Overall living experience is good but sharing detailed review below.Experience for more than 6months.Pros:Rooms: They are clean and spacious.Location: It is good and reachable to all daily needs. You will find each n every need nearby like Hospital, Supermarket, Restaurants, Tea shops, Grocery shops, Bus stop etc.Nearby places to explore: Corniche beech, Formal park.Rent: Inclusive of Electricity, Gas pipeline etcCons:No gym: They dont have in house gym, only they provide 13passes a day if you are lucky then you will get the pass.No swimming pool: They dont have in house swimming pool.Rent: Not a fixed rent, you have to negotiate n finalize the deal. Sometimes you get good deal again that depends upon your luck and sometimes you have to pay extra. It depends upon managements mood even if you are staying for longer they will not consider that.

After staying here for some time, the amenities are good with scheduled cleaning and everything. There is no gym here but plenty nearby. Located in a good location you can visit Abu Dhabi mall nearby or find other things to do nearby.

There is no cleaning staff now a days..They are cleaning Once a week that too below standardsNo response on raised concernsProbably health authorities should have a surprise surveillance in this building

Clean and tidy. Hotel Apartments. Located at the main hotspot of Abudhabi ( electra and Najda St Intersection ). Green House Supermarket located at the building Ground level. Near from Corniche beach. Many Restaurants options nearby.

Really inconsiderate staff with lack of empathy and common sense. Manager teach them if someone in need they should use their brain and help people. I had my 4 years wanted to pee but receptionist acted as if she’s a robot.Teach them some manners

It was fantastic accommodation we visited the place 4 times , first time we reserved our stay at Abu Dhabi Hotel apartment for one week , after three days we changed our plan to three weeks , we replaced our stay in Dubai two weeks at Abu Dhabi plaza.

The hotel is very clean, nice and friendly staff, Well maintained rooms, the hotel used to have nice restaurant with sea food night every thursday.I highly recommend staying at this hotel either for short or long period. As I lived there for more than 2 years.Special thanks to Mr.Yasser Al Masry the director of sales.

It is really an amazing relaxing place. The best thing i liked, is that its downtown spot, where i can access everything like shopping, malls, pharmacies simply by walking. Varities of food in the menu and the awesome cocktails throughout the day. I would like to accomodate there again noting that i travel regularly, the guest loyality campaign really gave a promotional rates and high quality of service.Id definetly recommend Abu Dhabi Plaza as one of my favorite spots for my friends and family members.Abu Dhabi plaza, Thank you

It is a nice place to stay overnight as well as long term I was staying here for 2 years there are couple of rooms basically the corner rooms which are more spacious but other rooms are not spacious like the corner rooms they have ok type cleaning services also there is a restaurant in the mezzanine floor which serves Arabic food. It is present in the heart of the city thats why everything is accessible nearby

The apartment was nice but the kitchen had the bare minimum. Breakfast was basic and although not always warm the cold offerings were good. The staff were friendly.

Fraudulent guys not paying deposit amount back. Stayed here for nearly 10months and paid rent for an year. As I need to vacate in a hurry, they told will give the deposit amount and remaining one month rent through wire transfer. But even after 10 months I havent received it back.

خدمه سيئه للغايه والموظفون غير مهتمين تماما لقد تم حجز شقه من غرفه وصاله من شهرين ولم يتم تسلمها الي الان بل نفس الشقه استاجرت لشخص اخر وقد طلبت بعاده المبلغ المدفوع ولاكن لا جدو ولا اهتمام لا انصح احد بتعامل معهم .
