The rooms are not really so big and nice but the sea view is perfect also the washrooms not so good

No starts... not worth.. its pathetic looks like honted, as u enter u directly step into washroom.. bed dont ask even scared to sit on it u never know when ur going to fall.. its a worst place I have ever been.. these people are cheating by fake pics. I would not even rate 0 not worth it

Had a room at la residence. Outer look was very nice but internally 😫 the bath towel which was provided had a window in middle.

Rooms n washrooms are very small for family. Felt like getting into aircraft toilets.. air conditioning was less. No ac in common passage. For one person its good enough..

Its nice to stay or wonderful location..But there is no wifi inside the room .. thats problem..room are small ...but the staff was very well trained or polite ..

Rooms were very small, especially the Bathroom. No Wifi in Rooms. A Kitchen was mentioned while booking but all I got was Plates & Cutellery. The Entrance is not properly accessable. The good part was Spa & Beach Access . Good for Tourist & Weekend activities but A Big NO for Business Trip Stay.

Full of bugs even after housekeeping sprayed with poison numberous times. Pest control also came. No hot water in shower. Need to change carpet. Very dusty and dirty. Curtains covered in dust. A plus tho. Management and all staff were very accomadating and courteous. Helpful and fast acting. Wi fi only in lobby is not strong. No gym or beach access unless you pay the extra fee. Just tear this place down and rebuild. I do not recommend. You get what you paid for

The quietness Of the area is amazing and I like the tennis ground plus the beach facing Al Mariah island.

Rating 0/5,The Carpet was dirty, towels damaged, old furniture, very small washroom, kitchen equipments🍳 are outdated.. and when we are check-in there the receptionist (Vikrant) or no one else directed me to the room location. And Someone who was on the floor he has carelessly shown the wrong direction of the room without seeing our room number details... No WiFi in the room totally we had bad days...My 1st experience among all UAE hotelsI never go again this hotel if someone gives free invitation !!!!!VERY BAD!!!! Rating 0/5,

Value of money and only low budget residence in city centre

Good enough for one person

The rooms are dated, the staff don respect you, wifi is too slow and some times dont work, if you need something you have to wait at least 2 hours to get, no complimentary tea or coffee, its a waste of money and you cant sleep due to the noise and when you complain, managers dont care or even try to help you

Room very small, kichen very small and very poor of tools to cook, furniture old fashioned, very crowded place around and many working in progress in the close streets , wifi signal doesnt arrive strong, you have to use your mobile..
