Update after owners reply :With all do respect you were handling my case since we arrived & you personally fell short in fixing it! That even with your level you weren’t able to fix ! The place was still dirty that thank god we have our maid who had to clean it properly better than cleaning staff that though we reported unclean bathroom & came still problems were there along with no sanitization as per rules we had our own sprays & got some to sanitize the place.Total disappointment since the location is just great but low standard facility!Original review :The place is totally not what advertised or shown in the pictures ! The property is old, un-maintained, not hygienic at all !The staff were cooperative though !The apartment floorings were dirty with food steps in them, bathrooms with residues & hair all over .. no sanitization been done properly or even neverDust & cigarettes remaining were on balcony & the place smiled like smokers room!Not to forget the discoloring on walls, couches covered with bed sheets !NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !

Its a very spacious room with a modern design. The place is close to everything from yachts, Restaurants to a 24hrs grocery store and a prime location to access the key places in Dubai. I would like to mention Sudip one of the housekeepers, He is passionate about his job and I could see that he adds a personal touch in taking care of my room.

I faced some issues but every thing had been solved.. Its a good place and so quite for relaxation.. The view, the staff all are so nice specially ladylen.. Thank you for the nice hospitality 🌹 I recommend this place

The entire Villa was clean and as per our expectation. The kitchen plug points were on on off not working and no microwave.Apart from that, we would definitely come back again.

I booked a villa just for private pool.. And swimming pool filter not working.. And no light.. We complained and after ours they told us to move to another villa at the night.. So they weaste one day and we did not do any thing.. The kids did not swim.. So i paid one day for nothing.. Also the towels and beds so dirty.. Really bad hotel

To be honest,August 16 - 18, 2021 ( 2 nights )This is our first time to book this hotel and it was recommended by our company. Me and my family friends were excited as we saw in the photos on their homepage it was pleasant in the eyesights.On the first day, we were not happy with the room ( 2 BR Apartment ) that was given to us, the sofa set were quite dirty and the aircon was leaking ( as advised by the technician, it was normal due to the weather ), the shower toilet sink was clogged.Secondly, we went to the reception to ask if we can transfer a good and nice room ( as per the reception, there’s no available [weekdays] on that day ) this is due to the malfunction of the electric door system.- No luck. Only available on the next day which is the Villas.On the Second day, we went to the beach ( it was far ) and lucky there was a free transport, but we decided to go the pool instead afterwards.Because we had a itinerary, on the same day we need to go back on our apartment.Unfortunately we were not able to open the door because the electric door was malfunctioning. It took like 1 hour to get in with the help of the reception/room service and the technician. ( But we were late to our itinerary due to the incident ). This was the time they offered to transfer room ( however we declined - it was our last day anyway ).On the last day, we took our breakfast, and it was good and staff were accommodating. ( we went again to the pool for the last time ).As a complimentary they provided free LUNCH! And the food was delicious!!! Heavenly sumptuous plus late check out.Still it was a nice but at the same time it was a stressful experience!Thank youCheers!John G.

Stayed in a 2 B/R apartment, Nice place and enjoyed the stay- will be back when weather cools- Upholstery needs a bit of attention. Priyank at the pool and Fais at the Reception were very hospitable.

Villas in the community of Jannah Ras Al Khaimah, a very beautiful place to spend the holiday, the villas with a private pool and there is a sea for the practice of several water activities, the prices are good, the location is excellent and easy to reach, highly recommended

Very convenient place to stay for one night. Clean room, comfortable bed. Very good and generous breakfast (although I wish they refill coffee). Nice Italian restaurant in 5 min drive.

I really enjoyed my 3 days break at Jannah Hotels & Resorts in Mina Al Arab. I had a little studio, with peace and quiet! Every morning wonderful seaview and breakfast! The pillows and bedding were soft and generally for the price was good value. Small kitchenette and bathroom, twins beds i pushed together and enjoyed it!The Sahara Cafe makes great breakfast and outside guests can also visit the place! Highly recommend!The only downside was…The room wasn’t clean, room service didn’t bother to come in 3 days, so I had no clean towels and bedding wasn’t changed! We rented the pool villa, when we first entered the villa it smelled like rotten eggs but we ignored it and decided to enjoy our time, however the floor was so sticky and not clean at all! We had no towels in the bathrooms so we had to order them! At nigh we couldn’t sleep because is was SO HOT from the AC it was not cooling! The experience was bad!

There is every thing you need there, free break fast every day a pool much bedrooms and a big living room to chill, a beach for u to walk and swim there and a kitchen with a maid bedrooms that has 2 bedrooms. But the only disadvantages is its little expensive

I just asked for covid test and they didnt help me, just if u stay and pay they will help, now i know that all customer of jannah get free covid test in al hamra, but that can use all visitors of ras al khaimahAnd they didnt tell me and no help

We had come for a Eid staycation and we had problems but all was sorted out as the staff was very cooperative and politeExcellent hospitality

I think its last time that i book in jannah, due to bad experiance i had, i booked through online and it takes me 40 min to confirm the room after i pay already and the staff was unwelcoming and she didnt tell me the hotel have system after 11am the card will not work i had really bad experince. Which make me feel sad that the service in jannah get bad. And am not recommending anyone to book.

Came all the way from Sharjah, planned for a staycation with my friends. When in arrival, I already had my booking ready from a guy in the reservation, I booked via phone call. On the phone call, we agreed on a price. Then, when I arrived the price suddenly doubled up and I wasted 2 hours of my time in the reception waiting for this problem to get fixed. At the end, the guy whom I booked with said that he didn’t agree on the price that HE GAVE ME!! and now I came back to sharjah an hour drive from the place. What a waste of time and petrol...

The worst hotel I ever leave. I stay for 21 Days, they clean the room only twice a week. Then on the 3rd floor Im staying smell garbage, every evening they cook to other rooms and you cannot stay on the room from the smell. The waiter every single day we went for breakfast (Alacarte breakfast) he didnt care if we were there he was doing other jobs and didnt come to order. The sanitizer put of elevator was only for looking they never had liquid inside.

Its more of an apartments rather than a resort. But still enjoyable for the calm location

I and my friends were planning to stay at one of the villas in janna. We already agreed to a price on the phone. However, when we arrived we were given a much higher price. What worsens the problem is that we weren’t the only ones having the issue. Other people left after getting different prices from what was agreed on previously. I came from Sharjah, and what I got was bad service and a waste of my time.

Cleanliness of the place was too bad!! We are fighting covid-19 and there last concern is the hygiene!! I have came before one month and gave them that comment.. this month i stayed again and its the same! Nothing changes. we need clean places to stay in not dirty. The service is to slow, whenever we call they don’t answer quickly and if they did the service is bad not satisfying.

The place is very clean and has comfort beds.I enjoyed my stay where the place was very quiet and the staff was great and helpful.The room is equipped with all required appliances so youll feel like home..The only thing that I didnt like was that the swimming pool is located opposite of the main building so you have to cross the street to reach there.In total it was pleasant stay.

They were trying to do the best but in general not bad hotel , we booked apartment for two rooms , There were many mistakes in paintings in Arabic, such as the attached pictures !!! I didn’t like The smell of corridors between the rooms. And breakfast is simple but good , no strong security for apartment I mean anyone can go up by lifts. The price is higher for apartment, clean apartment.... apartment by the Mina alarab. Free parking front or lower floor. I don’t think come back again with this apartment

I love this place, the rooms are very spacious, very quite and great for a weekends. Villas are incredible with private swimming pool and private beach super clean and amazing service.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms & staff are wonderful and friendly.The environment so warm and welcoming.. My Room was in a perfect location overview the seaAnything I asked from room service was solved within 5 mins. Good for weekend.

Gorgeous Resorts with exceptional staffI have been to many 5 star hotels in many countries but there are very few exceptional hotels that I had on my wish list to stay at, and Jannah Resorts is on the top of the list. The hotel is amazing start to finish. everybody is extremely kind, I would stay here again in a heart beat, it’s just spectacular.

Very disappointed with the experience - we reserved two villas with private pools - we received a very late check-in by the hotel and were given the keys around 7 pm because the villas were not clean and ready which was a waste of the value paid and a waste of the whole day - the hygiene of toilets and the swimming pool were horrible, they were full of insects and hair remaining - there was a gecko in the room which was so annoying. Lots of things to be improved so unfortunately currently i cant recommend the place - hope they can work on them very soon.

First of all misleading photos that showed a nice clean hotel, but it was frankly the opposite. stinky corridors, dangerous access to pool and dusty rooms. The only half decent thing was the service special mention to bell boy hussama. We cancelled our stay early due to the poor conditions

My husband and I have just returned from our second stay here. The hotel was just as wonderful, Well, we were fortunate enough to have a amazing sea view which in fifth floor,, a magnificent stay with Wonderful buffet breakfast. We can honestly say that we have never stayed in a more beautiful,or spacious hotel. The standards of service are second to none. Staff were uniformly kind and gracious

Nice place to stay

My wife and I visited the Jannah for a week and have just arrived home. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The hotel staff certainly know how to treat guests and that is true of every member of staff we encountered.All in all this hotel has delivered what we needed. Despite I booked the most expensive villa they have ... I had the worst service I ever had in my life. No confirmation email and no one answering my calls .. front desk Khadija was the worst experience with hotel front desk in my life. NOT recommended at all with this management... I booked sea view but I was put in a villa 2 km away from sea

The villa itself is good, but the facilities arent. The beach is not as described at all, and the pool is very small if you took the +3 bedroom villa.

My experience was very bad the tv was broken and as soon i told them they changed it the next morning they withdraw 1500 dhs from my account without consulting me also they did not refunded my 500 dhs insurance so totall 2000 dhs on tv that is not worth 500 dhs I told them the tv was already broken and due to the very late cheek in i discovered It late the the rooms was Full of cockroaches and they told us the cheek in was late due to cleaning

The service was so bad we stayed for 3 hours and then we got our villas we entered the villa and we saw cockroaches and ants in the bathroom weren’t enough towels scammers in the picture for the pool were fake the pool here was so small and had too much Chlorax and it wasn’t even deep my friend had very bad eyes after the pool becouse of the Clorox and also the beach was so dirty and too bad to swim also at night I was gonna sleep and I saw the blankets dirty it has yellow and red things stained on it I don’t recommond this hotel not a clean place. We stayed three days in a villa. The place is very beautiful and peaceful. We were almost only in the beach snd we liked it. The Villa was little bituntidy

Checked into a pleasant two bedroom apartment at this venue. Bedrooms are of a decent size, unit is self catering with a large lounge. Easy undercover parking available. Nice beach available not too far from the room. Only gripe I had was that the roon vould have been cleaner. We reported it though and it was resolved quickly.

Please do not go by the advertisement in the web site it is totally adverse to what you see in real, this place is in between apartment complex and they call this a beach resort which does not even have proper beach access, and to go to the pool you have to cross the road and yet you can enjoy only till 7Pm for males, to end up to do not book this place for a family outing at all l. This is not a place you will enjoy. The staffs are good and helpful, unfortunately the wrong place to enjoy with kids.

The hotel is correct, the room we got (a 2BR apartment) was big and nice. However, despite checking in late, we were denied late check out the morning after (only up until 12:30), which is something they should work on. It wasnt even on a weekend but on a workday so I dont really see the reason for not having a satisfied customer. I have stopped in hundreds of hotels and very rarely they deny a late checkout unless they are very busy. Not only happy with this, at 12:30 sharp they were ringing our room and knocking on our door to vacate the room... like, really?? Last but not least, they werent enough bath towels for all the occupants of the room, so I asked for some. It took a long time to get them and when we got them (after asking for them twice) they got us pool towels.This comes to say that a nice hotel (the facilities are pretty good) can turn a good experience into a bad experience thanks to small things like these.

Room is spacious, clean and property has play area and swimming pool. No compliments in room for tea/coffee. No items in mini bar. However enjoyed the stay.

One of the best in RAK. You can enjoy spending the weekends with your friends or even with family. The resort is using the club car to transfer the guest to there rooms. Staff is very friendly, cozy hotel, pools with amazing view. Also if you are with your family, you can book Villa with private pool. So you can have your private life with amazing view.

Not what I expected. They should not call this a resort...far from it!. Pool is across the street, meaning you have to walk outside the property and cross the road!. No restaurant, barely a lobby. The rooms are clean and quiet. It is perfect for people who are just looking for a place to crash. Not an ideal getaway at all.

We arrived at the resort, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team with a cold towel and arabic coffee . Our room was charming.The staff is there to make your vacation a great memorable one. If you want or need something be sure to ask. Ex: food to the room, extra this or that, off site location traveling to and from, we will definitely coming back there.

The lake is beautiful and a fun place to wander around and relax and the staff are friendy and helpful .I will be back again .

We had a great time, only has limited fastfood and restaurants around the area. But everything you need is available and is good for relaxation and vacation.

Well located with very courteous staff. Thr hotel lacks a gym but has a very big swimming pool. The room has good quality furnishing, and the place has a quiet and relaxing ambience to it.
