Overall good experience staffs are well mannered but u need to buy your food stuffs.

Not good...Bed : body pain after I wakeupBathroom : no bathtub.. Dental kit..HOT WATER :YESRoom : I asked to.. Where is complimentary coffee.. Water.. COFFEE Hot water machine.. Later they bought.. Only one piece with one cup... WITHOUT MILK OR MILK POWDER OR COFFEMATE.Only coffee pouch.. And sugar..When I asked reception (one lady) . U didnt gave us milk or COFFEMATE.. They told u can go out and take from from grocery.. We are not providing this.I hv never seen this kinda hotel.. With such a bad service and behaviour..Check in and checkout process is quick..Hotel is inside the town so shops and mall are nearby..

The guy who answered my inquiry sounds he just woke up from sleep. I ask him a few confirmation details and he just answered in 3 words uhum, received and ok. Poor costumer service.

Convenient but spartan. I stayed in this hotel for more than a month. The staff is very professional especially the cleaners. The rooms are furnished with old furniture and the equipment for cooking and washing clothes are very old. It would be ideal to make a restyling as soon as possible so as not to make a bad impression with future guests.

This is a 1 star hotel with needful amenities in a very reasonable price..situated in Hamdan, the heart of the city. . There are lots of medical centres, diagnostic centres , shopping outlets ,eateries , beauty salons, laundry and many more. .Rainbow Hotel Apartments have their own restaurant as well, that is Rainbow Steak House ..

Ive seen quite a few complaints about their reception - I now understand why. I received confirmation for my booking but they couldnt find it when checking in. The guy seemed clueless so he called the other reception guy who couldnt really care less. The room is very old and average. There are much nicer hotels to stay at for cheaper than this one.

Staff are very rude i spoke to subash from reception desk he is very rude even he told that he dont care about me!! I been booking in different hotels but this is so different very bad

They have an issue with clearness, you have to give them instructions for small details. Also I have concern by using the small towels in the bath ground, while after washing it, they bring back the clean ones, but which one was in the floor? Because it may be used for daily uses and put it in my face!!!

From my point of view this is very old facilities (sofas, bathroom, etc). Can be much better.Service is good enough. Security is alsso fine .

Bad customer service. Room does not have hot and cold water and the bedsheets are so ichy. I spent only 1 night and transferred to a different hotel since I did not get enough sleep.
