Stayed here for 4 weeks in august 2021. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and available to help at every moment. The restaurant ‘choices’ has huge variety to their menu and the food was fantastic. The Y bar and overall atmosphere here was very busy and lively. This hotel also has great facilities for guests to use including gym, swimming pool and even access to Yas Beach nearby. Would highly recommend

The rooms were very comfortable and had great ambiance. Very clean. The location of the hotel is great, close to all the parks.Great place for family!The breakfast buffet was also served fresh and hot with good variety.Very friendly, helpful and cooperative front desk staff who accommodated all of our requests without any additional charges.The shuttle service provided to and from the parks was also a great help.However, several calls were made to the house keeping/guest services for some stuff required which took them a lot of time and many follow up calls until the items were received.

Very accommodating staff from the reservation, reception and even up to pool attendants. Though they are full guest when we arrived, but still made way to accommodate in terms of food during breakfast, room requests and more!I would like to commend Mirva or Marve in the reception. This has been my home for 3 weeks now and all I can say is that every staff member has been nothing but great! They treat customers and each other with respect.Eating at the Choices restaurant has been the highlight of each day. Having different cuisines each day and delivering excellent food!It is lovely to stay here!

Our family stayed here over the weekend. Quite a lot of people in the reception, I was supposed to give 4 stars due to long duration of check in but the lady from the business center called me to be assisted immediately which was great! The pool was per booking basis so there were not a lot of people and the kids enjoyed the swim. Hotel was not located within the beach area but you can book a shuttle for free if you want to go to the beach. There are shuttles going around Yas from the hotel so transportation was easy. Breakfast was great. One staff approached us to ask for review and we told him that the croissant was not very much to our liking. He was professional in accepting our review and few moments later came back with a new set of croissant which was amazing as it was freshly baked! Checkout was definitely smooth! We had a fantastic stay overall!

A great place to spend your holidays. Very happy and supportive staff, always ready go an extra mile to help guest.I have personally experienced this during the very busy breakfast hours. The manager and support staff were ensuring that each and every guest is attended to and are happy.This place is closely located to all the theme parks and also host a free shuttle service if you want to go these parks.All in all a 5 star experience.

- Amazing stuff in hotel , who worked with me , everybody is very kind and professional ( front desk manager, conserge, waiters in cafeteria and bar)- my room was clean and cozy- kitchen is perfect, and tasty , I took room with breakfast. Service in cafeteria is very fast- bar is not bad , great waiters, but just my opinion, you should to improve design and will do something with smellGalina

Great Hotel. Stayed for one week. The staff, especially the front desk team, were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a range of very good restaurants, a gym and spa, outdoor pool and the place is immaculately maintained. There is also a free shuttle between it and Yas Mall.

All staff from reception, concierge, HK and literally in every department of the hotel are excellent! They have given me and my friends a superb experience! Stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 yr old twins. It was quite crowded for a weekday stay, maybe because its still school break. They have good sized clean rooms and bathrooms. There were some items that needs replacement or repair though, electric kettle and bathroom light switch which. Also the bedside table was sliding open which caused an accident with our kid, good thing there is no wound from the glass topper. The staff from choices are very nice and helpful. Though it was just the same menu for the 2 nights stay. Food is good, sufficient choices. You can also ask for kids food like nuggets or pasta. They have a kids pool with partial shade and an adult pool. Theres also a play area but they only accepted 4 yrs old above. The gym is in the other hotel right across it is clean, all facilities need prior booking which wasnt an issue. The staff at the concierge was very helpful especially when goin to Yas beach.

Great hotel. Y bar is fun. The steakhouse and the Indian restaurant were both delicious. Breakfast is great and the pool is wonderful. Customer service is also top notch.

The service was excellent.. And the people treated us with so much respect. I would like to recognize bayo when i checked out hes a very kind guy and so easy to get along with. While enjoying my stay with my fiance they called to let me know if i need anything and what i should do if i need.

It was great value for money, especially as a family holiday. At front desk, Nelisa was friendly and helpful. The check-in and checkout process was also quite fast.My 9 and 6 year old had a great time at the kids club and swimming pool.The room was clean, but unfortunately the switch on the main shower head was broken. One of the reading lights also did not have a bulb. Not a big deal for us as we only stay one night, but the rooms could be better inspected before guess arrive.Overall, amazing for kids.

The best place to spend time with family! All the staffs were very warm and friendly from check in till check out. They were all very attentive and accomodating. Food was amazing too! Ms Lind from reception gave us an upgrade to premium room. Over all experience was perfect!

Cosy room, delicious food, swimming pool, nice location just next to Yas Marina F1 Circuit.. I love the place.Two things I miss. First - theres no bathtub in my room; second - it would be great to have more power sockets and no USB..The rest are fantastic 😊

Great hotel and lovely staff, If you have kids there is a Kids Club which is Free and its really fun for kids even i enjoyed a lot.Breakfast was not that special (maybe it was due to Covid restriction) there was a line which we could not cross and we couldnt see or read the labels of the food properly.I was gona rate 4 Star because of breakfast but they gave me extra bed for kids which is normally 120Aed or 150Aed for free, Thats why my rating is 5 Star :D

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is awesome and the service is exceptional. The buffet is still open, you just have to select what you desire and they get it for you. Guests are not allowed to touch serving utensils during the pandemic.If you have never stayed at Rotana, give it a try. You will be pleased.

Casual lobby and pool is not spacious enough to accommodate adults and even kids share it. Parking has stiff passage for two way traffic on one point. Staff and personnel are very professional. Breakfast has few choices of dishes during our two night stay.

Very fast to check in. The receptionist Ms Grace was very accommodating and friendly. All our requests was granted. She’s been very helpful with all our queries. Also Mr Arnel did a good job in assisting us. All staffs are very friendly. Hotel is very clean and safe, great location for relaxing. We had a great weekend, and will definitely visit again. Lovely Anniversary Celebration - stayed on 10 July 2021!Bayo at Front Desk gave us a complimentary room upgrade, along with a quick and smooth check in experience.Nice dinner at Y Bar - the differently colored mini burgers in the Slider Trio were pleasing to the eye. Eco friendly straws made of avocado seeds were provided with our drink! Keep up the good job of saving the environment.Enjoyed an awesome breakfast at Choices. Glad to have a complimentary late check out along with Yas Beach access, happily used to experience the seaside sunset.Thank You Yas Island Rotana!

The overall stay has been relaxing - the room/other facilities, and the service. The only thing is the restrictions due to COVID19 (which I fully understand as the hotel wants to put our safety first), I hope the hotel could consider opening the Yas Beach earlier than 10:00AM, now that the pool access is very limited, so guest can have their option for relaxation rather than just staying in the room and waiting. We had some request such as toothpaste, bathrobe & adaptor (for apple charges) and I highly appreciate the swift action from guest service center. I also want to commend the manager, Mr. Sinan which is on duty at the reception, his flexible support and consideration, help us to have ease upon checking in & I am able to enjoy the planned vacation for my parents.

Our stay was indeed great and relaxing in this hotel. We are welcomed warmly by the staffs although out the hotel and their in-house kitchenette have given us complements as well. My daughter really enjoyed so much in their pool especially in the kids play area.We will absolutely stay again in Yas Island Rotana hotel.

Thanks for mr Sinan for his professional service during our check in.but the restaurant is very bad service , They try to satisfy the customer at the beginning of the reservation and after the reservation and payment, everything changes for the bad. There is no service in restaurants and there is no credibility, especially when booking through the reservation site

The hotel is really relaxing and they offer a lot of services. The hotel staffs were really helpful. Mirza from reception was really accommodating as well as almira from choices was really nice. We are enjoying our stay so far. The pool looks nice but we cannot use it as of now since they are improving it but they offered another option so we can still enjoy swimming. The free breakfast was amazing, there were a lot of options to choose from.

We spend every weekend in a hotel and we make our review, this is our for this stay is rotana1- before booking i called to ask if the hotel was crowded and told no, 1 hour later i reach there ... all fully booked. Crowded like hell2- ⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ You have to book your spot for any activity and mostly are overbooked.3- no valet we had to park the car down and walk with our staff till the entrance.4- ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ they dont tell you when you book that kids area is only for 4 years old and above.5- only third of the area of the kids pool is shaded. So you see all parents nannies and kids swimming in few square meters. Too much crowded for us. Specially with people swimming with their coton clothes 😷6- again ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ The meal is mentioned 120 in booking.com but they charged is 179 because some special name they have given to the dinner who was TERRIBLE. Food is terrible and the other restaurants in the hotel are serving the same food (i think). You better eat somewhere else around or make an order7- people are living their trash in front of their doors along the corridor, distrusting.8- they announce 15% discount on the bar but they have already overpriced it to match their expectations. 50 aed for a draught beer !!!! What the hell !!??9- tv channels sucks and wifi is horrible. You will stay most of the time in the room because all activities are overbooked so better you bring your laptop to watch something interesting. Tv inside room has no USB or youtube .... 32” first version plasma.10- the beach entrance fees is not included in the package11- only 1 lobby lift, crowded and works only with card.Honestly cant rate this hotel 4**** but 3. We were happy to check out and go back home. I ve spent 1000 aed for a pissing nightOur experience in crown plaza was much better.

Oh! The poolside is huge too, with a seperate partly shaded kids pool. ( pool is open until 9pm ).Staff are very courteous and friendly. Thanks to Bayo at the Front Reception Desk. Bayo is a gem of a person and we must say that we received great hospitality from him. He provided us with all the required information to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one.Room service is excellent 👌 Staff are very quick in fulfilling any requests to the best of their ability.Massive room space with basic amenities and balcony overlooking the Yas Marina Circuit /Ferrari World/W Hotel and Etihad Arena.Whats more exciting was that along with our stay we got entrance tickets to the Yas Beach which is not too far from the hotel.There is a public bus service in the area and so, getting around the bestest spots #onyas Island is not a hassle at all.Check their social media pages for BEST summer rates on stays, Restaurant/bar, Bodylines Wellness and more ...There is so much to experience at #YasIslandHotel !

We were given an interconnecting room which is very convenient for a family with a toddler like us. Breakfast is amazing except for the rice porridge it was way too watery and plain (maybe a little more thicker consistency and more choices of toppings). The main pool was closed at that time but we enjoyed at the kids pool (with 2 yr old).. check in was fast, check out too was hassle free. Parking has enough spaces. All the staff were accomodating.

Liked · Staffs are very good. Actually I booked for 2 nights. Due to some personnel reasons, I want to shortened my trip to 1 night. The hotel is happily accepted and gone for refund immediately. It seems very strange for me. But yas rotana did it. I felt very happy on that. kids pool is amazing.Disliked · I felt, Breakfast menu items were little less. Rooms are very clean, But balcony seems dusty. They should take care of that.

Yes.We got upgraded to Suite room was nice.The front desk staff was very courteous and made sure we are comfortable. They called us while at the park to ensure we are comfortable.The room card wasn’t working sometimes so that was the only minus.The buffet dinner was lovely. Very dish was perfectly done. The re at airbag staff John needs a special mention- very friendly and courteous.chefs Jerffry & Jordy were some who made amazing entries for dinner. As I loved the foot massage at the body lines spa.Definitely recommend family for a stay.Great service! Having stayed in other hotels in the area, their service is top class.

The rooms where outdated, rugs were stained, comforter and pillowcase was stained. Bad smell, pool was small and breakfast food was not good, although I complained and the chef was very accommodating to my needs.

A very peaceful place to visit. Neatly kept nd the rooms r just amazing. The English breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Second visit:We came back and enjoyed the amenities of Rotana. Now the pool is operational, a had a great time swimming and sun basking. The restaurants were great and really satisfied my belly. We were offered an upgrade to a room with balcony on a very reasonable price...we like the room and enjoying the night view of yas at the balcony.

I cant complain for the price we paid but the rooms do need updating. They are old and dont smell nice. They are clean thought and you have shampoo etc included so I do recommend for a cheap stay. The breakfast needs more options too. And when parking down stairs their is no lift and noone came to help with suitcases.

It was a very pleasant stay at Yas Island Rotana hotel. We stayed for 3 days and I highly recommend this for staycation, very close to Yas Mall and Yas theme Park.Staff are friendly and very accommodating. A vacation that’s highly needed? satisfied indeed!

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids had a very pleasant 2 nights stay. Even with the very busy weekend, the staff was very accommodating: housekeeping was prompt, request for an extra bed was quickly provided and we were given a late check out. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying. Shuttle to the beach was not available during our stay, but the 20 min walk to the beach was ok.

Thanks to Wasim who gave me a warm welcome and assisted me the best that he can.I requested for a high floor and he gave me a room with a super nice view, facing the yas marina and the yas plaza,super love it😍.Next thanks also to the culinary team who brought me some sweet treats,again I felt more than special. Additional bottled water which most of the hotels wont do unless u request for it.So all in all, I had a great time here,planning to come back again soon to try the pool.

The hotel staffs were great. Bayo who checked us in was very helpful until the time that we checked out.We booked the room with club access but club room was closed and we were not informed when we checked in but the staff assisted us and told us where to go. We were also able to have club room access until after we checked out.Kayesel from YClub was amazing! She was always very happy to assist us. Always smiling and very approachable. She even sang happy birthday for my husband 😊

The stay allover was great. Hotel room was vgood spaced with balcony. Breakfast tastes excellent. Swimming pool is so clean but it is considered small compared to the hotel capacity.

Not a good experience for us. Ac was not working properly they fixed it, water flow was slow they fixed it after we brought this up. They can be occupied due to holidays but they should keep a check on the basics in the room. Toiletries - Toothpaste was missing. Breakfast was not at all good. Most of the things were cold.

I was surprised by the small gestures given by Bayo who I had interacted with the most. First night I came I had forgotten my adaptor charger and he swiftly found one for me and saved me. He showed care and effort in his job. Huge Help.

Nice for a short stay or business only stay. Rooms nice and clean. Bathroom with shower and bathtub a little too tight for comfort. Balcony also not a nice comfortable size. You get what you pay for

I am surprised that this hotel rated high. I spend 2 panful night sleeping on a medical hard mattress that cause back pain. In a room that have old AC system. With no infotainment TV with 21 inche screen.Bugs and ants as you see in picture from restaurant.Pool was under maintenance. I got to know only when I checked in.They are saving the cost so dont expect much in the room not even hair conditioner or fresh juice in your breakfastThe only good thing is the Indian restaurant food And staff was good. Everything else is less than one star.

Excellent customer service and they were really accommodating with late check out. Excellent stay with Excellent staff they r very friendly n co operative specially Mr salman and front desk reception staff I would love to come again for long stay

Not child friendly!Poor experience from reception, concierge, the room was hotter the a Dubai summer afternoon!Nothing in my stay here is pleasant!If possible, try the other hotels in Yas Plaza, even if you pay a bit more because with Rotana you definitely do not get what you pay for.Horrible. Terrible. Unpleasant!

Very bad service,, smoking smell in the room and in the floor,, and this floor smoking not allowed,,, I request water in th phone and for more that one houre I called 3 times and no respond,, I request to call the manager he is busy for 45 minit without answer,, pool are not clean and some guest allowed to swim using normal clothes ( jeans),, very bad hotel and never try to go again

Enjoyed staying and food is awesome . Ambiance is lovely. Staffs are very kind especially one Mr. Abu baker in the reception guided us and helped a lot . Want to visit one more time.

Was good....but there were issues which was addressed to the hotel management. Hope it is sorted for the comfort if other guest.Overall good experience but could have been the best !!

Great staff always friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. When we entered the room we were very surprised there was a very pretty and romantic swan towel in the bed,. Thanks to Archie for the surprised. He was very attentive and so fast,fantastic service. Breakfast was good variety and pretty healthy. Thanks to lovelyn so helpful.My partner really like to eat in Rangoli restaurant since my baby is sleeping we are not able to go to Rangoli restaurant to dine in. Thanks to Sangheeta she made it possible for us to eat the taste of Rangoli. She asked to deliver it to the room. She was very very helpful, great service. The butter chicken was the best!Thanks to Jackyline who was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks also to Asgar, shaji, wasim and nelissa for the assistance ,specially Katty. We enjoyed our stay.
