Its such an awful building with an even awful management. The maintenance staff from Al Falah is clueless and rude. On premise building management doesnt pick up the phone no matter what time you call. ADCP acts like a dummy. Basic things take months to repair (Cooking hob for instance). Water leakage, humidity, AC issue, I can go on counting the problems that keeps recurring. Swimming pool is non functional.

The management is excellent and the apartments are so clean 👌

This is now a service apartments... fully furnished.Studio with kitchen and all amenities at very minimal cost per month.

So amazing hotel

The building is old and exteriors are not cleaned. My electric cooker is broken from more than 10 days and no one is attending from ADCP. The staff is very curteous and always helpful. But ADCP property manager is too slow in approvals.

Pool not working, service is very bad , bugs in furniture, price too high for this level

The place is nice but i recommend to the owner that they should change their chair or i mean sofa bed ita too old and dirty looking a lot of stains... but all in its okay.. nice apartment type hotel
