I was there last month, part from the breakfast that needs improvement the rest was really good. Fresh and new, the swimming pool was crowded but still had sun for along time during the day, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. You need to emphasis on the mask though as most of the people there were not wearing one despite the staff providing.

First time staying at this property. It’s new. Overall, my family and I had a good time. It’s price was also fair given the location and ample space of a private Beach. However, a few points to note as the following:-1. Lack of bath towels perhaps due to overwhelming capacity2. Menu at breakfast quite boring or perhaps it’s basic which actually meets the nutrition requirement3. Absence of qtips, nail filer, basic self care items in the bathroom.4. Relaxed and carefree environment a plus.5. Ample Pool and beach area with sea activities.6. Breakfast area large enough to accommodate large groups of holiday makers.7. Lounge area/checking in area large enough to accommodate busy period. Even with social distancing in place it offers ample space.

Just checked out yesterday after staying there for 3 days. It was an amazing experience right from the time we checked. Thalia at the reception was among the best of receptionist Ive come across. Friendly, calm and composed...and did everything smoothly and efficiently. The two ladies at the childrens hub were the sweetest. Rooms were pretty neat and the view of the Arabian sea was breathtakingly beautiful. Heres a little secret... The non beach view rooms get you the view of the sea and the horizon!! and you pay lesser. The beach view rooms gets u the beach view alright and the pool view, but not the horizon, because being an island the horizon is on the other side. Breakfast was good... Hiltons...so yes...great spread. Chef Kamal was made sure everyone enjoyed breakfast. Room service was good. Pool was crowded though and need more control...considering theres a pandemic out there. Overall, being a relatively new hotel, it was quite an eye catcher from the moment you walk in. A pleasant Hilton experience. Recommended.

The ambience of this property is good but overall it was not satisfactory because of following:- Very inconvenient timings for swimming pool 10am to 6pm. Check-in time being 3pm, pool closing time at 6pm is literally waste.- Selection of restaurants is not encouraging. Hardly any Indian Cuisine. We had to order lunch and dinner from outside.- Room sizes are too small- We found Room Service to be very slow- Pathetic room entry doors; very hard to open and close; struggled every timeWith all above, it was not a very good experience.- Prabal

The stay at the hotel is comfortable, the staff at the reception is courteous , but be alert with your luggage and doubly check that it reaches at your room and tags are ok as in my case it took a while for it to reach, but staff was courteous in searching out but you have to reach for them. breakfast is continental pool is good and beach is fine a long beach with lots of umbrella. the staff at the pool is courteous but you have to be in your swim gears or rightly you wont be allowed in. It worth the money , staff is usually there to help you out for any discomfort. SLIDE DOOR at the washroom has to be perfect as kids and elderly would find it difficult to manage it. Overall beautiful location nice food good staff awaits your presence.

Hampton was a good stay for us. They ensured the cleanliness and restaurant staff were cautious about the crowd. They did not allow guests to serve themselves ...they were the one handling food in most of the counters ....they follow hygiene strictly ....sea view rooms were another plus point. Its a good choice to unwind....

The pool is tiny for the amount of people staying at the hotel - and with 40-50 degree heat, there isn’t much to do other than swimming. It was extremely loud and crowded at the pool all the time, with kids shouting, so many people jumping/trying to dive, inflatable toys and kids playing with balls in the pool. Showers were pretty much hidden behind the pool and unfortunately no one was taking showers as no one could see where the showers were.Breakfast was good. However it was disappointing that Claw Restaurant didn’t have any discount for Hilton Honors even though they advertised they were part of Hilton. It was also extremely hard finding the restaurant from the hotel as there were no signs leading to the restaurant.A valet misplaced our car keys and the staff had to look at CCTV to locate where it was. This took about 15 minutes. We decided to park in the garage ourselves after this incident. However, there are absolutely no signs showing visitors how to get back to the hotel from the garage.Staff was lovely though!

It was an excellent stay with a pleasant environment and great view to watch from the room. We had extreme fun through out out outing and also the staff is very friendly especially Bhagyashree who was very helpful with her gentle gesture.I would definitely recommend this property to my friends!!

Why was it good?The staff! So so incredibly polite, thoughtful and nothing is ever too much to ask. A massive thank you to the hotel porters/concierge. The men who park your car for you and take your bags, luggage up for you if need be. They work hard and take pride in their job The housekeepers are so sweet too. They are always smiling and ever so polite. They really do work so hard but never fail to greet you as you walk past. The staff at the restaurant!. Helpful, hard working, respectful and are always there if you need something. You ask for something, they dont wait around. They will help you on the spot.Breakfast! Is wow!. So much variety and flavours. Nutritious and tasty. Try their fresh waffles, its splendid The restaurant is so clean and tidy. The staff work hard and work fast. They make you feel very welcome indeed.Kids Club. Fantastic ladies work there.So patient with the children and ever so caring.Rooms are clean, has everything you need. Shower is lovely.The pools are great. Staff always on standby its clean and was so much fun. My kids loved it.Gym, fantastic. Always has someone cleaning equipment too.What was bad about it?Considering it is a brand new hotel, our toilet seats had permanent urine stains on them.Nothing much was done when we informed staff. Housekeeping came twice a week but I doubt a bottle of bleach would take that off.Our balcony door didnt lock. Staff had to come up twice to get it fixed. Worked the second time.A big thank you to Stephanie at reception and Ravel (spelling may be wrong) at the front doors. A credit to the hotel.Would I stay again?. YES. The staff are just amazing..

We absolutely loved the entire experience we had at Hamton Hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant and the scents and aroma of the whole serene environment. We also enjoyed the frozen mango made by our kabayan F&B named Rochelle. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. We’ll definitely come back here soon.

So nice and clean hotel, staff very friendly. There is facility for kids ( kids playing room, kids swimming pool etc.). Breakfast was nice, all food fresh and well cooked, thanks to chef Kamal. Hope to come back again there.

We stayed for 2 nights. The infinity pool is excellent. The food and ambience at The Claw BBQ restaurant was great. A lot of water sport activities to enjoy. Perfect for a family staycation. The breakfast buffet was marvellous with a wide range of choices. The staff is very friendly. Overall a very good hotel.Note to the management:- Please depute a person of authority (if possible Arabic nationality) at the poolside to ensure people follow pool etiquettes and rules. The attendants / lifeguards are doing a very good job but (at times) are not taken too seriously. Secondly, the steel slot to slide open the bathroom door was very sharp and might injure guests fingers. Do polish the edges or at least put a Caution sticker. Thank you.

Upon checking in, there was a rude manager on duty. It was a very slow check in. The staff was courteous, though inexperienced. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. What we liked the best is Claw barbecue bar and restaurant inside the hotel.

10 days business and family stay here before taking off to UK. This Hotel is like one and a half hour from AD and hardly 45 minutes from DXB. Booked it 1 month heads up to find out that there is no way to reach anyone at the hotel by email or using the web login or even the App. ON ARRIVAL, it was not a busy day, yet it took 4 hours to check in, I was asked to pay in full by (Staff: Insta), thou I repeatedly said I am a member, with no use, paid the amount and left the hotel to nearby mall. Came back at 4:30Pm and the room was yet not ready till 5:30PM. Boring lobby and poorly decorated many dirty and wet sofa and mixed up with all types of people. As soon as you enter the room I was turned off by the poor quality of the furniture mixed with bit modern, Washroom okay size, not fully equipped, but clean and with broken door lock, I reported the broken things so I won’t be blamed for it at the check-out and I urge everyone to do so to avoid big problems. Room service staff are not well trained to understand English even how to deal with Arabs as I see mostly from Indonesia & Nepal, need to call and keep following up with your requests again and again, btw, different staffing give you dissimilar answers and they do lie and blame each other. We were totally ignored the last 3 days on the room cleaning, needs and supplies. I caught the rooms service lady, young, tiny Indonesian female (Lina) going through my things, when asked her she Ran out from the room claiming she forgot something, she did the same things after 2 days. Also, I caught her using the fresh towels to wipe the washroom Glass, sink and counters and put them back for our use, when I asked her change the towels, she just said I don’t have enough and this carried for the rest of the stay, again I caught her mixing water in the shampoo, bodywash and the conditioner we really treated her very well and tipped her in return this is what we’ve got. we enjoyed the types of Pools, singles, couples, families and kids all over. The Pool team actually keep checking the water quality, which gives a peace of mind. The pool towels were very fresh and clean better than the room ones. I strongly support self-parking and give the choice for others to avail the free Valet parking at the hotel. The Diner: its one of my favorite ones and its called “Flavors” , sadly it was very disappointing @ Hampton with all unskilled, hot-tempered, moody staffing from Nepal, and Indonesia. breakfast, lunch and buffet were on buffet style served by the staff, but they are unable to control the flow of customers, furthermore it was the same food every day. Few fellow families & I filled a case against (Kadec), she was rude and unprofessional with almost everybody, thus we decided to take it further. The Diner Supervisor also was not helpful at all, as I see, he avoids the customers, never smile, never greet, the same with his assistant (Den)

Excellent staycation experience even during holiday season. Hampton by Hilton is a new hotel (2020) and has quite modern look and facilities to go with it. The buffet breakfast spread was a refreshing experience at Flavors. Claws, a sports bar, gives a very vibrant ambience with pool table, basketball hooping game, Jinga blocks and most interesting was the mechanical rodeo . The swimming pool is great but a bit small for peak seasons. The beach is quite clean and there are lots of water sports to indulge in.

Hotel is brand new and quite a few things reflect this as well both good and bad, bad things is inexperienced staff but very friendly.Rooms are nice however terraces should have been cleaned specially on the glass fences.Main restaurant is neat but very impersonal as well as the food, quite boring and not to many choices on a buffet.Specially impersonal is the lights that was not possible to in the restaurant and connected bar, daylight lights during full evening and very cold(strong ac).Pool was nice and beach as well.Had the all-inclusive package, not impressed and also worth mentioning that the package is from 12:00 to 24:00 only and drinking package was poor. Even for kids the package opened at 12:00 so from morning in pool or beach is was only water available, and a bit surprised that a simple thing as a ice cream scoop was not included in the all-inclusive package.Waited 15-20 min for car when checking out…I’m a Hilton Rewards Gold member and did expect more but ok…Overall, hotel was good and staff was friendly so the stay was ok

Could have been better, alot of disturbances and had to change rooms twice. Staff is good and hardworking but I guess they have too much work so unable to meet the requirements in a timely way. Alarms kept going off and random people came to our room to check-in also. Some other rooms kids woke us up too by banging on our doors ..had a much better stay at double tree and Hilton beach resort ..breakfast was good .chef Kamal checked on us too..tried to extend our stay but was put on hold then got hung up on by the reservations team. AC was working in one room so midnight we had to shift rooms and first room we had too many sounds..Staff was always helpful and tried to make us comfortable but overall could have been a much better experience

The property itself is good - with good sea view. The problem is with hygiene. We got a towel which had a big strand of hair on it which implies that the towel was not properly cleaned after it was last used. This would have been totally unacceptable in the best of times but during Covid, totally unacceptable. They really need to work on hygiene. We were told that this was because they are short staffed as this is a new property and that is unacceptable as well. If they do not have the required staff they should not open their doors to the public.

Ohhh yes! We personally love our stay here! Out of all the resorts and hotels that I’ve been too this one stand out the most.First thing- SERVICE- all team members are so polite and humble, smily faces everywhere.Ambiance amazing! From the first time we walk-in the room it was like wow! The curtains, paddles, equipments, and the view omg! The lobby its so spacious and comfortable sofas, the big screen like cinema the pool the beach just wow!The breakfast was exceptional!We will definitely comeback in the worlds largest Hampton hotel!

Beautiful new hotel, extremely good and friendly team.Still needs few points to improve:- more restaurants and cafes .- strict rules in swimming pool (as saw very few guys swimming with T-shirts on, kids not attended by adults and slightly bullying other kids).- room floor could be cleaned / mopped better at check-in- more sanitizers during buffet breakfast.Food prices are a bit expensive.But speaking about positive points:- Very new hotel and nice rooms with view.- Great team and very friendly.- great Kids Hub ! Stayed here for two nights with my friends. The rooms are small and although the hotel is fairly new the wall painting has already started to chip off. While I was there the cleaners came to clean our rooms and it was done poorly.Another issue that bothered us was the water (al ain) 500 ml costs 15 dirhams?!! I visited 5 star hotels and have never been charged as much in a hotel lounge!

The Overall rating is a 10, but there were few issues that dropped my expectations.Reservation - My booking was done almost a week before my stay and I had made clear instructions on the 5 room booking being on the same floor and ready for us.Yet when the group reached the hotel, apart for one room being ready the rest of the rooms were not. And the duration took almost 2 hours for us to have the rooms ready.I would like to thank Abid, for providing a complimentary coffee/tea upon request after i requested to speak to the manager at the front desk.The reception desk staff were kind and were very patient with us, even though we were getting hyper and the kids were losing out on their pool time. On Saturday (check-in day) we lost the opportunity to have the pool and that broke the kids heart. We used the pool on Sunday and we checked out on Monday. The purpose was to enjoy in the pool and kids were looking forward to doing so. That was not a holiday that we wanted for the kids especially knowing we have not had a holiday due to covid.Pool - The overall experience was nice, but had issues with the life guard. There were other customers jumping into the pool, looking into that our kids wanted to jump into the pool too. Doing so, the life guard shouted telling our kids not to do so. My questions, is why only us and not for others. Be consistent with the rules.I still do not understand why the pool timings are till 7. Other hotels have the pool timings till 9 with life guards available and bright lighting on pool. It will help bring the atmosphere of a holiday and drinks to life. You would need to improve on that. It is the summer period, the pool should be open till 9 (knowing the Hilton reputation is to serve with a first class service).Breakfast Buffet - I give it a 10/10. Superb hospitality, superb menu and superb staff. The rotation of service was brilliantly executed. Chef Kamil, has done a fantastic work on the menu. The only issue i had was with one of the waiter, who stopped the kids to take an apple out of the restaurant with the thought of eating as they go to their room.There were two guest who had an argument at the restaurant and there were no security to handle the guest and it disturbed the ambiance of our morning breakfast.Room Service - very well handled and executedAnita, who was an amazing hospitality service provider, cleaning our rooms, giving her million dollar smile that lighted up the room. She is a true representor of humbleness, hospitality, customer service and life.Fire alarm - There was a fire alarm on Sunday, where all of us had to use the steps and due to the dampness the floors were wet and that was a safety issue. There were no announcement whether to evacuate or not no guidance and provide information as to how long it would take.Our Group including myself, thank the Hampton for their service. But the holiday was not up to our expectation. However, the staff is what i would come back for.Looking forward for an update on my finding.

We love to stay Hilton but Hampton Hilton, Marjan Island was the worst ever weve been stayed. We check-in to the reception after long line for about 25 minutes, booked for 2 rooms but only 1 room is available then they said we have to wait for the 2nd room for an half hour. We called them to remind again about our 2nd room because were wasting our time waiting & we want to change our clothes to swim then the reception said you can go down theres available area for changing, thats was so very uncomfortable way to say us because its not our fault we came before our check-in but then they gave us the 2nd room for 2 & half hour. We ask for late check out since they gave us very late for the 2nd room but sad to say they didnt allow us to stay more. About them breakfast was amazing and staff are very accommodating and the food was so great. We didnt enjoy our swimming because their are so many people swimming in the pool & they have only one pool that so crowded though they have beach but the water is very bad smell so we didnt go swim at all. So until we check-out weve wait for 45 minutes to take our luggage. For short very bad services to the receptions and managers that they didnt do anything very unprofessional, It was suppose to be a happy birthday because we usually celebrate it on any hilton but then the only thing we like was our breakfast and them good service thanks Chef Kamal for your good service to all.

Good b-coz the hotel is niceand reception area is huge and have a playground for babies inside the hotel.But the only reason we cancel our additional 2 nights extension b-coz of the alarm every night the alarm is working at 12mn to 1am and my baby sleep is disturbed and b-cozof that i end up without sleeping also.Snd tghe room service is very slow and thhey are not cleaning well the room even the glass we drink coffee they are not washing and when thhey tookthe towel for washing they not returning bback u have to call them to give u towel but it tooks30 mins stillno one come to give u a towel u need to call again and to fight!The hotel is very nice andbreakfast is soo good, but the i guess only thhe management is a problem i gfuess u have to change the management in order to not damage the image of the hotel.

August 11, checked in with friends. It’s unbelievable that the line was so lonnnngggg. No covid protocols. Check in is 3pm but got our rooms by 5:30pm. Terrible! There’s only one pool which is very crowded like a can of sardines. In the beach, the water is nasty. If you scoop up the sand, it is black and looks like out of sewage with very nasty smell. Staff and services are terrible! Imagine getting your room late which is the hotel’s fault but they can’t honor your late check out request? Then only at the check out where all your bags are in the car and you are ready to go, that time they will tell you that you can stay until 4pm. Where’s the hospitality? We are to celebrate our friend’s birthday but our friend got upset and was not happy at all. It is supposed to be a special day but it turned to be worsssst dayyy ever.The only good thing here is the breakfast in which Chef Kamal made sure the food is fine. All managers should do as what the chef does and ask each and every guest if everything is fine. But it’s okay, we will never ever gonna come back.

We are newly married and we found the resturant capacity for the guest very poor... Many people were there that we couldnt enjoy the beach neither the pool... The room lack the basic needs.. They only fill the soap... Conditinar in small tanks for for other needs we couldnt find them. It was supposed to be a fun, relaxing unforgettable day.. But unfortunately we couldnt enjoy it a bit.

Sorry this review is coming so late after my stay. So I was so impressed when I stepped a foot at this Hampton. It looked so luxurious, I was surprised. It opened a few days before our visit so there were some construction going on but we were unbothered about it. The location of this hotel make it a wonderful gateway. Staff like Abid and Elenora were so welcoming. Abid deserve a standing ovation he was training but still so professional. He was super nice and helpful. There is also Hammad was also really helpful. The rooms were clean and the decoration was nice and modern. Indri our rooms attendants made sure that the room were cleaned. The pool look nice and the beach too. It was nice to just lay on the deckchair around sunset. Mohamed Araby and the manager helped a lot, we had a scratch in our car and they helped us solve the mystery, it was greatly appreciated. Chef Kamal was so caring at breakfast and was also asking if things were to our liking, what they could improve. Staff at breakfast are also so nice mainly the black lady I believe she is African (sorry I forgot her name) she was so nice and always attending to our need. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be coming back and let family and friends know about it.

Today at 9am 4th aug i called and ask for walk in breakfast and wanted to be in the coffeeshop to do some work. the operator told me theres a 80dhs breafast and can enjoy the lobby cafe. so i drove to the hotel!Security stopped me and told me that i am not allowed as i dont have a voucher! and i am not a guest staying inside. i said ok i will walk inside park myself outside - security said not allowed until i have friend inside only!i explained that this a hotel how come walk in guests not allowed to get to have a coffee!!!!? this is a bad start of this hotel! a traineee came out and explained that i have to pay 150dhs and we wer in the middle of the road discussing this! I have to tellmy friends who i told them to come NOT TO BOTHER to come to hamptons have coffee and breakfast and work from the coffeeshop!?its supposed to be my first time and i always go to cove rotana t their coffeeshop!whatdahek is happening to this hotel management! knowing i live in one of the bldgs in al marjan island!

Zero and even if less one star is possible is better , u have to py 115 dirhams per person to get inside and this is not explained by the parking guys , plus they are rude , no respect for guests , 10 dirhams is enough on this kind of hotels
