We had a very great experience with this hotel. We booked this because it was the cheapest option and we didnt expect much but they gave us the best customer service. They even upgraded our room to Suite(we only paid for standard room). The staff were all so nice and the room was very clean. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we will defintely stay here again.

Very bad customer service . I left my Emirates Id in the reception and forgot for days. My faulth I forgot to take it after I checked in, but somehow somebody should take the responsibility or initiative to call the customer no matter what though they had all my details especially my number. The old manager (didnt able to take the name) himself is also very rude. NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY.

Budget hotel and the restaurant is good.

Good location by the Corniche, a basic room was all I needed for a short nights stay. One negative is the parking situation; there are no reserved spots for hotel guests. And it is tricky to find a spot for parking overnight as many of the spots nearby are for permit holders only. Another negative is the AC, it is an old wall unit that has no remote control. The only way to adjust it is to stand on a chair and the only adjustment is either on or off.

It was a very worst experience for me , i will never go to this hotel again ,i never experienced this much bad from any othe hotels .i booked a room on 8 th march. I reached the hotel by 11.30 nightand my eid is under process and we submit my passport copy and the id also but the duty manager over there was very bad in his behavior and i never met a bad person like this he is a treat for that hotel, he was telling it is UAE rule that they will not accecpt passport copy i dont know which rule is that. next to them went to other hotel they accomedate us with the same documents. I was about to complaint to police as he was telling me to go to police station but i dont need to make the hotel in problem because of that man. i will never recommend thishotel to any one. that much bad was his behaviour.such a kindless behaviour from a human being

Nice budget hotel located in Corniche area, you can walk down to Corniche for a nice walk, it is just 5 min away...

Overall hotel was good. But some points to mention . We were 2 pax . But only 1 towel was placed. No hand towels no bath mate.just a single towel.tea aminities nothinng was placed.had tocall again.cleanliness was very badbad . It should be more more increase in this situation where ou have GO safe certificate .

I saw someone harshly shouted at by a rude old man in reception and he said Go to hell. Poor guy. He can be treated better but chose to humiliate him in front of us who just checked in. The rooms are affordable but the service is bad. The hotel isnold but it is clean and confortable. I called the hotel before checking in and a guy was angry in the line. Tv on hotel doesnt have hdmi port where i can plug in laptop for entertainment and my ordered toiletries took long time to arrive. It looks like they are short staffed and retained employees with bad behaviours. Parking is a bit problem.

The room was beyond what I expected. There was an adjoining living room with a separate TV. Very nice place to stay for a visiting family. Everything in there was tidy, the convenience was sparkling clean. The hotel looks more beautiful inside than on the outside and if you were a first-timer like me, would be surprised at the inner aesthetics. Summarily, my stay there was more than worth it and considering the amount I paid, simply awesome.Cant wait to go back there.

Very poor reception,the man at the reception is very slow and doesnt concentrate at all.We have to stand for more than 30mins just to book a room.He keeps talking to other people,standing,going up and down,forgetting someone is in front of him.this is our second and last time to come here

Bad experience hotel staff is good but no parking in and around hotel I got fine for parking coz we dont have options to park elsewhere & no bathroom kits brush paste, only 2 bottles of water, beds were not comfortable

I booked this erroneously and I thought let’s adventure. BUT,Super rude staff, your welcome receptionist attitude will simply spoil everything. NOT RECOMMENDED

Nice authentic hotel in the center of Abu Dhabi، with nearby bus stop of 41, 55, x5&x4 that could get you to all sites of great city of Abu Dhabi.The people in the hotel friendly little tough, but very helpful and respectful over all.The rooms are very clean and will manged.

Disappointing experience. No parking by hotel. You have to park ur car in paid parking. Shocked to see a display monitor at reception showing semi naked girls pics and ads of clubs and pubs. Poor condition of doors and no complimentary tea bags in a room neither a glass to drink water. Breakfast room and quality of breakfast was nice though.

Not even one star , there is bed bugs all over the matress I couldn’t sleep the whole night , room wasn’t clean when i entered, housekeeping entered roomm without even knocking

Good place to hang out with friends. Lots of bars and hand out places inside. It had Pakistani, Bollywwod, Nepalese style Outlets. It has a Live band at the ground floor for people who wants to move and tap their feet....

My stay at the hotel was OK. But the front office need to improve their Customer satisfaction.

We were upgraded when we arrived to suites. Not sure what the normal rooms look like. Very well priced with all the facilities you need. Staff friendly as well. The nightclub can be loud if you are a very light sleeper. Would go back. Only problem is the street parking.

The location is great, service excellent. We were upgraded to a suite as soon as we reached. But the rooms are filled with bed bugs. We could not sleep a wink. They will have to do something about the problem. Moreover few beds were kept outside in the corridor as I suppose even they were infested.

Al Diar Mina Hotel is located near the down town area of Abu Dabhi. It is very affordable and perfect for tourists or business attendees. Utility supermarkets are nearby and the beach is 3 kilometers away. The hotel is smart with decent varous rooms. The shuttle from the Dubai Airport stops 5 minutes away. I highly recommend if you have a tight budget but want to live comfortably in Abu Dabhi.

Excellent location very close to the Corniche, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, small shops and bus stations. Room was spacious and clean, facilities and amenities was less than expected, the room looked better furnished in the photos than reality but was OK. Price is a bit high compared to the facilities, and amenities

The staff was very friendly. They made sure we are comfortable but a few hiccups here and there because we had a problem in the washroom and we were told that the engineering team will come but they didnt. The food wasnt exceptional but decent.

The room is clean but there is no tea or coffee The bathroom is good but there is only a small soap and the amount of shampoo is not enough for hand washing but what makes this experience the worst thing that happened to me in my life The receptionist from the philippines deals very rudely I can say he is the most rude person I met him with my life and he made me hate Abu Dhabi and not just the hotel but the security officer is a good person and respected anyway is the worst hotels I have seen

Very bad experience. Not suitable if you want rest, calm and peace. The place smells also. No fresh air comes in the room. The air conditioner kills you.

Its just a quiet hotel, the mallu restaurant thamburu offers good authentic keralite food. Pothichoru also available. Few pubs inside the hotel. Altogether budget quiet and average clean hotel. Very close to corniche. Near by Lulu hyper market across the road. Easy and very accessible hotel in abudhabhi. Staff are friendly and courteous
