Lovely peaceful Hotel. Clean and beautiful rooms with balconies. It has a swimming pool, albeit a bit small. The walk outside the hotel is perfect; all along the Mangrove with great food places and coffee shops. We always enjoy our stay at the Mangrove. We even had two upgrades. The manager and staff are great.The beaches are five minutes drive away. Clean, quiet and soft sand. Enjoy your breakfast on the beach. Enjoy.

The most over rated hotel i have ever stayed in. Our room was booked for a mangrove view with a balcony. (According to the pictures on the website) he room they showed us that is overlooking the mangrove is facing a ungly/dirty buldings ac. There is NO mangrove view. They gave us an upgrade to a bigger room that has a horrible view of the ocean, but with no amenities. No towels and a TV with a remote that doesnt work. Overlooking the dirty area downstairs, makes for a disgusting view. Waiting 1 1/2 hours for a below average meal is extremely unreasonable. Even after calling the waiter for an update, was a long process. Drinks from a can took them an hour to deliver. Pool area is at own risk. Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day, but I would not even feed this meal to a starving person. They do not adhere to any Covid regulations - not staff around to assit with breakfast everybody just helping themselves. The hotels service is very poor.Overall, I have had better experience staying in a 1 star hotel, so I feel they need to create a special star rating for this hotel. To say we were disappointed is putting it mildly.

The worst hotelbelow issues .1 . price difference in booking 420 AED with upgrade on the hotel charged me 490 AED2. no towel at all . i have to use the toilet paper to get dry . reception zero help3. not usable bad . i had to sleep on the small sofa .4 . the worst reception ever . they gave me zero affort to help me5. they tried to bribe me to be quiet about my experiences like they tried to offer me free food just to not complainI lost money on this trip. I didnt enjoy it at all

Felt my self in a bank not in Hotel, when I renew they started to call and disturb you so many times, the cleaning is bad and the smell of the rooms not very well specially the cabinets, and the staff not so good

I havent stayed the night here but Ive frequented the corner cafe and other facilities. The food and drinks are good but the reason I gave 5 stars is because of the staff. They excellent servers and very friendly people.

Two single beds were given in upgraded rooms for couple. Looked old and dirty. Also spotted a worm on bed. The view was good though.

As for as customers concerned WiFi connection is most important and in this hotel WiFi connection is good only to employees here ........very bad experience in staying this hotel....not recommending ...

On the Mangrove front of RAK corniche. Very friendly , efficient and polite staff. Rooms clean. Restaurant small but good. Decent breakfast options. Less dedicated parking places. So you have to park on the adjacent public parking lots. A small swimming pool on M1 floor, with a kid pool.

A place where you find beauty everywhere. It’s also famous for foods and tourists area. A people come from dubai, sharjah, Abu Dhabi to visit and specially see RAK Corniche. I suggest you to look and visit.

Amazing staff and greetings from staff very politely. Sofia FO supervisor, she is very much appreciated while I need the wifi password and help me to do it. Hotel atmosphere very nice over 10 I rate it 6/10 because of some working is on progress here.

Great services, nice and friendly staff. They have a large list of great food that you can eat at their dinning area or they bring it to your room. They also have a large gym.

There is a humidity problem which made the bed in my room damp at night. It took a couple of days and some complaining for the staff to understand the problem, which they initially tried to address with a complimentary cake and fruit basket. But ultimately housekeeping took the trouble to work it out with a new duvet and sheets, and a thorough wiping down of the bathroom. Other things about the hotel are good: the breakfast buffet, view of the lagoon, a decent gym and pool, and minibus service to the beach. The staff are good-hearted.

Great hospitality of reception staff but...Although Suites are huge they are not clean and the old carpet of the rooms and floor is smelly. Owners/management should take care of this facility and at least renew the full hotel carpet or change it to ceramic/parquet, otherwise many customers will never come back.

Olivia resturant offers Iftar buffet with different varieties which includes Arabic, Continental & Indian cousins. Prices were very reasonable and there event manager Mr Kyani was very humble and helpful. Please don’t forget to make advance booking because through out Ramadan they are almost full. (MFA)

Its ideally a 3 star hotel. Bfast in the morning was quite ok. But would like to highlight that the staff are very good.

It was an OK place to just stay the night. Room service was absolute garbage. They didn’t bother to bring anything that we requested. Friendly staff- Yes, but being friendly and not providing a good service isn’t gonna help.If you’re looking for a pocket friendly place to crash for the night then go for it.

A really comfortable stay. Great location down on the Corniche, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Only minor issue - parkings a challenge, but theyve got a guy who will park your car- somewhere.

Very good hotel

Price is suitable, staff are very polite. Good hospitality and Rooms are average but clean.Downsides are: rooms needs more lights as it is really dark, the toilet pipe was leaking and road noise sound can be heard although i was in the 8th floor.

[Edit] I changed my rating to 2 stars from 1, only because the employees are nice and friendly.Cant say much about the facilities the hotel offers since I was discouraged to try any of them after the experience I had in the Suite we booked. For a 4 stars hotel, hygiene is a big issue. The water in the shower, and on the sink is weak. Everything was dirty when we arrived. Dust everywhere. The carpets are stained. Pieces of the bathroom ceiling fell. The light was so dim, we couldnt see whats inside our suitcases. When we went to bed, the covers were itchy and had holes in them.Next day when we opened the microwave, it was a horror show and smelled horribly. The bath tub was covered with hair. The spot light above the bathroom door dripped water. The closet smelled weird.The place urgently needs renovation.PS: the internet connection is unstable and not everything is accessible online. Not because of the government ban. I can access those sites anywhere else in the UAE.

Very poor service. Staff doesnt have a clue how to treat a customer. Extremely ignorant and rude staff. The whole hotel is over all old and smelly rooms. Very old and dirty structure will never recommend anyone to visit. My worst ever experience in UAE hotels. I wish I could make and official complaint about the staff to the owner of this hotel or someone sensible enough who can handle complaints and resolve the issues.

One of the best hotels at RAK with nicely cleaned, spacious rooms and the hotel is facing the creek so can go out for walk at evening!! Hotel restaurants were not that amazing though but you can find nice restaurants around

They gave me smoking room although they know that I have infant, and the baby cote was broken and so dirty, I asked for blanket to put in the baby cot they charged money, no sleeper in the room.. what else you need to know..!

Large rooms. Good food.Bad room lighting, some lights were off, the internet was down because of faulty ethernet cable. The internet got fixed but the lighting is not.I had some issues with the reception staff.

Very dirty hotel, as you can see from the photos, the carpets in the corridors are dirty, the toilet carpet is dirty, the corridor’s roof is leaking water.Also the staff members aren’t friendly at all.When we reached to the hotel room, there was hair on the pillow, we asked them to replace it politely, the guy told us give it to me and use the other pillows.

I feel tiered and you looking for a rest you just reach the place you will have nice and quite night in the middle of ras alkyamh city almost in the city center with the location on the Cornish tens of cafes there and you got really good food near by with reasonable price or if you got bored you can walk around on Cornish and the price for hotel is fairly good 400-+ and the closeness is good and service is fair
