Room and facilities good..Please dont take snacks from the room(peanuts) it will coast more than hotel rent in a day

The room was greatSmall hint there were no hand spray in the bathroom.

Room size was good. Room and washroom was clean. staff was also very polite and hospitable. Ambiance was average. Surroundings are also average. Gym and pool timings were reduced due to Covid.

Nice to play pool n enjoy sports with cool beers, run away before 10 pm otherwise ull be hounded by ladies.

Very clean room and good location, staff was extremely helpful at all times of the day. Provided me with useful information and phone charger when i forgot mine. I had to end my trip 2 days earlier and they were extremely helpful and provided me a refund no questions asked. Highly recommended to anyone looking for good value for money.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Rooms were very dark. Sheets were not clean Nd due to this I was not able to sleep entire night it was itchy. Internet connection was very poor. I feel they are not maintaining the standards .

It should be a 1 star hotel not 4 stars .. the reception is too small and crowded with people shouting ! .. the room was fine but the neighbors are too annoying ! the door is fully open and one guy standing shirtless there and talking 3 hours on the phone and shouting .. couldn’t sleep

Nice hotel with a very strategic location. Close to a shopping center (Abu Dhabi Mall) and also several restaurants that have good menus. Also close to Indonesian Restaurants, Sari Rasa. Friendly service and hospitality.

The service is highly recommended starts from reception staff especially pilipino staff very kind and helpful.Also the housekeeping was very clean and organized.Rooms are very spacious and accomodating. Room boy named Prakash B.K was very nice too he was good in cleaning rooms.he is working well and trained well he was dedicated to his job he deserve better. This kind of staff service is amazing and worth staying here again for a long time period.

Clean Hotel, friendly staff, efficient front desk, good location and very good prices. Bell boys were specially very helpful. Due to covid Restaurant was closed however hotel arranged a limited room service menu otherwise plenty of restaurants at walking distance from the hotel.

A little bit aged and vintage. Unfortunately my room smelled like a bar, cigarettes. Pool is not good. Had a lot of damaged interior in my room, that in addition wasnt clean.

Terrible experienceRoom is bad bed is horrible TV is old and remote does not work AC is not cooling. There is smell of smoke and reception told me its non smoking room. There is no way you can see anything nice through the window.I will ensure and advise no one should book. I dont know how on earth hotel shows excellent rating on booking.com

Amazing location. Friendly staff . Rooms were clean but I had an an allergic reaction due to the dust on the curtains .

Guest representative was rude and unwelcoming. Forced my father to recheck hotel booking from two days to 14 days. Where as my father had been living in UAE and came to the emirate for his embassy paper work. Please train your staff to have some knowledge of things around they cant just force ppl to stay in your hotel for 14 days unnecessarily just because they have a different GCC passport. Your staff has caused a huge chaos to an elderly man late at night forced him to abondon his booking and seek a place elsewhere and your staff still charged the customers credit card. Pathetic and disgusting experience.

A very good stay with very reasonable price. I took the room for 4 days. I would reduce a star because they did not fill the mini bar although I hadn’t requested to clear them. The location is pretty good, close to the city. The room service is very good + the staffs were also very friendly! I will definitely consider this the next time.

It was a very nice comfortable relaxing stay and fully recharged my batteries for my next offshore campaign. The check in_out was very smooth and Thea made it even quicker. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. And get your laundry back same day in very reasonable price.

An excellent place for a two day break in Abu Dhabi. Just love Bar Barosa and the band.Excellent ambience, service and entertainment.Everything is always just right at this hotel, from the concierge, reception, rooms, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Nice, clean and comfortable. They did not offer decaffeinated coffee in the complimentary coffee/tea assortment. Also the bass drum music from the bar /club could be heard in our room until 2am. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star!

The Manager Mr. Mustafa did his absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible he is amazing, he and the staff are amazing and they are super helpful and friendly, the hotel location is strategic and close to everything. Will come here again.

Stayed a few times over the last 6 months. I like the location,, the breakfast and the rooms plus if I want to grab a beer or two they have a couple of great bars with live entertainment. Make sure when you book in you are away from the floors with the bar : )

I had an enquiry on 27th june 2020 with a gentleman about the bar he was so rude to answer. I asked him until what timw is ur bar opened he said 3am i aksed him waht time is ur last order he went mad on me. Its not the way i know ramada please take care of this kind of employees have no attitude of of talking or behaving to the guests. At the end we are guest not customers.

Seems like partition Rooms, can hear Voices from neighbor rooms.. No Carpet in the entrance of Bathroom. Very Small Rooms and dont know how the RATING IS HIGH...

Good hotel service. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. They provide valet parking which is big advantage since you dont have to got through the trouble of finding a parking spot in the busy AUH city. They have a pub on top floor. Visited few times when I stayed there. The music was good and had good drinks.

I been there couple of times and always the same issues without fixing it .. no parking are so you need to pay for your parking .. alwaaaays no hot water .. water heater is dirty and disgusting couldn’t make a coffee and believe me in both visits it was like that .. i think you can find many better hotels with same prices or even less

Had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Ramada. Very neat and clean rooms and services were top-class, without compromising on quality. Even on Eid, the booking was not pricey as compared to other hotels. Ill book Ramada again whenever I plan to visit Abu Dhabi.
