The hotel is clean, wonderful bed, clean rooms. Everything works great. Toilet is clean and big and have both rain shower and tub. But I believe it needs more towels for body.good balcony. The kitchen was big have plates, cups, forks, spoons, knife. Well prepared for dine in. Super big bed room and the sitting room is big as well and furniture is so nice. thanks to Prasad who make my stay comfortable.

The Staff are very courteous and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well sanitized.The housekeeping team, John and Prakash, done an excellent operation to clean and they are so available to accomodating. The maintenance team answered immediatly to my request. Special thanks to the staff of the desk for their support.I will stay for some time and will return in the future

As per the apartment I am staying in room no 959.The room is very good with clean bathroom,big kitchen.The housekeeping team mr.John and Prakash and Nabin as team leader they use to clean my room very nicely.After finishing the room they use to sanitize my room.This is one of the good things in this pandemic period.And especially thanks to Mrs.Loriel from the front office she is doing her job very nice .

Very nice room for a great number of people. Comfy beds. Room service and housekeeping staff were really helpful. Loreal in reception, she was really nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was the room was not sound proof. Since we are a group of people, we were having fun and a guest from the other room complained about the noise.

We went in a group(friends) to relax and enjoy. The rooms, view from top floors, services provided were good. Staff was cooperative and room service provided was pretty good. Living here for the past 6 months we have found the facilities, shared with the Novotel, are very good. In particular, wed like to thank the staff that take care of our room twice weekly, Prakash and John, and also the young lady who assists as well. They are very polite and careful of our possessions when cleaning. Its always a pleasure coming in to see the quality of the care taken. Id also like to mention the general housekeeping of Adagio, if we have a problem, with any equipment etc in the apartment, they are always quick to respond to our request. Today for instance, (23rd April) I called to request an extra clean of our balcony, and 2 staff were there sent to us within 30 minutes. I would recommend Adagio to anyone wishing to live in the serviced apartments at Adagio, in fact 2 friends of ours moved in just this week and are very pleased.

We have been staying in Adagio for more than four months and we really enjoy our stay here. I was amazed to see such active housekeeping staff like Gir and Rajandra. They have made sure that all our needs were met on time. During our stay Gir was working with a different staff member and she was amazing as well ( Unfortunately I can’t remember her name ). Gir makes sure that the apartment is always clean and maintained. For example, one of the lights in the toilet wasn’t working and he made sure to call the maintenance team to inform them so they can fix it. Gir is always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Gir and Rajandra are very professional, polite and excellent at what they do. We really liked the way they helped my family and we really liked how they were always friendly and kind to our son. I just want to say thank you for such excellent service and we appreciate it.

Aside from the good and diligent services of the Housekeeping, Adagio was quick to send maintenance/engineering when we realized there was something wrong with the induction stove. They replaced it in no time.
