Just moved in to stay for a long term, and it has been a very positive experience. The hotel is VERY clean, and the staff are welcoming and very professional. Marycris from sales has facilitated the process and was very professional and prompt in following up and accommodating some requests and preferences. Gym and pool areas are well maintained and continuously sanitized by hotel staff. Im definitely impressed so far.

We went to Cafe 302 for breakfast today. We really enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast options. We took the unlimited breakfast promotion at Aed 79 per person. We ordered cheese omelette, belgian waffles, rice pancakes, cafe latte, and more. The portions were cute and the plating looked cute and camera friendly. We loved coconut chia pudding and infused water. Would like to recommend this place for friends and families. The ambience was cool, it wasnt too crowded, and the staff were lovable. Sajid was very attentive and helpful.

The 1 bedroom suite is spacious, comfortable, and clean. We loved having an oven, microwave, and washing machine! The rooms are modern, the facilities are good, and the service is terrific. The Cafe downstairs makes great coffee.

Very pleased with the service and hospitality. The aesthetic interior design of the main lobby and the room that we booked makes me want to go back with my friends again.

I had a short smooth stay. Convinently located at the heart of Abu Dhabi city. Underground parking was convient too.

Nice and big apartment , in center of the city. had a pleasant 2 night stay.

Staff is not very welcoming.Small lobby area.Although rooms are good.Very strict for late checkout or for booking cancellation.Over all we had bad experience with counter staff.Not recommended specifically for those having tentative stays.

Very nice and clean hotel to stay in and friendly staff.Many famous food outlets are just on the other side of road including KFC, dominos, baskin Robbins, Krispy Kreme, pizza hut etc.....Addidas outlet is also there.The location is near to corniche.Underground parking is available so the biggest issue is already resolved. Gym and pool are also available and open till 10 pm.

Sadly , sadly poor poor service , their room services is really bad . Left the room with few things for them to do they never bothered cleaning it , dust everywhere . Bottles never changed , towels never changed …. Much things to improve … would not recommend to no one at all ….

Staff are friendly and approachable, room are clean and nice, pool its ok, but the enternet supposed to be will be automatically connected no need for further choices, especially when we are in hurry and we mistake touching because of the mini options, i pay 70dirhams and i didnt used it even for the whole night, its not worth it.. if i did regular data on etisalat its more useful...

Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, roof top swimming pools is clean with no crowd, safety measures are been observed strictly only that the underground parking space is limited but will surely visit again lol..

I stayed at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana for 2 nights/3 days. I have tremendously enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and sanitized when I first arrived, daily housekeeping is excellent. The quality of the room service food items are excellent, there is also a 35% discount if you order room service. I was provided with water throughout my stay, more than just the two contemporary ones. I didnt have to purchase water at all. I was there for a business trip and the room is excellent for online videos and working remotely. I was also provided with extra notepads when I asked for them. The entire staff assisted me in every possible way, and assisted me with my requests, including guest relations, housekeeping, spa staff, and IT. I asked for a late-check out and the reception adjusted my request right away. I understand that traveling now during a pandemic could be very dreadful but I felt safe and comfortable with the covid19 measurement that were taking at this hotel. Room service staff kept a social distance, wore masks and gloves, and made sure I was made to feel comfortable, as someone that is at high risk, I can assure you I felt comfortable without having to point out Im at high risk.I highly recommend this hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Very good hotel in Abu Dhabi downtown. I really loved it there and wanted to stay for 2 months, but they kept changing the prices. Otherwise very very good hotel!

Staffs are friendly and services are nice. Measure to prevent coronavirus is well managed. Felt safe during the stay.

The Hotel is clean and staff was nice, but the main problem with this hotel is the parking as they only have 50 parking space only, moreover when entering the parking space you will have to ring a bill and wait until someone open it, I had to wait for 5 minutes ringing and ringing the bill until someone opens the door.So if your have a car DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi is located right in the busiest part of the city center and offers its guests great rooms and a fantastic service.I arrived quite late in the night and the standard room that I had originally booked was no longer available, so they gave me a free upgrade and I could stay for 3 nights in a really spacious suite.The suite was spotlessly clean, had all amenities you could possibly think of and really comfortable beds.Furthermore the staff at the reception was extraordinarily attentive and helpful.Overall definitely a hotel I can highly recommend and where I would stay again when Im in Abu Dhabi.

Located in the center of Abu Dhabi this is a excellent hotel in the perfect location. Every staff member is polite, courteous and provide the highest level of customer service. The rooms and décor are contemporary, comfortable and everything is always spotless and clean. Café 302 located on the ground floor has amazing food and room service is simply excellent. Having been staying for more than 3 months and highly recommend.

Al Maha Arjaan...any time in Abu Dhabi is a great place to lodge for business, meetings, tourism. Located in centre of town makes it easy to visit malls around just by walking. The staff are the best, great management staff. Very helpful and kind. Great food. Particularly innovative chef. Cafe is also a nice and warm place. Good for group visits, affordable.

What a great hotel !! I always have a great time when I stay at Al Maha Arjaan. I have stayed with friends, family and even for business but this place never disappoints.Location is very good, in the center of Abu Dhabi, close to most attractions. There are some good restaurants and fast food chains within walking distance.The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated.The facilities are top notch. The fitness center is well equipped and the pool is just amazing. Love the hot Jacuzzi, it’s always the highlight of my stay.The last time I stayed at Al Maha Arjaan was before the renovation, and now after going back I must say very well done. The place now looks way better than it did before. More modern, refined, elegant yet very comfortable and pleasant. I was happy to see the huge improvement in the food and beverage department. The little cafe near the front desk where breakfast is served in the morning is great. Food is delicious and coffee is made to order.Will definitely come back. If you are staying in Abu Dhabi can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Spacious room with reasonable price. Kitchen facilities are available at studio-type suite for long stay. Comfortable clean room and kind staffs make travellers get rid of the stress from long trip. It is located in downtown where it is easy to buy any item I missed in my luggage. Many shops for clothing, groceries, electronics as well as alcohol!!. Breakfast is also recommendable. The response on what I asked is very prompt which make me feel I am taken care of. Excellent!!!

Very nice property. Great Staff. Rooms are comfortable and very well maintained.In room dining was good but i would recommend to expand the choices in the menu. Location is right in city centre with access to hypermarkets, malls and restaurants.

Booking thru their website was easy and was even easier when i called to upgrade our room. Upon check in, the receptionist was really friendly and gave us a quick info about the hotel’s amenities. When we reached our room, it was not only clean, but it also SMELLED CLEAN. Been to a lot of hotels which looked neat but actually smelled old and dusty. Location is perfect. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beautiful corniche are all within walking distance. The swimming pool on the 21st floor was great but i wish they extend their closing time. Check out was fast and uneventful.Overall it was a lovely stay. Will be back soon. 💚

Best long term stay luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi hands down, without having to empty your wallets clean. The classic suite is an ideal room to book as it has a mini kitchenette to cook your own meals. Rooms are cleaned daily (Staff are very courteous), Wifi is super, Gym and Pool area are adequate and the hotel restaurant serves a good breakfast. All in a all a perfect hotel for to stay solo or with family.

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Massive breakfast buffet selection. Good gym. Nice rooftop pool but far too short for serious swimmers (same with any hotel or villa pool). Not great to work at the desk - chair not comfortable for long periods and poor task lighting.

Super deluxe hotel.. Superb almost in everything.. Except the rooms soundproofing is quite poor as you can clearly hear the sound of every door closes and opens and even the water tap while running.. The toilet flush in the other room.. Horrible.. You wake up almost every half an hour.Convenient location at the the city center, accessible by short walks to the business and commercial center. Underground carpark just opposite to the main entrance. Staff very efficient and friendly, who always take care of our reservations. Rooms are spacious at affordable prices. Nice buffet. Will definitely return back.

I stayed here for 3weeks as part of my relocation arrangements and I enjoyed my time there. Yes on some day room service cleaning slipped as it seemed the longer I stayed the less attention they paid to the detail however in general the facilities are clean, the WiFi was fast and the front desk staff very helpful. Great location which made most things within reach.Breakfast was rich and fresh. Also opted for dinner a few times and was never disappointed. The myth of hotel meals did not apply here, found myself looking to it.Will certainly recommend!

Spent 3 nights here for business meetings. Extremely warm welcome. Shown to my room by a helpful chap.The room was adequate but in need of a bit if maintenance here and there.Hard bed but I slept well enough.Breakfast was a trial. Almost full and getting to the good required patience.But able to provide an egg withoytcbell peppers. Coffee lousy.Room Service was good.Meeting room was good and staff attentive.

The deluxe sweet is clean and the decoration is elegant. billows is not comfortable but the mattress is good. I didnt like the kitchen pots, I wish if they have mush pots and plates, and oven as they have only microwave. Some of our clothes been lost.

This hotel Rotana (mind there are lots of Rotanas in the Middle East, Africa and Europe) is not catering for Arab customers (Im European by the way). Which means there is not this extra touch and going the extra mile for the customer satisfaction. This being said all staff are very polite and quite professional. Hotel itself is a bit old compared to the other Rotanas Ive stayed at. The breakfast area was actually the café of the hotel which means - it was in the same time selling café items(some prepacked) for walk-ins...Most of the people in the breakfast area were business people working on their laptops...there were only few tourists in the hotel as a whole. The main door was not working and there was one doorman to hold one of the other 2 doors. Sometimes he wasnt there. The swimming pool was quite small compared to the big gym. Rooms are kind of outdated and this is the first 4 stars Rotana which didnt come with a bath in the bathroom. Housekeeping does great job(compared to many other Rotana hotels). Breakfast staff need a bit more focus on their job. Receptionists were all great and effective.

5 star hotel in down town Abu Dhabi. Many restaurants and shopping malls are around the hotel. Nice hospitality by hotel staff. Deluxe suites are very well spacious and well decorated.

Everything and services here deserves 5*. Rooms are good and mordern....But when I talk about their restaurant its not up to the mark at all...Cafe 302 is good Cafe where in coffee is good but it cant be called as a good restaurant. If you are vegan and expecting a good breakfast here then please dont go for it...In the same vicinity,there are other hotels viz. Holiday Inn & Crowne plaza which are relatively cheaper in terms of daily tariff but have really good restaurants and breakfast offering where in you get so much stuffs for your morning hunger.For vegans they only have baked beans,Pao bhaji( once in a week), some stir fried vegetables thats it....but with what can I eat that ??Now if u think I could have gone for fruits but they offer only cut fruit and they dont have wholesome fruits . And if you are one of those who prefer eating fresh fruits like bananas,apple etc. then they are only sorry for u if ask one of the attendants.In other hotels, they have idli sambhar, fried rice, fried noodles and one dish (poha/vada/ khicdi ) daily.. I am not a south Indian who is fond of these dishes...But at least they give you better vegan options .. I.. In fact my husband is a non vegetarian ,he also doesnt like this restaurant because they have very limited variety ..

The number one hotel in abu dabi down town to stay in ,I had a disabled relative with me and the staff went above and beyond to help us out.The room attendant tahir and usman were exemplary hosts ,I am very grateful.All the staff also give us a above 5star stay.Any issues with the room were delt with immediately and with no fuss.Fair priced get more than your moneys worth when you stay here.
