Good day every one.For the ibis i like the staff they are friendly and professional they way they receive the gust is and make you feel good by there welcoming smile through the mask 😷is unbelievable. And the house keeping is also professional. I want to mention some names for staff being so friendly and nice in professional way is sunil , rahul ,smita, muzamil and some more.I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone to visit and enjoy stying.

Entrance is closed and you should use the other hotel entrance to enter, reception and staff is very slow and you will need to wait to check in. free parkings are available. The room need to be more clean and hyginated, bed was not comfortable and towels not clean, basic things like sleepers or shave kit is not available for free, you have to buy it.Overall was not good experience

Its a pleasure to stay with ibis abudhabi gate.The housekeeping team was excellent especially the boy called Eldhose who done a great work.A well appreciated job done by him and it should be noticed.The room was in an extra ordinary condition. Once again thanking you Ibis for your pleasant stay.

Poor customer service and housekeeping. Receptionist who answered the call during night was not at all friendly. Even for a spoon and fork they are asking extra money which seems strange. Washroom was flooded due to lack of maintenance and not having a proper slope to the drain line. Overall average satisfaction.

They have fantastic Belgium Pub and an authentic Italian restaurant with a wood fired pizza oven. On the canal waterfront. Food is amazing. Excellent combos. Great vibe. Definitely a must do in Abu Dhabi.

It was a wonderful experience with ibis, food & service was excellent and also the rooms was very neat & clean , the housekeeping attend Mr. Elthos was very cooperative.

I extend my gratitude to housekeeping department, the room was very clean 😍😍especially Sheik hyder who took care of us and also managed to show the page for rating the hotel.But the reception has poor communication they told us that Breakfast is 40ead when we reached in the outlet they told us it 65ead. The reception didnt give us clear information during check-in Also the hostess didnt help us this being a buffet she could be able to addust because this is already cooked food.my peace of advice would be to train the staff on how to communicate hence increasing the sales of your hotel.

It was good to stay here..housekeeping was great especially to Mr. Ashis..he was very nice and he was cleaned everything in my room.
