One of the best experiences ever. Its located in the middle of the city with sea and garden views. Nice Comfortable large rooms with friendly and helpful staff from the moment you enter until you leave. I wont forget the delicious cuisine 😉.. Its by far the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to. The staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. The food quality was okay. Definitely I will not come again as it was a terrible experience for me.

Stayed for quarntine June & Sep. 2021, Food no much varieties and no taste, fruits only 2 pieces in breakfast, launch and dinner pagging for 1 piece, no fresh juice, deliver food items all togeather in same plate, wide room, cleaning normal, towels worn out, furniture good, TV 50 good channels variety.

This is not a five star establishment. It was a complete nightmare from the time of arrival. Dont waste your money or time coming to this hotel. Upon my stay we were given an unhygienic room with dust and a bad smell. We were moved to another room and it had issues even though it was sealed and so called disinfected. Room had old hair in the cupboard and and in other areas. Dust and fingerprints were everywhere. Elevator and parts of the hotel have a strong smell of smoke. The Chef was very kind and provided great service in catering to us.The manager was also accommodating considering the circumstances, so thanks to both of them. Parking is also a complete disaster. Unfortunately we wont be returning to this hotel. Too many issues. Not a five star experience.

It was a great stay, room furniture is bit old but we got sea facing room. Bed is comfortable to sleep, lovely breakfast in the room with amazing and kind staff especially thanks to Ms. Mary🎂🥳😊,In room dining and HK staff. 🥰🥰

This is one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi just understand it has it all, the rooms are big comfy and clean. Room service, are fast efficient and handled with extreme profession. Staff, professionals, approachable and provide upmost hospitality. Valet included free of charge. Restaurant food excellent with delivery to own room. Scenery of the hotel is ideal one side towards the ocean and the other side to park.

Service is okay, however the most annoying is the food for people on quarantine, it should be better that what they offered, sometimes its not cooked enough and the quality is low. 🤷‍♂️ i recommend to bring another chef and more fresh ingredients.

Very clean, very kind staff and very beautiful view

After reading those bad reviews on gg, I was actually afraid to stay cuz the booking has been made already and it’s my husband birthday so I don’t want to ruin it. However I will just try for once and see but we didn’t expect anything much and SURPRISINGLY it is so amazing. We got upgraded to a beach view room. Services are great. Everyone is very helpful and kind. For the parking, you can ask the security guard to do valet parking not a problem. Although the furniture is kinda old but can’t really see it. I love the coach and bed just so much cuz they’re super comfortable to sit or lie down. Today is my first day here and tomorrow morning I’m going to have in room service breakfast due to covid 19. Can’t wait to have breakfast in my own room on that comfy coach and enjoy the beach view. I’m still gonna be here for like 3 more days and really I enjoy every moment here and I’m excited to celebrate my husband’s birthday here in this cozy suit. Thank you so much for the services.

The room was clean, but in disrepair (broken lamps). The bed was extremely comfortable - one of the nicest I’ve slept in for hotel beds. But the room was poorly stocked with essentials. There were no washcloths. Even though the room was booked for two adults, there was only one bath towel.Staff were generally polite and courteous, but communication with the front desk was EXTREMELY difficult. They kept calling the room and waking me up to confirm details or require “one more thing” that they had forgotten to do upon check-in.Out of the six menu items we selected from room service (food and drinks), they had exactly one item in stock - all the rest were unavailable.Parking is a nightmare with only a few spaces (maybe 8 or 9?) available immediately in front of the building. Once those fill up, you’re on your own to find street or alley parking in the vicinity. (Attendant at the front door assured me there would always be someone at the door available to help with parking, but when the time came, nobody was around.)There are MUCH better hotels in the area that advertise rooms at the same price point. I’ve been to several of them and ANY of them are a better option than the Corniche Hotel. This absolutely is NOT a five-star hotel, as advertised on Booking dot com and others.Save yourself the aggravation and inconvenience and stay at one of the many other fantastic hotels in Abu Dhabi.

Dusty,filthy rooms,and hair is everywhere,I am really disappointed on this so called 5star hotel,The parking service is so bad,and there isn’t many parkings outside the hotel(unbelievable),It is difficult to find a parking in this hotel,It is not a 5star hotel. Save your money and don’t waste your time coming to this hotel.

I am highly recommending Corniche Hotel, it has a fantastic view of on the gulf,I enjoyed watching the view every day from the landscape isolated windows.this is rather than the professional services they offer, varieties of the food with different cusine.

Has a lovely sea view, large spacious and bright rooms, tastefully done up and with a lovely view of the public gardens and the corniche. Theres a large smart TV and comfortable beds with feather pillows and mattress lining.Ive stayed here for 5 months. One of the largest rooms Ive lived at in any five star hotel in Abu Dhabi.Lots of taxis available at the entrance.Theres even a bus that goes to the airport that stops right in front of the entrance.Theres a convenience store and a small sandwiches and beverages place around the corner, but not much else by way of shopping.You need to take the left from the main entrance, cross the street and you can get a small mall (more of a shopping center), KFC, burger King etc on Hamdan street, thats the next big street.

I am so happy how Aika ( I hope I spelled it correctly; shes the duty manager ) fixed some issues and how she took time to approach me and handle things smoothly. Very clean hotel with friendly room dine in staff and big shout out to safaa (hotels receptionist) for allowing me to have an amazing Seaview. Remarkably exceptional experience. Booked king deluxe room, but its not available when I checked in. its OK I told reception lady that once the king deluxe room available just give me a call, and also I check with them time by time, guess what， Im still in twin deluxe room now after 6 days.

We celebrated birthday on the room. The room was clean and encounter almost no problem at all.Even though we know that our room is a bit noisy we didnt receive any complain from the Hotel nor other rooms.The room service/housekeeping was fast even we requested some amenities multiple times.We enjoyed our stay and a thumbs up for Corniche Hotel!

We had an amusing and a fabulous trip because of our stay in this hotel....The gorgeous water view flattened us.......The laundry service and the concierge sections also astonished us by their shrewd services..........The money we spent was worth well....We missed our breakfast and pool services due to Covid-19 however.........Hats off!

Nice hotel..great room size..

It was one of worst experience I ever have. To stay quarantined in this hotel for 10 days with the most boring TV channels ( no arabic nor English movies, no sport channels and most of it news channels) and fixed meal menu for a week with no alternative meals. Imagine to eat same dish 14 times in 7 days. If it is my decision I will never repeat it again.

I’m still in the hotel, and at the beginning I only booked one night, however same day I extended my stay for another 3 days which will end on the 9th of October, but I will extend it again till the 12th.Everything is excellent and the staff are great and especially these 3:Mustafa the EgyptianMyent The PhilippinaSafaa the MoroccanPlease tell them that I’m really thankful to them, and it’s the staff like them that make the place lovely.My room is a wonderful one with the most beautiful view too.Thank you.

No Hygienic concept exists there , i wonder how this hotel has got License to operate ,concerned authorities should take a serious note especially during the current pandemic era.Their toilets are non WC (water clean) , and they interchange their cleaning equipments.

Very old hotel. Smell of cigarette everywhere. The carpet are dirty and old. Positive:view on corniche is beautiful, its a big room and salon two toilets. I didnt go to the pool. The breakfast was very poor because of circumstances I recieved it in my room. No marmelade, no coffee I had to call another number to get a coffee so I decided to do it with the minibar

I was taken by the entire city ambience and Corniche Hotel did not disappoint. The entire Emirates to me is heaven on earth. Polished people. I love you guys. Everything about Nigeria where my trip emanated hurts.

Nice hotel. But it not modern as 5 star hotel. Staff is good and supportive. The pool area is small and can fit a small crowd. Their Resturant serves good food. Their bar serves the best hops in market. The amenities is pretty normal in the room.

Classic feel room decor that is both spacious and functional, neat and clean, quiet and comfortable. In room dining was tasty and well prepared. A great first stay and will definitely be coming back.

Good food and good hotel staff

As it is one of the older hotels as compared to others in the vicinity, I had low expectations but I was genuinely surprised. The room interior was updated and doesnt feel dated and most importantly, everything was clean and functional. The pool and gym is a little small but I suppose its because of limited space. Based on the location, you have a variety of external food choices but Id recommend trying the buffet dinner based on the variety and quality of the dishes; everything from the main courses to the desserts were great. Cant find any faults to mention.

Very good hotel , spacious rooms. Large bathroom . Very helpful staff and very professional and polite reception . We loved the location as it’s near the mall and park . Our room was gorgeous with the full sea view. 5 min by taxi to World Trade Center mall . Beautiful lobby
