So bad. I booked room from online oyo also I called them for sure and prepare. ButI am waiting more than 1 hour 30 minutes for roomIt’s not good for me

Poor wifi. Twice. They had issues. They Don’t bother cleaning the place. Locker doesn’t work. Tap doesn’t work properly. Plumbing issues. Refrigerator is down . Location is no where, so need to spend on taxi. No coffee no tea. Staffs are probably underpaid so most are unhappy. Despite this, a srilankan gentleman at front desk was trying to help me. Other than that, it’s a terrible hotel. please spend some money and stay at better hotel.

Easy check in, comfortable room, excellent value.. For the price this hotel was excellent. A toothbrush and toothpaste would have been nice [as I forgot to pack mine :( before leaving], but a well stocked supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away form the hotel.nThe room was basic, but clean, the bedding was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. The water in the shower was very hot, there were plenty of towels and complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. nVery helpful and attentive staff.. Maybe more English channels on the TV, but I think this would push up the price; not essential. nComplimentary toothpaste and toothbrush in the shower room.nAt the time there was no restaurant, only room service.

The personnel was super nice, friendly, polite, helpful. Everything was great with that. The bed was amazing :) . Disco was just horrible. I stayed on the fourth flour (less noisy room as it was said) and still it was awful. The sound was incredibly loud. Cleaning leaves something to be desired. There was a chewing gum in the bathroom and some trash in the wardrobe

Facility inside is good. . Location in google maps and on here is absolutely wrong. Booking.com and google maps needs rectifications. Which have to do it on urgent basis. Else itu2019s good. Have clubs too so if you like it itu2019s a place to go.

You pay and pre-book an expensive room but due to non-availability these people give you a cheaper room at check-in, and on top of that no reduction in room rate. Something that I have never seen happening anywhere. Complete NO for this place.
