Lovely hotel, facilities and great pool. Lots of improvements has brought this hotel back to being a great place to stay in central AD. The food here is a very good quality.

Hotel and rooms are neat and beautiful. I stay in quarantine for 20 days the food they offer is of same kind and no options..for every things I want need to ask at least 3 times and takes 1 hour to deliver... No daily service even drinking water we need to ask each day....they dont want to bother us...Last time I stayed in Le meridian 4 star hotel is far better than this..this hotel needs to improve much in customer service

This Le Royal Meridien had a really nice pub called PJ OReillys which is absolutely worth visiting for a beer or two. However for the best ambience Id still go with Up and Below and Backyard Bistro which are both 5mins away by car in WTC mall so its really upto you

I was supposed to stay there for one monthFirstly they promised me in email that my breakfast to be delivered to my room, on the second day they said they cannot deliver and if I want my breakfast I need to go to the kitchen and pick it.Secondly I had requested for a sugar free pastry in the breakfast and it was also acknolweged in the email with confirmation on the third day they said that the sugar free pastry is chargeableThird they told me that no cover charge for guests at illusions (local bar)... I out of curiosity tried to check the bar there were lots of empty chairs suddenly the barman comes and asks me do you drink liquor ? for which I said sorry I dont drink.. The barman instantly told that I cannot stay in the bar if I dont drinkVery bad experience... I would strongly recommend to consider my review before you take a decision.. The staff are defnitley rude..The swimming pool was the only team which was courteous and friendlythey had requested full payment in advance.. Luckily I paid only 2 week ,so I was able to check outHonestly very bad experience.. Hope the Marriott group reads this review

Very bad hotel. They didn’t mention that all the facilities were closed for renovation, pool, restaurants, and all other facilities and when i emailed them for a refund they refused saying it was a non-refundable! This is not ethical and not professional and neither transparent👎🏾

Food was nice but not much option. Due to covid precautions, serving was done by the hotel staff... so needed to wait. Nice outdoor and indoor seatings keeping covid in mind. Staff was professional. For prayers they didn’t had convenient place, quite a walk. For Aed 250/- they could have added more options in seafood and drinks. Self parking and parked little far due to unavailability of parking space. Over all it was not bad, keep it up!

Usually I go swimming in the pool. The pool is large and clean, surrounded by trees. You will enjoy it especially in the morning, besides the staff are wonderful and very helpful. I wish the pool opened before eight in the morning.

Not explored this hotel much apart from visiting two of their outlets - PJs which is not good at all and Stratos on the other hand which is amazing! The afternoon tea there was a hit, otherwise it’s an expensive place.

Well worth a stay. Very quiet in the hotel, I expect as it being a Saturday evening as well as the Covid 19. Would have been 5 stars as the amenities and the rooms was brilliant, just the air con is a little dated.

Overnight stay while visiting friends in the Capital. Despite its rather old exterior, the hotel is light, bright and welcoming inside, and there was good recognition of our status, with an upgrade, points and breakfast.Very small but efficient Exec lounge, but the fact that you can use the Exec Lounge Happy Hour(s) in three of the hotels bars/restaurants is super - we used Stratos, the revolving restaurant at the top, where we were made very welcome by the manager and her team.Outside pool opens at 6.00am (great for that pre-breakfast swim), which is much needed as the breakfast options include the best pastry room that weve ever come across - its quite dangerous!All staff were very courteous and super-helpful. We will return.

The employees are kind.They are active to answer whatever you ask but the basic information paper regarding operating hours of executive lounge and other facilites is not distributed from the moment of check-in, unlikely to other hotels. You have to ask all from the basic.This is popular hotel, but I felt the number of employees were very limited to accomodate all the guests

Honestly, there are so many more higher stared hotels in Abu Dhabi, but the staffs in Le Royal Meredien were the best with the top-class mindset meaning that they all knew how to make customers and travellers happy and comfortable... Very detailed and passionate guys!

Such a over hyped place , staying in there room number 730 for about 2 months and now i’m extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel.The food is average and they take forever to understand to deliver it at scheduled time , no importance of time as they send one person for the room cleaning who take more than an room to clean it with no importance of customer feedback -have complaint about all this several times and it goes all in vein. Leaving on a bad note ,the management needs to work hard to improve their services

So be explicit when you ask.Also in room you get soap, shampoo, moisturizer, towels but no toothpaste and shaving kit.

Very good service and great Hotel

The overall quality of this place is good. Not great, but good. The rooms are a standard hotel room size, but, due the arrangements, they seem quite congested. Overall, a good surrounding and a nice place to visit, though not someplace I prefer visiting again.I will elaborate here. The rooms were pretty small. The general consensus me and my family agreed upon was that the room is perfect for a maximum of two people and/or a family of three (one being a small child). The hotel service is very nice, I have to acknowledge that. We realised that the room had been serviced, and yet we never saw the cleaners. That is well appreciated. Another important part of these kinds of hotels is the swimming pool(s). The swimming pool was average. One side for children (the extremely shallow side) and one side for experienced swimmers (the extremely deep side). What I am trying to say is, if you recognize yourself in either of these categories, then you are less likely to enjoy the experience.The food is good. The food was actually the best part of the experience. I do not wish to elaborate on that.Overall, a solid place to be.

Its so beautiful place

Stayed here for 8 days in December 2018. Rooms were pretty good. Only problem is vegetarian food not available in the restaurants. In one of their bars they has an unique thing called Gin o clock from 6 to 8 pm, with unlimited gin with herbs and other mixing. The catch here is you can take only a small shot at a time.

Le Royal Mèridien really does tick all the boxes for an excellent stay in Abudhabi. Soft comfortable bed, clean well appointed room, superb facilities, great dining, great location just a walk from the Corniche, it has everything to ensure you have a stay to remember. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfasts every day. I did the Elements brunch and I enjoyed that too! The gentleman who checked me in was kind enough to upgrade my room to a sea view. It was so lovely to have tea and sit and look out the window. I hope to visit again soon.

Nice and convenient location. Clean room and good service. I arrived early via redeye flight but was able to check in (with additional charge of cause) and thus had time for short sleep.In some other hotel in Abu Dhabi, such could be an issue, as I have so experienced: checkin was not allowed until 2:00 pm, even though I was willing to pay for additional charge. Imaging a sleepy head wondering around the lobby or street nearby in Abu Dhabi!

Had a lovely stay. Staff were lovely. Suresh gave great customer service and drove us to the tourist attractions. I’ve forgotten one of the other staff members name but he made us special tea. It was very nice of him. Would recommend this hotel and I would definitely visit again.

This is a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable with a stocked mini-bar.The weather is cooling off so the outside areas are perfect for evening gathering.

Despite the building itself being older than the most, it still looks innovative and eye-catching and the renovations have kept the interior looking fresh and modern. The lobby is definitely a high-light as there are plenty of couches to sit and marvel at the artworks at. Quick and hospitable service at the lobby ensures youre at your room in no time. The rooms are lovely and are always clean. Its within walking distance of many shopping districts and malls so the location is great.

Outstanding.The place is perfect for a business trip. I really enjoyed my stay and my upgrade. I have been visiting the UAE for some time now, going on business trips. This place is one of the few places that have a vibe.

Le Royal Meridien has an excellent location on Abu Dhabi Corniche and you can get a beautiful sea side view from your cozy room. The rooms are spacious and well designed with good variety of entertainment channel. It is an excellent propoerty for a stay in Abu Dhabi either on Leisure or business.

Im giving it 5 stars although we did arrive late so didnt get much of a chance to have a look around but the entrance and reception was lovely, the room spacious and extremely clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but had we stayed longer Im sure we would have had a lovely stay. Value for money

Had an amazing 4 night stay at the Le Royal Meridien! All of the staff were helpful and provided great service. The concierge was especially helpful in booking excursions and made a great recommendation to visit the Falcon Hospital, which I otherwise would not have considered. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all amenities. The breakfast buffet (which was included with my room booking) was over-the-top with a great selection of hot and cold. The morning resto staff were lovely. The Stratos Restaurant on the 26th floor provided amazing views of the city, and Lola provided great music and the bar and wait staff were terrific. I would definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during a 2 day short holiday. The room had great water views. Both the room and the bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable.The staff were super friendly and answered all the questions I had. The food at the few restaurants I tried in the hotel were also very nice.The hotel is also in a good location. Its a short walk to the waterfront parks. The easiest option for getting around Abu Dhabi is to take taxis and the hotel always had a few taxis outside so you can just jump in.I had a great stay and cant wait to come back and explore more of Abu Dhabi.

We could hear noise from the air conditioning units in the lower rooftops and they were very accomodating and ready to offer a quieter room. Staff friendly but not too knowledgeable if you ask them about Abu Dhabi. Good gym and nice pool. Night light in the bathroom and also magnifying mirror. They brought complimentary fruit in the first day. Good location. Careful if you choose the Green Option regarding house keeping!! , it is not like in other hotels where you choose not to change the bed linen and towels; they will not even enter the room at all, so they will not make your beds, nor clean the bathroom. Ridiculous really.

One of the best hotel I have visited

Nice modern hotel in Abu Dhabi. One of the smaller ones and situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great view if u get rooms facing the sea. Breakfast is good. Fresh carrot juice which is hard to come by.

Stayed at the Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi as part of a business trip for two nights. The hotel is very conveniently located when coming from Dubai by taking the Saadiyat Island route. The hotel has had the most beautiful refurbishment done with a light lobby, stunning artwork and some great coffee which was much needed after a long morning drive! The bedroom was spacious, super bed and didn’t fault anything.Had coffee and lunch at Wheat restaurant which I can highly recommend. Had breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant Palmier, again also very tasty, lots of choice and great live cooking section. Everywhere the staff was very attentive and welcoming. What I enjoyed most about my stay was sitting in the lobby area after a day’s work and listening to the live piano and violin music they had daily. There was also an Irish pub which was very busy and had entertainment from a comedian. The hotel advertised nice brunches for the Friday’s which seemed a very popular option amongth residents of Abu Dhabi.Definitely coming back here for a leisure stay over the weekend soon! There were a few more restaurants just weeks away from completing their renovation so will be checking them out next time. All in all can highly recommend this place.

A stunning view of the city with amazing cocktails and service to match.When you enter you’re welcomed but not only a personal welcome but an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, viewing the city above most other skyscrapers near by. Staff is great. They treat Platinum members well. Stylish with really good beds. Located on the Cornish, so great location. Executive Lounge is good. Sylvester in Lounge is a great guy. Shower nozzle is terrible design - you cannot take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. They need to stock artificial sweeter (Stevia), but never do. Coffee in the restaurant is terrible. Overall pales in comparison to the positives.

Excellent stay. Great service, amazing food at amalfi, breakfast too are perfect start/ end to the day! Beds super comfortable, great views towards islands /gulf and offers great options for the whole day and night. Will be back at the next AD F1 GP!

Dirty room, smelly, dirty bathtub, bed falling apart,.....just check the pictures.

All aspects of the room were intuitive and comfortable. The view of the Arabian Gulf was beautiful. The rotating restaurant on top had great views and high quality food. The service was excellent. I forgot my passport when traveling to Al Ain City (2 hours away) and the staff sent it next day by courier. Exceptionally appreciated!

Stylish, opulent venue. Good for groups and couples. Excellent service. Delicious food. Quite pricey. Be sure to use vouchers! 😉

It may happen some times that if hotel is fully occupied and you have to wait until the room is not vacant and it does not means that you start giving negative comments. Really strong and firm communication among the team members. I had an issue two years back but was settled down really in an impressive manner and manager really talked to me in pretty polite manner.
