Cons: clean and soft bedPons: no parking> you have to pay for parking. No refrigerator. Late for check in

My stay in hotel is very good and Im happy with big room given from hotel. Room is clean and big all things in the room. Will came back if I can soon. Thank you for all staff

I stayed to place for 5 days and it was a good hospitality. Staff were really polite and good discount price booking through online. Only 1 problem this people dont have parking facility and it was public paid parking.

One of the best hotels for its price range. The staff is extremely polite. Biswajeet is a rock star at the reception. His level of service and hospitality is amazing.

The only thing that I appreciate about this stay was the lady in the reception who was very accommodating but the rest were not recommendable.The curtain inside the room is broken as I have to use a chair for it to serve its purpose as a Blackout curtainThe bathtub doesnt look good because of its marks and stainsI dont think that the room was fully cleaned and most importantly sanitized before they letme in as Ive seen yellow marks on the cover of the toilet seat as theres no sticker on the door showing that it was sanitized.Lastly, the cockroach beside my bed that suddenly appeared on the telephone. I was not transferred to another room until I extended for 2 to 3 days more. Unfortunately, the 2nd room I was transferred to has also a cockroach inside the bathroom.Overall, I was not really impressed with my stay.

The hotel Kings Gate Hotel, I was happy with all with the staff and the services in the hotel is very good 👍 they have good manners and helpful very time. Hotel location is very good for all places.

I was a solo traveler for bussines, public paid parkings are available, staff was friendly and nice and checking in was fast. Room was good and clean and the place is quite. The only one thing they need to care about is the hotel and rooms smell, because there is bad smell sometimes there.

Price: Really affordable for the time I was staying and was one of the cheaper options in the area. A good deal for the price.Amenities: Comfy bed, standard toilet and toiletries. All standard amenities available.Breakfast: It was just OK. Expected better quality from such a hotel.Cons:● It is an old hotel, and it can be noticed from looking around the room itself. Stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms could use an upgrade as wear and tear is quite noticeable but still quite usable.● Initially, the staff had some confusion regarding whether Bfast was included in my package even though I booked directly on Millenium site. Bfast was packed and delivered to room and I felt was based on nationality.● Also, got charged twice even though I paid online because of some error on their system.

The rooms are clean and comfortable to rest the ambiance is great also the staff are very professional the way they accommodate their guest.

I stayed 1 night with familyWhen I booked it was mentioned that there is parking but when arrived they said no parking . It was not allowed to sit at lobby so my family has to stand for about 30 minutes till I got parking and do the check in, which was little bit longer than other hotel. Its worth mentioning that staff are cooperative however the room was not clean as you expect.The curtain was full of dust, my son got severe asthma attack because of it and I woke up 4 am to bring medicine for him.The kettle was dirty, we couldnt use it until it was replaced with another one.The breakfast was not good, you feel you didnt get what you paid for.
