I recommend this hotel! 🤗 Reception staffs are very accommodating. Room is spacious. Room service is helpful as well as the HK. Near to WTC mall and restaurants are just around the place. Place is very accessible and they are flexible to early check and late checkout. Surely Ill come back 😊

First of all I am still staying at novel hotel as I am quarantined. The reception staff is very cordial and helpful. But when it comes to food I request you please do not include food in your stay especially if you are Indian. The Indian chef knows just one or two dishes to prepare. I have been staying here for last 11 days in all these days 4 days I received upma, 3 days Kerala parotha and some gravy, 1 day idli, 1 day it was sandwich, and once they served only bread omlette. In lunch and dinner its always one chicken gravy, one veg or dal. Not both. Once they will provide roti. Either in lunch or dinner. Overall its a waste of money. And these things are kept repeating even after complaining. I guess either the chef is lazy orhe is not capable of serving too many guests.

Room was good. Elevators was slow. Gym was very old. There is three different bars here, one on the second floor and two on the fifth floor. The pool area on fifth floor is most of the time in the shade. I didnt like that.

Had another wonderful dinner at Le Beaujolais tonight! The food was great and the service impeccable 🎂Buddy and his team get 5* 🤗

Novel is one of the best hangout place for night lovers.Sitauted at the heart of the City, it offers splendid food and beverages.Rooms are well cleaned and spacious. Swimming pool is deep and clean. If someone look for lesuire time with music and food this is the ideal place.I will give 5 stars.

I had a memorable time with my family at Novel.The Hotel is a beautiful property managed by @danat_hotels_resorts .I completely enjoyed my stay at this 4* star property that is designed beautifully to offer a safe and comfortable stay for all its guests.@novelhotelauh is situated on Hamdan Street Abu Dhabi.We stayed in a Big Deluxe Non Smoking Room with a lovely view of the city .The room was very comfortable,neat and Disinfected along with Tea coffee making facilities,32LCD Tv ,Free Wifi.In the afternoon we enjoyed a splashing dip in the big pool I also enjoyed Shisha from @kasbah_cafe.We were later surprised by @novelhotelauh with a box mouthwatering chocolates from @barneysbakeryuae .We completely enjoyed our Lunch at Le Beaujolais Cafe thats on Lobby Level.At night relished a fab dinner at Mood Indigo thats an English Pub.Had a peaceful night sleep woke up to Flavourful American Breakfast 🥐🍳Later went for lunch at The Authentic Chinese Restaurant @chinarestaurant.ad that is 38year old ,loved the food and ambiance.@novelhotelauh has total of 6 Restaurants & Bars,with large Health Cub Facilities like Gym ,Sauna ,Jacuzzi .@novelhotelauh also offers laundry & dry cleaning services for its guests,valet parking,In room dining ,Gift shop ,Ladies Salon ,Barber shop, Business Center.The staff of the Hotel is so welcoming and helpful.All Hygiene Measures are taken seriously by the Hotel Management.A BIG THANK YOU @novelhotelauh for a SAFE AND MEMORABLE STAY cant wait to come back soon to make more amazing memories ❤️

Very poor service ! I just checked in last night and they won’t allow me to reserve one more room this 2 filipina woman on the reception not even friendly just because I am Filipina they won’t think I am poor that can’t provide any ID or can’t pay! deluxe room also not clean cabinet it’s stinks no blower conditioner not good smell ! I wouldn’t recommend you to stay there.

Been to this place many times and my longest was about two weeks long. The staff is very efficient and accommodating. Rooms are small but are kept super clean. Dont have any complains all the staff from top to bottom have best behavior. Bar mood indigo is very cozy and inviting.

Hmmm mixed emotions for now... the welcome was not as good..no smiles, no welcome feeling... its my first night will see how the rest of the stay goes....So after my stay i have the below comments and i added one extra star rating:GENERAL FEEL OF THE PLACE-once inside the hotel you can not even tell its knee deep in the busy city center of Hamdan street which i really liked!!!!SERVICE UPON ARRIVAL- we did not receive the best of welcomes. I arrived at around 6pm so i assume the front desk agents were tired or something...ROOMS- our room was nicely made up and really felt clean. We had such a super nice cleaner named Idrees. He was so polite and helpful. We asked for extra water, towels etc, he was so nice about it. I recommend he be rewarded for giving such excellent service as opposed to the front reception service received. The second day of our stay we got back to our room and it was again freshly made up and all our possessions in the same place. This was impressive! Thank you Idress.BATHROOM- Unfortunately the bathroom is now old. the tub had some scratches not as welcoming to have a soak in the tub. the most disappointing of all was the plumbing system of the room. I am not sure if the problem was with our room or its a structural issue of the whole hotel as a hole. The water pressure for the shower was so weak, hence you could not enjoy the shower, in addition the draining was not good. You had to wait a bit in the tub for the water to drain out completely. On a plus note the shower gel smelled divine.SWIMMING AREA- I enjoyed this area the most. We went there and there was noone else so we had the whole pool to our self. The life guard on duty Haneef was also super nice. When we arrived he explained to us about the pools depth and advised us to keep to the 1m side. In addition he was always alert when either one of us went in for a deep, ready to save the day if need be :)RESTAURANT/BAR- On the last night we went to the restaurant located in the 5th floor. The welcoming lady was also nice and welcomed us, however she then passed us to a colleague of hers who i assume was the waitress on duty. That waitress service was appalling, we were the first to arrive in the restaurant, but it appears we were the last ones to be attended to comparing to the other tables. Probably this was a classic case of stereotyping but never the less we had fun. The AED69 deal is worth trying also!OVERALL- I would be happy to visit the hotel after some time to see if there have been changes made by the management and could feature in more detail on google maps for future clients the owners might target.Thank you!

Stayed in the property for nearly 16 (Self quarantine) days. Room service is quite good. But not satisfied with the food.. Better they can upgrade their meal plan..And they dont have parking facility. construction in progress around the hotel.

Quarantine stay....Im staying here from 7th June 2021 and may be on 21st June 2021 I will check out from this hotel.Not many hotels in Abu Dhabi know how to manage quarantine requirements. If you are travelling to Abu Dhabi and has to quarantine yourself, I would highly recommend this hotel for you. The staff in this hotel knows how to treat such requirements with care and provide all the necessities during your quarantine.Room boy brought breakfast/lunch/Dinner to our door time to time.We have to do our own cleaning (due to quarantine) but the staff provided for all what we needed.(My special thanks to Mr.IDRESH )My overall rating is based on spacious room, quality of service and food. t’s a great place to stay.... Staff are friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...

We stayed in self quarantine room.. the room service has been provided from outside only.. eventhough they have provided whatever we asked (coffee powder, towel, water bottles etc.,) immediately. Also they served food from outside (that we ordered) in a timely manner. Nice gesture..

One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. Good to stay for week to 20 days maximum. They have a massage center, restaurants and lounge. They are soooo clean and there are a parking.

Many times I have stayed here with my husband. Because it is walking distance from his office.The hotel is very nice with very good price with very good location. We always love their corner room, spacious, have big windows, especially the one facing sunrise, very nice room. They upgraded us to Junior Suite one time. Very GOOD!!. NICE ROOM with the ambience of magenta. The hotel located just beside Hamdan Center, where you can buy souvenirs of AbuDhabi here. The parking space also not so troublesome...The club obviously one of the favourite ones in town. Never been there, saw many people going there.Will always come back here...

The Premier in is awesome. Everybody was extremely polite. A new really clean hotel. The king size bed was also great. Breakfast is supreme and absolutely worth the money. Great place close to the water that offers a wonderful shopping experience and eateries. Great view and a historical place that truly captures the essence of Coronado Island. I was fortunate enough to enjoy the visual delight that is the Hotel during their all season. Their lights are amazing and they provide an area for ice skating as well. The Del does not disappointed. Amazing.

Great affordable hotel for a business trip. Great buffet breakfast in the morning (charged separate to room rate) with a chef wholl cook omelettes however you want, great pool (3m deep) and OK gym facilitates. Room dont have balconies unfortunately

Stayed here for two weeks and have no complaint. The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is the busiest area of Abu Dhabi. At walking distance you will find a lot of resturants, super markets, currency exchanges and everything else a visitor needs. WTC ( World trade centre) is also at walking distance. However if you dont like busy areas, this place is not for you.
