The two stars is only for the staff , they are polite, professional and helpful. They know how to make you feel that you are at home and belive me if i tell you they are enjoying it if you asked them for help. Very well maintained hotel. superb service from the staff. nice pool and lots of choices of food. the only thing is there is tobacco smell in the room even I booked non-smoking room.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, the room was great with a great view. And the staff were so helpful all the time and very polite, the manager (Salman) is very sweet and attendive, the facilities are great, I went to the pool almost everyday, the bar is great, and their drinks were delicious 😊😊

Great family hotel. Enjoyed its pool and little beach. Nice outside area. It’s the combination of modern minimalism with oriental style in interiors. The best part is the direct access to the Abu Dhabi mall. The only disappointment we had was the strong tobacco smell in the non-smoking room which hadn’t dissipated throughout the stay. As well as some minor cleanliness issue like a lid from the beer bottle on the floor. Otherwise we were happy. Definitely it’s a place to come back. The Zen spa was great as well. Relaxation treatment was done professionally. I was impressed by the attention to the details like warm towels and use of aroma oils for me to relax. Great massage.

Beautiful location in the middle of town.The service is top of the line, the restaurants, friendly staff, decorations, etc. make it all a perfect getaway or longterm stay or just a relaxing yet delightful brunch/lunch/or dinner under palm trees...

Perfect place for a quick weekend chill in the city. Did not got a chance to take photos of the pool tho. The balcony is an awesome spot to chill and just stay watching the city lights or just looking up the beauty of the sky and some stars. 😊Room is pretty spacious and the lighting is good. Washroom is nice too.

I love it! Premium room is beautiful with stunning balcony with the view. Pool is huge and I enjoyed....Only beach is is kind a small but ok! Nice outdoor seating restaurants.

Staff are very polite at entrance and reception, the valet service is excellent ,The rooms were good .the view were nice it’s good for family you can enter abu dhabi mall from the hotel .

Great pool and beach area, everywhere was spotless. There were quite a few bees and wasps by the pool though. Great bathrooms with a bath and a shower. The rooms did feel a bit outdated and the televisions need updating as well. There was also a lack of plug sockets but it’s not unbearable. Would definitely recommend to families and couples.

This hotel remains a beautiful and luxurious hotel. I ate at the brauhaus which has always been great food. The outside beer garden area has been done up very nicely since the last time I was there however the service this night was terrible. It was near impossible to get served and once we did it was painfully slow to receive our orders. The staff did nothing (I guess mostly because of their absence) about the children running up and down screaming. And to top it off the chef has changed and the potato salad was in the style of northern Germany rather than the lighter southern style which I prefer. So all in all not the best night

Stayed here for months because of the pandemic.I would say that the experience was okay.I stayed in the old building of the hotel.My view was great. Overlooking Cleveland and the beach.Left around April 2021, when they started construction/renovation.Very accessible to AD mall and other facilities that would help you with your cravings.I surely will miss going to the mall.

Rooms are large and views are pretty good. Pretty happy with the stay. Only complaint is that was a decent amount of trash in the front of the hotel blowing around.

The main hotel is nice especially the outdoor area at the rear of the hotel and there are good city views from rooms in the tower. However, the room style and fittings feel a little dated. Service is obviously trying to be good and attentive but doesnt quite have that 5 star feeling to it. Compared to other hotels, the breakfast buffet offering is quite poor in choice, its not entirely clear that some additional items, such as toast and waffles are available and service quality is poor to indifferent, breakfast cancelled 2 days into our 10 day stay

My family of 4 (5 year old and 1 year old) Stayed at 1413. At 10:30 pm, We could definitely hear the chatting / laughing from the other room. It is very distracting.

Beach Rotana is one of the nicest hotel I have been. It is clean and very elegant inside. The reception personnel are very welcoming and the concierge are very friendly and accomodating. I have been here for 3 days only and will gladly post an update once I check out from it. The breakfast was great by the way. 🥰🥰🥰

I used to love this place, been a member for over 5 years to use the gym/ facilities however my most recent experience have been quite bad because of the staff. First off, even as a member who comes in at exactly the same time every day, depending on the person sitting there (Lyn and Son were great, Lorie was a nightmare) you have to stop twice to get checked. Then when you try to use the pool they tell you the water is only for members (which I am). Worst yet is that we were staying there and invited people over and they wouldn’t let them past the gates even after they had paid for their breakfasts. In other words great place ruined by difficult staff who don’t understand customer service and are great at driving away old loyal customers.

Staff make every effort for you to have a good stay. Corona virus means they cant valet your car so its self-park. Our first room smelt a bit musky so they were happy to change.Dont bother to pay extra for the breakfast option as this is always disappointing due to corona... ie no nice buffet. I recommend that you go through to Abu Dhabi Mall and eat at one of the great breakfast options there (provided your schedule fits when the mall is open).

Theyve done something quite lovely at the back of this place, so that the Brauhaus and the Italian place are all accessible and have a nice outdoor area.

Atmosphere and setting is second to none. Range of draught German beers is excellent, food is european orientated and also excellent quality. Its a little expensive and service can be slow but i find that everywhere at the moment due to covid. Not a lads bar but certainly for couples and small groups of friends.

With its original old building and 4 new add ons the hotel is still flying its quality flag high. The staff was super helpful everywhere you go, it all started with an upgrade and throughout all the interaction. Excellent weekend staycation: lots of top noche restaurants on site (Benikhana, Pregos, Trader Vics etc), next door to Abu Dhabi mall and Galleria Mall Mariyah island is just few min away. Breakfast was delicious, at first looks like not much choice, but its actually enough and all the quality stuff: lots of salmon, egg station, tasty sausage, great coffee. The pool area is excellent, with 2 bars and chilled big pool that you wouldnt want to leave. Well worth the money, you wont be dusappointed.

The water pressure in the bathroomwas very weak. You could barley get a proper shower, and filling up the bathtub was almost impossible. Ridiculous. The view was supposed to be partial sea view. It was Not. There was no view to look at. Valet service took forever to get the car. I will never be visiting this hotel again.

An absolute double standard on entrance requirements, if you wear local dress and sandals its ok ....if your female its ok but a male wearing jeans, shirt and sandals is not allowed !!!.....oh but You can come in and sit in the corner only (as an exception) so lets just make the rules up as we go Along !!!! I politely refused Nd went to Brahaus and had no issuesManager has no clue how to deal with people and just keeps saying Im sorry BUT..

Everything was perfect. Fitting room and shower area is good but it could be hair dryer. The pool was nice. The bar made delicious mocktail which is passion Friut.(30 dirhem) also I ordered burger(85 dirhem) if you have ADCB card they do discount 20%.If you want to exercise you can use the gym. Daily entrance price 120 dirhem weekdays.

Great outdoor places to sit out next to the canal. Even though it is in the middle of the city from there one gets a nice feeling of openness. Maybe they should consider extending service from other outlets here too as one wanted to combine the ambiance of the lawns with beer from Brauhaus but that experience did not happen. The evening ended with cocktails at Traders Vics usually a success.

Cant say enough about this place. I used to live in the Residential Tower and visited Beach Rotana on a daily basis... unfortunately I have relocated back to my home country. If and when I return to Abu Dhabi Ill be visiting!

The place itself is okay, but you can its worn out. Putting that on the side, and take it from someone who appreciates a good night sleep for rarely getting any, the walls are PAPER THIN NO EXAGGERATION!!!! I could exactly what the people in the next room are saying. Considering the hotel is huge, you would think they would at least separate people, but no, they decided to put us near a room that has infants and another room with couples screaming all night till 4 AM where I had to request a room change right then and then. This is on a TUESDAY night!!! Not even a weekend!!!!!!!! Appreciate the fact they did send me a new room key at 4 AM, but why go through that, just update your hotel, soundproof them, and separate your guests!!!!!!!I am never staying here again!!!

Service was good. But confusing and conflicting info from staff was unprofessional. They should have rectified their mistake and given the guest what he was told he would get. Instead they were stubborn about it - that left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Friendly staff that is very attentive to clients needs. Food is good at the pool side if you want some nibbles and drinks. Had dinner at Brauhaus to end the day, friendly staff and delicious food.
