Loved the stay at Oaks. The rooms are amazing, and is almost as same as booking a flat on Airbnb! Quite spacious suite, kitchen will all facilities, comfy bed and a bathroom that has ample space. Separate bath tub and shower area. Toilet is separated from the bathroom.Cannot comment about food since it was not available in my package.Parking is available which a big plus point. Nice, welcoming staff at the reception.Overall, a good stay for a reasonable price. Much value for money.

Very nice Hotel, quite in down town. fully equipped kitchen, big rooms and close to restaurants and mall. the bedroom was clean and very comfortable bed. highly recommended for business trips and families.

Everything about this place is amazing except 1 thing. Their TVs are horrible. I prefer Smart TVs.

Its a good hotel with affordable rooms, but tacky and sickening furniture.

The room was nicely decorated and sufficiently large. The price was very reasonable considering the room quality and location. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, a true asset to the company. Free onsight parking which is great. We didnt visit the swimming pool so cant comment on that. I would happily stay here again if the need should arise.

Stayed for 3 weeks,, it was a great stay,,, friendly staff,,, reception, room service, security ,,,all of them were very helpful & professional,, price wise , really good and worthy,,,recommended already to friends!

I have lived in this building for just over a year now. The staff are super helpful and kind. Theres a pool, gym, sauna and restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and they are stocked with everything you need. Its in a great location - theres a grocery shop, mall, gym, and many other places nearby. Not sure about price as this accommodation is provided through my work.

Loads to do within walking distance. Extremely comfortable room with great attention to detail. I am glad that staff responded quickly on replacing the water heater and gave me the toiletries. The staff was more than welcoming and was very eager to help. I was happy and I actually endorsed it to friends.

The hospitality...and the clean environment.The house keepers are wonderful...they give good services to their guests at any time needed. I love it here...

We really liked the interior and how it was designed. The price was very reasonable for the hotel. Room is very small and the kitchen reserves 30%% of the total size. The amenities in the room are good. The hotel itself was very neat and clean. There is an excellent and efficient public transport network.

Having looked at the website before I flew out here. I thought ooo! Arnt i a lucky duck. It looked plush on the website and it says Executive and Suites on the front of the building. Anyhoo!Now having been in Kuwait for 5months at the Marriot Residence they had a lot to live up too.But Im afraid to say they have not.Lots of little things all accumulating to 2 minus stars. The cooker the fridge the hob the iron all not working or not working properly. The cutlery and chopping board old and tired. Furniture broken.Dont get me wrong its nice but not Executive and Suites nice. Staff friendly and Polite. As are all the people here in Abu Dhabi.

Awesome service helpful staff

I found Oaks Liwa Exectuive Suites to be cozy and quaint, which is just how I like it. The furnished apartments are quite sizeable and great value in terms of their pricing. Aside from the aforementioned, Oaks location is in quite accessible and strategic making it very convenient to be able to move about. Last but certainly not the least, the staff are courteous, efficient and warm. I look forward to staying with them again in the near future.

Service is good and generally placed in a good area close to Abu Dhabi mall. The place is however starting to have some wear in some of the rooms. Still would recommend as a good hotel apartment place.

Located in the center of Abu Dhabi city and near the Abu Dhabi Mall and can walk on and there is around it all services Restaurants, shops and hotel apartments In general the apartments are very good if you move away from the rooms of smokers and there is no beautiful views and the restaurant did not try.
