The location is perfect for accessing Al Wahda Mall. The hotel is clean and great value for money. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Very limited option for food, over priced & not allowed to order from outside. Cold food always sometimes burned too. Have to eat this for next 7 days 🤮🤮🤮Adding my review for Bone Biryani instead of Mutton. Small bones mixed with rice. Price 66aed but if tooth broken it can jump to 1000 easily.Mix grill / club sandwich / chicken wings / Pepperoni pizza are good option here.After quarantine i would never eat here for sure.

Dont forget your phone charger or your laptop because you will not enjoy when u open the television NO ENGLISH MOVIE?!?!? No star movie. No disney channel for kids. No thrill movie. Just enjoy the bed and sleep aaaaalllll day and night. Not recommend if you have kids with you. Maybe drop your bags and go to al whada mall. Thats it.

My review is about the Restaurant only not the Hotel itself. The restaurant is so calm so romantic, not to much noise, not to much things even. We booked a pizza meal previously! Its was utterly awesome! Wow! It was made by so talented chiefs I may say. No pizza to be compared to this I ate there. The salad was simple, healthy and delicious. Everything was quiet and delicious. It was a great experience and memorable short time, and we are to make it again. I have no idea what does the place look like when many people are there as we were the only couple there. I have taken some quite amazing photos for the place. Have a nice time fellas.

Everything worked like a dream, starting from the helpful and efficient service of the Reservations staff, receptionist, concierge etc. The staff were all very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Everything was exactly as they said it would be in the room. It was worth it. 😊

I had private venue in Al Dar Arjaan Restaurant/ Al Rawda Arjaan. It was amazing place and the food was delicious. Very accommodating staff Ms Neddie, Ms. Juanita. Definitely will come back again and I will recommend to my friends.

Great hotel to stay. The rooms are nice, tidy and pleasant. Staff is also very cooperative, polite and humble. If you have booked your room along with the breakfast then you are definitely going to enjoy the wide varieties of delicious meals they have in the morning.

Great and clean place service is excellent

Check-in was painless and quick and they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room than we booked.Breakfast was generous with options for cold/hot buffet, and continental options, and they kept replenishing everything even near closing time.The room and bed were comfy and the bathroom very practical. However, I found the pillows to be too hard for my taste.Wifi was good.Whilst the hotel isnt located very close to downtown, it was strategically located near the bus station, which means there were plenty of buses going in all direction only on a 1-3 min walk.Staff at reception was very friendly and keen.

Amazing I like it

I have stayed here for three years until I was transferred to a remote location. It is convenient to shopping and downtown. However, today I ws told that packing is no longer free unless you are a long term guest. Also I have experienced lack of hot water on two recent stays.Staff is still helpful and friendly.Be aware there is no heating for the rooms during the winter months when night temperatures do drop.

Good 4 stars hotel,room is clean and big. Downside have bus and taxi,beside is big shopping center. Good for live and go anywhere.

This is my second time in Al Rawda and I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the whole staff from the cleaner to the desk staff. It is good for travelling specially when you need to cook for your own tastes because the kitchen utensils helped a lot.

Rooms are good and the location too. No parking available if you drive your car to this place, dont know where the chaffeur parks too

Small hotel bit with clean and spacious rooms. Mine was a studio style unit with a kitchenette, washer, and 2 twin beds. Decent breakfast provided and the alWahda mall is right behind the hotel.

The hotel is fine its okay its located next to a mall which gives you access to shopping its close to a taxi point and its not too far from the city centre but the rooms themselves and not that large the lift is quite small but its all right. Breakfast just average nothing too fantastic or exotic

The Hotel is actually good, clean and complete of amenities. But its just so sad that we booked for a non smoking room a month earlier and when we arrived at the hotel they just said to us that there are NO non smoking room available. Its really bad, we are non smokers as we leave the Lift going to our room, we can smell the cigarette odor already, specailly at our room. FYI cigarette odor is 3rd hand smoke, its as if we already smoke for alot of hours

The rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly. They serve a fair selection for their breakfast buffet. It has all the basic amenities you will need like wifi and water heater. There is a small kitchen where you can cook and a microwave is provided.

Run away , the attitude of staff very bad and just lying to resolve the issue specially the supervisor , there is no acoustic isolation between the room and can hear the noise from upper floor . i raised to complain to top management of rotana but no response till date . the room is wide and clean and location is prefect .Dear Mr. William ,thanks for replying but i didnt find any things with your reply to reserve my right as i lose three nights were full disturbed for me .even no action has been taken on my complained sent through Rotana Web.

Its a good hotel, well located, but not wow. It smells weird.

An average hotel. Offers all kinda stays. No pool. Gym is jus for d namesake. It contain very minimal equipment. If you are gym freak then this hotel wont stand. Breakfast is fine. Staff is good and responsive. Its a budget hotel. Nothing fancy here. location is good. If you get front side room then you will get abundant sunshine throught d day.

Been here for one night stay , the reception will not greet you with smile :( and her reaction is like you are just asking for something (like can I submit my cv) hahaha we requested for twin bed and she gave us smoking floor room , at first the smell is ok but when we are sleeping the smoke coming in the exhaust . Please choose the non-smoking floor if you want to experience the very relaxing day /night :) But everything is fine thanks to one night stay voucher hope to have one soon again :)

Al Rawda Arjaan Rotana is a very attractive Rotana

A good place for long term stay as the apartments are well equipped with all items of daily use thus making you feel at home. Also, the service level is good and staff are very courteous.

I had never been to this hotel before but I live exactly beside it . All my friends who have been there said that its great . The building itself looks great and that small garden infront of the entrance is just cute !
