I was amazed since the check in.Mr Mohamed in the reception such an amazing person.Very professional, polite, friendly and most important the customer service skills he has. Just wawI was with my 3 kids and my kids loved him so much and asking me daily during our stay to go and see him to say hi.First time in this hotel but definitely it will not gone be the last because of Mr.Mohamed .Well done!

Surrounded by stunning, natural beauty with trees and natural elements in and out of the hotel. The Sacci chef was incredible - best Italian chef in Abu Dhabi - in my opinion - and that is coming from me, a pizza addict. The rooms are elegant and full of natural light. The staff is attentive, intelligent and efficient. That is important to me. It is close to many attractions and I just felt totally good vibes when I was there - really able to decompress and energize. Liked the gym and there are onsite activities that kept me active. Five plus!

Fabulous hotels...Great pools for the whole family. Nice vibe, great service, great foods and fabulous stay. The gym is also good...well maintained and very clean!!!

Ive stayed here many times and I enjoy it. I love to walk on the golf course before Dawn and I like the bar downstairs called the refuge.

We had a family dinner over there last night and it was enjoyable due to the staff, special thanks go to Ijaara(If I correctly remember the spelling) - a waiter in Fairways all day dining. He was clever enough to spot that it was my babys birthday and arrange a nice cake which my cutie loved so much:)) thanks!

Parking too far. No valet parking. No bill man for luggage’s. Front desk manager very rude and not polite. Room service very poor and they took 45min for a cup of tea and water. rooms are not clean and towel were smelling and have put a sticker that rooms are sanitized which it was not and I saw in the next morning where they cleaned it and guest took the room without sanitizing it. they sticker on the door is only a show.

Great staycation hotel for our family. Very kind and attentive staff, and the in room dining was excellent quality and presentation. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. Room had a lovely view of the golf course. Would definitely return for a stay.

The view of the golf course from our room was amazing. Stayed for 2 nights in a garden access room which has a high ceiling and has direct exposure to sunlight. The room was very spacious and clean.We had a half board package and our first dinner was served in our room. We loved the food that we ordered on the menu. My husband said the beef brisket was the best he ever tasted. The rest of the meals were buffet at the Fairways restaurant. Loved their French toast!As the hotel is within the golf course, we did an early morning and night walk in the area and so enjoyed the cool weather and the fog. We also practiced on the driving range for a fee, but it was free to practice on the putting green as long as you have your own putter (we brought our own).Overall it was an amazing staycation. Special mention to Mark at the check-in counter who was very friendly and efficient.We cant wait to come back with other family members this Christmas.

I thoroughly enjoyed Me Monday treatment session. It was a perfect excuse to kick-off those monday blues and make every Monday a perfect Me day. Heavenly spa was all decked up in pink theme for celebrating women on Mondays. It is such a neat and tidy setup with all the spa essentials. Highly Recommended❗

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. I was given the ground floor room with a very nice view of the gulf course.The rooms are beautiful but a little maintenance like for the cutain and maybe changing the old things around will go a long way.The hotel is far from the city and thats what you need when you are looking to escape from the busy life and cityThey have different restaurants and outlets so it keeps you busy and you dont have to leave the hotelThe staff is very courteous and the food was delicious with very reasonable prices for a 5star hotel.the breakfast was extremly diverse and deliciousThe staff there are very friendly and professional despite the busy time and the many guests they serve you in the best mannerI got richard as my waiter for 2 days and he was amazingAlso i met the restaurant manager Paschal, an extremely nice guy who made sure i was happy and got everything i needed with my sonIts this kind of people that make a difference in the hotelsAll hotels in uae are modern and beautiful but its staff that make you wanna come back or not and these two definitely make me want to come back to westinThey work tiressly with a smile and no delay whatsoever.I really enjoyed my stayIts a must try

A very nice and comfortable hotel beautiful rooms with views of the golf course, many fascilities on-site including pool, restaurants, golf course, ATM, business & conference rooms, great wifi and very friendly and helpfull staff, close to YAS Island malls, bars, beaches and attractions, 15min. from the International airport, very popular brunch on a Friday. I would highly recommend staying here especially if youre an avid golfer. Big thumbs up.

Beautiful Family room with a stove top, microwave . So helpful if you have babies. Also the room had a spacious balcony with a table and chairs. We also loved the beautiful pool and beach. The amenities were well maintained, clean and the service exceptional. Would love to visit again

Had a lovely and a comfortable stay in the Westin Golf Resort last week. The staff were extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the Fairways Restaurant was well organized and tasty too. Wish I have had my own clubs to play golf, but that’s ok. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, no clubs are given for hire yet. So do bring your own clubs if you plan on playing 😊Thank you Inna and another gentleman (wish I have remembered your name) from the reception, Venkatesh from the room cleaning & service department, and all the lovely staff of Fairways for all the great help and customer experience. 🙏🏻

Westin hotels can be a hit or miss and this hotel is slightly on the miss side.We booked a Garden Room with a Terrace. The room is spacious and offers many drawers. The Garden Rooms have a high ceiling, which I really liked and offer a nice view of the driving range. The furniture is quite dark but the huge windows let in enough light to brighten the room. The furniture shows some wear and tear and some IT outlets seem to be from a different decade.For whatever reason only few amenities and tows are in the room and we had to call multiple times to get more towels (pool requires guests to take towels from the room), etc. Even the kettle is by request only.The bath gel was only half full, as was the conditioner.On the brights side, the hotel has a great pool area with a shaded kids pool, a main pool and an adult only pool. Water temp is 29 degrees. Chilled water was provided and the Shades Lounge offers food and drinks poolside.The hotel also has some great restaurants, such as Fairways and Sacci.

The stay in Westin is one of best we had in recent times. The staffs are so friendly and wide range of food and drinks availability makes it a best choice. Not much of specific kids play area except may be the pool. The Spa is well maintained and we had best relaxing treatment.Every day you can wake upto to the golfcourse greenery.

Quiet, good place to chill (especiallyif you love golf).But the drinks are too expensive . Guest parking is a headache.

I loved this place. The reasons being various -1) Golf course - very beautiful and a large golf course2) Food is awesome - buffet had lots of Chinese, Indian, Thai, Continental and other dishes. Ive been at Ritz Abu Dhabi but this one has better food.Couple of issues are - it doesnt have lots of restaurants to choose from and its far away from downtown.

My husband and I stayed with the brunch and breakfast inclusive package. The staff was so friendly and big shout out to Ross and the F&B team. Excellent food, great service! Comfortable bed and very spacious room. Very relaxing atmosphere all around. One of the best in the area.

Really not impressed, Ive just spent the last 4 weeks here, and found the staff arrogant and lazy, the hotel dirty (the cleaners literally throw rubbish from guests rooms into the corridor & leave it there for hours until another cleaner comes along and picks it up!? How is that sanitary, or acceptable?) and a total disregard to Covid precautions. This week Im in the Marriott just down the road and its far superior. They also chose to round up my bill, because they charged me too much, so I have a bill with 4 days accommodation, then an additional rounding up entry. Im here for work, they wont accept a random entry like that in my expenses, so I tried calling the hotel to rectify it, after 4 calls, & 4 different people telling me they will fix it, nothing has been done. Disgusting staff in a disgusting hotel, I wont be staying there again.

During Ramadan I dont like Iftar dinning food its without spice like when you eat a food in the Hospital

Nice hotel! However we thought there were too many limitations. Sports bar closes at 12 am so we were unable to enjoy Premier League game screening at 12 am. Another issue we had, we picked the hotel partly as we could train as family while staying there. Our son is 14 years old triathlete and the hotel refused to let him swim in the pool. There was no ne there as we were doing the training early in the morning. Age limit 16, quite ridiculous as we were not planning to hang around, only in train and out. There was also quite a lot of rubbish on the 4th floor: shopping bags, food trays etc. So everytime througout the day we had to pass it on the way to our room. Other then that quite nice and peaceful place, however we will not use it again.

Had an excellent, lovely and wonderful experience - couldnt have asked for more!!!! From the time we checked-in till we checked-out felt comfortable and been taken care of at each & every step. The support from Aruna in taking care of our need to have a connected room so we can stay as a family was brilliant. He went all the way to show us different rooms to make a choice. Abishek was nice in taking care of our daily needs. Chandra was a pleasant person who took us around Abu Dhabi and a very safe driver. Rooms were very clean. The restaurant food was brilliant. The restaurant team were nice and warm. The cherry on the top was a surprise Chocolate Cake as a parting gift to us from the restaurant team. Kids enjoyed a lot. As a family we will always rate this holiday as the best. Thanks to all of you in Westin for making this as a memomarable holiday for us.

I stayed in this hotel for over 3 months and considered this place home. the hotel staff is very professional and truly cares about your stay. I would recommend this hotel for a long term stay as well as a weekend vacation.

Nice hotel for chilling

Luxurious hotel, with very friendly staff. Their rooms overlook the golf course, and are spacious & clean. They have one of the best beds Ive experienced in any hotel. They have two pools, a large one where you can enjoy with your family, and another “adult” one, where you can have a peaceful time lazing around. They were clean, and had showers around them. I specifically liked the second adults pool as it was very quiet. Pool staff were very attentive and friendly. They made sure I felt welcomed. Breakfast was served at the Fairways. Excellent selection of food, with the typical selection of cereal, salads, fruits, pastries, and live cooking stations that can make you your perfect omelette or pancakes. Do try the Heavenly Spa. They have plenty of options to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated in no time!Highly recommended if you want to have a secluded vacation, where you can enjoy a walk around the gold course, a swim in the pool, great food, and a massage to end it with style.

A lovely place to enjoy drinks and get together at their sports bar The Retreat. 10 mins away from the main Abu Dhabi city.

Stayed here before, returned with friends. Hotel assumed I didnt really want the rooms I had booked and paid for (!), so on the first night we had a temporary room until moved on second day. No good reason offered, had to push to get the room I had booked, not good enough really. Happily everything else about the stay and the facility was very good. Very nice rooms, great bed, quiet. Sacci restauarent also very good indeed. Nice to get complimentary access to Saadiyat Beach Club (but its not close!)

Nice place for families

5 Star treatment in a five star hotel. The rooms are clean, bedding are exquisite with spacious rooms. The restaurant, the foods - (all you can eat). Breakfast and dinner with efficient and courteous staff is another hallmark. Will recommend for family get away.

Disappointed as I had a good stay in the hotel but the lounge service was disappointing. The staff informed me in one day that my order for afternoon tea should be at least before 5pm as it has to be prepared fresh. I came again today and requested it earlier but now they are saying they need 24 hours notice!! Seriously, this is dumb!

Very quaint resort that bing the feeling of tranquility. Loved their spa too.

Love the SPA they have the BIOTIC system which a kinda more innovated facial which always fantastic. They don’t do a lot of advertising regarding this but they should. Their facial is amazing. They also will make you fill up a paper with all your skin details and they care a lot of you saying. I recommend everyone to try it.

Wonderful place to stay

The best part of the hotel was The Retreat Coffee Shop on floor 2, the staff running that place was always friendly and the baristas made perfect coffees every time. They were easy to talk with and engaging in conversation, they should be the staff running the entire hotel because this hotel was not very good, especially for the money we spent to arrive in Abu Dhabi. There is no shuttle service to and from the airport. Although the hotel is called The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa the hotel has nothing to do with the attached golf course and thus they dont offer any discounts or benefits to golf while staying there. The staff was less than helpful especially in the concierge department and the management. Most of the concierges had no idea of what was happening in and around Abu Dhabi, nor did they have any idea of what restaurant hours were at the golf course next door. One evening we were told they would make us a reservation and an hour later they called and said, sorry the restaurant is closed. How is it that the concierge does not know hours, events, activities? Isnt that their job? The grand finale though was the fire alarm going off at 0330 due to a technical difficulty. I am glad the fire alarm worked, but the management gave me a shoulder shrug and a eh, sorry about that. Additionally, the spa must be awesome because we could never get into it, appointments were all booked. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again.
