We had a great time staying with Rotana. The staff are great, friendly and accommodating. They have a great customer service. I would like to appreciate the help and effort of Ms. Josielyn at the Reception and Ms. Jessica our hostess during our breakfast. These ladies are doing great jobs - multi tasking but still managed to smile. The rooms are great, too! Our stay was upgraded! The room is big, with nice amenities. Housekeeping are respectful. We enjoyed swimming and sauna. The receptionist at their spa is very helpful. She knows all her promotions and her areas of job. She is very friendly and vibrant. You should try the pool bar. All I can say, they have hired nice staff and they have a great place to enjoy and relax. Keep it up!

We enjoyed swimming at Aquarius Pool very much and having good times at happy hour meals and drinks at Aquarius Pool Bar after cooling our self down in the pool ... Overall, the hotels staffs are so attentive, helpful and friendly.

Located close to AL Bateen Airport this is my favorite place for a business trip. Service is axcellent, rooms and pool are clean. The breakfast is a must. There are some rooms equipped with a little kitchen for a longer stay. This hotel is a clear recommendation for business, maybe not the best location for a holiday trip with the family.

Eco friendly environment , great and professionally designed for family and friends finally their staffs are well trained and nice

They didnt check if everything in the room is working or not. We kept calling them to fix the TV remote controller, the light were not switched off and we have to sleep while the lights are open it was very uncomfortable and annoying. The location of the hotel is far from city (far from groceries, shopping malls, kids playing zone) it just near khalifa Park which is good to go at evening or night. And the gym is mixed, however, many equipment were not allowed to be used. Also the elevator cards need to be fixed. The room size was good also the TV channels. The room was clean and tide. The swimming pool was great with good timing 6am-10pm. The kids playing zone were closed. Great stuff. The hotel was filled of visitors which I did not like as my preference. And the Teatro Cafe also were closed.

I like this hotel, it is Very nice. The staff are so kind. Breakfast is so fresh and there are variety of options and dishes. All facilities are clean and nice. The outside setting area is very nice especially when the weather is not hot. Finally, rates are so good.

Its very clean and comfortable and staff are very helpful. I like the pool and gym as you get a good view from both. Only slight disappointment was the view from the room - our window was on the small side and had some sort of decoration in front of it.

Nice location, good interiors but guest assistance quit late. I Was waiting for a meeting, its took half an hour to arrange the extra chairs. Until that we were standing beside the doors.

Bad hotel, every thing is bad.

Lot of Architectural and interior design mistakes in this aparthotel ( talking about Studio room for tow ) . Narrow kitchenette with no drawers, room with no proper lighting system, little electrical switches, plus many rooms viewing opaque wall of opposite building. It is good for tow days staying . However, if you are willing for long accommodation ,then it is not advisable .Furniture is clean and modern , spacious room.

Not happy with this place at all. Luggage lost and fiddled with and room service is just a joke. In room Safe forgot my password somehow and concierge wouldnt call my room for a delivery I ordered and paid online for so it sat down stairs for 1 hour.

Went to watch the Man United Match at Coppers Bar and Restaurant. The price of food and drinks were affordable because it was happy hour.......not for non smokers....every where smelt of smoke. I had a good time.

The staff was very difficult to deal with in the reception and at the ginger restaurant. The manager Mustafa was very helpful though. We booked 2 rooms but we only received one when we checked in, the second room wasnt ready. So around 4 pm we went down and asked for them to figure something out for us. Thats when the Manger showed up and gave us a bigger room with 5 beds

The front desk ensures that the check in takes less than 5 minutes. The room clean, the bed soft and towels plenty. Their minibar had a wide variety of drinks and the housekeeping staff ensures that its refilled as soon as possible. The hotels breakfast has many options to choose from and I must admit it was neither easy to decide nor possible to try out everything. But if you miss it after a long sleep over, try ordering their All Day Breakfast. Its yummy, filling and flattering. (Also provided in Trip Advisor)

Jose is The worst manager ive ever delt with in my life , very unprofessional and rude , he should be working in an other place not this hotel, this is not his first time being arrogant and not carring about the guests , doesnt care about anything , even if the guest are celebrating their own birthday ,the only thing he is good at is the word no we dint have and we cant

Live with quite place but exciting privacy

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, spacious tasteful room (Club Rotana Suite - beautifully furnished), evening buffet at the restaurant had so much choice and very good quality international foods. Breakfast buffet was not so impressive but overall the hotel offered a lovely relaxing break, with outdoor grass areas and a good size pool with happy hour pool bar. We enjoyed very much as a couple!

Very good hotel plenty of feature and distraction.Rooms are quite large and comfortable.In room kitchen is a plus especially for long stay guest.Internet is fast enough to guarantee a good streaming with most of the social app.

This is quite a good hotel, very comfortable rooms, good service, good restaurants.However, I have been waiting since June 14 for a refund for having been charged twice for the same booking. Lots of paperwork, emails, discussions with check in staff, but practically no action.

The staff is very nice but food menu could be more open for vegetarians.

Honestly this hotel is perfect. This area offers a lot of good options, but this 5 star hotel is sufficient enough to dont make you think twice if you want to stay again.

I live in Abu Dhabi and prefer to stay in serviced apartments/hotels rather than renting a place for the convenience and it also gives me the opportunity to try and experience different hotels. From all the hotels I have stayed in, Park Rotana and Arjan Park by Rotana are considered the BEST so far!! The room is very spacious and perfectly equipped, the staff at reception are more than PROFESSIONAL and AMAZING - Special thanks to Mr. Raj for doing his best to provide me with my current room, the facilities are PERFECT, the housekeeping staff are so pleasant and friendly, the in-room dining service is EXCEPTIONAL - Special thanks to Mr. Mufaz and Mustain for the being so professional and making me feel welcomed and going the extra mile to make sure I get everything I need. I am very glad for making the choice to stay at this hotel and looking forward to continue my stay here for the coming few months.Well done to Rotana management for having the best staff and perfect service culture. After staying here, I realize now how miserable my stay was at the other hotel and I am glad I kedr it to come here.I highly recommend the hotel here for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, I am quite sure you will enjoy your stay here as much as I am doing now.

Budget accommodating hotel,luxury enough for the stay ,small swimming pool

Although it looks like most of the guests are business related the hotel is for everyone. Nice staff and very good rooms which get cleaned every day. There is a pool with a bar which is open until 22:00 or 23:00 depending on the time of year, fitness room, sauna, restaurants and a free indoor carpark. Its next to Khalifa parc and very close to the grand mosque.It is close to the highway so easy to reach, just follow the signs.The only downside is that Coopers, which is a bar inside, can be very loud at night.

Great Hotel, very nice and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and food choices are great. Teatro is as amazing restaurant and Coopers is a decent sports bar.Park Rotana also has a nice pool with a pool bar, and the Bodyline Spa has really nice massages.

Very clean and helpful staff

We had a pretty good deal here and the stay was quite pleasant for a week. The coffee in morning tasted awful and everything is a few kilometers away from the hotel, otherwise the hotel itself is quite solid with a very hospitable staff.

The hotel is very good I find that the UAE has lots of 5-star hotels which truly do not meet 5-star standards in comparison to the USA. This hotel probably does as good a job as a superb 4-star back in the USA. The conference halls are resourceful and setup very well. The food is decent and the staff treats you very nice. Many other 5-star hotels in the UAE do not do this well.

The hotel over booked by 28 rooms. When we arrived late at night with a group of parents and kids all under 10. It took over an hour to tell us we had no rooms for parents or kids and that an alternative hotel 30 mins. away was ready. The hotel failed to understand we selected this hotel because of its location. A lot of very frustrate parents and a number of teams were left without rooms and had to make last minute arrangements at midnight. Very poor customer services and the complete situation was handled very poorly by the Rotana.

Great place to stay, ambience cozy, friendly staffs .. .being a long stay occupant I like the big room serviced apartments.. temperature controlled pool, spa, gym .huge capacity underground car park.. restaurants breakfast offers wide variety of choices ..great meals everytime... good value for money. Asian European Middle Eastern cuisines... have to experience Park Rotana...If your staying in Arjan service apartments carrefour supermarket is only 4kms away .. one stop shopping
