This is my fifth stay here. I love the place and the beach. However, on each stay something must happen to dampen the experience. The service isn’t what you’d expect from a Jumeirah group hotel.Last time, I promised myself I would try one of the many other 5 star hotels in Saadiyat. Alas, I’m back here because I’m with a group of friends.

Wonderful as usual. Sreejith does a great job taking care of us, and it reflects in his team. It is always a pleasure to be recognized by the kitchen team and be welcomed back.

What a beautiful resort! Different room options and villas. We stayed in the 3 bedrooms villa. Very specious and luxurious. 3 bedrooms plus maid room, kitchen, dinning room, living room and big swimming pool with privacy. The food is so delicious and the staff is friendly. The beach is one of the cleanest beach in the world with white lovely sand.

Its a nice hotel, I felt more on the business side. Has a great selection of restaurants and had a great beach

The hotel is amazing as a view and rooms but unfortunately the services are so poorWe call the waiter more than 10 times and then he came to tell us just give me 10 minutes and never came back

One of the best hotels we have been to, cleanliness as far as the eye can see, comfort, warmth, classiness, amazing decorations, amazing rooms, best room / guess service, exquisite food. We cant wait to go back!

This is a lovely property with access to the amazing Saadiyat beach. The rooms are large, bright, and beautifully appointed. The bathrooms are large and excellent. The only downside to this property are its pools. They are much too small for the size of this property.

Jumeirah is a great company and they have perfect bartender. in my last visit I had one cocktail which i never had in my life Mr Manish is a best mixologist. you just have to come to see him in action and test his drink.

We like to sit at the pool bar and watch the sea. The drinks are wonderful. This time we ordered Caesar salads and shared an order of fries. We agreed that the salad was one of the best weve had. The fries were piping hot and plenty for both of us. We always enjoy our time here.

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort is perfect place to make your holiday memorable, beach, food and service are perfect as well.

We stayed on a most relaxing and lovely resort in the city. The beach was amazing. Breakfast was nice . Staff were very cooperative.Spa was so relaxing.Overall , we spend a very good time.

Of all the beautiful resorts on Sadiyat Island, this will be the one I do not return to. Despite being promised an early check-in, we had to wait four hours to get our room. The receptionist was utterly unprofessional and had no idea how to greet guests at a five star hotel. The suit was nice with a great view. However, upon returning to the room on the second day, there was a major water leakage in our bathroom, flooding the floors. The pool area was good, clean beach, but despite having slow jazz music from the hotel speakers in the background, several guests brought their own loud music. We asked the staff repeatedly to tell the other guests to turn off their music but the hotel staff simply said the other guests would not listen. Mare Mare restaurant had nice and polite staff, but one person in our company got food poisoning from the sea food. The signs in the elevators are incorrect. The last day, we unfortunately had to witness unspeakable indecency taking place in the pool while we had lunch. Neither the staff nor the life guard observing this took any action. We reported this to the hotell management and they took swift action. They promised to get back to us, but till this day, they have not. The best part of the hotel was its proximity to St Regis where we enjoyed an amazing dinner at a beautiful hotel.

Good overall, but nothing to highlight compared with others.No access to gym in day pass.Toilets in pool area should be cleaned more frequently.Pool has black dirt lines.The rest was nice.Thank you.

Poor customer service, keep calling to know more about their processes and to make my check in fasterI was greeted with no help to check in or take my luggage! It’s such a shame that this hotel is still operating! never again would I book this hotel or any other branch of Jumeirah hotel chain

We had the perfect holidays. Every thing was perfect, the beach, the room, the restaurant and the service was outstanding. Service is horrible, I did not like my stay at jumeirah at saadiyat island. They were very slow. It took them an hour to get me a bottle of water.

We stayed in Jumeirah Saadiyat on April 24-26,2021. On our second day, I lost one of my earrings. I realized it was gone when we were at the beach.I checked the pool, maybe I dropped it there when we were swimming earlier. I also asked the lifeguard if he saw or anyone has turned over an earring, no luck. When I didnt find it I have accepted that it was lost in the sea and there was no way I will ever find it but still bummed out about it.The next morning while I was walking towards the beach, one life guard stopped me and asked if I lost something the day before. I said I lost my earring. He said he found it! by the sun lounger that morning. He made my day. His name is George. Thank you very much George!I felt lucky that he was working the day before so I was able to inform him that I was looking for my lost earring, and he was working the morning after that he stumbled upon it and that we crossed path again when we did, couldnt have asked for any better perfect timing.Again, Thanks George!

Beautiful place, amazing food in restaurants, the staff at the restaurant are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable of the dishes offered. The only thing I would say, is that you should offer water to the guests for free, because receptionist sent me to the cafe where the all bottle is 25 AED.

Superb Resort with outstanding Restaurants (TEAN and Mare Mare) which are known for there top quality Food and Service throughout the Abu Dhabi Expat Community.We stayed in one of the Ocean Rooms and enjoyed the view on the calm sea and beach.Great rooms, facilities and design can also be archived by other hotels and resorts, the crucial difference at this Resort are the People who run it from Front Desk to the Waiters in the Outlets we enjoyed honest and outstanding hospitality. Without a doubt, a 5 star rating here. I tried a paid welcome package on this 4th stay of ours and we had a great time! Wonderful beach, tasty food, and a Jumeirah always...excellent service! My wife also enjoyed her massage at the spa.Not the cheapest, but worth it for a special occasion. :-)

Amazing place. Staff were extremely professional and great The only negative comment was being eaten alive by bed bugs on the third day.

Will happily visit again if they get a P licence like the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. The beef bacon at breakfast isnt quite the same, right? After all, they went to the trouble of getting an A licence for their bars so why not go the whole hog and get P as well, lol.

This is my third comment & they’re deleting it , bad service , rude staff . The check in was late our villa should be at 3 but they gave us at 5:30 pm !!!!! They promised us that it is there fault & they’ll give us late checkout , the next day the staff knocked the door & tell us to go out of the villa!!!! Rude & not respectful staff , they promised to transfer back the money because they was wrong 😑

Food was great, and the food was well prepared.

I was really looking forward to try and stay in one of the hotels/resorts in Saadiyat Island. Jumeirah Hotel didn’t disappoint my expectations. Highly recommended to try and stay here. From checking in to checking out, they have been so nice. What i really liked were they tried to get rid of using plastics so they gave us the tumbler for free and the 24-hour E-butler service, which was very easy to connect with them. Room design was exquisite and comfortable. Great pool and clean beach, the waves are not boring. And they definitely had the spectacular sunset view.Thanks to Alina for the warm welcome, for the tumbler and for giving us a great ocean view. To Maricar for assisting us during the checked out. To Charise and Ajaya in room service. And Ahmed and Caesar for assisting me getting to my taxi. You’ve been so helpful and i am grateful to that..

Located in al saadiyat island , staff are very polite at entrance and reception, no valet service ,The rooms were big, the view were amazing.

Wonderful resort and incomparable beach. This place takes you to California, during the windy weather, beautiful waves with turquoise water.

The location of the hotel on the beach is amazing with great beach facilities and astonishing view.However I experienced few disappointing issues. First disappointment when I had to wait for so long before I got the chance to check in, though the receptionist was nice and friendly.Second there were leaking in the WC.Third, At the check in I was informed that the breakfast was included with the rates paid, however at the restaurant I was informed that it wasnt included and that I had to pay for the breakfast, which was embarrassing. Later on, when I checked with front desk I found out that the breakfast was included and that I shouldnt pay.Didnt like that I was put in such degrading situation because of miscommunication with hotel staff internally. It was such a disappointing and humiliating experience from such a famous hotel.Not to mention the prices are abit expensive.

The hotel is beautiful, but I recommend that you live in it, as I am the service is very poor. I was asking for 6 rooms with sea view and demanded that they be on one floor. Unfortunately, I did not get my request knowing that the employee said during the reservation I will try and if you are not on one floor it will be on two floors and when I reach The hotel was given rooms on different floors, the officials asked, but I did not find any response, sorry after two hours, until some rooms were given to me on the same floor of course on three different floors, and when I got to one of the rooms it was not ready and what is the cleaning is ongoing in addition to that I ordered food in the room and arrived after an hour The wrong request was my worst experience, although I love to travel and have stayed in several hotels in the country

Went to the lobster lounge. very limited menu, overpriced, small servings. the staff were good but all of the other restaurants at saadiyat island resort are better.

It was an excellent experience to visit Jumeirah Al Saadiyat Island resort! Trendy, classy and unique! Staff are over attentive and friendly!! Food was soo delicious, pools are lovely however empty due to the weather though!! We had so much fun!!

- Condescending staff with a horrible attitude and negligence towards guests- The hotel is NOT WORTHY of Jumeirah chain name- Poor organisation and hospitality etiquetteI’ve stayed in more than 100 hotels all over the world and i’ve never been aggressively shouted at by hotel staff until i came to Jumeirah saadiyat,we’ve arrived 7 am to the hotel after a long night of traveling and of course we selected our time of arrival on booking beforehand to make sure that we are accommodated a room before the usual check in timings for a so called « resort deluxe room with a sea view », the receptionist took the liberty of raising her voice at us to tell us that our room is not available, there is absolutely nothing she can do to help us and she has no idea whatsoever if there is an availability for us at all as the hotel is 100% fully occupied, which was a lie of course, she asked for our details took the payment + $1000 deposit and then asked us to find something to do ( basically get lost ) until she gives us a call some time later with absolutely no time frame or any clear information, not even a complimentary breakfast while we’re painfully waiting, we went out of the hotel as we felt UNWELCOMED anyway, went around the city for 3 hours and nobody from the hotel contacted us, we went back to the surprise of being allocated a small room downstairs with a view on the parking wall and the promise of relocating us to another room some other time later (again).. that same night 14 hours after our check in and after calling reception several times we had to actually make a scene and ask for the manager to get the famous “we have upgraded you to the room you have initially booked for “ that out of nowhere became available at 9pm .. this goes along with a bazillion other incidents with hotel staff that were so poorly mannered, have an unpleasant attitude and overall unwelcoming, we would never step a foot again in a hotel that doesn’t meet the bare minimum expected of a 5 stars hotel. Just shameful !

Great place for a staycation. Quiet, clean, friendly staff and amazing pool + beach. The menu at the pool and the restaurants of the hotel are amazing by themselves. Breakfast is decent too. There are definitely good options for beach staycations in Dubai (even within Jumeirah hotels) but saaddiyat is a privilege. Probably the best beach in UAE

Iftar was disappointing and shocking. Food was cold and unpleasant. Water wasnt even included for people who are fasting which felt so cheap. Was definitely not the standard of a 5 star hotel.

Went to white restaurant. I loved the ambience. Restrictions are less when it comes to number of people per table. Buffet main course food is okay but their desserts are really wonderful. They have very nice ice cream.

Booking a room on this hotel is a nightmare! I tried online, didn’t work (phone and on my computer) I tried many times. I called multiple times and put me on hold and I waited 10mins, 5mis, 4mins, I gave up! And keep telling me they will call me back every time I call. I never got a call. Even one call. I had to call them again to remind them to call me back. Unbelievable. This never happened to me before.. I guess there’s always a first! (Zero Star)

The place is very nice but I had to wait for 2 hours to get the room. The gave me a late check out to compensate for the delay which was nice.But, the one that helped me to take my baggage broke my laptop screen! I figured this out when I reached home!! That’s why I am giving them 2 starts only.

Exceptional hotel, the service and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was very good. All the facilities are great & well maintained and Mare Mare restaurant is very well priced. This hotel exceeded my expectation. I even got to see the 🐬 do a little leap on my morning kayak. And the fact that they had a water fountain, as well as recycling, really impressed me.....like finding a 🦄 in the UAE

Tl;dr: *Good but could be great*JSIR is a lovely resort no question. Property is beautiful, our room (Ocean Suite) was outstanding, restaurants are fantastic and the grounds are lovely too. But, (and its a big but) the one aspect that really lets them down is the service.First of all they need to stop offering everyone that books the possibility of a 10am check in and 3pm check out. Yes it states subject to availability but when you put it out there everyone will have an expectation. And judging by the, erm, heated conversations we heard everyone having at check in everyone faced the same issue as us (no you cant check in early). Its understandable and didnt bother us, but clearly by the complaints we heard it bothered everyone else. We preempted it and brought a small bag to get changed to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room, no issues. However it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that if the hotel is near capacity you cant possibly offer those privileges to everyone... If youre busy take them off the website, simple.Check in was slow but Charity who looked after us was wonderful and we had no problems with that. Where we really felt let down though was service poolside. By the loungers on the beach and pool they have call buttons for service and lets just say theyre pretty much useless. 20 minutes of waiting we just gave up and walked up to the bar. Wouldnt have been so bad if they didnt have the buttons but they do. On the beach it was even worse, again no service after 45 minutes and we ended up walking back up to the bar. When my wife asked the three staff just standing around why they werent assisting they complained that the hotel was really busy. It was, its school holidays but surely in a well run hotel this shouldnt be news? You can see the hotel is heavily booked and have staff on hand to accommodate accordingly. Service issues like this can really impact your perception of the hotel and they need to sort it out.The butler service was also disappointing. We requested a 630pm turndown as we have a young child and needed to get him to bed. We got back from dinner and it hadnt been done, my wife sent them a message to which they called her by the wrong name (multiple times) and admitted theyd been to the wrong room. Again, stuff like this sticks in your mind. They did apologise and gave us a late check out but being on their game wouldve been far preferable.Couple of other minor niggles, breakfast is under serviced (one staff member managing multiple stations and massive queues) and the pool(s) are a little small and possibly a tad too cold.Overall though we enjoyed our stay. Its not Waldorf or Ritz Carlton level service for sure which is a shame as the property itself is at that level, but if you set your expectations lower youll not be disappointed.

It was a home away from home. Welcoming with a pleasant atmosphere , i couldnt set off my eyes ....the food taste drove me back to our own taste in Uganda # Sheraton Hotel kampala .
