DONT, PLEASE.I expect clean bed and shower.The shower had very little water pressure and it collapsed. The bed had hair that wasnt mine. No tea maker. The room telephone did not work, I couldnt not call reception neither the spa, who also did not answer the phone when I called from my mobile.The lack of courtesy is also noticeable. The staff from the McDonalds acrossing the street are more caring and friendly than the hotel staff.There is no good reason to spend time there.

Mr Mann. the chef he has magic in his hand.I order crab , Chilly chicken , and shrimps 1 plate each all 3 recipes was mind blowing in taste. He personally ask my preference of ingredients and make way much better then expectationSuggesting nonveg lover to try the mention dishes made by MR MANN.Thank you MR MANN I Wish to visit the hotel to try those soon.....

I dont like the Indian Rude receptionist...he is very bad and very rude.... And he doesnt know how to speak calmly and doesnt know how to handle concerns. #VeryRude

Do not book this hotel even for free !!Almost everything is disaster ..... the hotel is the last choice you may think about if you are not searching for a bar and some girls !!! Very bad enviroment especially with family .. room isnt clean and nothing there .. one small issue pocket and only one water bottle with nothing more. Bathroom is so bad, we asked for baby bot they send it without mattress and they put a cover as mattress. Overall it was only one night and will never book there again.. imagine that while I was about to enter the elevator with my family .. two guys left the elevator while they were smoking and drinking in the left beside our room it was massage center ..!!! Forget it man Im not even able to write all my comment because this is not hotel !!!!

Poor cutomer service at all levels of operation from the night auditor who we called to get towels and completley ignored my request till the other shift came to the FD Manager Mr.Odai who gave me an invalid complementary covid test voucher claiming that he cant issue genuine voucher which i find a bit sketchy, rooms are fine but the atmosphere looks like a strip club many women with tight and short dresses hanging around, to all my fellows canadian this place is to avoid unless if you look for disappointment and poor customer service, by the way the security agent is there to make sure no one harms the strippers, not worth trying really.

Hotel was good and well decorated but the service they provide was really poor . They have fixed time for check in and check out. This is compeletely wrong because people will booked rooms as per their suitable time. they are nt giving 24 hr booking because of their check in and check out policy..Receptionist are calling several time for check out and telling to add extra money. How people will pay extra where they dont even sepnt 15hr . Food service was not given .. overall worse experience .....

One star is big enough for my rating. Worst customer service ever. The receptionist is very rude specially the Indian MANAGER. Dont know how to apologize. Even if the mistake is in the hotel side. We are 6 guest going to book on this hotel. Wallah the staff is very rude.

The one good thing about the hotel is the location. Many restaurants and mall nearby but everything else is just terrible. Poor customer service. The room was freezing cold. The intercom was not working. Floors were dirty. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Twas my first time in your hotel, stayed for 2 nights, compared to others rooms are double only thing is that they dont have fridge. Overall good. Looking forward for another staycation.

One of the best hotels of Ras Al Khaimah. Neat and clean. Well maintained. Professional and friendly staffs. Morning breakfast was really good. They have really tasty pizzas and grill items at a reasonable rate. They have a wide variety of dishes which tastes good. Has a good view at the roof top. I really liked this hotel and would like to visit again with my family. My kids loved it too. Such caring staffs. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Royal view hotel in RAK has Very bad service, they are keeping 2months expired products(body lotion ,conditioners etc...)in our rooms.. . The house keeping service is really bad ,breakfast is bad, over all the staffs attitudes is not at all professional including the manager, when we inform our concerns the manager and the staffs took in very lightly.. only the bell boy Mr. Clenton was smiling was very pleasant & professional at his work..I will never recommend this hotel to anyone..

This hotel is owned by Chinese (?), so this is the best place during Ramadan, because you get your European food and drinks regular and dont need wait for the sunset! The restaurant is popular also for local people. The rooms are ok but not very nice.

It was the most sad experience I have had . Poor quality of service . They had tolatires that were expired 2 month . Breakfast was not up to the mark . The saddest example of poories I have ever seen

The room was nice but there is smoking throughout the hotel including lifts, and a nightclub on the roof floor. On the 7th floor it was impossible to get to sleep and it continues until 4am.

Stayed there when we took part in the RAK marathon, the hotel is very well priced, however old and dated, service was very poor, my room door didnt lock, I reported three times and wasnt fixed, bathroom window didnt have any curtains, on top of all that they had some sort of party and the music was so loud untill 4am knowing that maybe half of the guests staying there for the marathon.When I contacted the front desk about the music they said sorry sir, will ask them to turn it down, that was absolute lie.I didnt try the food or drinks, I just wanted to get out of there, so we went somewhere else for dinner.I have never ever been in a hotel as bad as the Royal View Hotel.I highly recommend NOT to stay there, but again thats my opinion.

Very poor service besides the friendly bellboy. Otherwise very bad. Receptionist not helpful. Next day, nocking at 8AM at the door, asking us what time we are leaving. Breakfast very poor.

The worst place id been to in UAE , customer service was so damn , and the hotel hygiene was level zero. The general manager was so rude to staff and to guests. food? so terrible , try not to go.

Not comparable with good reputed hotels

Hotel location is good..near to the market but area is peaceful. Lot of noise inside the hotel specifically in restaurant sometimes. Smoking is not aloud inside the restaurant but some peoples are doing it which creates a problem during dinner or lunch time. I would say this just a OK OK kind of hotel..
