Foods are great. Room is good. Some staffs in restaurant could be more communicative with the guests. Overall, I do like to stay in City Season Abu Dhabi.

Not very clean. Also the customer service is very bad. I called the front desk to ask for a wall plug for my phone as mine didn’t fit the local wall plugs. And they said WE DONT HAVE ANY. In such a rude way. Even though they should provide it as a 4 star hotel, at least tell me you don’t have any in polite way.

The worst hotel, I have ever stayed.My employer optioned me to stay here for quarantine with full board meals.OMG so pathetic..Food, a small bottle of fresh milk is not even served with break fast and no breads with lunch and dinner. Meat served with meals are cheap quality frozen meats.Rooms are smelly, Not clean, toilet fall ceiling is leaking..Some Receptionist are rude, some are very polite.One or two day normal stay would be preferable, becos of the location.

I am staying here for Quarantine, no food choice, what they put outside your room you have to eat, no time choice for food delivery, guy just placed food outside room, when you take sometimes even not eatable. No housekeeping during stay. Every time you need to call housekeeping for even drinking water and tea stuff everyday. Very bad compare to other hotels even 3 star.

Location of hotel is good, Food provided is very nice, room service and staff behavior very polite, but I found the furniture was very old, no enough lighting also the switches of lamps are in denger condition, chair and sofa they put in my room it was very dirty, after all the service is good but they need to renovate the hotel,

I stayed in the hotel yesterday (26/02/2021) in room 915. the room was fine, although the towel is smelly. I used the valet parking at night (26/02) and the day after, they deliver my car with the scratch in right front bumper. I amaze they said it is not their responsibility even though they are the one who parked my car. It is really dissapointed to have this kind of service.

The food is very good here and supplied a very nice food as per our requirements especially being a quarantine person it was well supplied. Thanks especially to the captain Mr Alaysius who was very humbly doing this and felt very comfortable as only the food was the life in quarantine...

Good hotel, pleasant atmosphere, nice staff.Food is not good enough. Unlike other hotels where you get the menu to select your preferred meal, here you just get a food tray outside your room having almost same food everyday.Room is good but a bit small and congested.

Its good but not WoW and always full for the Quarantine

First of all there is no parking. then there are two philipino front desk staff one male and another female, they doesn’t know what is manners and how to deal/treat with the guests. Other than this room services are excellent. Reasonable price and good rooms.

Good hotel in the middle of the city; great for those that like to roam about by foot. The staff themselves are very helpful and fast with service, and theres a free valet parking service. The breakfast buffet is good. The hotel itself is on the older side, and has a typical 3.5 star hotel maintenance. Cleanliness is slightly below average and should be improved. The price is expensive, but that might be because I booked during a long weekend holiday last minute.

The vibes are quite welcoming and the desk area smells like tea tree(lol). The check in process is quick and easy and the staff was fine. The rooms are quite spacious, the bathroom was a tad bit unclean when we arrived. Has good variety in dining. The view from rooms is amazing, and the shopping stores are quite nearby.

Nice and clean hotel. If you are coming via own car you may have to park it nearby as normal parking is limited near hotel.For stay this is one of the good place on budget.I did find issue with cigrate smell in lobby area which need to be taken care by Hotel.

Its very bad very dirty I found cockroaches in my room sorry for that.

This is a very nice place, clean, quiet, nice and polite staff. They upgraded my room without even asking. Definitely will choose again. Location is good. You can find many shops around.

Stayed in this beautiful property for over a month. Prices were reasonable and rooms spacious. Smoking rooms are available at same prices as that of non smoking rooms. ROOMS are a bit old and some people may not like that. But overall an economical place within the prime area.

I had to stay in this hotel due to business reasons. The check in was pretty straight forward. The lobby staff was very helpful in regards to valet parking. The room was pretty big for the fact I have booked a single room. The room was very clean and had all amenities I would need during such a business trip. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a bar for a late night drink.

A pleasant stay in a very central location.The Hotel is very nice and staff are most welcoming.On arrival you have to pay Aed 200 as a deposit to cover for damages. The Hotel is centrally located in Abu Dhabi on Electra Street and everything from restaurants to grocery stores are within easy reach and walking distance.We had taken the Deluxe Family Suite that allows for 4 adults. It is a large sized suite with 2 rooms and two bathrooms along with a sitting area and also a dining table. Very spacious indeed.Parking is available adjacent to the hotel in the normal ‘service lane’ RTA pay and park type of parking but guests can use the Valet parking service offered by the hotel which works very well. The Valet staff are very courteous and helpful. You can call the Front Desk from your room to have the car ready and available for you for whenever you wish to leave the hotel.Breakfast spread was excellent and to international standards. You could also have your eggs made to order. The restaurant was clean and tables were promptly cleared when guests had finished.Wifi was free and was excellent throughout the Suite.Check out was a breeze and you can expect to receive back the Aed 200 deposit provided you have not damaged anything in the room.All in all, a pleasant stay in a very central location.

Hi Friends!!Today I am going to review about City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel , Abu Dhabi.I have been to Dubai in February 2020. The total experience was very nice but I wanna point out some Pros and Cons of booking the room in this hotel.NO others word than AWESOME. We went to ABu dhabi first and then to Dubai during our UAE trip.This hotel is very nice. Spacious Room. Spacious Bathroom. All facility in the room. Nice canteen (Road facing). Awesome Food and Food service.Variety of food options. Fruits, breads, over the counter foods, juices, and everything they have . We opted for Breakfast including room.The location is good. you will also get many restaurents nearby. Bus Stop near this hotel. to go anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Clean HOtel. Nice Staff. Make sure of advance booking. They run full most of the time.Full Rating for this hotel.Cyoonaraa!!!

My entire stay was excellent experienced and the environment is happy and full of accommodating staff will always ready to help even is not asking. Room 112 is spacious and well arranged with full amenities. I will always choose to stay in this wonderful Hotel, Al Hamra City Seasons Hotel.

Room service is good but need to improve in food services

Good Hotel. Varying tariff depends on availability. Carpets through out. Room cleanliness is good. Clean bathroom. 4 lifts available. Safety locker and mini fridge available. No bar and dance in the hotel. Hence this calm atmosphere attracts more families.

The room was nice. Accommodating staff. Convenient, Location-wise. Facilities are neat and tidy. But the downside is the WiFi connectivity is kinda slow and the cable/sat TV could have been upgraded for more channels and better programs.

I would like to let clarify about my stay and you property last night.The check-in process was very Kind and professional from Kristine, as well the check-out was with the same person With the same smile.But, since im night manager also as well in 5 stars hotel and I knew the procedures of having visitors in the room, I approached the reception around 1AM and I provide them the ID of my visitor, however your receptionist ZAID was not polite and unprofessional, very rude no respect with very bad Face emotions, no eye contact no smile, No Badge Name was wearing, beard was not shaved, and the most disaster thing is WHEN HE SAID IM THE NIGHT MANAGER HERE and no visitors allowed to come, and I allowed you to have visitor for now only. Who you are to allowed me or not?I said you are here to provide me my satisfaction I’m a guest not your colleague to talk with me by this way. Your staff said « you paid 150AED only, don’t think you booked all the hotel »..Is it the work way you trained him?He said iam the night manager.I believe that is not my business to know his position no?I asked him his name, but unfortunately the answer was really very Rude as he said « I have no name to share with you »I asked him if night shift hard to do, he might revert back to his boss and work day shift.His answer again was out of control.In the other side he should learn from Kristine what mean the « guest satisfaction « .This kind of staff are not helpful as they are not happy in their job but all what they need is SALARY. Which is totally wrong as long as you are working in the hospitality.Beside that, my email to you is not everything Mr. Zeeshan as I’m going to contact the CEO of your company to clarify the same, as well I will be very happy to share my feedback in Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Hotelbeds, Expedia, Agoda, .... and everywhere that I can do so.In the end this is the hospitality industry where all the staff should be hospitable and serviable as their salary coming from guests revenue.Tips: sorry to say that if this is your night Manager « the INcharge over night in the hotel »What sell I expect from others?

Rate is pretty good. Location is perfect. But once we checked in, bed sheet was dirty, bathroom not clean properly as we can find dirt near the toilet. No TV channel. Reception lady was not welcoming.

City seasons is reducing their quality, despite being a 4 star hotel their internet service is very poor. Moreover, they do not heed your requests even after multiple reminders.The breakfast quality is good, the chef is dedicated and acknowledges the feedback given.

Location wise this hotel is quite central to food and entertainment. I appreciate hotels with fast spacious elevators and they have it. The gym is also good with enough facilities for workout sessions. Security is also visible day and night.

A nice place to stay , it’s in downtown so very convenient there are pharmacies , shops , restaurant and supermarket at walking distance but the management can be improved. When I reached at hotel it was 6:45 pm and I was getting late for a concert still the staff took 40 minutes to give us check in . Some Rif khan was there who took this long . Bit disappointed.

We celebrated our sons 7th birthday here in one of the function halls. The staff were so accomodating and very helpful. Special thanks to the Filipino crew who assisted us all throughout. The dishes were superb and we are literally surprised as well as our guests that the food is great. Thanks!

1st hotel gave us smoking room with very bad smell. We clearly mentioned in booking that we need a non smoking room b/c we travelling with children. Then they changed it quickly but new room felt claustrophobic with only 1 window . Breakfast was ok.

Very good place to stay. Very convenient. Clean. Staff was very good. Only problem was the bathroom. Water was coming out. Hard to walk on the watery floor. Rest was great.

In New seasons restaurant, we arranged a party with Friday dinner buffet. We could customise the items. With soft drinks, we got buffet for a good bargain. Staffs were friendly. There was adequate space, if there was more it would have been better. Food was tasty too with wide variety of 16 desserts. Valet parking is available. Make sure when u r arranging a buffet party, make sure u count no of participants with staff over there to avoid confusion while billing.

Good first impression Location was good with eateries and supermarkets very near within walking distance. Easy to get taxis/bus. The room was spacious with sofa and dining table in the living room and the facilities were satisfactory.

Very nice staff, especially porters and reception. Rooms are spacious and everything is nice and clean. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of local, western and Oriental foods. Lovely café next door. 20 mins walk to bus station and to trade centre mall.

Hotel location is ok. Nice people only thing are the booking which add a lot of different fees so the price is getting high. Love the service from Rose who is always willing g to help you out and housekeeping does do a great job ate Arcel always a great jib. Staying here for the last 5 months love all

Its okay. Rooms are big but theres less light, breakfast is not great, even the egg station has less variety and is slow. The hotel has great hospitable staff, and a good gym facility! Recommended for a budgetary short stay.

Conveniently located. Felt like the room needed refurbishing. When we first went in the room had a bad smell that we made a complaint about. After they came and sprayed some really strong air freshner that made it hard to breathe. Also the hot water was barely hot, just lukewarm. We had breakfast and it was just ok. Mostly indian type pf food was offered for the breakfast buffet Overall - it could be a lot better for the price they charge.

The room is very small. Not very clean. Found blood stains on the lamp shade and black stains on the ceiling. Could not turn on all the lights. But price was ok. Price is what you pay quality is what you get. Hot water doesnt work. Out a possible 5 stars I would give it a 2.

The receptionist was nice and friendly. The room is simple yet spacious. The toilet is quiet clean but some areas are a little dusty, but overall its a good stay.

The carpet is very dirty and old and the bedsheets and pillow covers had dirt over it room was not clean and the room service was not all responsive had to tell them couple of times and came after few hours the duty manager was very aggressive and not at polite in his speech. My worst visit at any hotel ever I will never recommend this hotel.

The location is good. But not very happy with the cleanness of the room. The whole hotel is smelly with food spices that I got a headache in the first day.

The bed is fine, but everything else need to be cleaned. The remote was absolutely disgusting, the bathroom walls stained, the wall behind the coffee service is all stained with coffee. It is not a 5 star hotel, i get it ñ, but the cleaning standard is not even 3 stars neither. However, the hotel personnel was excellent.

Good quality hotel at reasonable price. Their free valet parking service is quite practical especially in the downtown busy area. However, it usually takes a bit time for queuing and thus the front entrance is usually a bit messy with cars which temporarily park there.
