When I stay for a night, it was splendid..!!!! They offer reasonable price plus good service & you can bring in your friends for an occasions such us B-days, get together gatherings, party for a caused and many others without restrictions... Such a lovely hotel indeed..!!!

Rude, careless and arrogant hotel staff.I booked one twin room through Agoda app including breakfast, they denied in the morning and drag me to reception from the restaurant to prove myself. Upon showing my booking confirmation, they agreed to serve breakfast for adults only not for the kids..this was embarrassing, harassment and insulting for me. Im very disappointed 😞

Poor hospitality, the way the housekeeping and reception staff talks and behaves would make you feel as if they own the hotel. The issue is simple, I just asked for an extra glass to drink water as the glass already provided was already to have a drink, and the hotel policy cannot provide us with amextra glass. Then why do you run a bloddy hotel??

Rooms were ok, but batroom was not clean, toilet seating arrangement is very cramped. Kettle was very dirty. No one at restaurant to service u, I had to go directly to kitchen and place my order to chef.

Booked this hotel on January 2020, room number 204. Elevator didnt worked, was damaged by heavy rain. Lamps in the room also was damaged.

Room wall looks dirty, and lamps doesnt work. Toilet flushing was not good. To be honest it was not promising.

Not hot water in washroom and not toothpaste and bad plo is very small size

Third class hotel .. worst hotel in abu dhabi .. no proper WiFi .. leaking taps in bathrooms .. for 1 small bottle of water they used to charge extra .. unexperienced and unprofessional people in receiption ...

There was a filipina lady in the front desk who were not allowing me to check in using my id copy. The reservation was made under my friend’s name as she has her passport is with her, while my passport is with the company for renewal of visa. She was trying to argue and telling me that won’t be possible as they need the original one. I totally understand that is the hotel policy but at least she could have said it with an empathy and offers an option, but she was not so helpful, and saying that its not allowed as if there is no other way I can check in.

Blinds are broken washroom basin clogged washroom door lock also broken. And these are the things which I can see by my eyes

Convenient location. Below average maintenance. Hospitality and staff behaviour acceptable.

GREAT reception team, room space is excellent, rooms need maintenance and cleaning need some improvements however its accepted due to the nice location and again the reception team.

The room is not that clean especially the bath tub. Socket for electricity are not working. You will find which socket is working in order to use. Pillow are very thin and not feels good to use (look very old)

All people are hospitality specially the receptionist..

Need a place to sleep and have a good shower, come here. Just note u have to keep a deposit at the desk incase of any damages in the form of 200aed, upside they have parking.

Poor service , they r thief took 2 hours ,waited for check innWhen I was going to check out they check the room and said one drinking glass is missing and they charge 50 dirhums for an ordinary glass ,Better to sleep in park not in this hotel

Paragon hotel inside Hala danah massage center is too much good massage center nd professional massage therapist ladies its nice make massage. I feel really good nd relax my body

Nice perfect Asian food. All types of dishes are available. Prices are avg.

Bathroom weirdly arranged, you need to sit on the side of the toilet in order to use it, bathtub area looks moldy. Thanks god only staying for one night. Just checked in already can’t wait to get the hell out of here.

Convenient location..everything nearby..located in Madinat Zayed Area in between Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre and Hamed Centre ..big rooms..cosy atmosphere..helpful staffs..there are lots of eateries and shopping centres around ..you will enjoy your stay definitely..

Very unprofessional receptionist by name Mitchell messing me up second time. She checked me in the hotel without alerting me there is no wifi!!! Later I called the reception desk for wifi password she gave me without a word. Few hours from outside to come back to the room only to call the reception desk again to know whats the problem only to be told they dont have /didnt have wifi connection whole of today. His Egyptian protective boss in front her and they knew what game they played. Zero rate

Very bad ,towel is like discarded no dental kit no bathmat,no hand towel,kettle having water inside so disgusting,standing lqmp no bulb very bad experience iin this hotel..

Rooms are not clean and incomplete facilities.

Housekeeping staff is not honest. We stay there last wednesday april 25 to april 26 2018.. And when we check out we find out that my friend forget his necklace in bedside table and he call in the reception on the same day to ask if they find something from room that we checkout but they said they didnt find anything. In the other hotel even simple accesories that u forgot they will return to u. And also they will call for nothing at around 1 am when u r sleeping. Pillow is very used and thin.. Dissapointed too much!!
