Clean, i tried the 1 bedroom and it was good, it has a studio with a single bed, small bedroom with queen size bed, 2 bathrooms and small yet well equipped kitchenette.They dont have parking in hotel, but you can park nearby or pay them 20dhs valet.

Hotel is very good but the front receptionist name MARIEL is very disappointing services, she didnt deserve to be front desk because she doesnt know how to talk and give proper customer service to their customers , the manager name KHALED as well he doesnt know how to handle and sort all the issues and problems of their guest.. Very disappointing 😔 😔 😔

We had a great stay in this highly recommended hotel but had a bit of problem with their front desk Mariel. We tried also to complain this lady but their manager Khaleed is one sided and did not take any necessary action. Very hard to argue if we will not listen and understand both side of the story.The problem was for our extension in the hotel. We told them in the evening that we will extend for the next day. Mariel agreed and we thought everything is okay but the next day while we are enjoying out with our itinerary, they keep calling us that we need to come back and pay to proceed for the extension. Their manager Khaleed said that if it was in other hotel out things will be outside.If somebody told us that we need to pay immediately of course we will pay right away.Anyway still a great stay and all crew was very kind and cooperative.

Its a quite comfortable hotel. I recommend it for those who need to rent a studio for a month.

Poor wifi connection. Stay was very good. The faculties and the staffs were so cooperative. But i strongly suggest for a better wifi connectivity. The only drwaback i found. Rest everything is good

The wifi is in the room is not working properly the signals are weak same as looks like iam living in the mountains area.We came here for the company work and we facing delay to submit our reports due to this stupid wifi signals.

Superb apartment.

Great place with a careful personnel. Cleaning three times a week. Rooms are fully equipped for living, only the hair dryer is missing. You can choose between rooms for smokers and regular rooms. Gym and pool are at the rooftop.

It is very comfortable and well equipped property. All the amenities are good. Location is also in Abu Dhabi downtown area.

During lockdown, we stayed in this beautiful hotel for almost 3 weeks and what I really like in Al Manzel Hotel is the GOOD MANNERS of the staff ( receptionist- room service). They were very helpful and the accountant Ms. Katherine, gave us the perfect details about the hotel and very honest answer.Its not easy to look for an affordable hotel with a five star service. But Al Manzel Hotel will give you 5 star service with a good price, very respectful, cooperative and helpful staff.The kitchen is nice - plates, pots, cutlery- I love it!The washing machine w/ DRYER is PERFECT for my children clothes, helps me a lot to save my time :)The bed is very comfy, it give us the right support that we need, specially Me coz I am asthmatic my struggle sometimes in a hotel is the bed, but Al Manzels bed is perfect ! its soft but also supportive! even the pillows is exactly what I needed!The toilets are always clean. Thanks to the room service who always give us a good cleaning service specially to the carpet.The location saved me as well, as this time I need to buy some school stuff for my children and there was a shop Golden Tower just outisde the hotel, its also very near to the Park, Mall, food store, banks.If we were given a chance to come back to Abu Dhabi and we need to stay in a hotel, I will again choose this hotel!This hotel exceeded my expectations!

Best place to stay in tourist club. Stayed almost 3 month here. Excellent service and good customer service.

Be aware at dinning space some lady servers may not give you good service if say you are of colour.Try and find Fillipino servers-very warm.

The decor is a bit outdated and hotel is awkwardly set off the street. In saying this, the hotel is physically looked after so the decor is somewhat charming and because of the heavy use of textiles, is very quiet. All of the staff are very well trained and go out of their way to look after their guests. The breakfast is very good. A wide range of fresh, quality buffet food to chose from as well as great freshly made omlettes. Breakfast staff are fantastic as per the great coffee they serve. Highly recommend. Thanks for the long stay!

Nice hotel, centrally located at walking distance from Abu Dhabi Mall which is a huge advantage. Around the hotel you can find everything. The rooms are nicely decorated but not very big, the staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant has limited menu and kind of slow service. The valet parking service might take some time to bring your car so be prepared if youre in a hurry. Overall a nice place to stay with good price to quality ratio.

For me, what this hotel had going for it were its overall location being very convenient and the attentiveness and friendliness of housekeeping staff.The reason for me docking a star is that most all the staff from the entrance, front desk and the lobby never greet you, much less utter a word when you walk by at any part of the day. Could that be how the establishment wants to run things?

It is the worst hotel in the world. The hotel doesn’t have a heating system and the rooms are super cold in winter. The front desk staff sent some people to fix it but it was all a fake try. Asking us to turn the AC off to make the room warm that is insane. Every reasonable person knows that turning off the AC wont make the room warmer. It needs a heating system. They overcharged us when we checked in, they wont give us a refund. I dont know how this hotel has a good review. It is a total ripoff.

Really good sized and quiet rooms and comfy bed. Free Wifi gave pretty reasonable speed. Roof deck swimming pool a little small but clean and warm. The lift will only allow you to move between Reception and your floor. A real pain if a colleague / friend is on another floor as it means youve always got to meet on the ground floor! Plenty of places to eat around the hotel, cash-point nearby and the Abu Dhabi Mall is less than a 10min walk away.

Decent room, kind staff. Even no penalty about damage to property. Hehe. be honest!

Great service apartments with one of.the best locations is Abu dhabhi. The restraunt near by is lovely. The kitchens are well furnished and decent. The prices are economical and worth thier price.

The hotel is on the tired side, and self service apartments do not have a microwave or a toaster, which is poor. Add to this that the gym facilities are basic.I would not recommend this for long term stays, as they do not offer any good discounts.But I cannot dispute the fact the hotel is in great location and the vast majority of Staff provide a really goo service and are helpful.

This apartment style hotel have quite large rooms, small kitchen, access to gym and pool. Location is okay, walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall. Friendly staff.Now to negatives: the gym is very limited. Room cleaning service is very poor.

We my workmates stayed here last eid and it was great, spacious, nice and clean everything you need is there. Its super comfortable. Will definitely comeback again, and the price is right very affordable...

Have being here 3 different times in 3 different bedrooms and beds are very uncomfortable. Furniture is pretty old and you can smell the smoke coming from the smoking rooms, although you are in a non smoking room.

Very old and outdated. Customer service is poor.Dont bother calling front desk or concise, they will not follow up nor will they give you a call back if you ask.Communication is poor, reservations failed to inform front desk of my discount that was offered.There is only valet parking and they park tour vehecle on the street. I saw them using my car to drive back and forth to find other cars.
