This is my third time staying in Royal Rose Hotel for my quarantine period before leaving to work.I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received during my stay.Even in these tough times of Pandemic (Covid-19), the hotel staff did not disappoint, every staff member with whom I contacted was kind & well informed regarding any inquiry I had, from reception, room-service to housekeeping.I had a wonderful stay and I definitely recommend this Hotel to all of my friends & colleagues.Thank you again for such excellent service.Take care & stay safe.

It is beautiful and luxurious and in heart of te city which is only 10 mins by walk to ABU DHABi mall , 15mins by walk to corniche and nearby shopping options...

Good hotel with a very good gym but opening hours are not good. Opens at 10 in the morning, thats to late. Should open at 7 or 8 in the morning. The pool was opening before the gym!? Most people work out first thing in the morning then breakfast. Front desk was very unfriendly, dont like to say hi to the guests. This could have been a good stay if the hotel likes guests.

Buffet is OK, not upto the mark.You can get good menu from other hotels at cheaper price than this. You will not find any starters, ice cream, Indian style receipes and many are missing.Have to pay hefty price for the normal menu that they are offering.

Booked Grand Deluxe Room in advance but when I reached hotel reception people saying theres no rooms available, I waited for 30mnts with family to get rooms arranged. They could have made room ready since it was advance booking done and clearly mentioned the check in time. However reception team arranged upgraded room and stay was great. Please be mindful when you book this hotel and call them before you reaching to ensure rooms are ready for checkin. Also so much of delay in service like if u ask water they will deliver after 2~3 hours and break fast deliver at 9.30am instead of 8am, may be because of staff shortage.

It is really a beautiful hotel. Close to our favourite Sushi restaurant. FRESHWAY SUSHI. The hotel also is very clean and follow all the Covid safety rules above and beyond. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Excellent property ..Not many know this they have just opened a Bar a few months back called the Royal Lounge Bar ( Was opened for in-house guests but after a word at reception they will swipe the card in the elevator for you to zip up to the bar ) .The bartender who is from SL is quiet a nice chap .Sadly they do not have tap beer they serve only beer 🍺 bottles with happy hours in place .Looking for a quiet time just close friends sipping beer listening to music of your choice ...This is the place to visit

I absolutely loved my stay at Royal Rose. We are a regular here.the breakfast buffet, rooms, the whole ambience is amazing.

House keeping good and clean. Staff is good. Location good.

Went to Thursday night buffet. Was very good. Restaurant is located on the roof top and is open air. Food was very good, ambiance was great! Ill be sure to go back.

We ordered a graduation cake and it was awesome. Excellent service, just what we ordered and tastes so good. Mawaqif Parking is available all the time.

A rude behavior from Customer Service desk makes me feel upset. Hope some guest will not experience the same.

This is a beautiful hotel. Staff personnel are very helpful and professional.The in-room dining was great. The food was hot and very tasty. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The selection was good.A couple of downside issues:-The parking is underground and challenging.-The pool closes at 5pm. This may be directed. I am glad it was open.Overall, this is an excellent hotel with friendly, professional employees.

The receptionist is rude. They argue with guest, they dont listen for the safety of guest, they dont listen for the request of the guest. First time I visited this kind of hotel. Poor service honestly.

Its very good and clean, I enjoy the stayBut the problem is from the F&B I was quarantine they bring the food cold and they forget some stuff in the food, they bring it earlier or later even if you complain about it its the sameBut for the room its bigger and very comfortable

Everything was okay until I wanted to use the hair dryer. It us in very bad condition it’s dirty sticky and alot of hair sticking to it. Pics will be uploaded. And when I called reception to inform them about it there response was very unprofessional. 👎🏾

We went to Printania for their buffet. The food was okay. What was amazing was the dessert. All of those we tasted, we loved. I urge Royal Rose to open a sweet shop. We were also waited by Joel and he was very accommodating and kind. We felt very relaxed there. Ill be back for those desserts.

I have never been but located in center of Abu Dhabi surrounded by Malls and shopping center, all types are food available nearby.

Very close to the center, breakfast is good, luxurious and great discount.

This is a beautiful hotel. The decor is stunning. The reception staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Hint...ask for an upgraded room. You might not get it, but it doesnt hurt to ask, especially during weekdays. One negative input - there is not much room to park while checking in. There is no valet parking or buffet due to the Covid-19 issue.I will definitely be back.

Have been here for the 5th time but to my disappointment the quality has shockingly gone down...the breakfast was once perfect here but now its not...the supervisor lacked proper communication skill...

Very Noisy A/C and very bad in controlling Temp. Shower Door is spreading water all around the Toilet. Facets are very bad in controlling water Temperature. Very bad experience.

Always very lovely to go to the coffeeshop of the hotel for a tea! The hotel is ver Arabic decorated, their hospitality is great and their serving of tea and coffee a pleasure! Worth to pass by after a walk or after shopping!

This hotel is so beautiful from inside and outside 😍 ❤I have stayed here and the room is like Palace room. The room is designed with classical interiors and looks so elegant.It is in electronic Street. Very near to the market and its in the center of Abu Dhabi down town 👌

MY WORST DAY AND NIGHT IN MY LIFE IN THIS DIRTY HOTEL AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, AC not working, very bad smell and very dirty Room, staff not trained, where are the MANAGERS!! the staff was going to break the door to wake me up for check out, it should not be be a 5 star it must be 2 star hotel !!!! Very bad parking lots!!! Never coming back!!!

Room service is really good here, good selection of food and drinks, prompt service.Staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpfull.We arrived early from an overnight flight, i was very tired and they arranged a room for us within an hour...fantastic!This hotel is located very central, close to almost everything!Highly recommend this hotel, the prices are good for 5 star!

I recently had a chance to enjoy the Rooftop poolside barbecue buffet at the Royal Rose Abu dhabi. I was welcomed by Joel, Devi and his team to this sumptuous unlimited BBQ And shushi heaven. I will highly recommend this place for families and couple. Although the only missing this is the panatomic biew of Abu Dhabi city

Beautiful property.. the room was spacious and luxurious.. breakfast spread was good even for vegetarians. The front desk staff was especially very friendly and helpful. Awesome stay!!!

Its a really gorgeous luxurious hotel; but just needs to be fit in a triple larger building....so tight...the rooms are really of Royal level type of decoration ...but small....swimming pool just fitting 4-5 families and thats it!!! My family couldnt enjoy it though we were not there in a high season. Royal please EXPANDAnd if you consider another branch....please be it with a sea view or some attractive view other than the classic city view. And I assure youll get triple the profit with such nice competitive packages

Located at famous Electra Road in the center of Abu Dhabi with distinguished Building ornaments. The hotel follows strict health protocol to assure all the guests health and safety. You can use any online store to buy your needs and receive it in front of your door. Comfortable bed and super clean bath room with bathtub. Well Maintained Central AC with heater. Freezer, Iron, laundry available for your convenience. Laundry Price is a bit expensive, but worthed. Just bring your own nail clipper and small scissor, then you will set. If you like to brush your teeth frequently, you need also bring your own favorit toothpaste. The rest is enjoy your stay.

Stayed at the hotel once and will never stay in it again, terrible check in procedure!, long time to check in, and when checked in (even after the announced check in time), the room was not ready and the hotel staff were still inside room!!

My to go hotel anytime T. Had a wonderful time. It smells of affluence and if course everything a 5 star should be. From the welconubg tea at the front desk to the Arabian like room and if you are a foodie then get ready for an adventure the bell boy are quite helpful in directing you on locations and did I say the location is superb? Practically at the centre of the city with easy access .

If you want to be in a place for a good dinner or brunch or even stay n relax, this is a very good place for a pocket friendly price. The service is awesome. The staff is accommodating. Their Christmas decor is stunningly beautiful.

Royal Rose! I just remember the rosery smell when someone mentions it.Lovely paintings in the hallway and in the rooms.my room was really good, spacious and the bathroom had a bath tap and a shower box.the front desk and the service are excellent.I liked the breakfast, pastries are really nice and there is a great chief, she makes the most delicious omelette.during my 10 night stay, they kept changing the buffet menu to suit the different groups they were checking in, I found that really nice from them.in the rooftop, there is a separate kids pool and a nice area Arabic style to sit there and relax.dont worry about your car the valet will handle it with no extra charge, only a tip if you want to.

Superb Hotel. I stayed here for four days. Spacious and excellent rooms. The ambience is truly 5 star. Will love to come back.
