Good service as the staffs are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.Me and my family stayed only for 2days and 1night (Sept. 17-18 / room 702).Will definitely recommend this, the beach is very accessible and it will take only a 1-2minute walk from the hotel.They are also very accommodating in attending all your needs and requests.Food (breakfast) is very good and very affordable for the price package.

This Hotel and Apartment located at very fine view of total Marjan with full package of beach, swimming pool, gymnasium, steam and Sona & restaurant. It’s a totally complete package. Very delicious food at restaurants as well you can order room service. You can enjoy the food with your loved ones while enjoying the stunning view of Marjan. Very neat and clean. Excellent professional staff always ready to help with good smile. Definitely we ll visit again and again.

Good place to be. It has its own beach access, pool for all ages, steam, sauna, jacuzzi and spa. A complete package which includes all inclusive package also along with parking. The food in the restaurant is very tasty albeit with limited variety. The building is old and not that well maintained like a proper high end 5 star hotel. To top it all, its quite affordable too.

This is a hotel apartment which has very good food, lovely pool area and a decent place for friends to have a great time.The beach at the hotel is not that great and not a pleasant visit for beach lovers.When you enter the building it doesnt give you an exciting feeling but the overall experience is great.Food from the set menu is very tasty but I didnt enjoy the buffet so much!

Really amazing property to stay with family and kids, my kids really enjoyed the pool time. Staff were amazing and welcoming, we went to swim in the beach but it wasn’t clean so we came back to the pool and had a wonderful time.Elevators need to reprogram, sometimes it might take more than 5-7 minutes to come to your floor.I’m so thankful to the amazing staff at the pools and also near the beach. Stayed here from 4/July to 7/July.Good hotel. Staff is Friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Krishna in the restaurant.Ample parking is available.Wifi signals are strong in the room, however no wifi is available in the gym. Also the main AC in the gym remained out of service during my stay.

Wonderful experience!The staffs were very friendly. We got a beautiful sea view room, the room was neat and spacious. Food was good.While we reached the hotel, we forgot the car key inside and locked the car. While not knowing what to do, the staffs there came immediately to our support and helped us to get the key from inside. Fair place to spend your holidays with friends and family. Relaxing at the pool while enjoying barbecue. Have to verify the room orientation though because they gave us a less pleasing view of the desert instead of the pool view. Booking you have to verify clearly with the hotel as they are not that accomodating with first time customers.

If you are a family and need a 2 bed apartment with kitchen and sitting / Dining area then this place fits the bill.Good pool (in shade til lunchtime). We did not hit the beach as it looked a bit scruffy (not a lot of sand, lots of seaweed and not helped by huge empty lot next door and metal hoarding fence all way down boundary) but it’s priced accordingly

Its a 3 star hotel with good view. even though they mentioned its a hotel apartment but the room which we got was very small. Dinner and bf buffet was really good and chef and receptionist mahmood are extraordinary in their job. unfortunately the lift were busy and laundry people also using the guest lift had to wait 15 minutes for the lift then we had to climb the stairs with the kids.

Beach front hotel with private beach access. Hotel Rooms are a bit small and tight, We stayed in two bedroom apartment. While booking hotel make sure to ask for beach view otherwise, they will give you barren land/ground view. Bathrooms flooring is not even, if you wet that area it will not drain, We ended up calling room service twice after hitting the shower. Otherwise its a nice cozy hotel apartment.

This should be renamed as cheat stay. Right from the location, this is a cheat place. It is around 1 km away from marjan island and not inside marjan island. It is a stand alone building. The hotel staff only knows one word NO in the hospitality industry. They even have audacity to refuse food for in room dining when you are ready to pay for it. Vouchers and promotions are a cheat and fraud by them to just push sales but they refuse all printed discounts on F&B and water sports. It functions are per their mood. Front desk will say something, restaurant will speak something else and the water sports area incharge has no idea of anything at all. Spa rates are exorbitantly high for a 3 star hotel. Half the food items are not available as per their menu during long weekends, God knows what they would do in regular days. Please re-think before booking this property ever!

Just got back from our 2 night stay. We booked the room for 3, all inclusive. Got a Groupon offer Aed 999 p/day. To some up the stay in a sentence its discomfort on a budget.Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location, budget (I guess), breakfast, Good view, The aed 55 platter @pool lounge, beach. Chicken tikka ppizza.Cons: Starting with the major one. This hotel and its management seems to be living in their own world, concerning Covid and rules set by the govt. Even thought you have put up instructions and posters of what people should abideby, your responsibility as a management doesnt end there!!! I have seen guests without masks walk inside the restaurant for the breakfast/lunch and dinner. And the staff ignored it! They approach the buffet without masks despite of posters put up instructing people to wear thier masks. And the staff ignored it! Saw a kid without mask sneezing round the food. And the staff ignored it! You cant help if people are educated illiterates but your duty as a management is to make sure these rules our followed and the rest of your guests dont feel uncomfortable. I even approached the staff and told him that I would complain and all he says is we have instructions sir and I see people do the same the next time I come. Such carelessness just cause your a budget hotel? Didnt know life was the discount we paying for. I really hope some government official or someone influential reads this!Other cons are: underwhelming look of the building (seems like they are stuck in the 80s), dirty lamps in the room, room service clean your room without ur consent. Lifts are a mission-they just go to the ground floor and top floor, badly programmed dont stop in the middle had to wait atleast 15 mins to go up. Watch out for dirty sofas, chairs and bloodstains on the additional cloth on the bed. No service lift so the staff occupy the lifts half the time. Lunch and dinner had a good spread but was tasteless/bland and boring.

Its an Old Hotel Beach Hotel with nice pool & gym.Breakfast buffet was ok which includes with booking.Sea view was beautiful with balcony.Steam & Sauna also available.Dinner was bit expensive 80Aed/Person.Hospitality is good and cooperative.Jet Sky and other water rides are expensive compared to other resorts.There are only 2 lifts as they were busy all time.Beach is not neat and clean as expected.As summary nice and peaceful place to stay with family with range upto 300Aed for Off-season & 500aed for seasons (2 people)as maximum.

Food was just OK with enough quantity. Room had moisture smell in cabinets. Only 2 very small lifts and one of them wasnt operating. Hotel staff wasnt even bothered with guests inconveniences. Room service wasnt good.

Booked just minutes before check-in but everything was ready when we reached. Rooms very clean well arranged and room service is up to the mark. The staffs were cooperative and keen to helpful. The hotel took good precautionary measures to cater for visitors during the coronavirus situation.Complimentary Breakfast was a good and tasty. The property is literally on the beach with just a short walk to the shoreline.City Stay Beach Hotel Apartments are a great seaside getaway.. 24/7 beach access and pool access.

No toiletries, room is for 3 adults but there were only 2 towels and we still had to request these which should be already there in the first place.Another thing, we requested for a late checkout for consideration but was granted only for 1 hour and was told because they’re “fully booked” Then, we saw the lobby the following day, which has no signs of the said reason.Most importantly, the food. We paid 45dhs for our breakfast which disappointed us. Salty sausages, and limited food choices.Good thing that the place is really relaxing and has a good ambiance.

I might not come back in this hotel apartment anymore. Ive visited this hotel 2 times already in 2019 and 2020. 2019 the hotel was still new and we understand if the beach was not cleaned yet. However, went back this year, still the beach is disappointing.. So dirty, never cleaned at all.. Well, pool is there that you can deep if needed and relax.Rooms and apartments are well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating in anyhow.Please improve the beach area... to sum-up our stay it was still considered as a GOOD TIME.thank you.

The photos of this place have been sparkled with filters, the furniture was all wet and the room had a damp smell, not good for asthmatics. The beach portion was too small to offer anything, no life guards you swim at your own risk and service took too long to rectify anything in the apartment. My advice before booking any place, do more research and if possible visit the place.

City Stay Beach Hotel Apartment is a pathetic over priced hotel. The Room Service is very poor(the reception doesnt answer your calls made from the room, you have to keep redialing), The food is real bad, all the photo view they show are of other hotels in the surroundings. The private beach front is hardly 20 Mtr & not clean. They do not provide barbecue facility as described in their advertisement(even after requesting the staff there). The Hotel has 2 Tiny Lifts, which is always crowded, youll have to wait at-least 10-15 mins to get on the lift. The Pools are crowded, you cant have beer next to the pool.Regret my stay at this hotel.
