3 years ago we booked this property and it got cancelled without notice and actually it spoiled our day which made me rate it as poor.But today again I am writing this as I stayed there by booking again which forced me to take off my earlier rating.I couldnt resist telling the support of each staff in this property, they are just incredible. They know what is on our mind, so before we go and ask they make sure it was already done. And if theres a problem they guide us with alternative way. Actually your staff pampered us a lot.We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Even my toddler was very happy with the kids pool.We stayed in deluxe room with pool view which was very nice and room is very clean with all the amenities. My daughter loved the decorations on the bed you did for her birthday. The breakfast buffet is very delicious with lots of options.Thank you so much for making our day awesome. Really appreciate the coordination, keep up the good work.

Our stay in Cove Rotana was amazing even though we didnt get what we asked for, we asked for 2 single beds but we got 1 double bed. The staff was so good it felt like we known each other for long thats how friendly they were and the food was so tasty. We enjoyed our stay we didnt want to go back home. Great job keep it up 👍

This is an awesome place to be.. loved every bit of the stay and would like to visit again soon. The staff was very friendly especially Mr. Karim who made our visit more exciting by upgrading classic rooms to a two bedroom villa. I would surely recommend this property to all my friends!!

The stay in the Cove was amazing! We were here in the off season(summer) but the friendly staff made it a cool stay!We were upgraded knowing its wifes birthday. We had an All inclusive package making it an all covered stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the food was good! We are going back with good smiles on our faces! Will definitely come back again :)

Must visit place. If you are looking for a weekend getaway nearby Dubai this is the go to place. The climate is so relaxed, we didnt want to come back from this place. There are 3-4 pools, bars, beach shacks, amazing scenic views, enough to explore for 1-2 days. Stay is amazing for a romantic trip or with family members too. Live music around evenings, fun water sport activities, 24/7 bar access. Super fun.

Good place, we liked everything, all staff was so helpful, very welcoming, friendly. We will back with our family for stay more time in Resort. Thanks to all Team, for your good job. We was very much enjoy.Only Spa was make us upset, quality of the service not for them price. Very weak therapist. Hopefully they will re-train them staff for good quality service and more knowledge about Spa services and customer care. We fill up consultation form, but no one check of history, no one did verbal consultation and double check what exactly customer want or need. I was mention have joint problem and varicose veins (mean technician must double check and inform on which zone and how to working) Nothing was done, without muscles preparation start to use her elbow which immediately make more spasm in muscles. Was inform therapist 3 time to not use her elbow as I have varicose. As result bruises on my legs, strong spasm in muscles which give strong pain and now difficult to walk. Hopefully this will help for Spa Team, keep on note and working out for good quality of the service.

Cove Rotana is really a great resort in all aspects and a very kids friendly place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very clean and really worth the price!!

Clean resort and facilities, room is very clean, Pappu and his team of housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly.The staff in the restaurants and bars is nice as well and you feel that they are happy that people are coming back after the COVID period.

A paradise outside Dubai, Well, Our 2 days stay isn’t enough wish we booked for a week. Staffs are amazing. The place is a paradise i must say.

This is my second visit at Cove Rotana.. I got a premium room this time and the view is amazing.. Well trained staff and and maintaince is also good. Food is also good. We are vegetarian and Cinnamon Restaurant best for vegetarian.. But the aqua pool was closed and kids little disappointed. Other than that we enjoyed the stay at there.

Cove Rotana in a very beautiful property. Had been with my family and really we enjoyed a lot. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were neat and beautiful. We enjoyed the international buffet. The day we went was Portugal night there were many variety but I was craving for more Arabic food or Indian food which was a bit disappointing for me. Next say breakfast was excellent. The service was good and the hotel followed the Covid protocol with all the guest. There are 2 swimming pool both huge and massive. The also have a very beautiful beach side access. Excellent place to go when the climate gets little coolers. As it was warm in August we avoided the outdoor. I fully recommend this place. And will surely go back once the weather gets better

Probably one of the best hotels Ive ever went to the staff were nice and fun. The rooms were very neat and clean, everything was just perfect and looked just like the pictures that are shown online on the booking websites. OMG AND THE VIEW??! I felt like I was in Mykonos.

Had a fantastic stay. Food was equally good. They even had a surprise waiting for us in the room as it was our anniversary. I wish there was a bidet in the toilet.

The best destination for my family!! Although Ive stayed a dozen times yet the beauty, comfort and amazing landscape of the resort helps us relax and rejuvenate everytime...During the pandemic every service industry is under tremendous challenge to cope up with customer satisfaction yet the entire staff did a very good job to keep up the rhythm. Kareem was very helpful, professional and very generous.. keep up the good work team Rotana.

We spent two nights at this resort and it was a phenomenal! Very friendly staff ( Shiva at Cinnamon took was very warm and took great care of us) and always ready to help buggies added a delight to our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the 🏖 beach. The covid protocols were followed well at the all the day restaurant- Cinnamon. The housekeeping was up to date. The room was clean with a perfect sea view! All in all - a great family destination!

What a location for this property !! So much to walk around and explore.Food and service are good too. We tried their full board option inclusive of food and select alcoholic beverages and it was well worth it.

Went for our 3rd wedding anniversary. HadA good time. Lovely infinity pool and good place to get some beautiful pics. However felt the rooms could have been better. Seemed like room were a bit old and needed more maintanance and aminities in the washroom. Rooms felt very basic and the bed was not that comfy. However loved their outdoor ambience. Also their buffet was good. There is live band daily at the sunset bar. It would have been better if there was a yoga session daily for people to try out this at the hotel. Beach was nice with good clear water. However couldnt enjoy much as the climate we went was very humid and hot.We stayed 2nights in deluxe room. Expected a bit more from what I heard.

Amazing facilitation and entertainment opportunities. the golf carts took way too long to arrive and were understaffed but otherwise a wonderfully rounded experiences everyone should have the opportunity to have. the pool still stands supreme. the breakfast was phenomenal.

We stay in this place for 2 nights. Money we paid for doesn’t even worth it. I know the manager will answer same way as for others. But I am writing this comments for other people who want to go and stay there. Rooms not even worth for 5 stars. Furniture what they have look like 50 years old. Bathroom having cracks in bath and sink. Don’t even have microwave. Sofas and chairs that much old you will sink it. Don’t leave any food anywhere. Insect will attack. Few cups they left for coffee and tea some is broken. They said they will provide baby bed they didn’t do. If you order something they will worn you about price:) even if you don’t ask. Curtains look like they didn’t wash for 5 years. Give a feeling not clean place. Staff who serve breakfast don’t have idea what they serve. If you ask even if there is salt or spicy don’t !

I had celebrated my son birthday in Cove Rotana and best part room service team decorated our room and even provided a birthday cake.It was a beautiful surprise .Thanks a lot Cove Team.Must visit place superb food ,amazing atmosphere friendly staff.I will definitely visit soon.

We visited from Dubai for two nights. Our stay was wonderful. The all inclusive package is a must. At night we visited breeze bar, our waiter Ach was incredibly helpful. Thanks to everyone at Cove.

Just amazing.. Scenery is breathtaking.Its like every corner was made for photography and romantic getaway.With 3 restaurants, bars and snack joints, it was easy to grab and eat anytime. However the perimeter is so large that it is not convenient (during summer season). Need to wait for boogy cart which is easily available by phone calls. So initial planning in required.Food was good, enjoyed the all inclusive package we had.Cannot say much about staff, as we didnt spot a single smiling face, including the reception area. It is easy for newcomer to get lost and with no helping hands.. A must improve on this.

We have amazing experience staying in Coverotana! 3days is very short day huhu! So yeah Me and my husband spend our honeymoon in rotana & we had so much fun with family and friends. The buffet was so amazing! The pool. The view. Everything! Btw we book the all inclusive including drinks its very worth it! Especial thanks to the guy who made the suprise for us i forgot his name. Hello, Just wanted to share my experience which was horrible at this property!!We booked a villa on 25th September 2021We arrived at 2:30 and were looking forward to staying at this property, However after we checked in they told us to wait they would call us as the villa was not ready. We waited till 4:30pm yet didnt receive a call. We then again approached the reception where they apologised for the delay and offered us complimentary dinner and late check out.The team is very unorganised and uncoordinated, we arrived at the villa and only part of the villa was ready.The worse was the AC in the bedroom was leaking right over my face on the bed (I have pictures of this)We also had an offer from cobone for another family member of ours on the same day (all Inclusive), they were located in the cove village, this part of the Property is terrible. The loby, lifts etc have no AC working, there is no staff there to guide you and the furniture inside the rooms dusty like its been empty of days.The villa inside was good but other than that we had an awful experience.We have lived in a few properties around UAE and this was probably the worst experience for us.Just wanted to share this with everyone.I am free to be contacted if you need any more details about my experience

What a best choice that me and my friend did was that we spent time to relax in The Cave Rotana Resort !Having heard so many good feedback about this resort , we decided to experience it !Actually, we were just planning to stay one night, but when we went inside the beautiful view and nice guest experience made us to Change our mind !The reception named Taha , who was very kind and patient to explain everything for us and arranged everything quickly and prefect for us !The room is clean and so special design!I really love the tree outside our door !The restaurant was nice ! The food was wonderful and the MR. Nulan showed us the nice experience made us feel more comfortable and uniqued ! We were not just enjoying the food but also the experience!What a lovely idea is that they provide the gulf car for the guest to help you enjoy anywhere without working!The gulf car guide Husain , who’s very helpful and gave us some nice ideas also about how to discover the resortThe swimming pool is also a good place to see the sunset!In the night time , there are something different! The bar provides the live music ! The band is so lovely!Such a relax and wonderful place, you just need to enjoy it and you will forget everything ! Far away from the work , pressure and unhappy!It’s one of the best place that must be experienced !

Our entire stay with my husband was amazing. The staff made it more special by sending us a congratulations cake and giving us a scratch and win gift. They made us feel comfortable with warm welcome. We’ll definitely come back to this wonderful place. ❤️

Spread over a big area and nicely designed, the resort has many options for rental.With option of beach and swimming pool, can have a good time in water.Other things are closed for Covid.Food quality was average for most of the things and below average for others.To move around they have bogeys which are sometimes difficult to get and one has to wait for as much as 45 minutes.Majority of the staff was courteous and helpful.Can buy coupon from Cobone and it will be value for money if you are interested in all inclusive.Overall good for a quiet getaway for a day or two.

The place was nice and amazing.I had a beautiful experience the stuff are so helpful and nice. I had an issue with my booking. They find for me a nice solution with quick response from the front desk.Checkin is 3:00pm don’t try to go early you will have to wait or go grab a drink or lunch in one of the restaurants and bars there.For moving around in the Facility yo-yo have to grab on e of the carts they have there. Try to call and request like 15 to 20 minutes earlier because it takes time to arrive to pick up you.They have nice pools and the see side is amazing for a walk.Take a picture you and your love once near the swing. It’s niceBook it. And you will not regret. Try to book with Balcony Tiras. It’s nice to sit outside where you can smoke it you are a smoker. Because smoking inside the room NOT ALLOWED

Had a truly memorable stay here to celebrate our anniversary. The beauty of the place is breathtaking and inspires romance. The whole resort is actually built off the side of a cliff. The architecture and positioning gives you the feeling that youre in Santorini and looking out over a caldera.They have a clean, private beach.The rooms are quaint and slightly dated but charming. Our room had a large balcony with an ocean view that was partially blocked by rooftops.They have an infinity pool that faces the sunset, another pool with water slides, and a third pool, which was closed for renovation during our visit.Theres also a gym and spa with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub that guests can use.The food is really delicious at the restaurants here.I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay-cation.

Its a beautiful massive property . The rooms are cozy and great food. The only thing that bothered or disturbed me was to see the bell desk outside in this heat. I felt its inhuman working conditions for a 5 star property. The staff were super friendly but drowned with the heat. Atleast a fan or a cooler around would help I guess or being indoor.

Every thing it was good laterbut in the beginning it was so badi supposed to get the villa at 3 pm , the clock became 5pm and i stayed wait the villa with my familythat consisting of childrenAnd the thing that made it worseWhat made matters worse, was the receptionist and reception managers attempt to convince me of a villa other than the one I bookedin the end i got the villa but at 5pm thats mean i lost 2 hourabout the other services its very good

Superb property.. Unfortunately we booked during the holidays and it was too crowded while check-in and check-out time. The buggy service was too bad that we have to wait almost an hour n half to get the service. Since it was summer and huge property you are depended on buggy service which was pathetic. The breakfast was also not so great with 5star standards may be because of offer. Over all property is good pool and beach access was good. Please note beach and pool closes at 7pm.

Nice resort with a beautiful view of Sunset. Hotel staff were friendly and over all left a good impression to us.One of the better choice when heading out to RAK.

Great rooms, amenities amazing. But the service... Terrible. Hotel was overbooked due to the season, but the personell seemed very relaxed. We had to help ourselves almost everywhere we went. Overall a great experience.

Our family spent 2 nights at this resort and it was a great stay! The beach views, calm ocean and ability to watch the sunset from the pool were highlights of the Cove Rotana Resort RAK. The resort restaurant was exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options (including Kids corner) and was flavorful but also becauseof the wonderful meal that was perfectly served by our waiter, LIMS, who were very helpful and cordial to us. The friendliness of all the staff seems genuine. 5 ⭐️ rating from me.

Our family had a 2 night stay at Cove Rotana RAK , we are happy we could spend our weekend well; all the facilities provided were very good(including swimming pool and the pool side bar). Buffet provided at Cinnamon restaurant was also good, they had many varieties and also had a separate kid’s corner. Mr. Lims made our experience at the restaurant even more wonderful ( a friendly attitude and a welcoming nature).

We had staycation last week ,bit disappointed with resortWe chosen classic room with king bed,but bed was not like king size ,chosen half board food also not like our expectation,,its not like 5 star staycation

First time staying at that resort. Pools need some maintenance, reception wasn’t super welcoming. Nice pristine beach, umbrellas and deck chairs are not enough for all guests unfortunately. Buffet was great all the time. Hostesses acting as police in the jail. I didn’t liked queues on buffet, hotel doesn’t allows for self service and cooks are too busy. Food stations are lack of employees. Other than that, it was pleasant stay.

Amazing Resort and it is big. Good food, friendly staff. Enjoyed every bit. Good clean and neat room.

Very good place to go and amazing break fast

Its a great place overall the experience is amazing. Before you get excited it is a bit pricey but not exaggerated.Still the rooms space and service for price ratio is amazing. Very clean, very neat, staff are wonderful and they are very polite. Since it a big resort and you might not be able to walk very long distance to your room you can take a free golf cart to there from the reciption. The pool was amazing with animation team that was very fun, Its clean and big. Cattering and food is yes pricey but the quality is spot on as well. Amazing for families as well as couples.

You see this property is fabulous but is it great? Actually not for the price you pay. Sure there is the private pool which is a big one and they have an incredible breakfast buffet but otherwise, the entertainment is quite average and they charge residents to use the beach. That makes no sense whatsoever. Would I book the place again? Well...

The best experience ever. The staff was courteous, food was good, rooms and locations were stunning. Only thing I would add on would be bidets in the rooms and maybe bath tubs, but those are minor details and in no way changed the experience. Forever coming here for all my celebrations!

This has to be the best holiday resort we have been to in the UAE, fantastic offers, some of the best natural views and the food is amazing, very happy with the Villa style and comfort and the services were impeccable

Loved it though the beach was oily and tarry so could not swim. The private swimming pool in the villa was a good option though.

THEY WAKE YOU UP WITH DRILLING AND HAMMERING NOISE!!!!!!!I wish there is a -100stars rating. I woke up at 10am on drilling noise which ruined my entire trip meant to be for relaxation.I had to go to the management to complain. Came back to the room after 4 hours, I found out my service was upgraded to drilling + hammering!!!They offer The worst experience you can ever have!!!I strongly recommend if you wanna have the worst stay of your life.

If you need a placid place to unwind; this is the place you must visit. I recommend to take the All in package to enjoy the food, drinks etc..Amenities are good except for tv set which is quiet old. Choices of pool, beach and bar.We had a great stay!

Location is great and food is excellent and very hygiene they will not allow you to touch the food they will serve which is great idea. Interior is fantastic ,over all experience is good except the buggy service will be delay dont expect as they say 20 to 30 munits just walk if you are close by to rooms.

No variety of food options, however the service was outstanding and staff were so friendly and helpful.

I had a bad holiday with my girlfriend there. Upon checkin the receptionist told us that the agency we booked with needed a voucher to claim which wasn’t the case. TUI sends all their customers a link with all documents inside including a bill but no voucher. The room itself is spacious but needs refurbishment, especially the AC units are horrible cause either you let them be switched off and you’re boiling or you switch it on and no matter what temperature you set it on, it will be blowing at highest speed the coldest air possible. So either sweat or freeze. The minibar fridge wasn’t cooling at all, all our drinks were always room temperature regardless of the fridge, at least the hotel was kind enough for the first 2 days to deliver ice to our room since the fridge wasn’t working, after that they refused and said it’s chargeable. Like it’s my fault I can’t cool drinks inside the fridge. Then the worst part of all of it is that for whatever time and whatever day we called the reception, 80% of the time the calls were left not answered. When I finally got through once to speak to a receptionist, I asked why no one ever answers. He asks me when do we not answer? Then I said all the time. He said how can I help you? So I asked him can you explain why no one is answering? He said how can I help you again ignoring my frustration. So I told him I wanted a buggy to pick me up from the hotel room (which I never asked for in those 4 days) and he told me it will take 20-30 minutes. Considering that this a beach resort and the ways to the lobby very far and everyone is going around in buggies this is a very long wait time. So I left the room without the Buggy while my girlfriend stayed in the room. She told me while I was gone the buggy was there and I was gone for all together less than 20 minutes. Another dilemma is the beach opening hours. During the day it is way too hot to go to the beach at the moment so everyday we went at 5pm when the sun was low enough and not so strong, however at roughly 7pm the lifeguards make everyone leave the sea and not 20 minutes later they go through and collect all the mats from the sun beds so you can’t even stay on the beach and relax without going into the water. On check out day we were told we have to leave at 12:30 and we cannot extend the timing as the hotel is fully booked which is their full right. However when we waited over half an hour after we already checked out to receive our car back from the valet is ridiculous. Make me check out later if you’re too busy then. Not everyone in the same time and then you can’t handle it.

Lovely hotel, some rooms got view of the sea others dont. Best is to visit it during winter. Itll be great. In summer its way too humid.

There’s not enough of 5 stars. Make yourself a favour : book a villa with private pool, buy a few bottles of bubbles and beers, and enjoy as the time will fly...Very good sushi, breakfast is pretty busy : don’t be surprised if you go there at 10am with 3 kids and nobody took your order immediately.

We stayed at The Cove for three nights and the staff at the Hotel are nothing short of AMAZING! We had excellent service from all the staff at the Hotel and a special shout out to Abdul, the Buggy Driver and Pappu from housekeeping who created lovely towel designs everytime the rooms were made and accommodated any request. We would definitely recommend the Cove and will definitely be our first choice for any future visits to RAK.

We had a great staycation as the resort is really accomodating and had nice view, pools and beach. Thankful for the great effort of welcoming us in a Deluxe room, with bed art design and complimentary cake. Cinnamon restaurant is highly recommended as they serve nice food. Love the cheese croissants during breakfast, it’s the best.The lights at the ceiling are quite disturbing at night as they are creating sound-like water droplets, instead ofchimes.

Everything is great! Staff were very nice and accommodating..S/O to mr. Ibrahim & Ms. Alma (f&b)..pool is great... Beach is great..will surely recommend and go back next time.

It’s been a few years since I have stayed at Cove Rotana, and WOW! We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a private pool and had excellent access to the beach and bar.They still have great staff, although they are under staff and golf cars may take long until they come to pick up, but very friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful, and they have lots of available activities for guests. My massage experience at the spa was outstanding. Everything was great, but the food was fantastic! We tried bars and restaurants on the resort throughout our stay, and never left any of them disappointed! Basilico and Cinnamon restaurants are highly recommended!We will come back for sure and recommend it to anyone planning to visit RAK.

If there is an option to give half star or no stars at all I would select it.I booked two private villas that had private pools. When we arrived at the hotel, reception promised us 2 villas from the ones at the top which has private swimming and has its own privacy. But when we finally are taken to the club cars to be transported to the villas we were shocked to see the pools were the exact opposite of private and the villa numbers were not the same as what we were promised at the reception. Turns out the reception employee was lying and supposedly gave the villas to other people. All reception employees kept lying continuously about the villas. In addition to that ‏god awful customer service, the villas were not of high quality from the inside ( just a few sofas and basic ceramic floors.) We were promised something and got something very different. I do not recommend this hotel and it does not deserve to be called a hotel nor resort because its quality, value, and customer service matched a cheap motel. I recommend going to a real, high value, and luxurious hotel just a few minutes away from this so called resort.

A big g deception as soon as we reached the hotel, the check in service was horrible, we waited standing for more then 20 mn in parallel the second line was going so fast until we reached to 2 ladies ( Sabina and Dayana ) they literally have no idea what they are doing assisted by one more employee ( Jason) after another 20 mn waiting they ended up giving us a room worst than what we booked for with separated bed saying that we were upgraded to premium room with sea view, which was not at all!! the management did changed our room but the stress was still there. The bricks above the bed made the sleeping experience so bad as no ventilation but above the couch.During breakfast she said we do have fresh Orange juice but it’s chargeable and another lady said sorry we are not allowed to fill your child bottle with water!!Plus the laguna pool is surrounded by very dirty smelly water between the villasDefinitely not to come back toIt was our anniversary celebration they made it so stressful and unpleasant

I really enjoyed my stay in The Cove .. we stayed in one if the private villas 💕... the staffs are super friendly and helpful 👌..I will definitely going to visit the place again ☺..

Check in process is a bit lengthy you need to come exactly at the checkin time at 3 otherwise rooms are not ready Rooms are Cosy and comfortable however additional lighting would be a great +++The wind chimes in the room need to be moved elsewhere as they are noisy as the air con breeze is directly towards themLims at the Cinnamon Restraunt was very helpful and gave us extraordinary servicerecommend to visit

Stayed with friends end of March for 2 weeks in a 3 bed villa. Great place with large and nice territory. Villa was very good, room service made everything to make the holidays comfortable (thanks, Santosh!). Beach big and nice. Food normal. Personnel very friendly and helpful. In general we liked this place very much.

Every thing fantastic in this place, all family members can enjoy in this placr especially it is location.The main issue their is the buggy, you have to wait 15-20 minutes.

Excellent choice for a weekend staycation. Well planned rooms offering amazing scenary of pools and beach. Wide variety of cuisine in the restaurants. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed the stay!
