Ideal place to stay in Abu Dhabi if you are on a business visit.. This hotel is located near exhibition centre area or ADNEC.. There are many business offices around.. Lulu hypermarket is very closeby for any quick needs..

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my lifeI wanted to stay here for one night as it was close to work , and to my surprise the lack of service from the reservation team and the people at the main door.Noone to take bags , I was told to park down although there were spots in front.Thats not the issueThe photos are the issue(see below)The only thing hygienic about this place is the sticker on the door that says its hygienicThe room had a DISGUSTING SMELL.Everything in the room was dirtyIt was not cleaned not one bitThe sofa had shoe prints on themSHOE PRINTSthe toaster has no words (just look at the pic)The room was dustyThe kitchen equipment was so dirty I didnt touch it just took a picture from a distance.I left right away.

After very long stay in your hotel (almost 7 months), one of the sales guys and the receptionist surprised me and informed that I should leave my room for 3 days as there is an event coming up in the same area and the rate will be more or I shall pay extra 250% on top of what Im paying now.this approach is totally unfair and disrespect and was not expected from a huge company like Rotana, and personally i didnt see any benefits of staying in your hotel very long (7 months).Anyhow, please consider the above as a complain and I wish an necessary action will be made in this regard.

Really surprised to say that we had a great experience there. We had a big room with 2 bedrooms with a nice view. The pool area was nice as well. Although some staff are lacking in good customer service, all in all we are happy with the service they had. Planning to go there again with my friends.

Very affordable stay and it was really awesome! You can own the pool and the steam room early in the morning. You have all things needed for an overnight stay. Kitchenwares and everything. Very nice and accommodating staffs!

First of all I like the location with easy access to the highway and almost never have any traffic. Almost equal distance to abu dhabi center, yas, khalifa city, mussafah areas and 15 mins to the airport. Friendly staff, clean and generous sized rooms with all basic necessities including a washing machine. Some of the rooms however, are a bit worn out where you may face some minor inconveniences such as the shower not spraying water correctly or washing machine too loud, or the temperature control not working properly. However, the hotel staff is quick to respond to fix things and are open to give you another Room.All in all it is my preferred place to stay in Abu Dhabi and I recommend it to folks who are looking for either business or pleasure stay.

Very bad service and attitude issues with the receptionist, came from dubai and asked for an early check in, there were available rooms but still had to wait for 2 hours to get the room.

We are currently staying at this hotel as myself and husband are shifting houses in abudhabi . Our one week stay so far has been unpleasent . I dont recommend this place to any visitor. First of all i told them i had vertigo and they kept me in a high floor room then we shifted to a lower floor a day later. Then there is no housekeeping you have to call for it and wait for hours and the house keeper is reluctant into leaving tissues and essential room requirements. Lastly the receptionists was rude to me last night when he asked for my id twice once while leaving the hotel and once when i got back after dinner. As i am a local wearing a sheila on my face he insisted i lift it off so we he can make sure i am the same guest!!! This is my first and last time in this place. The furniture has many nasty looking spots they should wash them not leave them for years and years disgusting.

Great place to stay. Had a business stay there for over a month. Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is courteous and helping. Its quite close for all the offices in ADNEC Area and Embassies district. Great food joints around. Overall had a pleasant stay.

Very good hotel! Live here for 7 month: Everything is up to par: polite service and management, yummy breakfasts and beautiful views. Only one shop near but if you have plenty of time you can visit Carrefour. Very clean and beautiful zone between 3 hotels. Fast Wi-Fi. Good kitchen and washing machine.

Very comfortable and modern hotel. The staff were very courteous and kindly upgraded me to a large one bedroom suite! Bottled water in the room is complementary which is appreciated. Pharmacy and supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend.

This hotel is definitely worth its stars. It looks beautiful from the outside and the inside. Its spotless and the staff is wonderful. This hotel is located in an area with a lot of business going on. This contributes to a somewhat formal scene. Across, youll find a supermarket which is opened 24/7 and can satisfy all your basic needs. Around the corners youll find a Costa, a Starbucks and La Brioche. Disadvantages in my opinion are the weak blow-dryer and the weak flatiron. The doors with locks inside the room can be opened easily from the side on which it should not be possible. Frankly, thats something I had loads of fun with.

Great place to stay when first moving to Abu Dhabi! We lived here for over a month while transitioning to our own home. The furnished apartment was amazing for our family of 5 and all of the amenities and staff were amazing and so very helpful. We would most definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 nights for the 2020 new year. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs as a family. Many thanks to Ronald who went the extra mile to help sort out the booking issue.

Had a wonderful stay at the Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. The service was great and the room was cozy and inviting. The elegant design and the convenience of the location all add up to an enjoyable stay at this hotel. There is a valet parking service and also underground basement parking if you dont mind self parking your vehicle. Overall, this is easily one of the hotels that Id book again and recommend to someone wanting to stay in Abu Dhabi.

The king or twin bed Studio is nicely furnished and equipped. The best kitchenette appliances and kitchen ware. Clean Hotel , friendly staff , good modern training machines are provided In the Gym hall. Swimming pool is not big but still enjoyable and has water temperature control.No business center, they provided tow computers in the lobby area for quests use.Soft new towels and very clean , best quality sheets.Ordinary toilettaire, no hair conditioner provided .

One of the best hotels I stayed in, in a while. The staff was friendly. The valet parking was a bit slow but we didnt mind. The breakfast was very nice and their rooms were big. Highly recommended!

I am roaming around Cetro Arjaan and Capital from two months. Arjaan breakfast is good and Capital guest greetings is awesome. Rotana need to swap some something 🙃 between hotels.

Its very clean and comfortable and staff are very helpful. I like the pool and gym as you get a good view from both. Only slight disappointment was the view from the room - our window was on the small side and had some sort of decoration in front of it.

Excellent service, luxurious rooms, great breakfast and very good coffee. Hotel hosts a pool and gym facility. About 20 minutes from the airport. Possibility for preparing a meal in the room, but also dinner at the restaurant offers well affordable choices of food.

Premium comfortable rooms with co-operative staff. I would definitely stay here again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Nice location. Very tidy and clean. The only down side is the valet parking (taking too long to get your car back) and short of staff at the reception desk

The hotel is located in the area of exhibition which is a lil bit far away from center. The hotel is under Rotan Hotel Group, which is one of the finest hotels in Middle East. The hotel is built to serve while the exhibition is on. Not much shops around just few.The hotel is very clean and sleep is so comfort.Very good hotel with highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel premises, spotless and sparingly clean. The staff and the management are service oriented and very courteous.The hotel is in a busy neighbourhood of AbuDhabi National Exhibition Centre, very well organized roads, Pavements, cycling tracks, shops and cafes, a very calm surroundings.There are a couple of bus stops in the vicinity. A taxi rank just across the hotel reception.The hotel has parking service in the basement with a valet service God guests. There are separate floors for smoking and non smoking guests.Tamarind is the location for one of the dining options in the hotel. A very bright and comfortable dining hall. The chef serves a custom made omelette for the buffet breakfast. A fresh Barista coffee shop for those coffee lovers.There are meeting rooms, a nice gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room at the second floor.The rooms are very spacious and maintained with all furniture and gadgets in perfect working order for the guests. The beds and bedding are so comfortable for a very good sleep.Overall a very good place for a family stay or for business.

Excellent new hotel with very zen decor. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help in any manner.The swimming pool and spa facilities are awesome.The buffet breakfast is good too.The Laundry is priced for royalty not for us lesser mortals. So please do check the pricing before leaving your soiled clothes in the laundry bag.Not many options to eat outside the hotel unless you wanna drive out. Parking is very narrow in the basement but they have a very friendly valet service that overcomes the problem of self parking.

Good service and cozy rooms

Perfect for our stay exploring the area. Not far from the airport and all the attractions. Apartment was spacious and comfy and staff could not have been more friendly.

Had a great stay in this hotel during one week end.I had a room in the 20th floor.It was very big, clean and quiet (for your information there are some construction work in front of the hotel, I suggest you choose highest floor to avoid the noise).There was washing machine and fridge in the room and what is required to cook.The gym is nice with enough equipments - it’s open from 6Am to 11PM.The swimming pool is opened from 10AM to 9PM.The breakfast buffet was very nice with good choice and quality - even the croissants were good, usually they are dry in other hotels buffets. They have stations for eggs, you can also ask pancakes.The coffee was good. You can ask to get a capuccino done.Staff of the restaurant were so sweet ...Close to the hotel at walking distance, you have a few good restaurants : Italian, coffee places, little supermarkets, Indian...You can access the great mosque by car within 10 min.I highly recommend a stay in this hotel! Good value for money.They also offered me for free a late check out of 2 hours.—-Agréable week end dans cet hôtel.J’ai eu une chambre au 20eme (je recommande de demander une chambre aux étages supérieurs étant donné qu’il y a des travaux en face de l’hôtel, pour éviter le bruit).La chambre était grande, très propre et bien équipée avec frigo, machine à laver, plaques ...La gym était plutôt bien équipée et ouverte de 6h à 22h.La piscine de 10h a 21h.Le buffet du petit dej était bien garnit avec des produits de qualité... même les croissants étaient bons d’habitude ils sont plutôt secs dans les hôtels.Il y a une station pour vos œufs au choix, vous pouvez également demander à avoir des pancakes.Le café était bon, j’ai demandé à avoir un capuccino qui m’a été fait (et non pas en machines).Le staff du resto était très sympa.Près de l’hôtel vous avez plusieurs petits restos : indien, café, italien et un petit supermarché.Vous pouvez accéder à la mosquée en moins de 10 minutes en voiture.Bon rapport qualité prix - je recommande un séjour dans cet hôtel !Ils m’ont également offert un late check out de 2h supplémentaires.N’hésitez pas à leur demander si vous avez besoin !

This hotel is really good for those looking for serviced apartments. The facilities within the hotel and the surroundings are great. However, the main issue for me is that they don’t have self parking area, and they only do Valet Parking except for those on long term stay. Because of this, I waste every day an average of 20-30 mins waiting for the car despite that for every single time I contact customer service in advance. So, for those who are easily frustrated from delays and waiting, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great ambiance from reception to rooms. Amenities like wifi, water heater, tv, washing machine, microwave, etc. are provided. You can also cook; the utensils are provided. Whether you stay here for just one night or several nights, you will surely be satisfied with what you paid for.

Pretty nice place with all facilities inch washing machine, microwave and a stove. Large rooms with ample space. It would have been 5 stars if it hadnt been for the valet parking situation which was unorganized. Had booked 3 room and the delux suites are massive in size. Oh and if someone from the hotel management sees this post, please check the toilet flush in room 502.. it doesnt stop flushing!

Long term stay, with friendly staff..its clean and mostly quiet. A little over the top during events at ADNEC busy, loud cars, people and security is a little inconvenient.

I had been here for my onsite work for a Daman insurance company in Abu dhabi. This hotel is very nice place to stay. Staff was good and overall service was also good

I havent tried to stay at the hotel but the gym facility is nice and neat. The equipments are not enough though for a large group but its ok. Plus they have steam and sauna .

The Entrance is elegant, reception staff so lovely and the room size and bathroom are perfect and reasonable for the price.the studio comes with a microwave,electric cooker,washing machine. swimming pool is nice.the only thing is theres no drop off area while you make checking in. the hotel is near to carrefour and a bus station and 10 minutes by car for eastern mangrove where you can find a lot of restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating and shisha . its recommended for family stays.

I like the place. Its a very contemporary building located in a location without any noise and good places to eat and fun..

I booked 5 months in advance so I expected at least to get my simple requests ( wanted a room as far as possible from elevator + exhibition Centre view ) instead I got the closest room from elevator and the view facing other buildings which was really disappointing for me .Their is no direct access to hotel parking only via valet which for me I dont like to use valet service as I had 2 bad experience with that service

The Capital center Arjan By Rotana is a four star hotel, decent, good, clean, quiet, comfortable hotel, smoking studio rooms also available with washing machine and gas and refrigerator, house keeping also is nice.The thing that really bothered me is no exist for shattaf in the bathroom first and secondly not meeting my demand for a steam iron.

There are no words to describe this top hotel and his outstanding team: just saying wonderful, unbeliavable, ashtonishing, awesome, cool, epic... would not describe with fairness my experience in this hotel:- Brilliant and absolutelly outstanding team, starting from the front desk, and including porters, housekeeping, pool guys and the gym instructor...all amazing...at 5* hotel level indeed. The phone helpline is really cool and 5* as well !- Excellent and stlylish facilities (room, gym, pool), cool building.Best *4 hotel ever in the World ! (by far), I am sorry I cannot rate them with 10 stars !
