Be careful if you get drunk

The worst hotel experience ever. A lot noise caused by maintenance from 9am until 1pm, i called the receptionist and I was told it will stop however it just kept going. The drilling sound will drive anyone insane especially early in the morning. WiFi doesnt work properly, the fridge doesnt work at all, the hygiene is horrendous. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Rooms are dirty.Room Service and house keeping are the worst.Cash only, they dont accept cards.The Staff are NOT professional at all.Water bottle 200ml are not free.No WC paper.You have to order Towels if you are planning to shower 😂Free self car parking.False fire alarm is something normal 🤦

Made booking through agoda.com with payment (Ref no279364799) After the booking, i called to hotel for the confirmation. hotel said my booking is canceled. again i connect with agoda (80002000064) they said sorry for inconvenience about for booking online system not available to queen palace hotel. after that refunded the my paid amount with in week they are promised to me . also helped with same hotel another booking communicated with agoda to hotel reception. visited hotel at 11.45pm. reception requested me to pay cash not accepted by any bank card. Also i have paid the cash payment. i started to check room and found to not cleaned all and welcomed cockroach no toilet roll, tissues, refrigerator not working.i called reception for some items providing my hand(toilet roll)Asking for 10dhs for ice cube. (all hotel provided ice cube with free of cost) One of my worst hotel experiences.

Queen palace is one of the most happening places in Abu Dhabi. There are lot of good bars with varied themes. Definitely worth a visit. The English pub and the Arabic pub are very good. The Bengali and Indian bar is not very good.

Made booking through booking.com, visited hotel at 1130 p.m. reception requested me to pay cash not by credit card, I asked her that your policy not refundable and booking made by card so ensure no double charges. I checked in room no. 710 and I was welcomed by 2 cocrouach. I started to check room and found it all not cleaned just fixed up, dirt everywhere even in bedsheets , Bathroom was the same and Air-conditioning ducks not cleaned. Went to reception and manager upgraded my room and went with me to new room in 11 floor to check it and when we arrived we found Air-conditioning leaking and I did not have to check level of cleanness in room then we went to other room in 10 floor and ot was not bad but i had to leave hotel since I feel unsecure of staying in such hotel.I truly was worried to get exposed to COVID 19 with the cleaning standard they maintained and surly disinfectant process is not in place. I reviewed some comments on booking.com and found that they always had bad reviews about many related issues for long time. Highly not recommended even if room free of charge and hotel management or group need to address customer concerns.

Very neat and clean.. and got a comfortable stay

I stayed there after the F1 race for 1 night.The hotel looked very new and luxury in a very good price (70euros).The room was great looked well maintainent and clean the only negative that i found that there was a leaking from the bathtub to the floor.The hotel is about 4 by foot to al wahda mall and AD bus station.In the future when i will visit AD for the F1 i will stay again there

Perfect place to relax and hotel facilities are worth to the price you pay. 4 stars given only because of the service at the reception. Need to work alot on Reception staff. Also to mention House Keeping Department is doing a great job.

I really had bad experience with this hotel. It was 2am in the morning when fire alarm wake me up only to find out that it was their own staff who made that mess. SMOKING in corridor.  I was so nervous that even their emergency exit stairs smell smoke.  I went down to confirm with reception why there was no second announcement was made that it was a fake alarm or if fire was put out.  The manager expect everyone to call frontdesk to confirm and even said its normal and making fun of what happened. My panic attack cause trauma and never slept all night and the manager did not even do something about it. This hotel should not be considered 4 star hotel. Frontdesk guy said its not their fault. General Manager promise he will call back but never did.

Good for weekend holiday and short stay at there, swimming pool small but life guard is very helpful and staffs

Best value hotel in Abu Dhabi. Large comfortable rooms, bedroom, bathroom, all amenities, everything works well. Many local and popular clubs and restaurant in hotel building. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will stay at Queen Palace Hotel every time I visit Abu Dhabi UAE.

It was great from all aspects, where the hotels services provided a stay full of welfare, but the only issue was that the bathroom had some equipments missing.

Its the best budget hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will be provided with all toiletries and services. The staff was very helpful and courteous . I loved my stay their and will recommend it definitely ....

Reception was exceptional. Noticed that it is a old hotel already. After checkin in the corridor going to the room has a strong smell of cigarette! Room is clean, bathroom is ok but no bidet. Asked 3 times for a dental pack but they were out of stock which is a shame. Been to different OyO hotels and im not happy in my stay here.

The worst hotel in Abu Dhabi!!! Be careful they want cheat you during the checkout!!!The hotel is old fashioned, smelly and noisy, but that is not the worst. They tried to charge me 100aed for a 1 blood steam in the sheets. Very embarrassing situation. I have never ever suffered something similar in any hotel around the world. After call to the police, they told me to be everything solved, and they apologized me only because I ask to do it. Tus is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a Badalona 2 stars.

The hotel is not for family or for rest! The dancing club is working until 4:00 night. It is very loud. The rooms smells of cigarets. Toilet was not clean. God bless beds are clean. Stuff are nice and polite but hotel is not 4 star maximum 3 star! The quality not matching price.

I was in Abu Dhabi for visiting and i went to this hotel to enjoy in Arabic club for 3 different days the dancers and the waiters are professional and they good customers service but the supervisor his name is Hassen is not enough for that hotel,I am from usa, when I was there I felt bad because of his service he is racism..

An Average Quality, Hygiene to be Improve More

Its a ok stay. Small pool and gym. Two nights in business stay is fine. Not for leisure or couples.

Very good price and location, clean room, it has a bus station right outside the Hotel, if you are coming from the airport just take the A1 Bus and it will take you right outside, just keep an eye on the Stop cause sometimes the driver doesnt stop.

Value for Money, located in Abu Dhabi Downtown

Hot water was NOT available early morning and I had to go to the meeting without morning shower. Hot water should be available during winter!Other services are OK!Location is perfect.

Horrible experience!Parking is chargeable at 20dhs per night!!Above my room was a bar that played loud music till 3:30am!!!Not recommended!

Corridors smells awful, too much smokers and everyone smoking inside the hotel, it is so nosy, until 3:00 morning music is playing loud, couldn’t sleep! Beds are clean, bathroom clean, but the most important that if you want to sleep early, this hotel is not for this purpose!

Good hotel and bar, but in 3rd floor there is one Bangali Vance bar, there is one keralite supervisor on specs, his behaviour is very bad.

Location is in the middle of the city, room is ok with big TV and very good AC!! But the SMELL of the comforter and pillows was unpleasant. And there is also a hidden charges.

I had very bad experience, as the receptionist did not want to let me check-in as when I made the booking it was for one king size bed and when I went there was available room for double beds and I was checking in for 2 nights so I asked if possible I will check-in now and later i will see if I can change so he said no changes after and no check-in. Moreover I complain to the manager Mr. Kumar and he said he will get back to me and he just ignored.
