It is a beautiful hotel. Social distance is everywhere in the hotel that is why you will feel safe. Very nice service from people in the hotel. Some protocols are still there because of pandemic but still service is really good, facilities are clean and foods are delicious. The lady in the reception Verin is very pleasant and happily assisted us

I had stayed in IBIS Novotel for 19 long months without any hassle or any issue. Went to the hotel for their massage service. My massage therapist, Luna, has provided a great massage service. The requested pressure was given as I have requested. Massage room is clean and relaxing. I will be coming back.

-Air conditioner leaking-The floor is not clean-stains on furnitureAs for the air conditioner, it was leaking in the morning, and then the technician came and fixed it. The leak was repeated for the second time after several hours. The technician came for the second time. When I check out of the hotel, there was also some water leakage. The bottom line is that Im staying for a period of two nights. I want you to be in the best condition to rest. Furthermore, the floor was dusty and not clean specific under furniture. Also, the furniture which was front window had stained.

Always enjoy staying here. Staff is always good, including Jerune and Rahul to just name a few. Lobby and check in staff are always fantastic.

Comfortable rooms and apartments (many thanks to Ms. Minakeshi for keeping it clean and tidy), very good restaurants with professional staff, tasty breakfasts with wonderful Ms. Jenny who always knows what I want even before I ask. Fine swimming pool (unfortunately its irregular shape doesn’t help if you want to swim longer), pool bar. Very quiet spa with sauna and jacuzzi. I wish the relaxation room was open. Recommend for longer stay for those who work in AD rather than for tourists, because there are no attractions nearby.

Hotel is quite far from the main city but once you reached there hotel is very good and staff also are welcoming. Staff in reception are always smiling. Vern and Jad help me so much with my stay.

Had the pleasure of staying 2 nights and it was a very nice experience. The staff are very helpful and attentive to your requests, the hotel is neat and clean. The rooms are comfy but smaller with nice views of canal and far off city.The breakfast is a nice spread of international cuisine. Overall budget friendly with uncompromised services.

Room is good, staff need to have more attention to customers, I waited for 20 min in the car as no staff to get the luggage. No valet parking. Called for water at 11 pm and got it at 1 am
