Quit place...Rooms pretty old toilet sanitary rusty...Good for one night stop if ur tired of driving..Good that you can park your car in your room door, in case your room in ground floor..Landscaping need some work, but tree view is ok..

First thing first, this mark is not reflecting the service Ive received from the employees. Those were professional, dedicated and clever.In addition the bad mark is not pointing the manager who is required to make his best efforts with what hes working with.No, the bad mark goes to the owners. How they can be proud of themselves by charging 600 Dirham more (not including breakfast) per night for those installations?Breakfast : literally hard eggs, beans and breadInternet : not available in room on the evening (bandwidth saturated)Hot water from shower = warm waterI felt like some Chinese hotels 5 years ago.Positive points : room fridge is working, bed and sheets are comfortable, the room is large, efficient laundry service. But so much targets were missed once you are business traveller and you booked for not less than nine nights.Suggestions: the rooms are big enough to make two rooms in one. Reconfigure the layout of the half of your building and maybe youll be able to accommodate more people.

If I can rate this 0 I would the cafe cabin was very over priced and the waiters lyed to us and said that we can pay 1h anyway and the way they spoke wasnt good dnt advice u to go !!

This place is too old too expensive. i go there sometimes to watch football in the outdoor sheesha place which has many TVs but only one receiver which makes the clients fight on which football match they want to see. i wish they transform this place as it has a good location.I think am being generous with the two stars.

Ive called in advance to book a room and they told me theres no need. No wonder, the place was empty and they asked me a whopping 600 dirhams for a (big) shabby room without breakfast. The swimming pool was out of order. I run away.

Tulip Inn is quite a serene place fit for relaxation and calming of nerves. Quiet, neat and homely.

The Ballroom is great. However, for large gatherings A/c becomes a problem. Need to fix that.

The style is almost as hard to take care of the plant as it is so difficult to find more greenery outside its location between Dubai and Abu Dhabi Road and the closest to Abu Dhabi is suitable for a quick rest and for lunch or dinner to resume the journey The road lines are clear to enter but may get lost and the overall is good
