I am a regular here. But over the months, they’ve had air conditioning issues permanently. AC doesn’t cool and forever they have maintenance going on. Faucets don’t work properly. Has a good gym.

Unfriendly staff at the reception! It is unbelievable how they take customer service level so low, not even a smile! The management need to consider giving proper training for their staff who are the front face of the business, or better yet hire professional staff.

Affordable and neat hotel in this area.But not expect any luxuries, staffs are friendly and helpful.But I have disappointed with the television it was not a smart television to connect youtube or any other smart applications.Also other problem with the area is the parking, after 9.00 PM finding parking is next to impossible.This is one of the old hotels in this area.

Is a good place to be in downtown Abu Dhabi. You have many supermarkets around. Is 8 minutes from abu dhabi shopping mall. 5 minutes from corniche beach area, there you can walk or jogging. Inside the hotel you can have great food, but around that you have many options. The studio have some space and they clean it very well. I could use washing machine, fridge and iron. Finally the employees are great and polite.

It’s very bad service, staffs behavior very rude, AC not working in all rooms, I have reserved room 2 days ago, and AC doesn’t work since couple of days, without informing us given room when we complained, they said all rooms AC not working and just showing one by one all rooms to check AC not working, found 4 rooms same issuesWhen we asked to refund payment, did not.

I like the hotel. Its clean with friendly staff. Only thing is that the room doesnt have a chiller/minibar. Otherwise its a good hotel if you get it on cheaper promotions

The only good thing in this hotel was the shower and the bathtub, otherwise everything else is lower than the average, the staff is very unwelcoming, it tooks around 15 minutes to check in, even was no other visitors, on check out the lady was nice and good. Parkings not available all the time and its paid parkings, furniture is old, not comfortable and not clean, i asked for non smoking room but i wake up in the morning and room smells cigarettes and you cant open the tarras door because its locked, my room was in 10th floor but i hardly sleep because of the music and dj from the bar and night club in the hotel, you will feel like the party is next to your room....it was a bad experience and i will not be there again

One of the oldest and still running wild hotels. Yes, I mean this is a party house. I stayed here for 10 days and it was booming with parties. We could hear the thud upto the 13th floor from the 2nd.Theres 4 pubs and midnight clubs.Pros1) Great amazing food.Amazing service in Panorama restaurant.Didnt try the other restaurants.2) Clean rooms and superb house keeping.3) Theres wifi (Will add in cons)4) Located in the main.Cons1) Construction genius hasnt provided a drainage system in the bathroom.2) Theres no ventilation at all. You can either use air conditioning or leak water if you switch it off.3) No windows to open. Been locked.It was suffocating.I only gave 3 stars for the restaurant services and housekeeping. Great people. Except a few.Its best for people staying for a day or two.

The hotel is o.k. Everything is very neat, service is good, affordable breakfast, clean rooms. They should update their sustainable policy though, if they have one at all. They change the sheets and HUGE towels every single day, which is completely unnecessary. Definitely bring ear plugs, because even on the highest floor you can hear the beat of one of the many clubs and bars on the first 3 floors in the building.

This is the worst hotel you could imagine. Very, very noisy. You will not be able to sleep either if you were on the top flour because of their disgusting bar. I advise everyone to stay away from it and pay a little extra for another better hotel. The staff backtalk a lot. When I complained about the noise their manager told me you need to manage yourself I have nothing to do.

Goods. View, space of room, have pub and nightclub and liquor store same building up to 10 pmBad. Rest room design, studio dont have adequate setup, and service is okok. Less staff so need to push to get it done. Smaller safebox. And bit old way of handling. Overall for the view of sea you can compromise

This hotel is mid-range in quality, service and style offering . Location is good as it near to sea side. It has lots of facilities like the SPA, Night Club, Restaurant, Pub, etc...Interior design is out-dated. No free, covered parking. Front main entrance and lobby not nice.Not recommended for families as loud noise/music coming from bar/club until 3.am.

Excellent staff, great rooms and bars. Studio and Suites have a kitchen with washing machine so you can self-cater if you wish. I have been coming here for years and love the place.

1. No parking available. The staff asked for extra AED 5 to get a parking ticket for me.2. WiFi not working. I told the staff I do not want to check-in if the WiFi is not working as I had a lot of pending work. She assured saying they are working on it and it will be fixed shortly. I checked out next morning but it wasnt working till then.3. The shower knob didnt move at all. I didnt have space at all to stand and take a shower.4. The dustbin openers were broken. If one will not see it, he/she will surely hurt himself/herself.5. No jet spray in the washroom.6. After check-in I was about to change and a staff knocked the door. Before I could go to the door he himself opened the door and came in.There was hardly 1 second gap between the knock and him getting in the room.Me being in the room, I am supposed to open the door. The staff cannot just enter without my permission.He said he was there to check if there was a towel in the washroom which should have been checked before me checking in.Overall, not a good experience at all.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. We were there for 20days. Comfortable, Convenient access for all places, Calm and peacefull. We really loved that place. We got an excellent service from the hotel staffs especially from the Housekeeping people. And We want to thank to Mr. Ahamed for treating us generously. He was really helpful at all the times during our stay.Only difficulty was to find the parking slot. Other than that everything was good.

I am a regular customer on weekly basis in Groovz bar but on 20.10.20 was one of worst experience of my life ever where I felt so insulted by the new Bar Manager his Lebanese he was super rude and unprofessional.

Spacious room for very little. However, valet parking is a mess for AED 20, the night club and the bar are very noisy worth their nose reaching the upper levels of the hotel. Housekeeping was not good.As I mentioned, the price of a night stay is very good for such a large room. But everything else is a turn off.

It was very bad experience bcz first thing there is no hotel parking and out side you cannot find near to hotel and 2nd thing room was nice and big but the washroom was not very neat and clean and the 3rd thing is there is kitchen but nothing is there fully empty even 1 spon is not there,no plates nothing is there all cabinet was fully empty so i call reception and ask them but the answer was not allowed.so i said how i will eat bcz i have some food then tell me how i will eat bcz there is no plates and spoon but they said not allowed sho hada its very bad experience.........😡😡😡

Food too good and quickly serve always..Its always a solid destination tourist or local. Especially during the winter when they have the ice skating rink up and the decorations. Its one of the only places youll ever be able to ice skate and see the sunset over the ocean

Wow its a nice place to have fun with friends in one of those special occasions. Inside the hotel you can find different clubs to chill and order food to eat or one/two beers.

Overall, the hotel was clean. It is near form a metro station (Aljaddaf). Shuttles are available for transferring guests to and from the metro station, several malls and a beach.The size of the swimming pool was reasonable.Small rooms. The floor wasnt carpet (too cold).

Had one week stay .. overall good customer service, clean hotel, spacious rooms, at the heart the of city, near to groceries, restaurants, mosque. Negatives daily disco clubs till early mornings, paid parking 15Aed per day.

We went with our friends, we wanna enjoy music and drinks in Shangai night Club.First budget drinks finished after we wanna order something to eat look around waiters are busy I took menu myself anyway we went for enjoying thats why didnt mind it. But we ask frenchfries with beers but not possible. This is hotel we can imagine that cant be reason to serve. Even manager said no.We said no need to eat anything. S 15 minutes walking from downtown, 30 minutes walking from Abu Dhabi shopping mall one of the best here, the front view is the sea, back of hotel many grocery, restaurants and shops.They pay you back the Taxi fare from and to airport.Free staple and fast wifi. free gym and and sauna.In suite there is 1 big room with big comfortable bed, mini bar, dvd player and lcd tv. the living room has 1 couch and 2 chairs and big lcd tv with satellite with many languages channels. It has a full equipped kitchen.Staff are friendly and helpful.The BAD:It has 2 night clubs so you feel the music beats all night, and there is a huge construction site just front of it and they start working at 6AM with heavy machines.2 blocks from the hotel back there is night life where you find girls for sex in the street.

I visit this hotel many time I usually take a studio is big and clean average 650 Dhs I thing the pries is reasonable comparing with other hotel in UAE the receptionist speak English well and they are helpful the open buffet is expansive 45 Dhs hover pizza is reasonable 22 Dhs but it better to visit the Lebanese pies restaurant its very near you can take breakfast by 10 Dhs he have tasty food near the hotel the is abu Dhabi mall its big and there are many restaurant in it in the night there are two club in the hotel I find them interesting the upper one have singing band the singe some olds it was nice most of club visitors from far east like Philippine

It is 3 star hotel. There is a shang hai resturant doing chinese food in 1st floor. There are clubs at ground and second floor. The price of hotel is moderate. All resturants are convenient.
