Perfect place to hangout with family and friends, good view from rooms. We had requested for late check out they accepted without any additional charges. Location is near by to beach just give minutes drive. hotel had provided us saparate towels for beach. Cleaning boys are very polite and since, did their job greatly 😊. I saw that two times they are doing sanitisation of corridor. Feels like very safe and protective at this point. Gym is well equipped perfect condition. Nice bar and drinks are very low prices compared to all other places I have been in RAK. All drinks are 1+1 throughout the evening till late night.

The prices were a bit high compared to other better choices which were fully booked i guess bcoz of Eid high season,I have serious hygiene issues of this hotel , pics enclosed, the towels were used but folded to look like new , bathrooms were smelly pee smell which clearly indicates they were not cleaned, the floors were not wiped , surfaces were dusty.. our feet basically turned black due to the super dirty floors...It is worth mentioning that i was upgraded to room with kitchen which was closed bcoz it was under maintenanceI gave two stars just bcoz of rooms space and locationUpdate: hotel has contacted me and promised this wont be repeated and they deep cleaned the room. i updated to 3 stars and will see if they would improve their hygiene in future.

There is no toilet scrubber in the room, food is not diversed, every day boiled or scrumbled eggs, sausages, beans, bread, butter, thin lay of beef. Rooms are small, shower booth is small, no bassin, beach is far from the hotel. And once mask box was empty.

The Service was not good. Kept calling house keeping. But no answer. We need an extra blanket and water to make coffee. But nothing, no blanket and no water.

Very nice staff. The place seems like it is under construction still. Definitely has potential to be very nice. Our rooms were not very clean. One bathroom had pee all over the floor, our non-smoking room smelled like it was a smoking room and the sheets on one bed were stained. Overall, I would not stay here again, but as I said, I think they are still making improvements so keep that in mind.

We shifted to this hotel as our home renovation work was going on. We took an apartment with kitchen . The rooms are spacious and well maintained . The cleaning service is highly appreciated. The staffs also very friendly . Here we get better service at an affordable price .

Small, cosy and simple. Everything you need while on a short business trip. Friendly and attentive staff.Breakfast buffet with your usual options available; not too much but not too small either. Good value for the price. Great coffee thought.

Recommendable for stay.

We and many had a horrendous check-in and there was a massive overlook in terms of keeping the rooms ready. This could be due to the holiday season or lack of management skills. Either way, few people cancelled their reservations.The only reason for the 4 star were the rooms. They were spacious and more than what we paid for. The sports bar was a good touch as well.

Booked 2 apartments for a family holiday and they gave me rooms on opposite sides of the floor - not next to each-other even though I booked 4 weeks ahead... each apartment was for 4 people but had towels and shower soap for 2 people and no dental kits at all... I asked for a baby crib and they said it’s not available and gave me 2 blankets instead... the rooms didn’t have an iron included.... one star is too generous for such guest treatment

The staff is very nice i give them 5 stars, breakfast is okay nothing fancy.Rooms are kinda small with a small washroom.I think it is very good deal for its price. Location is good as it is close to the city, shops, restaurants like 5 minutes with a car.

Champs sports bar : A pretty quiet place to chill after a long day of work with friends or all by yourself. Billiards, darts and karaoke to kick it off. With a couple of different games being screened simeltinously. Friendly staff and not to forget the food 👍. Recommended

Clean and nice specially for big groups or families..1. But there are some hidden charges that you pay taxation cash over the counter?!2. Any extra pillows blankets and beds will be extra charge ?!!3. The thing is these charges are taken without any receipt ?!!But over all are nice to stay with close distance to a nice sandy beach..

Did Iftar gathering here last week for around 20 to 25 people, They got a perfect midsize hall which I was looking for. It was very nice event, very good food, decent hall with nice ambiance and reasonable rates for buffet. I will definitely recommend this.

Funny how you book a executive suite for 4 people and you find out there are charges for EMPTY GLASSES TO HAVE WATER. AED15 FOR A GLASS.When enquiring about the same,The attendees have a simple answer, can you not afford an empty glass when you can book such a Suite?Not So Impressed.

Hotel rooms are not that much good...most important the bathrooms are very small and too conjustad..food quality is not good..u will find only non veg and less number of menu.Location wise little outside the town so if u want to go around the town then someone has to walk almost 20 min. from hotel..I would like to rate this hotel with 2 stars only..

Its an bluff hotel. I booked for X price and at the counter they are asking for more amount than the booked amount in the guise of service charges. After all the quarrel and debate they accepted there mistake. At break fast they are showing one guest and that was also updated after all arguments. Bathroom only slim person can take bath. Looking to other options at the same price I will not all recommend this hotel. No vallet parking is available. Hence dont book this hotel

My stay here was satisfactory. Stood for three nights. Just expect everything for a three star rating because its a 3 star rated hotel.Reception was fine but receptionist asked me if I had any change since I gave a 100Dhm note for 30Dhm tourism tax for 3 days, which is not cool to ask in 5 star rated hotels but its ok, I didnt mind it. However, they forgot about my balance within the span of 5minutes while I went to the room to keep my luggage. They had to check the cctv footage , if I was already recieved the balance money or not. And obviously I didnt recieved. They apologized but still its a No No for any hotel considering it was just a 5 min gap I took keep my things in the room and return. And thats why 4 star rating from me.I really loved the gym. It was cozy. Again not a perfect gym. Drinking water kiosk was empty. And few other minor issues. I dont want to nitpick on everything.My room was ok. But the carpet had a lot of stains here and there. Bed sheet cover had a small shred.Breakfast was fine. Nothing extraordinary , just enough options.I personally doesnt care about the most things I mentioned above. But some people find this unacceptable.For what I paid it was all worth for me.

Nice comfy rooms. Flamingo rooms are best. Its like a double bedroom flat with a big hall. Food is good along with parking facilities. There are grocery stores near by for any quick purchases.Dont include breakfast in your bookings, since its cosltlier if you prebook. They have coupons which costs less if purchased directly from the reception. You can check the menu on the morning and decide if u would like to purchase or not.Thirsdays and Fridays are peak timings where rooms availability on time is difficult.Polite and obedient staff.

1. Receptionist farida was bit arrogant and welcomed us the way one welcomes his or her In- laws. There is nobody to guide you to your room and carry the luggage upto the room during check in/ out.2. Lobby passage is not clean and clear; unnecessary items like chairs and other items are stored in the passage.3. Dont ever book half board or full board option. only four items are offered for lunch and dinner. Be prepared to eat same items in lunch and dinner as menu is same for lunch and dinner.4. This one star I gave for the tasty dinner prepared by Master chef Manoj; who was very polite and friendly so was the other staff of the restaurant.

Very affordable, rooms are well furnised -- much better than many 4* hotel rooms ive been in. They have a small bar/restaurant downstairs and gym in the mezzanine. Food and service is average, staff are friendly. I like the place its a vrry comfortable place to stay for a few days or live in short term!!!

Clean new hotel but too noisy to sleep. No recommendation.We booked for 2 nights, but left after 1. We couldnt sleep during the night due to very noisy A/C on the corridor. A/C in the room is even louder however can be turned off. Windows are not sound proof, some people outside listened to loud music. They also vacuum cleaned around midnight and people screamed on the corridors.
