Rixos Saadiyat was one of the best experiences we had. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were amazing, extremely friendly. Kids friendly and thoroughly enjoyed by every member of the family. Highly recommend Rixos Saadiyat and cant wait to revisit the property again😊

Its a great place to be. Especially because of their all inclusive offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room facilities are great. Since it is so hot here and people can spend only so much time in water. There should be indoor activities too like pool, snooker, in door games for adults. Also another issue I see is people who are refraining from alcohol are tempted much because the all inclusive offer covers everything. People tend to drink more alcohol just because its freely available all day.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Just before school starts in August is not the best time if you thought on having a relaxing quite day. There is lots of families with small kids because of summer specials. The food is average at the buffet but the Asian restaurant was awesome. The beach and pool is great but there is no shaded area over the pool so you cant just sit and relax in the pool. Very bad internet connection everywhere. I had to use my data the whole 4 days and even then the connection was bad.

Beautiful place, staff are very welcoming and accommodating with all smiles. The room is spacious and vibrant. We enjoyed the pool and water park. We also enjoyed the unlimited food and drinks all day! We will definitely come back to this hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi! I gave them 5 stars!!!

Really clear ocean and beach, delicious cocktails and food, good COVID measures and cool entertainment at the main pool with a really nice skater crew at the pool, great waiter, friendly guest relations at the reception. Very nice hotel in saadiyat island, the beach is amazing, pool is very good. The service is outstanding, Ahmet is one of the best waiters at the pool area, he makes sure you have everything. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been. You will definitely fall in love with this place.

I recently spent 2 nights at the Rixos Premium Resort and it was outstanding. The reservation manager Mr. Pradeep went out of the way to make our stay extremely comfortable. The hospitality was amazing, he went out of the way to fulfill teeny tiny wishes of my 4 year old nephew and one year old niece. We had a family weekend getaway and we all had an amazing time. The activities present at the resort suited each age group ; and from the oldest member of the family to the one year old baby everyone had a blast!Thanks again Mr. Pradeep & Rixos Management for being so hospitable and making this stay a great memory for the family.Totally Recommended!

The all inclusive deal in Rixos is very convenient for a family with toddler like us. Our 2.5 year old son enjoyed the small water park so so much. The buffet has a good variety, I’m glad my son had nutrition balanced meals there. Happy baby, happy parents !😊😌 the hotel is overall well maintained and their staff are all well trained and very customer orientated!!! 👍

Excellent resort for family, adult and young people. All inclusive make it easier for us to get variety of choices. Pool is amazing and flow drinks make you satisfied. I always back to Paradise !!! I can’t call this place other name ! This time we were celebrating my mom’s Bday and hotel staff made it unforgettable! I would like to highlight Guys from reception for helping to organize surprise at 24:00( very tasty cake) and in the morning at the breakfast one more surprise by team from TURQUOISE restaurant. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the girl who was serving us, however she is from Nepal, very amazing , polite and professional lady ! Keep it up Dear Rixos !!! Always Best of the Best ! Definitely recommended ! One more my friends who visited place by my recommendation have the same opinion!

This is the fifth time we stay me and my husband in this hotel for the weekend.Ocean front view, gorgeous pool area, comfortable rooms, excellent service and staff specially Ahmet who made everything go smoothly by the pool.Looking so forward to going back for a weekend getaway.

The hotel itself is breathtaking from the moment you drive into it’s territory as well as it’s interiors on the inside (truly luxurious experience) . We stayed for 7 nights and it was more than enough time to enjoy this hotel and worth the money. Great aqua park and pool for kids. The beach is clear and clean. Also, worth mentioning the hotel has very good covid measures, we felt safe staying there. Delicious foods offered pretty much anytime and has very wide selection of it, we found that the hotel satisfied everyone’s tastes in the family. The staff is helpful and we’re willing to help us with anything and anytime! The quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff truly amazed us, especially the crew at the pool Ahmet, Dzhan, Yagmur and Ece ( the skater waiters and waitresses) and Polina (the staff woman that always stands near the lobby lounge bar)

The Italian restaurant there l’ olive is amazingly every dish from starter to main to desert was amazing. The service is impeccable. We had a great time .the hotel staff is very helpful and the pool is very nice .

This hotel was excellent especially for families with kids. My kids enjoyed the water park and wave pool. The all inclusive package was well worth it as you have drinks and food literally throughout the day. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Rixos premium to anyone who wants to enjoy a seemless stress free stay.

Gorgeous location and excellent work by the staff! We were welcomed with a lot of respect by the valet parking staff and their friendly behavior made me feel very comfortable right from the start. The hotel pool was lovely and my family had a enjoyable time. The food is heavenly too.Hoping to make another visit soon.

The rooms are smaller than the Saadiyat Rotana, but it does have better kids pools which are the best on Saadiyat.However most of the staff were amazing and a few let others done.Out of the restaurants that you have to pay for the Italian was so so, but the Teppanyaki was excellent.

We went for a staycation at Rixos with our son and definitely enjoyed the whole stay. Lovely, friendly staff. The best parts are the design and very ornate interior design, all-inclusive meals and activities. The main pool area and beach access is large and well kept - the water in the main pool is noticeably well filtered and maintained. For food, this is one of the few times in Abu Dhabi I felt the buffet was very good quality and satisfying for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kids play area provides hours of playtime for kids in the waterpark, along with free treats, ice creams, and drinks. We ran into a small drain issue in our room the first night, but housekeeping came by immediately to fix the drain and make sure everything in the room was supplied and OK (thank you to Levy from housekeeping!). Overall, this was an excellent place - and really good if you have kids because of the area dedicated to them.

We had even much more fun than we expected. There is super friendly staff - Guzel helped us a lot. Luxury interior with awesome details everywhere. Cosy and stylish room, perfect daily cleaning. Delicious food, several items to choose. Especially fresh juices for breakfastd was amazing. Sea was clear with white sand - just a beautiful beach.We loved the service by the pool at Highlights bar - Yagmur, Sasha, Asha, Ahmet and Denish. They were always helpful and smiling. Also in lobby bar we met all guys with super professional service! Servicing of coffee and other stuff was just fabulous. Another perfect experience was with Aykut when he prepared special drinks outside. There was a DJ playing excelent house music which we fully enjoyed. We had a great time during the evenings at lobby bar where we sit mostly outside in boxes inside pool and we loved rooftop Orient bar a lot. This hotel was absolutely number one experience from all vacations we had. What I missed: Separated area for children at the main pool and in restaurant, because it’s not comfortable when they shout loud and you want to relax. Also, bathrobes I missed in our room.

Summer Holiday in ParadiseBeautiful resort and clean beach just like paradise, there is a lovely water park for small kids. The Orient bar at 6th floor is perfect for sunset view. Each room has unique view, in the morning you can hear birds singing outside. Room is very clean, thanks Winnie from housekeeping team.The staff are so friendly so attentive and accommodating, great hospitality! Thank you so much Patricia and Ferhat, always doing their best to fulfil our need.The “all inclusive” offer has great choices of food and drinks. Turquoise has a wide range of international buffet, Aja has top quality of Asian food and L’Olivo has great ambiance, thank you Joan at Turquoise, Irene at the bar, Leo at Aja Asian restaurant and Jundri at L’Olivo for doing amazing job! Bravo F&B team!There is also basement parking, so no need to worry leave your car at courtyard with direct sun.A great and memorable staycation! Can’t wait to go back again!

When we first arrived, the hotel was empty as Abu Dhabi had just opened up again to tourists so we were completely spoilt as we felt we had the place to ourselves. Thankyou to management who helped us with the AlHosn app & required PCR tests.The only small negative is that we found the Tappenyaki restaurant a bit disappointing & there should be waiter service on the beach - even to hand out water - as to trip to the beach hut in forty degrees heat is a struggle! Food / beverage options are super - it’s just a shame that the Mermaid seafood restaurant was closed.Saadiyat beach is fabulous white powdery sand with crystal clear warm water (just like the beautiful Maldives) The hotel is stunning with fabulous interiors & our room was perfect.Management and all staff are doing a fantastic job - keep up the good work

One of the most luxurious stays in the UAE, this hotel is different, The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr.Mahmoud at the reception he gave us very detailed and helpful information to get the most of our stay, and we got a complimentary anniversary bed decorations 🌹The all-inclusive experience was amazing, Turquoise restaurant staff was the best, the food was tasty and plenty with many special Turkish dishes, The all-inclusive includes all your drinks at the restaurant and pool bar, even includes some sports activities which are very nice to try, The Main pool was very clean, and the beach is breathtaking , I think 🤔 if you tried Al Saadiyat beach 🏖 you can never enjoy any other beach later .It is a must visit staycation .Also they do accept Fazaa discount Card if you booked through the hotel reservation team .

I stayed with my family for 4 nights....from the moment we stepped in to the check-out everything went soooo great and special...the stuff are very welcoming and friendly....the hotel, the rooms...the pools.... the beach even the kids club all are super super clean...there was also free aqua fitness classes which was really great...Talking about the food, the variety of the food is awesome and the food always super delicious and of course on top of that is super clean....mentioning that we were with our two picky kids 😀 everything in the hotel kids friendly especially the stuff no matter how many times they ask for Popsicles 😅 they always serve them with a smile. We definitely highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel is big so we didnt feel the crowd, kitchen as well, varieties of food is huge and very tasty. We already been in Turkish all-inclusive hotels before so we had big expectations, still it was fulfilled. Our special request to get very early access to the beach (5am) was granted - big thanks to Mrs Guzel for being so kind. All staff is very polite and ready to serve, in whichever area you sit, particularly at the outdoor pool young guys on the rolers are amazing. Thank you all very much for such a pleasent stay!

Stayed 2 nights and Fantastic experience from the beginning till the end. Cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate. Everyone is very particular about social distance n masks which made us very comfortable.All day dining buffet food can improve .. It was the same menu every day foe both lunch n dinner. This can really improve apart from this the water park and wave park is amazing too and the main pool is very big. Its a perfect place with kids of all ages.Kids clubs activities can be designed according to ages...Overall fantastic experience. Staff and members at the restaurant were fantastic.Thank you

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is just amazing and the staff is always friendly and going the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. The all inclusive restaurant has a broad choice of everything you could ask for, but in our opinion it is totally worth it to spend a little extra on top and eat in one of the Á la carte restaurants. We tried Aja and LOlivio and they were both extraordinary. Here I would like to point out the amazing job that Rose (the waitress) did to provide us with food, drinks or any information that we could ask for ...The pools are also very nice, especially the wave pool is to be pointed out. On the beach you will find fine white sand and chrystal clear water.We will definitely come back as soon as possible !!!

Fantastic few days away at Rixos Saadiyat. Our second time staying here and we always have a great time. We loved staying at the Rixos Saadiyat. Especially the poolside is super chill and cozy. Ahmed and Dzhan took good care of us. They were super friendly and helpful.

I came a week earlier to book 7 adjacent rooms. I was given the booking numbers as well. Yesterday I spent 1 whole hour upon check in arguing as the reservation was mixed up by reception. And the staff rudely gave me my ID back and said: you can simply cancel! I requested the presence of a superior, only to be met by a person who looked into my eyes coldly and simply said: sorry!Translation: we as Rixos do not care about your time, or your pre-booking, or the fact that the guest will be given two not connected rooms while the guest has kids under 10 years! Would anyone feel safe letting their kids move from a room down the corridor to the other room far away?It’s not only the attitude of reception staff who clearly have a pre-determined instructions or hidden agenda to treat locals this way! It’s also the life guards who displayed discriminative acts towards us! I asked for sun beds as there were none vacant, he refused to get me any, I was left standing to watch over my kids, moments later, another life guard was carrying 3 sun beds to a family in front of me? What do I get out of that rude treatment?Is it only reception staff & life guards that are rude? No, there’s more, staff at the kids area snack bar, refused giving my kids ice cream, even though we are residing at the hotel!!What is wrong? Were hotel staff given specific instructions to do so?I am moving forward with my concerns and filing an official complaint in the Department of Tourism, as what happened was not acceptable at all, it was supposed to be a relaxing experience, only to turn out to be an abominable one.

The interior decor of the lobby is IG worthy. The buffet for the all inclusive stay is extensive and delicious. Desserts galore. Sushi. Variety and balance. The pool, the aqua park and the wave pool have perfect temperature control. The servers around the pool on roller blades are super efficient, talented on roller blades and friendly: Yogmur and Dogun. Super kid friendly atmosphere!

Everything, starting from the check out all the way till check out, it was a beautiful journey! We came to celebrate my birthday with my family and Rixos didn’t disappoint us at all!Special thanks to Irene from F&B! She made us feel welcome at Rixos and gave us the hospitality that we expected!Will definitely come back in the near future!

Staff were amazing and very attentive and friendly. Rooms are a bit over priced especially the Pool Access rooms, I recommend you take any of the other rooms and use the main pool and the beach instead of the pool access rooms.Loud shout out to Ahmed in the front desk, he was extremely helpful and offered us ana amazing Suite with the beach view which has great.Take the suite instead of the regular room, almost the same price and the space is much better when traveling with a family!

Spent my birthday weekend last June with my sister. I’m an All Accor member and got an awesome deal with my current points. Over-all Rixos Saadiyat have great amenities and facilities, instagrammable design, flexible and accomodating staff and loved your all-inclusive deal. Shout out to Katrina in reception, servers Marlon and Akshay and kabayan guy at the pool bar from San Jose Del Monte Bulacan Philippines, sorry didn’t get your name 😅. The buffet had lots of variety and their pool cocktails were our favorites. The beach is amazing and well maintained. I even saw a dolphin swimming by…amazing! Definitely highly recommended! 👌🏻😁

I would give the hotel 5 stars except that the dinner options are very limited especially on Saturdays, 3 out of the 4 restaurants are closed for dinner and the only option is a Japanese Mexican fusion. What a miss for such a great hotel.

Rixos Premium at Saadiyat definitely brought up the standards to a level that is difficult to beat. It redefines the all inclusive experience.Irene from the lobby bar is attentive to every detail and she is lovely with the kids.

Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Food selection were great. I have been to many hotels but this one exceeded our expecting.

A quick get away to rejuvenate. Luxurious and kid friendly place, a perfect combination. Full board including drinks. Staff was hospitable and accommodating so far possible -- not on menu drinks, late checkout, include kids meal for late checkout. Very thoughtfully arranged for the kids meal for late check out. The setting of the bar, beach, pool, outdoor seating of the restaurant are all beautiful views of the ocean and greenery and beautifully done up lightning. Just the quality of food could have been better. Totally recommend for quick get away.

We excellent service from the following staffMs. Irene, Marivic and Sushita. They are all very accommodating and excellent in terms of customer service. In terms of the cafe in lobby the ambience is excellent and they have fantastic drinks to offer it’s my favorite place in rixos hotel

Really nice hotel, with great facilities and lovely staff. Food at the buffet is decent, but definitely worth trying out the Lolivo restaurant one evening if you fancy something a little more upmarket. Special shout out to Rodney in the Oriental Bar, hes an excellent mixologist and host, and also Irene and her team in the Lobby bar. Really well looked after for our entire trip.

We got value for the money we spent.The staff at Turquoise Restaurant do a tremendous job and need much appreciation; few names that come to mind are Remy, Eka et al that does not mean others did not do excellent job all of them were focused on serving the guests.The staff at the pub in the lobby were very pleasing likewise the others in the lobby including the security team.When we checked in on 12/8, the services of Aseem at the front desk was excellent. Likewise Ahmed who was there at the check out time on 15/8.Housekeeping was good. The staff employed outside were also found doing their well to keep the place a welcome for the guests.The other facilities like the Swimming pool, Club House, Rixy Kids Club, Aqua Park, large garden area with seating, et al lived up to our expectation to spend a quite and relaxed holidays.THE BEACH FRONT WAS WELL MAINTAINED WHERE WE COILD TOTALLY RELAX.Keep up the excellent job, management and team of Rixos.🙏😊

The location should be adjusted, this location will take you to rotana instead of Rixos they only 200 meter away from each other but make sure if you booked a room or a spa to double check which hotel you are going too to avoid confusion and time waste.This error gave me the opportunity to visit rixos which was really amazing hotel and design. This is my second time at Rixos Saadiyat and I must say their service is getting better each time. From check-in, dining, valet and check-out all the staff have been very helpful. Ive been to other hotels and often I would encounter useless and unfriendly staff but at Rixos, the feeling is different. Everyone makes sure their guests have an amazing time.The rooms are not that big and dont have anything other than the usual coffee, tea and water. I heard at Rixos Dubai rooms have softdrinks, chips and chocolates to munch on. 🤣Especially love the free flowing drinks at the pool.😄Thank you Catrina (reception), Akshay (restaurant) and Ece (lady in skates) for the excellent service. Yall are super friendly and incredibly helpful! Keep up the great work!

Grand, clean facilities. Good food. Great service. Staff are trained to go beyond set routines to cater to special requests. From the dining manager Ankush who made masala chai, to kids clubs Mounia who was so good with children, to the security manager who cut thru the queue during check out; guest relations and hospitality permeate thru out. Wouldnt hesitate to keep coming back. Even as a day trip, the water park is worth revisiting again and again. So is the beach. Kudos to the life guards who were very attentive and proactive.

We stayed with a group of 8 couples, 4 of whom had babies aged 6-24months. We were able to get the right balance between having fun whilst ensuring our children also did! The food and beverages included were diverse and staff were all very nice and polite. Reception staff were very efficient making check in very quick and stress free! The kids little waterpark is perfect for younger kids! Would definitely return :)

Mr. Hafiz from Egypt Serving arabian coffee in the Lobby and Patricia the Guest relation Manager and Sushita ( Hope i spelled Herr Name correct) from Nepal working at the Lobby Bar were extremely nice and helpful. Its These people That make the difference. The morning coffee and Chat with Hafiz was part of my Daily routine and I will miss It. Besides that the Hotel is very nice and clean. Only comment would be about the Main Restaurant which is relative loud.

Beautiful location and building. A great spot for a little staycation. The food is fine at the buffet and the drinks menu is varied enough unless you want wine. The wine list is very limited. My biggest issue is staffing never seems to be enough. At the pool it takes forever to be served because there just arent enough staff on. The staff are all lovely and try their best though.

Amazing time spent at Rixos Saadiyat Abu Dhabi. A very relaxing place with multiple kind of activities for all ages. I really love their wave pool and water park. A unique experience. I went to Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island to spend a relaxing day off at the pool. We had an amazing breakfast and lunch, with a high level of quality and variety. All the staff was very kind and accommodating, but I particularly want to thank Yagmur, Bogdan and the other waiter in charge today at the pool bar for their amazing service, they really made our day. I’ll definitely come back!

Everything was beyond our expectations. I was expecting something but the experience was out of my expectations. Especially since i was getting the assistance of Patricia. Amanda and Ahmed’s professionalism is truly outstanding.

Very nice experience with our family. Really good service and friendly staff even in very busy days. Very nice outdoors with big swimming pool and comfy sunbeds around. The guys working I the pool bar are also very friendly! Cool idea the use of roller blades to make their job easier and faster!

Food was great! I ordered ribeye steak for the main course and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly especially Elzat. We got excellent service from her. The ambience of the place is relaxing at the same time. Overall, it was an amazing experience for me.

It totally exceed my expectations. Checking in and out are well organize and the facilities are top notch. There are activities for kids and adults. I like the idea of having a water park and wave pool for the kids to keep them busy and activities like water aerobics in the main pool for adults. Rooms and facilities are clean and modern. We had our meal in Turquoise and food is superb with wide selection that caters for all. What I believe really is the reason why i consider Rixos one if not the best is the staff who are warm and friendly, me and my family would like to thank Kristian who assisted us in the front desk and Jerby from F&B who are always there to attend our needs. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback. My 6 year old daughter are already looking forward for our next staycation in Rixos.

We enjoy the very clean room, the delicious and variety of food and drinks, the sports options, and especially the beautiful beach and its nature... we even saw the wild dolphins there, amazing. We just had the most amazing weekend at the Rixos.The hotel is opulent with quirky room decor and beautiful gardens.The service at the restaurants and the pool bar is impeccable.Saadiyat is one of the most beautiful beaches in the UAE.Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a relaxed all inclusive holiday.

Very nice experience with our family. Really good service and friendly staff even in very busy days. Very nice outdoors with big swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds around. The guys working I the pool bar are also very friendly! Cool idea the use of roller blades to make their job easier and faster!

I have visited Rixos on numerous occasions now, this being my most recent. As always, the service is impeccable and I give my highest recommendations.They have a perfect pristine beach with ample space to have your own area with excellent drinks service. The pool is also great and sufficiently sized for a great afternoon by the pool.The food is delicious and the drinks service cannot be faulted. Thanks especially to Jerby who makes the experience extra special, going above and beyond to ensure that you have a good time and makes us want to always keep coming back. Manju in the beach is also fantastic and we are really grateful for his service.Highly recommended. I do not even consider other venues when looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi.

This is our second time to stay at Rixos Saadiyat. This time we are in a bigger group as we have invited few family friends to join us in this staycation. We were a total of 4 families. As usual, Rixos have been consistently good from the food, ambience, safety and customer service. I would like to commend the team who took care of us in our 2 nights of staycation. Irene and Maricris and every one in the lobby lounge. Roldan and his partner in the Orient Bar, Roldan took his way out by concocting a welcome drink for our group. Rommel and his team in the restaurant. Ahmet Dzhan and Ece who are all enduring the heat in a fashionable way, swaying gracefully in their roller blades ensuring everyone gets their cold drinks. Fantastic family break at Rixos Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi.The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful especially the pool side team, Ahmet, Yahmun, Eve and Ozhan, they made you feel very welcomed.We will definitely return one day.

My stay was fantastic and special, and the hotel paid attention to the smallest details to decorate my room. I booked through the hotels membership and got a 30% discount on my stay. A night of life I would highly recommend everyone to try the distinctive hotel with a beautiful Turkish character.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel with my friend. We super enjoyed our stay. The entire staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful in every way.I want to commend the receptionist and the girl from the snack bar who were both lovely and hospitable, didnt get their name though. Also, the guy in charge of the sisha was very nice to us and helped us because it was our first time to try it. Everything is clean and neat. The interior is very instagrammable. The all-inclusive package is so well worth it. I enjoyed the drinks, especially the cocktails and all the waiters were fast in taking and giving our orders. The gym is clean though not as big as other hotels. The spa was fully booked when we stayed there, so I didnt get the chance to try it. Best beach I’ve seen in Abu Dhabi, waves were very great but water is not deep which makes it more fun. I just hope that the pool has different levels of depth and beach will have more shaded area.All in all, it was a superb experience and we are both very happy and enjoyed our entire stay in the hotel. I personally recommend it to everyone.

It has been an amazing experience! We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate mine and my husband’s birthday!We have never experienced such an outstanding hospitality! From the moment we entered the vicinity, we are welcomed with warm smiles.Our kababayans made us feel at home and they have been very attentive to our needs, especially Romell who is outstanding. Federico R A from housekeeping who kept our rooms clean and comfy, Jervy from Pool bar and the fantastic servers,ECE & Yaqmur, and Christian from the reception team is very accommodating to our needs.We had our birthday dinner in Aja-Teppanyaki and we are entertained by Chef Alexander and he prepared us with a sumptuous dinner and the Lady server(forgot her name,) who never keeps our glasses empty.The food served in Turquoise Restaurant are all delectable and the servers greeted us and served us with beautiful smiles and are ever-ready for assistance especially Christopher.The all-inclusive offer is really awesome that we don’t want to leave the hotel and we can’t wait to come back!

This was my second visit and it was even more pleasant than the previous one.As usual wave pool was the biggest attraction for the kids.Overall staff was very nice and had a wonderful stay.Would love to specially thank Lakshmi and her team at the restaurant for the excellent service and care.And the best compliment was when my little one asked Papa, why dont you book it for 1 year, I want to stay here only .Would love to visit this wonderful place again and again.

Went to Rixos for a couple of nights on a last minute staycation during Eid Al adha....couldnt be happier to stay in Abu Dhabi.Service was absolutely excellent. Its busy, but not full. If you like food, guaranteed to be here something for you.Staff was always trying to make your experience excellent. We have two kids (3 and 1) and the attention they paid to them we are extremely grateful for.Thank you to everyone who made our stay special from Farhat at the front to Elzat at the Aja restaurant on our last night.Will visit again.

Best service ever we had in Abu Dhabi. Food perfect but people are more than perfect. All staff were so welcoming that you will feel you are not on earth. So unrealistic but of course it was real for us that the service was so far so good. Special thanks to Yagmur from the pool bar for her perfect service and brilliant energy. We had the best 2 days family staycation ever in this hotel. The price which was all-inclusive was very worth-it. I called the hotel directly for reservation and they were very accommodating. Check-in was fast and very convenient, especially that we have 2 small kids (5yo &2yo). Our room was on 3rd floor, a little far from the reception but close to the swimming pool, which suits us. The room was clean and tidy and the view is great. The bathroom was so elegant...As this is all-inclusive, we find this hotel very reasonably priced. The food from breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great - we felt that they have all the best chefs in town. We love all their menus. All the restaurant staffs were very accommodating and attentive to all our needs. We love also the 2 bars for the evening drinks (the ambiance was so great, the outside sitting was very comfortable as well) and especially the pool bar - where it seems like they have the best bartenders in town (special shoutout to Michael for his signature drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic).Their kids club was also very nice. Our son (5yo) played with the staffs and he was very happy. This was also convenient for the parents as we can leave them there for 1 hr. Also the kids water park was awesome...our kids love playing and swimming in here.The beach was also awesome..it was very clean so you can really relax and enjoy the view and enjoy swimming.We are really very pleased and will surely come back and recommend to our friends.

It’s a good hotel,but a bit overpriced.The staff was friendly and the food wasn’t that bad,but beside the pool they don’t have that many ice creams and drinks like before.Now in COVID the hotel just doesn’t feel like the one,it just doesn’t do the job.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!On Friday, the 7th of May, I booked myself and my husband into the resort for one night as a birthday treat for my husband, and from start to finish, our experience was amazing!We checked in at around 12:30 pm. I booked a Seaview room, and it honestly is worth paying that extra bit of money as the view is incredible!Ms. Tatsiana was the one checking us in, and she was super friendly, gave us all the information on the hotel, and really made us feel welcome!The rooms are a little far away however, once you find your way around the hotel there are lots of shortcuts which you can take.As for the buffets, There’s something for everyone! The staff were super friendly with big smiles on their faces as you walked around and also, the clear up of plates was extremely fast along with the drink service.Down by the pool, we were well looked after by the staff there, especially Chinthaka. You really made sure that we had great service along with constantly keeping our drinks topped up and making sure we were okay.This hotel is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and I’m excited to stay there again THIS WEEKEND with 20 of my friends! :)Thanks Rixos team!

I booked 2 rooms on a friday, headed to the hotel and waited for more than 1 hour for the room to get ready, the team leader at the front desk was giving us attitude, the manager is extremely unprofessional and they all kept lying. cancelled my reservation and headed to Rotana dont be like me just book anywhere else but this hotel

Awesome hotel. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. They are also fkexible with late checkouts, we were able to stay until 3pm without any hassle. Grace at reception was very professional dealing with an irrate guest who wanted to jump the queue.
