot tub attached and best of all I dont think many guests knew about it because it was virtually empty. All in all a good stay would definitely be back when the weather is a bit more pleasant!

I spent a romantic night at beach side dinner with my GF and it was her B.D.Though the beach was different than we imaged, services and cuisine are almost good.Totaly, I can recomend.May be a good memory.

Nice ambiance, well maintained with meeting rooms,ground , party hall, swimming pool, gym and spas. Beach arrangements are awesome. The view of coin building is great special in nights.

Would like to commend Edgar of reservation and Faye of reception. Both of them have made my reservation and checkin very quick and simple. The room is also exceptional and very clean, special thanks to the room service person (didn’t get his name). Having it near the mall has a great advantage, more food choices and a lulu express where you get all you need. Great pools and spa facilities, great for kids and adults alike. The Hotel is very clean and the service personnel do a great job. Very familiar. Rooms are quite big. Unfortunately we didn’t know that the pool is in maintenance the entire week so we were able to use the second pool/beach area at Al Manzil. Also we booked a room with “ocean view”. That there is a construction of houses going on in front of the hotel we were a little bit upset because nobody informed us about that.

Amazing place extremely friendly staff, and great ambience. However I was put off when I found a strand of hair in my pasta in Azzur restaurant. The staff was very apologetic and immediately did damage control. Which was good on their part and i commend them for that. Overall the experience was great.

The rooms are great, the bathrooms are the best part! our room had a jacuzzi bathtubs which was perfect! the swimming pool is nice but the beach I dont know you cant really call it a beach,! also the food was amazing and so much variety! will definitely recommend it

Excellent place to spend your time. Private beach is available. Hotel has many options with rooms, villas. Seperate swinningbpool for villa portion and sand private beach. Eating options are available inside hotel plus near by mall have some eating options. Cinema is also available inside mall. Far from city center but near to airport.

This hotel is one of my favorite local getaways. Very clean and professional and feels like home. Great staff, smiles all over the place, welcoming and will help you in any possible way to make sure you are having a great stay. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is the beach. It seems that due to the construction happening, the beachfront sand is so muddy and dangerous for kids. I believe the hotel is working on fixing this issue.

We went to the outdoor hookah lounge and loved the ambience. The large green seats were my favorite part of the whole experience. So damn comfy. The waiting staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we wanted on time. Would definitely go back again.

Gorgeous area and a very modern hotel. The rooms are grand and the food is divine. Pool and Beach are clean and safe. Lots off offers to do water activities such as Jet Skiing and Water boarding. Every night at the grand buffet their was completely different options. Alcohol is also served here

An awesome hotel, professional staff, awesome service, spacious rooms and amazing food. What makes it so special is having the huge pool and the beach. You only need to take care of beach sand and a bit more to the maintenance of room switches as we got the AC and light switch falling down.

The view is spoiled by construction. Construction can also get a bit noisy. The windows are never cleaned. I had to demand they clean it to have any sort of view.How ever Bed was super comfortable. We still had fun. Amazing pool bar. Stayed in the pool all day long. Water temp perfect even in mid summer.The food was very good.

Starting with the service from the concierge to the receptionist.. Who saw me queuing and waiting for some time to be assisted to pull me to the free counter and assisted me.. Not only helping me out but upgrading me as it was my first stay. Thank you Samir. Breakfast was amazing with a good variety of everything. Room was spacious. Nice view across the balcony with nothing but the sound of calm and birds.Only vice would be I wish they wouldnt charge the hotel guests for the squash Court and could be free. Other than that. Gym poll beach access and restaurant served delicious food.

Nice place to visit

We traveled with Apollo, and the day before returning home we found bedbugs in the bed at our room (no. 210). I counted 16 bug-bites on my arms and legs. We contacted the Apollo representative at the hotel as soon as we found the bedbugs, and we got another room for the last night. After coming home we sent a complain, including our pictures taken of the bedbugs we found, and the bites on my skin to Apollo, but they refuse to admit that bedbugs was in our room. They will not give us any compensation at all. We had a lot of extra work after coming home, to freeze our luggage etc. STAY AWAY from this hotel if you do not like bedbugs, and STAY AWAY from Apollo travel company.

Lovely, spacious rooms with fantastic service. Three pools, though none suit lap swimming, and a private beach. Walkthrough access to the mall is very convenient.

Love the place very clean n beautiful. The room is so good n big good for family so my children 🚸 was happy the swimming pool 🏊 and the sea-side are great except for the view of construction 👷. During our check-in at 5:00pm the receptionist on the left side (forgot his name) was very attentive and nice I would consider him a AAA+ rate employee. Over all very happy.

Amazing Hotel for beach holidays. Room and Hotel was very clean and modern furnished. Food taste delicious and fresh, every time. Frequently dinner specials like Sushi or Arabic. Very kind and courteous Hotel service. Hotal have great pool area with pool bar. Perfect also if you have children due to kids are where they can have a lot of fun. Only thing what we missed is a bus station in front but you can take a taxi to the city at every time.
