Customer service is good, a hotel that is simply homey and affordable for a simple family that I have. But needs improvement for cleanliness and add a little more lighting especially for family rooms, Staff are all efficient whenever you need something.

Unexpected things happen it is nice on details photo but in real was worst 1st is the mirror the light bulb is on mirror on cr 2nd the chair sofa was so dirty there is no floor mat no free slippers the kettle still have water when you enter no towel and when they give towel it’s very funny cause have hole and the color was dirty white and most of the worst is in the night you can hear a sound of the door i don’t know why they close so loud and they like throwing there door i think this hotel is having a partitions bec you can hear many sounds of pilipino soo noisy and we woke up 9am bec of the cleaners of the hotel was laughing and talking so loudly at front of room 309... first and last visit

Its a good economical place.The charges are relativley low and facilities they provide are more than enough at this price.

The place is nice and secured with keycard in elevatorsThe place is peaceful, the room is well sanitized and they have wifi router inside the room.Wifi television water kettle, coffee, and water.The bathroom is very clean 👌, the door has its double lock.Receptionist is very warm welcoming. And easy to approach.Almost perfect but i did not found sleeper for bathroom.

Soooooo dirty place

I was stayed with my friends one month in suit room that was average experience i had and receptionists very friendly and helpful. After my friends left i took single deluxe room no. 208. It’s very worst experience i had. Couldn’t sleep because bed is full bed bugs and plow not washed. In the covid19 pandemic situation could improve there hospitality much better.

First the good things about this place... It is conveniently located in the downtown area of Abu Dhabi within walking distance of the Main Bus Station terminal. Also close by are some supermarkets / convenience stores. Variety of food joints / restaurants / cafés are within walking distance. Getting a taxi as you walk out of the hotel is not very difficult.However, the rooms need major improvement... The room I stayed in had broken floor tile, drawers were broken / without handle, there was no floor mat outside the bathroom, the light fixtures next to the bed had no bulbs, the shower gel / shampoo tubes in the bathroom were more than half empty and were not refilled...However, the the front desk staff was cooperative and courteous.If you need to stay in the downtown area of Abu Dhabi for short duration, then this hotel is ok, else you can get better value for money elsewhere.

The worst hotel I have checked in to. Poor customer service. Wifi not working. Tv remote not working. And the best part, no soap. The reception told me not to shower because they dont have soap. They are still waiting for delivery. 😊 they didnt even try to find a way to give me a soap. They only have shampoo. Very good. 😂😂😂
