I received a 90 minute massage from Rahma. She was the best! She was very gentle, we had a lovely conversation. Everything was wonderful! Throughout she kept checking to make sure the pressure was ok and that I was not experiencing pain or any discomfort.Within my 90 minutes I received a facial which was very nice. I cant tell you what each things was but I do remember steam and clay mask. My favorite was the head massage. Definitely will be going back💚

I did an engagement dinner in the Rosemary restaurant yesterday, and the amount of support, cooperation and help received was amazing.Special thanks to Mr.Joseph for managing all the dinner requirements and for efficiently attending to all our requests (from the beginning till the last minute IT changes, food changes and some design changes). The overall experience was lovely and we always felt welcomed.Also, the whole staff was attentive and the food was great. We all enjoyed our time and would definitely consider doing future events there.

Nice hotel. We booked the Hotel but had to stay in the Residence as the Hotel was chosen as a quarantine by the state. But the rooms were really big with a nice and clean bathroom and comfy beds. Breakfast was also very good. Location is great if you want to have a private beach area and the hotel is very close to the Emirates Palace and the Qasr Al Watan.

Brunch was unique authentic and variety of different cuisines flavors dishes friendly team and professional hospitality service will go back again soon

Had a wonderful time at the pool, and then later enjoyed a couple of drinks by the beach during sunset. The service at the pool bar was perfect and we never had to wait for our drinks to arrive.Binod our sever was excellent!! I stayed here for almost a year and everything has amazed me and overly met my expectations of a 5 star hotel.The daily cleaning service performed by Ahmed was high qualify and very efficient. Unlike other cleaning services, I was very satisfied by how he took his time to clean every corner of the room without any rush.Overall, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in with a fair price. Dining in the Dark!?One of the most unique and life time experience. First time in UAE as far as I know. Not only it is about dining, for the first time in a very long time; it was a dining experience. From the welcome to the explanation, from the small snacks to the dining in the dark. YES you read it right. YOU WILL EAT IN THE DARK. Where you will not see what you eat. Initially we was nervous but when we went step by step, it became more and more exciting. And when the food came, it became more exciting. 3 course set menu where you can only find out what you ate at the end of the experience or let me say the journey. Food was extremely tasty. You will not see what you will love what you eat. And when you see, you will love it more. Try it and you will see what I am talking about. I will guarantee you will remember it forever. Special thanks toy Joel who was our eyes in the dark, the guide of the journey and the server. Thank you Elias (I think) for an amazing concept. It will be open for public soon. Try and see what I am talking about.

Greatest part of the hotel is the staff who make you feel at home! They help you and try to solve all problems. Thank you very much to Arya, Deepak, Deena and all. Comfortable room with the kitchen and wonderful view of Emirates Palace from 21st floor. Good gym. We had some issues at the room, they immediately solved. But instead of the problems, we were not upgraded to the bigger room free of charge even though we stayed 1 month.

I had a very pleasant experience with the SPA facility and staff. Professional management at reception and worm welcoming, massager Miss Timmy was fruitfully polite, expert, highly educated and experienced. This was unforgettable massage session and would love to recommend to other friends. Thank you and well done.

Stayed in 3 one bedroom unit for one night. Very disappointed with the receptionist Millie for several phone calls during our busy moment inside the apartment. The front office manager should know how to handle situation. We wanted a refund and leave the place but the FOM cant do anything about it. We are not going to stay in your hotel again. We were not treated with hospitality. We are entitled to have a fair treatment. Breakfast staff and food were really good.

Good location, rest all bad... Hotel partially used for quarantine which they should disclose to customers while booking, when arrived I didnt get what i booked (as per photos) later after I requested they offer another room, the big surprise is that the room was not clean and extremely dusty... The worst part was the bed which was full of stains of makeup left from previous customers which clearly shows the room was not cleaned and on top of all this miserable situation next day on breakfast we got set menu, old and smells bad as if it was stored for days! Staff was helpless and couldnt offer anything.... Bad and will never go back.

Worst spa ever (ayana spa).. they use less oil on body and miss some body parts without massage.. the music stopped in the middle of the session and it was played by the therapist’s mobile.. and when I asked to play some relaxing music she said her phone is battery low.. I continued the session hearing the AC sound.. the therapist was in a rush to finish .. and when I asked why she said she has other customers.. i will never go back .. The place was clean , towels clean and the shower was nice.

Parking was a bit of a problem since we had to do it ourselves in the absence of valet services, given the CoVid protocol thats in place. Just starting on a 3nights stay, hope it works out well 😊 Lobby, Restaurants look cool; yet to start dinner.Dinner at Artisans Kitchen in the hotel lobby viz. salmon grill, quail roast and cocktails ordered was excellent and served reasonably well.👍Housekeeping services in the hotel today, 18/7/21 was good.Lunch served at Artisans Kitchen today 18/7/21 viz. chicken biriyani and seafood course from their fixed menu that remains static for 3 days was not up to expectations and needs a quality check.The fare today 18/7/21 at night at Rose Lounge Bar viz. Club Sandwich, Grilled Vegitables and drinks were of quality and served well👍19/7/21 Breakfast at Artisans/service there was good; so was the drinks/snacks served and the service at Rose Lounge Bar in the afternoon. For dinner, Salmon Grill, grilled vegetables and cocktail served at Artisans and service there was good.20/7/21 checked out. Altogether stay at Bab Al Qasr was pleasant and relaxing. Its pool, the open space with a lawn and waterfront beach facility and boat rides were value addition.

The momentum of our stay was ruined because of wrong move from your receptionist Milly and your front office manager. Not worth for 3 unit of one bedroom apartment during our stay. It is going to be our first and last stay in your hotel. My situation should be handled differently since the occasion of stay was a surprise blowing of candle of a 5 years old girl who happened to be my grand daugther but because of several phone calls from your receptionist and 1 unprofessional approach from your front office manager our stay was upsetting. My review is for everyone to know that the hotel is nice but your 2 staff as mentioned should know how to handle.my situation in a different approach. I was trying to cancel our 3 rooms and your front office manager said it is not possible. All of us were very upset and it leave us no choice than to stay in your hotel as the rooms were paid upon checked in. Never again, i will not book my guests in the future after this pandemic.

Hotel standard deteriorated big time. The breakfast at the restaurant in ground floor served dirty plates and we had to ask the waiter to clean them before we can use them. Even after he tried cleaning them with a wipe, there were clearly food stains that weren’t washed properly. Lunch and dinner was also a disappointment as the food was flavourless and cold. I suggest they implement improvements to the restaurant because the quality of food was shameful.

The view is everything! Perfect way to wake up in the morning, a beautiful view of Emirates Palace and Atlantis Hotel. Food wasn’t the best, but it was okay. Private beach and pool were so relaxing. Staff is very nice😊 Nice and spacious rooms. Clean with a nice big tub. Kitchen in the studio was essential for travel with a newborn. So convenient for my husband’s birthday weekend.

We are a couple travelling for business and booked a three weeks staying at Bab Al Qasr residence. The management easily accommodate our request to provide us with two desks in our one one bedroom apartment.The location is quite at the end of the cornice with an outstanding view down to the presidential palace and the palace hotel.A special thanks to Tikka, a gentleman that carefully dealt with the cleaning of our apartment and ensure that our fridge was always full of water as my husband drinks like a fish. Nice and smiling guy to see every morning.Htun was another great discover of this place. She is a sweet lady working at the restaurants/bars at the the Lobby level. On the day of my birthday, she surprised me with a cake and a birthday song! A pleasure coming down the Lobby to meet such professional a welcoming staff.

We had a very pleasant stay in Bab Al Qasr Hotel. Our room was incredible, huge, clean and disinfected. The hotel is situated in a very nice area, where you can visit just in 2 minutes the Palace Hotel as well as the Etihad towers and in 5 minutes you’re in the Presidential Palace. The view is also magnificent🙌The Staff was as everybody in UAE very kind, friendly and helpful all the time. They made our stay easier and helped us every time we needed help. Traveling while Corona is difficult but they made sure that we will always be safe and receive our PCR tests on time. Therefore i would like to thank a lot Mr Ahmed Amer, and Ms Doreen, for their remarkable services, they were very helpful and attentive and they solved a problem we had with receiving our PCR tests from a clinic at the city center. Ms Milky, Ms Chynara, Mr Sultan, Mr Talib, Mr Sadik and Mr Derick, made our stay very comfortable and they were also very helpful.We were all impressed from the fantastic Safari trip, that Mr Talib booked for us, he listened to our needs and modified the safari trip to match our preferences.We had many different choices for food. Our stay in Bab Al Qasr Hotel was more than pleasurable. Our room was very clean, disinfected and was beyond more than just a hotel room, more like a very tasty and full covered apartment. The hotel is in a very nice area, with a private beach and has many sightseeing’s only 2-3’ away, as well as the best mall in Abu Dhabi . You can have a view at the see or the presidential palace and enjoy one of the many restaurants, cafes or bars on sight🙌But what me and my family loved the most was the amazing Staff of Bab al Qasr hotel which was so very kind, friendly and helpful at all times. Stayed here for our Anniversary and wasn’t disappointed! Wish there was a separate review site for the Rosemary Restaurant because I’d really love to recommend their service. Great food, romantic ambiance and excellent servers! All the staff made sure that we had the best time. Our waiter Anthony was very entertaining and accommodating. He even gifted us with cocktails after learning that we were celebrating!However, also with they cleaned the room windows because it was a shame that we couldn’t make the most of the absolutely amazing view of corniche.

The view and location is awesome. The room was upgraded from one bed to two bedrooms. The staff could have been more friendly. I had experienced awesome service at radisson and the service here was not as friendly. But the pool was awesome and very very clean and the room was perfect

We requested for late check out for 3pm, then at 12 pm our hotel access card block and its not working at all and we cannot access elevator and we cannot open our room hotel, then we have to go back to reception to reprogram the hotel access card the treat of staff to there guest was so poor, you feel that your not welcome to stay there ,, specialy the receptionist of the hotel not accommodating.

5-star hotel with a broken bathroom, piece of rice on the kitchen although it says room been sanitized. I wonder what kind of sanitization noting its unclean fyi its Corona Time..! No robs or combs either tooth brush sets no tissue boxes in room neither garbage pins, which usually is available in such 5 star hotels. Promised crib prior to reservation at check in as well was confirmed, 3 hours later was told to wait 15-20 minutes, after 1 hour was told sorry we run out of cribs. Ended up sleeping on the sofa in order to have my baby boy sleep on proper bed, whats wroth is the views and private beach!

Sultan was very helpful carrying my bags back to my room. The cleaners are attentive and polite. I enjoy staying here and would recommend it

I stayed in this Hotel for my birthday party. according to online booking i should checked in at 3pm, thing is I got my room at 5 pm, quite dissapointing But the good part is ,I was assisted very well.. Pros: Excellent location, private small beach, excellent pool, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, rooms comes with a small kitchen, not sure if all of them does. Great cafe and sitting area. Excellent Covid precautions.Cons: Uncomfortable pillows, ask them to give you extra or bring your own, bad restaurant and very smelly. Very tight hotel entrance for cars.

When I arrived I was enchanted with the decor, something very cultural and traditional yet very modern. The room is beautiful and the help we got from sultan was amazing he waited for us for 20 minutes just to put our luggage in our room. Must visit.

I loved my stay over there, the hospitality was super great, all the staff were welcoming,and friendly and professionals starting from the valet staff to the receptionists to the room service and the housekeeping, the view was breath taking, the food was really delicious, the beach was super clean, it’s perfect in every way.

One of the classy and stylish hotels of Abu Dhabi, great location, elegant interiors and superb dining.We went for the Iftar last week and the food was gorgeous.Love the outdoor shisha area by the pool.
