Much could and needs to be improved from customer service to food quality to refurbishing and rennovations...Really awesome location regret that not much attention is given to this prestigious and renowned hotel...Hope that steps could be taken in this regards..

I only had open buffet there and the food was good

Old but good. As per my booking it was sea view, but I got boring road view.

Nice Hotel in Ras Al khaimah. Situated near the corniche of RAS al Khaimah. The Location is good and very spacious. We get the view of Corniche and UAE flag some rooms. Staff is good and cooperative. Amenities includes Gym, Swimmig pool, Spa and Outdoor Gardens. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Complementary breakfast is also nice. Some restaurants and Super markets are available nearby for Shopping.

Very nice service cool hotel- Reception staff Snuha cooperative friendly - except sauna was not working on my stay. Rather than that it was nice stay.

1st time experience to stay at rak hotel just for having a room that smells like cigar (we have a 1yo child), pillows that smells like sweaty guy, a pillow/blanket that smells like CK perfume. And we are requesting if we can stay until 1pm coz my baby is still sleeping, and the fact that we checked in at 4pm but they just stayed u til 12pm. Btw, we spend 700aed+ for this incredible hotel 🤔

I visited last week in RAK hotel.. Amazing room.. Nice service entering onwards looks pleasant and nice.. i wish to visit again in RAK hotel bcz that room gave me nice impression.. Smell and the Lights are most concerned parts.. I recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in near to khuzam area..

A lively and economical place for families in Ras Al khaimah. Good food and nice ambiance.

Saqr Hall, lovely wedding hall with best staff, excellent quality and wonderful service and top of it very helpful staff.Food was also absolutely delicious.

This hotel have a spacious parking and a very wide ballroom hall for all occasions.

You will enjoy this old but nicely renovated hotel ( most probably oldest hotel in RAK) and its sport facilities over the hill with a high view to RAK.

The location is amazing, everything at close proximity. I like the rooms , for rhe price we pay, its spacious and clean. Its actually the staff that makes the difference. Special thanks to Sneha for taking care of us and I must say that she is an asset to this property. We will definitely come back :)

One of the very few place for buffet at RAK. Comparatively cheap in price. But very limited selections are there. 2types of rice, 2 chicken items, 1 fish item, 1 pasta only as main dish. However the food quality was not too bad. But the price of coke was incredible. 1 200ml coke/ Sprite costs 14 AED which is really unrealistic even it is imported from the other corner of the world.

The hotel is very old however the management has maintained it well, the swimming pool and other outdoor facilities are maintained well, the biggest bad for me would be the food at buffet

Location - Good, Food - Worst, Stay - Comfortable, Activities - Limited, Value for Money - Average...Thanks to Ms. Doleta, Front-office receptionist, is very polite, helpful, particular in her work and treats guests quiet well...Reservation Desk was helpful too..Breakfast wasnt upto the standard. Very less options and tasteless so not recommended at all.Room was very neat and clean...👍including the lobby and building.Check-in / Check-out was quick as didnt had to wait long...For a King-size bed, they had joined 2 Single Beds which was annoying.NYE was made entertaining with live DJ, Tanura and Fire Show which were entertaining too. Considering the COVID-19 times, NYE Gala Dinner - should have been served by Hotel staffs...Facilities like Pool side area and Play area can be be made more happening and lively with music and other activities!The Bell boy was too courteous and always ready to help with the luggage.Fire exit was untidy and needs to be looked at. Lift can be bigger as its too small to fit only 2 persons.

One of the oldest but cleanly maintained like a new hotel. It is built on top of a small mountain so we can watch the city landscape from the hotel in a great way. I have visited this hotel.for a birthday party so not sure about the rooms however the lobby, ball.rooms are all great. Food is good.

Positive: We got an upgrade to a room that recently got renewed and they were still getting feedback. We only can say that the room its amazing! spacious, a lot of light, wc with everything, comfortable, it was really good. we compared with the other rooms and we like this one way better.. Negative: just in wc inside of the shower you dont have a place to put the shower gel and shampoo..

I went for the pool with husband and baby whos a year old. For adults charges are 50aed/person for the whole day. My baby was not charged. The kids pool for 1ft which is also very less for my 1 yr old who likes to walk in the pool and the adult pool is very deep for kids. So Id say its only for the adults. Kids cant really enjoy if they dont know how to swim.They have bbq and some refreshments also, gym and sauna.The manager told us for couple per month it would charge us 390 vat included. And for couple with 2 big kids its would 550aed.

A reasonable place to stay when in ras al khaimah . Had stayed there for my birthday with my family and had good time. Specially my daughter enjoyed the swimming pool . The hotel have a squash court and also a kids play area which attracted my 3 year old.

Nice place to hangout with friends and family. Neatly maintained pool, garden, play area, etc. Buffet got plenty of options, mainly deserts.. An amazing SPA..

We had arranged our daughters first birthday party at Awtar Hall of this hotel. The party went really well, food was amazing and very friendly , supportive and kind staff helped us patiently till the end if the party. We were very happy with the outcome

The hotel is OK, but not a great place. I stayed one night only. It is a bit old and in need of refurbishment. I ordered room service and the burger & fries was adequate. The general amenities in the room was all there. The air con was very noisy.

Lovely hotel with very lovely staff

The location is great! There is a mall nearby, salons, restaurants.. anything you need just about a block away! It has a lake view, very eye catching. There is an adult pool alongside a kids pool. next to it is playground for kids. The hotel itself offers many restaurants but they close around 1AM. You can also enjoy a gym when you stay at the hotel. The hotel is not noisy nor is the street. The windows have safety measures which is good if you have children; you can crack open the window to a certain extent not fully. The staff are very friendly and finish paperwork quickly.

Its decent enough if you have no where else to go but otherwise, its a horrible hotel. Smells of cigarettes the moment you enter it. Also, when we arrived, there was no one to pick up our luggage at the door. Furthermore, the non-Arabic staff were rude and annoying. Good thing the Arabic receptionists who work there were kind enough. The furniture is old, the food is not that good, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is boring. The hotel staff was kind and willing to accommodate. The hotel is a bit older than I expected, but it worked since this was a business trip paid by others. Be wary of the stong smell of cigarettes that were in two of the rooms I was placed in until room three was finally found.

Great location but average food, room was smelly, shower water ran very slow and unfit for tall persons. There is a jacuzzi tub but doesnt work and I wish the reception staff told me about it. All these despite getting an upgraded executive suite which was offered at the time of check-in for extra charge. We could have just settled for a smaller room which we had booked earlier.The 2 elevators are tiny and dingy, in the night there was a very loud music played in the vicinity and it was really difficult to get a decent sleep.Swimming pool is okay and restaurant is slightly pricey for the kind of food available.Hotel staff were courteous and helped me replace lost key without any questions asked.Overall experience was not great but not bad either.

Honestly the mattress was very old we could feel the springs as we stayed there only for a night we checked in at 8 ,to just sleep but whole night we didnt sleep as it was so painfull to sleep on that bed,moreover the music was very loud till 12 that was annoying , kids very playing and shouting in the corridors .otherwise staff is good specially the guy who opens the door and drop your things and guide you he was African I guess he was efficient.

2nd time in the hotel.. The hall still stinks but better than the 1st stay.. Bfast food s good overall. Ul enjoy their restaurant..
