Not perfectly maintained but value-for-money remains OK fir a 3-star hotel.Basement parking available, however the breakfast is not buffet.You can use the Hilton beach for a 35 AED/time voucher (200m walking distance), an organized sandy beach (although the water in the summer is too warm and not so clean due to the shallow depth and the lack of recirculation.

Really lovely place for peace and fun. Beautiful rooms and lounge and dining areas with full kitchen facilities in the apartments. Swimming pools and sauna are perfect. Staff are so helpful. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

The whole place is clean and sanitized, hand sanitizers are available in the common areas, and the reception area is well-protected but still easy to make transactions. The rooms are spacious and clean, all the essentials were given.Mughal staffs are all very nice, they attended to our requests and went beyond in fact. Shady, the hotel manager, is very approachable and made sure were well taken care of during our entire stay. We booked a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom unit but Shady upgraded us and gave us a 3-bedroom unit so the entire family is together all throughout. It was a lovely weekend indeed! Highly recommended.

Well maintained hotel Apartments inclusive of all your daily amenities, including furnished spacious hall & kitchen; been a regular from 2015 and kudos to the team who has managed to keep the hotel with the same vibes despite of several management changes;And yes they spacious swimming pools with two small to cater to kids (one among them has Jacuzzi as well) and a restaurant serving daily buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Recommended of you are planning to visit with your family !!

A really good place to visit with family and friends. Feeling is like home. All required amenities are there , no hidden charges. Food is good. Staff and hotel management are very supportive, especially Mr. Shady. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean , well comfortable. We visited this place on 12 May 2021, we did booking instantly and received confirmation from hotel management without any hassle. Our stay from 12 to 13 till checkout was extremely awesome. We are planning to visit this place soon.

Wonderful ambience & newly constructed clean rooms.The suite had kitchenettes that were really useful. Great houseboat , good services and best host. We where family of 6 members ....Stayed at this houseboat it was home away from home yaseen our host was always there to help us with all our needs, it is diffucult with childerns as we had no problem because yaseen make us feel home. Houseboat for us was a different experience but over all it has been brilliant and value for money .. one should come and enjoy the true heritage of kashmir .. best boat in srinagar with lovely host. A peaceful area in the city. The hotel has all the basic amenities and you could even walk across the street to hilton to use their private beach and swimming pools.The staff was pleasant, and very cooperating.A must visit and a must try to get away from hustle of dubai.

The service provided by Abhilash,Joy and Maria was awesome. The food was delicious.Rating here is 5.However few services like the landline not being fixed upon asking the reception 3 times still no luck. Couldnt connect with the Restaurant & we had to keep visiting the reception for everything. No cobone voucher was matched, no discounts were provided.Hence the rating is 3.

Great retreat from the bustling streets of Dubai! Mr. Abilash, the front desk manager was very courteous and attended to our needs. Great breakfast, swimming pool was nice! Some housekeeping needs attention but when requested, attended promptly. Czech Pub next door has great food and drinks!

The stay could have been great but due to a few things it wasnt good or relaxing at all. The furniture mainly the sofa even the curtains were in very bad shape. A room booked with two kids and still they were not prepared for the bassinet or an extra mattress, the mattress we were provided was extremely thin and small. The room didnt seem to be cleaned properly after each clients stay.

If you are looking for a hotel out Dubai which is affordable , clean and quiet. This is the place i would highly recommend. The staffs were very accommodating and would really help you. Reception staff were great, thr one bedroom apartment was great, cleaning is not perfect but acceptable.. furniture maybe needs renewing or deep cleaning to sofa and rug as it has many stains. Visited Mughal Suites mid November with friends & the experience was so pleasant & overwhelming . Especially the manager, Mr.Abilash was very co-operative & took care of our stay to ensure we had a good time. The hotel is located just opposite the beach which makes it a perfect location & it has a lovely swimming pool to enjoy as well. The breakfast was also great & the chefs were also very kind . The place is very clean and tidy, the receptionists are also very friendly and the restaurant keeper and the lifeguard are really experienced, the rooms are beautiful and the washrooms are clean , the pool is always clean. Overall I loved the place.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel and services. The Maintanance was very poor and bathroom was flooded. The AC was cut off in the night and was extremely hotFurnitures were very old and dirty. They also promised breakfast buffet but there was no buffet. The menu stated freshly squeezed juices and they provided canned juice and not provided any choices as promised.The photos in the website was deceiving. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends

The place 🙋‍♂️ is excellent in terms of service and the staff is very cooperative and there is a supermarket with excellent prices. The swimming pool is clean, large and appropriate. There is an excellent small gym. The furniture is also good, but the most important problem with regard to the Wi-Fi is very weak and the private ket in the door has problems.i hope to solve this problems

Had my kids Birthday party here in October 2018. The staff and all management was very friendly and co operative. All our guests were very impressed and the food was very nice. I will recommend if any one wants to book them for private function go for it you will not regret it. Thanks.

Mughal suites is one of the best hotel to visit.

A resort with adept residential facilities for both long and short stays, spas, swimming pool and an anchor restaurant serving Arabic, Indian and Pakistani cuisines. Iftar Buffets are reasonably priced every season. Food variety is good, can do better on the taste feature. They also have a Shisha lounge with Snooker and Foosball options.

Amazing place and great ambience. It isnt too costly either. Location wise closer to the go around places and to the beach.In short a good place for a weekend getaway.Enjoyed.

Excellent place

Second star is only for the the front office lady and the sales manager. There is nothing great in the hotel .. Dinner served same as lunch. Lunch kept at 1 o clock is served till dinner.. no activities for children.. Jacuzzi pool was the only good thing to enjoy.Only the front desk and the security were very polite and helpful.The person who was near the dinner reception was was very annoying. I asked him for water after my dinner but he was more intrested to know my room number than to serve me water.No special experience but the rooms are clean and cozy.

Apart from the arrogant, rude, impatient and her take it or leave it attitude of a asian lady at the front desk, the stay was pleasant. This is not the kinda behavior we expect from a premium property.

We did not stay there. We went in to have lunch and it was one of the most disappointing meal we have ever had. We ordered a sea food platter with lobster. But when it was served there was no lobster in it. When we asked the chef he said the lobster takes time to be cooked..so he put in extra Salmon!! The platter was served after 45 minues. And the Salmon was not fresh at all....in fact it was smelling so bad that we couldnt eat. The service was pathetic as well..with the waiter not even coming near our table when he undrstood that there was a problem. Insread he send a person who could not speak any English. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Very poor and old

For the valentines day stay over the hotel put in alot of effort. It was personal and they added in alot of detail to make sure that the dat was special. Shadow who was the executive chef made us feel very welcome. Great atmosphere and would reccomend the value for money.

I stayed in this hotel for almost a week. The stay was excellent. Rooms are superb and provided with almost all the amenities like kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. Mr. Omar, Operations Manager of the hotel is a superb and friendly person. He took care of our requirements personally like a family member. Upon intemedating about wi-fi, he fixed it immediately. Thanks to him. Front desk Abhilash helped me to get the cabs well in time. Overall, it was fantabulous stay..!!

Thank you for the enjoyment you offered but we didnt get good service.. We were just late for 10 mins to take the breakfast which we paid but sadly they refused to serve us it is non refundable as well.. We requested also to use the pool late at night then the receptionist allowed us, she informed the management.. But after few minutes the security told us that the pool is closed that time and we should go back to our room.. The management should have good communication within your staff so that they are aware that your guest requested already.. Anyways still we enjoyed, thank you..

Ambience: Cosy, warm and welcoming! Very well furnished and neatly arranged.Our room- 1 bedroom suite- had all the necessary household appliances ranging from utensils to stove, fridge, microwave oven, complimentary tea & coffee sachets, mineral water, mini fridge, iron box & iron board; 2 wardrobes; e-safety locker; towels & basic toileteries. Loved the room- so cosy n warm.Service: was good. Staff from ALL depts were courteous and customer friendly.Hygiene: could improve- although the room looked clean- we had called the service boy to drain off excess water in the bathroom- so he came up n mopped it n used the same mop to clean up d hall.Food quality n quantity: We had a buffet breakfast- very few items- probably cuz it was off season.The foul medammes was not fresh.Price: for a 1B/R suite, worth it!One suggestion/ area of improvement-* the gym was not up to the standard- only 2 treadmills, 1 cycling machine, and few dumbells- max weight 20kgs. They need to install 1 or 2 basic machines, bench press, olympic bar etc

Its an amazing place as its quite and peaceful here, the rooms are amazing and staff is good (especially Jason the person on the reception and the manager) there was only one problem for me here that is the jacuzzi is not working rest everything is awesome here.
