I truly enjoyed the comfortable room. It was the best sleep and best shower Ive had in a long-time.The food is amazing and the grilled fish is to die for...The room service and housekeeping services have been really slow, I dont know if that is always the case or because of the pandemic.Overall, a stay in this hotel is a must!

I work offshore and due to this Corona issue, as per company policy I have (no other option) to stay for 14 days quarantine before proceeding offshore - with regular tests done.Being in quarantine, I am FORCED to order room service from a particular menu.I am in quarantine since 14th September 2021.On a daily basis, lunch and dinner, from the time it is ordered, till it reaches the room takes 1.5 hours. Today, 2 hours.Everyday I hear an apology from the person who has to answer to my query about the order.I was told today that the Room Service manager would contact me - nothing yet.I have been working offshore since 2010, travelled much more than the average person, but this service here in regard to the room service by far, is the worst that I have ever experienced !!!I am still at the hotel till 29th September, if someone from the hotel is interested to clarify anything that I have mentioned above.

Customer service is a joke. At the time of check-in, there was no sufficient guidance. Before you leave the front desk, inquire about the best route to your room. There are two hotel structures on the property. It will be a disaster if you enter the incorrect one. The provided bath towels appear to be quite outdated.No second time visit 😣.

Everything which is demanded by any customer on priority basis was excellent. Best thing was the service of the staff particularly that of the Mr. Muhammad Ahmad and Jay from the Front Office. their way of dealing the customers was more than professional and polite.

Same before i made a complain and no one contact me when i went last week and i thought they received the complain so i went again to them last Saturday 11 Sept 21 and as a staff and layout they are good but your Air conditions the worst one really the agent there did his part to sent the technician and the technician did everything and he said room temperature will be less than 20 within 30 minutes but unfortunately all the night was same issue 23 same last time i came was 24 also really i cant come again to this hotel if they still have same thier issue and they can contact IBIS Al rigga dubai they are the best there really they always arrange the room even before i came and the room temperature will come till. 16 really i was disappointed once i came again to thia hotel novotel.I hope they can solve thier issue

I wish I could give a 0 star rating for this place. Was my first visit and for sure the last !! Stayed for a week and it was terrible.. Its a shame for such a nice building and interior.. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope this review can save someone from going through the same horrible experience again. I will not talk about the housekeeping and the slow valet parking. TODAY MORNING MARKED MY BIGGEST . DISAPPOINTMENT..Had a meeting to catch at 8 and called the bell boy service to take my luggage and put it in my car before 7 am !!15 minutes passed and nobody showed up although I called twice and everytime the answer was he is on the way !!! Had to carry my luggage myself. Found the bell boy at the lift he took my luggage and my laptops ..and while pushing the trolly he slammed my laptop against the wall and got it almost broke ! He then offered to get my car from the basement and asked me to wait in the lobby. Although I offered him to go together to the basement to save time and take my car from there ..to cut this story short.. half an hour passed and the guy didnt show up.. the front desk ladies had no clue ..it wasnt busy at that time..yet they couldnt attend my complaint..Another guy showed up with my parking ticket and keys and askwd if they belong to me !!! after half an hour of waiting ..apart from the 15 min waiting for the trolly.. I left the hotel at 7:45 !!!! the simple request of taking my luggage to my car took a whole 45 min !!!!! I was late for my meeting and had a terrible time to make it up !! WORST START OF A DAY..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..all they did was looking clueless and whispering to each others !!! without giving me an explanation..all what I was getting is sorry maam !!! seriously !!!!???? Please save your self this terrible experience and never book there again.

Was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The personnel are extremely rude and disrespectful. The rooms are extremely dirty stains on the carpet and a filthy couch. Hot water keeps getting cut off and the AC breaks down every 5 minutes. Valet parking takes around 20-30 min to bring your car and sometimes with an attitude. I don’t think this hotel even deserve a single star. If you are staying in Abu Dhabi. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.

I am on quarantine in this hotel since 18.06.21. I have completed government quarantine of 10 days. Did 3 PCR tests where no viruses detected. Staying quarantined here to complete my company formalities and join the place of work. I’m rigorously following the quarantine rules. Finally, today I have requested to stop providing me lunch and dinner as it’s absolutely the same - rice, macaroni, small piece of meat and vegetables. The only diversity available is to choose either it will be Asian, Arabic or Continental food. The day I checked in I choose Continental which is more relevant to my preferences. I have started ordering the food through Talabat which I can eat as staying quarantined in the hotel for almost 3 weeks and the most enjoyable thing is meal time.At the end when I requested cutlery from reception I been told that I’m on quarantine and I can’t get normal cutlery. I should eat with plastic cutlery. It is a small thing which demonstrating a lot regarding Manager I spoke with. I said that I’m not going to return it until I checked out and will take care about cutlery myself in the room-washing them and once checked out these might be taken away but he refused to provide me with such minor things. Hopefully room service personnel were more proactive with suitable level of situational awareness and problem solving abilities thus provided it to me which is very thankful. Top management team please speak to the receptionist (A Manager) regarding this issue.
