Excellent hotel with amazing hospitality.Room was fine clean and tidy.Swimming pool was awesome enjoyed a lot.Great ambience at Nalukettu enjoyed the food too.Make sure the Jacuzzi sauna area is also clean and tidy. Had 20 days quarantine here... I really really appreciate the decent atitude of hotel staff...They are really professional staff... From receptionist to housekeeping... Food quality for quarantine people was good... so taking out 1 star...

My rating is not accurate actually I give this hotel health Club a minus 5 star rating and a thumbs down.I went first time and as per feedback my expectations were so high but when I faced to the receptionist who was at front I realized that I did a mistake to choose a place for enjoying my family day. Employees are not professional at least not friendly, there is no customer service, it is zero and the first impression was not well, very disappointed. They need to get train, no manager around to help. Gym was disaster. Jacuzzi sauna unhygienic. But only swimming pool was great. Need lot of improvement.

I had told the staff I am a non smoker and I need a non smoking room. But they allotted me otherwise. I had a horrible night. The next day morning the staff promised me to change the room during the day But later they went back on their promise. In total this is a highly unreliable hotel with the staff having malafide intention, spoiling the guests peace of mind.

The staff were so helpful, starting from t he bellboy to house keeping. The property is due for some minor renovations, but the great service makes up for it.Pat on the back for Lakshman, Sudhir, Ayaz, Hameed and few others whose names i dont know unfortunately. Smooth and pleasant stay gr8 for families to be.

We went to naalukettu restaurant.. it was an amazing experience... Staffs were so cool... Very good interacting with customers... Manager in charge Sugesh done an excellent job... Loved the food ...

Stained (monthly drama!🤫) that’s why I was politely asked to wait , oh yeah! The security who assisted me where I can park - big boy! Just a simple 2star facility hotel.No view from any rooms, only 2 floors.Size of the rooms are pretty small.Only regional channels available on TV,

Booked a standard room, but management upgraded for a suite room. Well lets just say..it was a great feeling. The room was spacious with a living room, bathroom and bedroom. The staff were very helpful in all areas of hotel. I had a nice holiday.

Staff are nice and welcoming, they take all precautions for covid, the room space was great, but furniture need to be renewed, the bed is not that comfort even its very big size. The room was clean and sanitized, although bathroom was not that much clean, the shower is not so good and its old, water temp will be changed while you taking a shower, the best thing in this hotel is the swimming pool its very big and very clean and nice, and the worest thing is the parkings, you have to pay your own parking!! Overall 3 starts is more than enough for me...room330

Excellent hotel. Currently we are staying here. The staff are very good. Good breakfast, manager Arun and team served very well. From normal room we went for suite as standard room was not enough for us. Suite is good with a separate hall.

This hotel is a nightmare be careful RUN dont stay here. They tried to give us a smoking room and we are non smoking the room is suffocating you cant even breath. They moved us to another room with no windows and said this is the only one available , their customer services is horrible and useless their hotel manager is useless , I thanked God when I left it, it is disgusting.

The Front office manager Mazar is not helpful at all, very stubborn person, the way of his communication is really too bad, he doesnt know how to deal with loyal & regular guests to his hotel, really not collaborative at all

My family and I have really enjoyed our stay at the Al Ain Palace Hotel in AbuDhabi. No doubt the Covid 19 situation has reduced the wonderful facilities usually offered, however the warm hospitality of the team hasnt dampened at all.Our room was so comfortable, the served breakfast so generous and the overall experience was amazing!

Very Good hotel and room service but, hotel have to provide free parking for guests , I spent more than 30 min to park my car 😏All are amazing and definitely i will advice all my friends to stay there .

Excellent place

It is a pretty hotel. But man the hotels have wrecked the beaches. They dredged everything to be pretty but have collapsed their marine ecosystem by removing the mangroves, seaweed, rocks and rubble. Never a good thing. And hardly anyone even goes in the water anyhow. Everyone is just at the pool. The hotel is pretty and what you would expect.

Pathetic service, front office staff is not helpful, room slippers are not provided and you have to ask for them, the management has zero sense of running how to run a business in hospitality industry, where customers are the top priority. Parking outside is always full and beware those guys will risk to take your car and you might get a traffic fine/car impound. My car was dented and paint cracked on 2 separate ocassions from the valet parking guys. Rooms are not good. They stink and the carpets are old. Sometimes, there is a problem with hot water.

Poor customer service, unfriendly staff. There is also a certain smell in rooms even though we changed few rooms. They also dont provide any slippers in rooms. Front office is very pathetic. Management including general manager doesnt know anything about hospitality industry.

Its one of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi and has its own old world charm that can only be felt at historical sites. The hotel layout as well as its architecture are inviting. It gives a feeling of cosiness and warmth . We had dinner at Taste of Asia Restaurant. The Sushi platter was awesome. The Chef prepares fresh Sushis right in front of you hence, please be prepared to wait for half an hour before your order is served. The waiting time can be utilised by sipping your choice of drink (both Alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The decor is old style with wall hangings and artifacts from Asian origin. The staff are friendly and attentive. Last but not the least, the food is awesome.

Fitness club is just awesome and in economical range you can get all the perks.

Kuya Juan is the destination place for all your good music good food needs. It is just within a feet away from Al Ain Palace hotel entrance. Recommended for those who wants to experience the Filipino nightlife.

Would have given 5 stars if the shower room was at least an arms length wide.. but it wasnt. It was very tiny, one cannot have a decent scrub. Other than that, friendly and accommodating staff, got nearby restaurant, comfy and spacious room.

Its my first visit to this hotel, really nice service, standard room is quite decent option which I opt for me. Outside hotel cornice beach is very nice place to visit.

Courteous staff. Neat and clean rooms, linen, wash rooms. Excellent house keeping, AC works fine, can adjust as per requirement, Abundant hot water, do not provide toiletries like toothpaste, comb etc, but the usual stuff like bath gel, shampoo, body lotion etc are provided. Very scanty break fast , poor internet, Did not respond for breakfast request hung on the door.

Really great place.. Hygenig food, clean and peaceful environment, well managed rooms... just loved it... will be there again... also its affordable as well....
