Had a great stay at this hotel multiple times and it definitely deserves 5 stars! Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the bacon that they serve at breakfast is a must-try!! and their brunch is set up in a very nice location at “At 25”, where you can chill and relax too. Will definitely recommend staying at this hotel as I know I will!

Buffet breakfast is a great deal. However most dishes took a long time considering how quiet it was and were also a little cold. Tasty though with excellent choice and really good value if you take kids under 6.

When you need a clean room in the city to use for unwinding or business. I recomend this hotel over the other Marriott purely because of how great the staff is. I cannot express how helpful and attentive they are.

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The thing that makes it such a delightful experience are the staff. They are extremely helpful and kind. From the concierge to the receptionist, breakfast staff and even the phone operator! They are very well trained and know how to handle all kinds of situations. The rooms are very fancy and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is great and they have taken all measures against covid as well. Great variety of food items. The omellete is the best. Cant wait to go back to stay at the hotel once more!

Good spacious rooms, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. I went full board; I must admit that the lunch menu and the dinner menu was exactly the same which left us with little choice. The difference between the first night we ordered dinner service to the second was incredible, the first came in a paper bag filled with plastic containers. However the second was brought by a cart and well presented.The pool was spacious and refreshing, you had to arrive early to get a good spot as due to covid-19 and the capacity restrictments a lot of people were turned away until others left.At the end of the day, the beds were really comfy, great location and easy to navigate. I cant wait until the brunch at Kuzbara is opened again.

For sure a 5 stars! Staff very attentive and so friendly!! Hotel kinda not busy which is understandable for sure due the Covid-19 thing!! The breakfast was awesome especially on Fridays and Saturdays, which is at the Central grounds restaurant, they call it the (lazy weekend breakfast) It is all you can eat on a set menu, you can order as much plates as you like from the menu, i will add pictures!! Coffee is great and desserts are lovely! It is highly recommended and they are taking proper measures regarding the Covid!! You wont be disappointed!!

Wonderful. I we had a wonderful time for the afternoon tea and they did all they can to keep us pleased...we felt pampered and welcomed. Special thanks goes to Johnny our waiter. He made sure we know his name and that he is there for any demand. One of us was provided with vegeterian set of sandwiches which was great too.Main drawback was their parking. Had to park in the 5th basement.

We went there for afternoon tea. It was delicious! Food was good and staff were amazing. Our server was Dawn and she was so sweet. There was another girl with her but I cannot recall her name. As well their manager came(Indian guy) and he asked us for feedback and if anything needs to be improved. They were all so professional and kind.

Amazing Staff and place.

Our suite was absolutely perfect for my family. My three kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds were very comfortable and gave everyone a good nights rest. The gym facilities were top-notch and suited our needs. Breakfast at Kuzbara were very sumptuous. The pastries were divine! All in all a very good hotel to be in. My kids and i give it our 2 thumbs up!

The stay and customer support was excellent so the rating shouldnt be a 3, but I was unhappy with the upgrade. I looked online to see if better rooms were available. There were suites that were available but I didnt get the best available, but the next level up. As a LIFETIME Titanium Elite Member, I would expect to get the best suite available, not just the next best room available.Also, I dont get recognized as a LIFETIME Titanium Elite Member, but simply a Titanium Elite Member. I wish there was a way to differentiate between them because they are not the same.I feel that Titanium Elite means that you reached that level for the year. You were loyal to Marriott for that year. I feel that a LIFETIME Titanium Elite Member has been loyal for an extremely long time, but we get recognized as the same type of members.I just wish that Marriott found a way to somehow differentiate the two.

Very good hotel with good, large rooms, facilities and infrastructure. Everything we needed for our stay was there and the week was close to perfect. JW Marriott Steakhouse was a highlight and deserves extra mentioning.The service and the staff (every single person) were very polite, friendly, always willing to help and just proactive caring. Extraordinary!This was one of my best Marriott stays I had in my >13 years of Marriott user experience and with approx.1000 stayed nights in the hotels of the Marriott Bonvoy-Network. Attentive staff who takes pride in what they do. Spacious rooms but do avoid Room 2310 as I did not quite have a good rest given the fact that the room is underneath their gym. You will hear people throwing weights and skipping early in the morning. Was there for 5 nights but did not want to go through the hassle of moving to another room. All requests are noted swiftly by their friendly staff. They do have valet for those who drive which is highly recommended in Abu Dhabi.

I spent my quarantine days in this hotel. Such a poor customer service, we had to wait for more than an hour to get our meals or even water bottles. Worst experience ever and for sure i am not considering staying in any branch of Marriott in the future!!

Traveling with a group of 5 and stayed in the family room, which consisted of two conjoined rooms. We had a higher level room, which was excellent and offering a city view. The rooms themselves were plenty spacious. Many amenities offered and the decor was contemporary. Staff was very nice with a positive demeanor. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The cooks are excellent. The employees are realy concernig for hygiene. I saw them wipe doorknobs whenever they entered rooms.

Luxury hotel with and nice view

This stay is one of the best hotel experiences of my trip. Although the overall hardware of the hotel is a bit old, the service level of the service staff here is very high, giving me a very big surprise and experience. When the front desk checked in for me, I found out that it was my birthday on the day of check-in. I upgraded to the Presidential Suite and prepared a birthday cake and dessert for me. They were very delicious. Let me have a very pleasant travel experience, which brought me a very good start for the whole UAE trip. I am very grateful to the staff of the hotel for their dedication and dedication, especially for the staff who checked in for me and yuhan, they gave me everything. I need help. If you can, please thank them for them.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Terrible service by the duty manager Mr.Islam Helal. I was treated with disrespect when i had a complaint and when i asked to speak to someone else the response i got was smirk followed by a Im the manager so what are you going to do. such a waste that a very good hotel with very nice rooms ruins their customer experience with a front desk service like this!

The location is great. The car traffic could be a little overwhelming. There is a high end mall right across the street. Rooms are spacious and good customer support. The staff is very helpful and customer support was very responsive and offered resolution right away when I had a no show fee that I want them to wave.

A 4 star hotel novotel is better it has more food options and a larger swimming pool. The pool at Mariota is quite short cannot fit even 20 people in it

My parents stayed at this hotel for 2 days since my brother was a platinum member of spg. The hotel staff is extremely nice. My parents were offered breakfast and access to the lounge, which served dinner and drinks. They had an amazing time. Would definitely stay here on our next visit too. The rooms were big, clean, spacious & comfortable... Just that the standing shower was situated such that when youd take bath, the whole bathroom would get wet and the water wouldnt drain. But otherwise, it was too good

We where there for an event and the place is nice and adequate for events. For food I do like their pastries and desserts as well as their salads they provided a wide range of choices the only thing that Im disappointed is their buffet although they have served a variety of food some are either bland to my taste or over seasoned not sure if its just me or it is how they prepare the food for different variety of clients as well as different nationalities. Ambience and services are all good also with their staff, friendly and accommodating. Price is not sure as it is included on the fee that was mentioned by the organizers which includes everything that we need as a participants. Room rates not sure also as we didnt check in might as well call the establishment and inquire.

Very regular , nothing spectacular. nice pool in the roof, regular food just like the whole country , humongous mall in front crossing the street with all kind of fancy overvalued stores .

The staff ET AL. I cannot laud enough the personnel of the Marriott during all of my stays with their excellence and complete attentiveness to my needs. Each time I travel to Abu Dhabi and stay at the Marriott my primary reason is not just the location of the facility but the personalities of the people that I have come to know and appreciate in all of the restaurants and lounges that I have mentioned in my survey. As I have said on Trip Advisor and previous surveys it is the people of the Marriott that are the epicenter and pulse of this hotel. Some will be moving on from promotions which are well deserved and some for other reasons. I wish all well.

All the staff were amazing. The rooms are very spacious and theres plenty of cupboard space, maybe not hanging space but our 2 queen-bed room had more than enough packing space for 3. Breakfast spread is awesome. Staff member Tigist makes the best, tastiest coffee. Theyre so very accommodating, kind, hospitable, friendly and warm. Felt like our home away from home.

Deserve 5 star its great room but because mr islam of night shift i had to remove 3, other staff are amazing. We arrive when night booked the next day by mistake so he asked us to talk to booking for cancel, instead we add 1 more day to be 2 nights. Instead of being appreciative he seemed bothered becuz we decide to stay and wake him up from sleep to make the booking. And all our requests he said no to. No charger no better rate cant tell when last check out etc.. its ok to sleep if no one there mate but you shouldnt be upset if someone come to book! Bad for the hotel

Very clean, very comfortable beds, the service was excellent, breakfast buffet was excellent, gym open 24/7 and has very decent equipment. We also had a work event there and the venue and service provided was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi is the perfect place to call home while exploring the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi. The staff are very welcoming, are always smiling and willing to help you with everything. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I had breakfast at Kuzbara every day while there, and never once was I disappointed. The was delicious and fresh. I was very glad to find multiple vegan options available. The hotel itself is in a central location where you can reach wverywhere relatively easily. Several bus stops and Abu Dhabi bus station are just minutes away. A big mall is just across the street. Multiple shops are nearby as well. Overall, my stay was perfect.The only issue I had was with the smell of the blankets and pillows.

We visited the hotel for breakfast and have to say that one of the best breakfasts in the COVID times and simply amazing service. Highly recommended.

It was supposed to be an excellent stay apart from one of the rooms we booked was given to us at 5pm despite of the receptionist promised us it will be ready by 3pm. We followed up the room at 3:30pm then we were told by the staff that still not ready. Then at morning of our check out, I asked the receptionist what time will be our check considering our late check in, which wasn’t our fault, then we were told at 2pm. By then, I reminded the receptionist about what happened then eventually she gave us the rooms until 3pm. Also, our friend booked a room the same time with us. They checked in on time without any problem and they were given a late check until 4pm. That’s want fair to us!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. The bathrooms had all the necessary amenities. Buffet breakfast had lots of food options and was definitely a huge plus for us! Will definitely recommend the hotel and will stay here again.

I can only say this is an excellent hotel and well worth the price, excellent value for money. The hotel is in an excellent location in that there is a mall very close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Amenities at the hotel are good and work well. Hotel was clean at all times.

I dont have words to appreciate the Marriott staff enough for their efficiency in services. They were incredible in their own areas. The hotel interior is clean and organized. The bathroom for me is the deciding factor in determining if a hotel is good enough or not and Marriott surpassed my expectations.

The establishment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Has enough amenities if you don’t want to go out: from the in room dining, to the two bars/lounges (AT25 / Velocity) and the various restaurants inside the hotel. Great experience with this being my first trip to Abu Dhabi.

Amazing hotel. Was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The rooms are fantastic and the facilities are terrific. The staff were pretty nice too. I wouldve loved to swim in the rooftop pool if I had not forgotten my swim gear. All in all, enjoyed the stay here!

Nice hotel with good atmosphere. Nice rooms and very good deal for lounge access. including good wine, whiskey etc. The menu was changed every day. But after a week of staying it was little bit boring to eat again from last week menu. Want to say thank you all girls and the cook from India was so nice to us and soft speaking and eggs he was making according to our taste were delicious.

This is a good business hotel. Rooms offer lots of drawer space. The beds are comfortable.The bathroom is fairly spacious and has a sperate tip and shower.Bonvoy Elite benefits are ok but for us did not include a room upgrade, even though the hotel was empty.Pool on the roof top is ok, but for some reason the walls surrounding the pool area are three + stories high, blocking out most of the sun and are not a too pleasent sight.

The hotel is about a year old. This was my third time staying in it. The staff been super friendly & professional, rooms are very nice and quiet. Gym is modern. The executive lounge not only top class, large with room to conduct meeting at But staff goes above & beyond to make your stay comfortable and remember you from previous stay.Highly recommend the hotel.

Myself & my wife went for the breakfast buffet (85 AED). When I heard it was 85AED I said to my wife that it sounds to good to be true. Anyway, last Friday we tried it out and 85AED was about right.... You definitely got 85AED worth.I asked for a 4 egg omellet with rye bread. The ommellet arrived as a 2 egg omellet and looking like a anorexic cow laid those eggs. The toasted bread came 10 minutes later and I was almost finished with my eggs. So we were deciding, do we stay or do we leave? So against our better judgment yet again, we decided to stay :( and ordered pancakes which just never arrived. We then got up, paid at the counter and left. I went home and cooked myself an amazing breakfast, something a Hotel Chef should also be able to do. Needless to say there was a reason why I had my doubts about going to a 85AED buffet breakfast.

One of the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Rooms are extra spacious and extra clean. I was greeted with a complimentary deserts delivered to my room with flowers. In short, loved everything about it. I would highly recommend it for business or pleasure.

The best place to stay at, in Abu Dhabi. The exhilarating view of the cityscape and an unmatched service are the top reasons to be here. The rooms are impeccably finished and the restaurants are droolworthy. The Al Wahda mall is just across the street and tons of eateries around. Theres nothing that could be called an imperfection.

Food serving have no taste and not healthy.

The staff were very accommodating. The food was impeccable. The rooms are great and the entertainment areas are great fun. Taxis are easy to catch to go anywhere. Many other food places close by and is close to Al Whada mall, very convenient.

Marriott Hotel Down Town Abu Dhabi is such a beautiful hotel along the road to the Airport.I love the place, I attended a redeemed Christian Church service there with pastor Efema.I love the fact that the redeemed Christian Church of God organized a very good transport system to move people to their destinations.The hall is beautiful and is sound proof, with excellent restroom, lift, wheelchair accessible entrance and children can play around and be very safe.

The room is a large studio style setup. There is a King size bed, a sofa, a settee, a couple of chairs and then a desk/media console along the far wall opposite the bed. There is a mini bar set up next to the built in closet. The room was very nice and comfortable. I thought the mattress was too firm. Check in was offered via the Executive Lounge on 20 - I was contacted in advance by email. However, when we arrived there were no lines and used the lobby check in. The Executive lounge offered several hot options for the hors doeuvres including what my mother referred to as the best hummus in her life. The staff there were very friendly. Ive stayed at numerous hotels in Abu Dhabi during my business trips over the years but I this is my hotel of choice. The staff are all dedicated professionals, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the food and beverage quality and selections are superb. This is a great home away from home.

Excellent location . Exactly opposite to Al wahada mall which has great shopping. Food is great. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooftop pool and bar is perfect to spend the night over snacks and. Drinks where you can enjoy the city view.

Very nice and good hotel. No thrills just what you need for a business trip. Executive lounge was very good, needed no meals outside the hotel, breakfast and happy hour where sufficient to get enough energy. Pool is nice, gym is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, that really made my trip very relaxed. Being treated so well is what makes travelling so much better.
