Amazing rooms. Super comfy beds and great facilities like the TV in the bathroom or the tablet by the beds. Dining facilities are good and the decor is overall very good. The pool is quite small and cramped however, so if you come on a weekend you may not be able to swim. The views from Elipse at night are fantastic though, with amazing food.

Beautiful hotel with the fantastic location of being attached to swanky Galleria Mall. Loved the breakfast with excellent service from Srijana. However, the cafe at the lobby had poor and distracted service during a far from busy Tuesday afternoon. Thats what kept me from giving this Four Seasons the five stars it should have had.

Went here for brunch in one of their restaurants mainly named CRUST. Like the first time we tried it, this place never disappoints me at all! I loved all the different varieties of foods they served! It’s one of my favorite brunch restaurants here in Abu Dhabi! From appetizer to main course and of course who will forget their dessert section! I would really recommend this restaurant for brunch! Foods are totally delicious! We will keep on coming back to this brunch.PS : wish there is a 10 star button!!

It’s always a pleasant stay with Four seasons! Very comfortable and clean, they assure you the highest standard of sanitization and safety. Staff are so sweet and polite, Spa is very highly recommended! The in-Room dining menu and dishes are well thought off and very delicious, it’s connected to The Galleria mall so it’s such a wonderful location to be in also it’s 20 minutes drive from all attractions, you are staying at the heart of the city 🙏🏻🙏🏻💕

When I first stayed in the hotel, I called reservations and they connected me to the sweetest lady named Huda. She ensured me with the best stay, as I was celebrating my graduation. I indeed did have an amazing stay, and whenever I call to reserve I ask for Huda because of the amazing energy she gives off. A true customer service champion, thank you so much Huda! Not too happy as the Meetings and Events Dept did not give timely information on updated COVID-19 protocol to the organizer on entry to a scheduled event.Had to sit in the lobby to meet the delegates...

I stayed for one night at the Four Seasons Hotel in Al Maryah Island. The location on Google Maps shows Four Seasons الفجيرة which is definitely a mistake. I booked an executive suite with a king bed. The reception counter was empty and when the gentleman came out he was on the phone and spoke over the phone with me; It was not very professional. He was attentive after he was done with his phonecall. I finished checking in and went to the room that overlooked the mall. The room was nice and large. It had a separate sitting area and a bedroom area. The amenities was excellent and the island (with the mall next door) offers a lot of entertainment, shopping, and dining selection. The mall is connected to the hotel and can be accessed through the escalators or elevator at the far side of the hotel. The valet parking is available at the hotel but certainly slow, even without many cars. Overall, I believe this is one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi.

We had a good breakfast..the food is good but no much varieties...The price as entertainer offer is good.. 145 for 2 personsThe standards there is so high..I just didnt like the point that we need to request the water and bread as these should be on the buffet tables so we can choose without requesting.staff are friendly but they have alot to do so this cause some delay in some orders .. It was obvious that they were their best !Thank u Entertainer for this experience 😌

Amazing hotel. The most beautiful high rise hotel you can go to. They have an amazing service and an amazing spa. Amazing lication in Maryah island, they have the safest measures during Covid. They upgrade me to a premiere suite it was like a dream house that i didnt want to leave.

Have never stayed in this hotel yet unluckily due to some reasons... However, I have gone to the most of the restaurants in the hotel like the sushi-bar, Nusr-Et Steak, Loca, etc... What a good place all to eat comfortably but quite expensive (they deserve... Not all but over 85%)...

Wonderful hotel. Beautifully finished, very high quality furnishing. Superb staff. Too much piped music and the hotel bars werent buzzing but otherwise a great stay. Excellent breakfast too. Pool area is fantastic and make sure you take advantage of happy hour!

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. The view is nice especially when you have the sea view. The place is really wonderful you have a big mall under the hotel you can have anything you want there and you can have walk outside if you want. There is a lot of restaurants here. So you dont need to leave the hotel..... It is a good place to stay for a couple of days

Very elegant. The hotel has friendly stuff at the lobby and in all other facilities. Its connected to Galleria mall which is also very convenient. The only downside is the gym, which is too small for this great landmark

Great location in a luxury hotel. Great hotel and service. On Thursday that have a ladies night, where women receive 2 drinks and a platter of sushi for free. That was fab, too! Only the sushi was not that good. We still loved the vibe, sound and the place itself.

This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in where you find the most pinnacle service!! The staff are so friendly and every aspect of your stay is personalized. This is truly utmost luxury at it’s finest.

What a stunning luxurious hotel with excellent service! Hotel is conveniently attached to a high-end mall so its quiet easy to get something to eat without going outside! I was miserable with a cold and sniffing away when the housekeeper was cleaning my room-he noticed I was sick and ordered a complimentary ginger tea with honey for me! I am so touched by this gesture-thank you Friday for your hospitality!! I will definitely recommend this hotel:)

This is for galleria mall which is adjacent to the Four Seasons. The decorations during winter festival were breathtaking. Wonderful strall by the promenade.

Id give it 10 stars if I could. Very helpful staff, house keeping is the best I’ve see in a while, location is great as u have an internal access to the mall. The beds were soooo comfortable, had great sleep.

I can highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for 8 nights. The Reception, Spa, Fitnesses Centre, Housekeeping, Al Meylas, and Cafe Milano have an outstanding service.Unfortunately the same can not be said about Crust. After breakfast we asked to sign the bill to our room as we have being doing over the last 6 nights. The manager informed us this was not possible and we needed to pay immediately. I told him I would go to the Reception to find out what the problem was. At this point he told me he needed to escort me to Reception. Felt like a criminal that’s why I have rated them 2 stars instead of 5

Stayed here for couple of nights when staying in Abu Dhabi. Top top hotel, amazing service starting from the reception staff who were welcoming. Amazing lobby seating area The deluxe room with king bed was relatively small compared to other hotels but it is extremely luxurious. Note: they use salvatore ferragamo shampoo and soap in the toilet. The breakfast buffet is good with variety, also the outdoor cafe/shisha is good with beautiful views. Location of the hotel is also perfect: less than 30 mins from the airport, 15 mins from/to the louvre abu dhabi, and 30 mins to Yas Island where Ferrari World and Warner Bros are. The hotel is directly connected the the galleria mall which has high-end brands (Lv, Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana.. you name it) and top restaurants like nusr-et. I would define stay here next time I am in abu dhabi.

It was very nice experience. Highly recommended for family. All staff were friendly and they really think about kids. They prepared welcome drink, plus welcome gift for kids at the main entrance. And then, the more surprising when we entered room as picture shown.

Every time I go to the Four Seasons its such a great outing. The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly and welcoming and my friends and I love the Eclipse lounge. Great consistent shisha, wonderful drinks and a truly exceptional ladies night. This is my go to spot for a grand time.

One of the best four seasons I ever stayed at. Good location in New Amman, about 15-20 mins from downtown Amman by taxi (hotel will arrange one for you especially with someone who speaks English). I had a room on a high floor with an ok view. Bed was very comfortable. I stayed 7 nights at the hotel and didnt have any problems. Staff are super friendly, helpful and professional.Food is delicious. Great wine list. I ate and drank local food at the hotel. Everything was beyond perfect.Thank you four seasons Amman for a great time.

CRUST BRUNCHMuch of the food is outstanding. Service is excellent. Drinks are good: the drinkers liked the gin station and loved the port on the cheese table; I loved the mocktails. Desserts are good and different every week. The donut with ice cream made up for it!Ill let the pics speak for themselves. ❤️

The hotel opened its doors since a month,such a beautiful building and high quality atmosphere. The hotels close proximity to the Galleria mall (which has lots of restaurants and great shopping) was great. In particular, the service was fantastic and they made my wifes birthday very special with so ***y personal gestures.

Very nice hotel and stands tall to the reputation of the Four Seasons brand name. The quality of the building, furniture, the design, the layouts and the service are comparable to the best hotels in town. Its new and thats an additional point in favour of the hotel the plans for the area are good and in 2 to 3 years it should be in the heart of the events happening in Abu Dhabi. For the time being, it close to many attractions where you can get to shopping malls, cultural landmarks and down town in less than 10 minutes. Overall, its worth a try.

The Four Seasons Hotel, Abu Dhabi was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and assisted me to get to my event in a timely efficient manner. The food was good. It was not as good as some of the other hotels I have been to. The view was absolutely stunning! Its right on the water, and amazing to view at night.I would highly recommend a stay here, or to attend/host events here.

An amazing brunch at their Crust restaurant. The food was outstanding. The service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Rounded off the evening up stairs at Eclipse. Fabulous team anď atmosphere there too.

Literally one of the highest levels of customer service we have ever experienced. The staff from top to bottom was incredible. From the moment you checked in, to the moment you checked out, the process was perfect. If you are in the UAE / Abu Dhabi you should stay here for business or vacation. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We had a premier executive suite. It was huge and beautiful. We had a foyer, full kitchen, living room, dining room, office area, 1.5 bathrooms, walk in closet with makeup vanity, and large master bath with soaking tub, wash closet and walk in shower.I love the Four Seasons. Their customer service is unparalleled to all the large hotel chains. Most of my issues with this location are to do with design and meals.1. First and foremost, if you pay for a suite, the mini bar contents should be free.2. I do not believe that anyone uses bidets anymore. They should upgrade their toilets to bidet toilets, or at least toilet seats. Getting up using cold toilets at night are a shock to the system. Hand sprayers are disgusting.3. The lighting and electrical curtains were complicated. The buttons were hard to press because they were small and often blinds buttons did not respond. They were awkwardly placed by the bedside and not labeled. I often only wanted to open 1 window blind and not the whole room.A major problem that made me hesitant to book this hotel was design of the building. I was right in my discomfort. The building is clad with stationary glass and metal vertical louvres. Even though the bars are small and the glass is translucent, they effectively obstruct your view of the bay and city. I did not like this and it was especially problematic for night views. I could not get good pics of my outside views because of this and would not choose this hotel again.Location was also not great. It is attached to a mall, but the area is not in walking distance to major city attractions or the coast.A minor issue was with food. Room service food was inedible constantly. They certainly need a new chef. The only thing that was good was chicken caesar salad even though I had to cut the bread for croutons, and seasoned fries, but they did have a strange taste. The Butcher and Still steak was horrific. I refused to even eat the spinach even though I could rewarm it to get the kid germs off of it from sick children running through the restaurant touching every vacant table and coughing and sneezing on the food pickup counter.I would not stay at this location on my next trip to Abu Dhabi.

Four Seasons hotel is one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi and considered by many of my friends to be the place to dine and enjoy the night. The staff are well trained to look after their customers and the architecture of the hotel is consistent with the hotel international standard. Worth visiting.

The hotel is very beautiful in design. The separate bedroom is an oasis of peace with the usual sumptuous FS bed. The Staff at the hotel are world class trained and exceed all expectations. The location is great to visit the different parts of Abu Dhabi. The price was just right and not so expensive just worth with the money.

Very good new property, attached to the mall, many different restaurants including Nusret.Could be difficult to reach by google due to detours. Breakfast is excellent but does not have a beach front.

What can I say about this ultra modern addition to the Abu Dhabi hotel scene. Simply the best service I have ever experienced in a hotel either here or abroad. It doesn’t come cheap and lack of beech access may put off some but ,has everything else in abundance. Great dining and shopping options (The Galleria) and location is excellent. Highlights. Butcher and Stills and the Buffet Breakfast is worth the trip.

Had a great Brunch at Crust. Very tasty food, varied selection including, pasta station, sushi station, roast meats, plenty of hot dishes plus many more international cuisines brought to the table. The mocktails & cocktails were also fantastic. Service was very good so would highly recommend.The only bit of feedback Id give was that the roast meats could have been kept warmer but still one of tne of the best brunches in Abu Dhabi.

Views again are splendid. The hotel is connected to the high-end luxury Galleria mall. The best part is the kids play area which is in a separate room close by. We were given what is called Island View Rooms which overlooks vast stretches of sand dunes with ugly constriction equipment strewn all around.

Nice fancy hotel, to be clear, I didnt see the rooms, I wasnt a resident at the hotel, but I went there to eat at Nusret restaurant & hang out at the lobby and coffee shops. The place is great, Id recommend you checking it out.

Nice hotel, staff are very welcoming and professional, but the rooms were a little small, the hotel is not to easy to reach if you are commuting to Yas island, and although they do offer valet parking which is nice, I personally prefer hotels that do offer personal parking as well.
