Best Breakfast Buffet and amazing Buffet dinner. They have maintained standards even this Pandemic whereas others offers less because of Pandemic. This is exactly what we need... The whole gang is so happy and wanted to stay longer. Amazing crew!! We will definitely be back!

The service was excellent. The buffet served was following all covid protocols served by one dedicated person per station. And the manager was very helpful serving us vegetarian dishes as we are vegetarians

5star hotel with 5star personnel, 5star service, 5star breakfast and 5star rooms. We were just amazed and loved this place so much. Certainly will come back. We loved the view from our balcony. Beach is close and is stunning. Walks by the seashore are also nice. There is a nice pool which we have not visited though. Holiday resort at its best.

Most amazing family resort. Wonderful food options a great kids club and enough space around the pools. The rooms were superb. Manas, Roger Hanna are truly welcoming and made us feel like starts. Highly recommend for a short weekend gateway

Look for offers and promotions on Websites.The hotel is nice and well maintained.Staff were polite.Faced some issues with our special orders made for anniversary celebration so I suggest others to thoroughly check with them when you place orders for room decor and others.Pool is quite big and not too deep. They have also beach access in front of their hotel property.Overall nice resort to spend a day or two.

A fantastic 5-star hotel with all the bells and whistles. Breakfast service is excellent. During check-in, request a balcony with a view of the sea. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool. To join the pool, you must wear nylon cloths. Cotton cloths not allowed. In addition, there is a beach facility directly opposite the hotel. From the hotel to the beach, free buggy cars are available. The beach offers a variety of aquatic activities. A lovely hotel staycation.. Give it a shot.

Stayed in Al Marjan Island Resort and Spa last month for 2 nights. Its a beautiful property with spectacular views. We had booked a premium room for 2 adults and a kid, but were upgraded to a Suite. Spacious and well maintained rooms. The Swimming pool looks over the Sea and gives easy access to the rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. We selected the half-board option as a part of the summer deal and very happy with the quality of food. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet were different on both the days. The hotel follows strict Covid-19 protocols. Its a great choice for a weekend get-away and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.Special mention to Mr. Manas Lal who goes out of his way to make the guest feel valued.Keep up the good work.

The hotel was conveniently located at Marjan Island in Al Hamra. Facilities are sufficient for a family visit. The property is not right on the beach. You would require a buggy service to take you back and forth within the fixed duration.Breakfast spread was same for two consecutive days of our visit. They could add some varieties for the guests.Theres only one adult pool and one baby pool which opens at 8 and closes at sunset. They might consider opening the pool earlier at sunrise as many guests prefer early morning swim.Overall experience was pleasant.

Place is very good but Hotel services not good. It is like two star hotel. Toilet was not clean and I informed them but nobody came. All over very bad service. Opeñ beach more distance from hotel.

Amazing room with Great views. The staff is very accommodating and they also upgraded our room form suite to one bedroom. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was very helpful and catered to our requirements. Special thanks to the housekeeping manager Mr. Hafeez who made sure our stay was comfortable and he also took a personal feedback about all our needs. Highly recommend.

Hotel is quite huge and all facilities too are there but the pool is not in size with hotel its quite small and when the hotel runs in full capacity pool will be jamm packge.. kids have a special play area and at the time check in they will give 50 or 100 preloaded card for kids to play.check in is a horrible experience there.. will take 45 minutes to 2 hours but they will compensate next day when you check out with an extra hours.. in a good weather they have awesome beach walk way and kids outdoor play area too..breakfast was just okay not that great comparing to other 5 star hotels.. less options

Wonderful experience with spacious property. Breakfast spread was good enough. Rooms were neat and tidy.Customer service for booking was not up to mark as I had ro wait for them to confirm our booking at 9.00 pm previous day....

When I first entered the lobby, I thought it will take hours to check in given the amount of people. I was highly impressed by the reception team who proved that team work, hospitality and efficiency can all work together. We were greeted by several employees that approached us and made sure we felt welcomed. The manager Mr. Roger i guess was even approaching people making sure their onboarding journey is smooth. I did not see fake smiles. usually seen in hotels. We were genuinely greeted as if they were happily welcoming us to their home. Overall the stay in the hotel was excellent. The location, facilities, the views all around, the hospitality, the food... I am extremely impressed. The management is doing a great job honestly!

Good place to stay with friends and family specially during before the winter comes so you could deep yourself on the nice turtle beach across the road. Very accommodating and helpful staff. I came all the way from Dubai to celebrate my wife and daughter’s birthday.we arrived late due to leaving work late that day and we reached at 10:00 P.M … 50 min later we checked out and here is the reason why.- The moment we entered the hotel we found cockroach 🪳moving around in the lobby ( I said that’s fine )- We entered the room and the surprise was so huge!1. Blood 🩸 on the pillows2. “white” stains on the bed back3. we asked for a baby crib and the covers were not even wrappedI don’t expect this from what they call 5-starswe called the receptionist immediately and told them we are checking outthey did offer upgrading us to a suits etc but I don’t compromise my health nor my family’sI will never go back and we asked for a full refund.

The place was crowded when we visited but totally understandable because it was a long weekend. A lot of people were coming in for walk-in bookings. I do recommend booking ahead of time for easier transactions.The buffet (breakfast and lunch) was okay, I have had better. It will be a better idea to order ala carte from another one of their restaurant available in the hotel’s premises. Also tried the coffee shop, the iced coffee they serve is delicious!Tried both beach and outdoor swimming pool during my stay. I did not like the beach because it looked dirty (you can request for a transpo to the front beach since it’s a big of walk). The outdoor swimming pool is much better.Another thing that I wish they could improve is the bathroom’s water temperature. It takes a long time for it to work.Overall, it was a good stay. I would definitely come back.

Our family spent two nights there here at the property. the place was very clean and well maintained. check-in and check-out was seamless. breakfast was also very nice. a nice overall mid week break.

Check-In delayed for around 2 hrs due to crowd, but I got 2 hrs extra. Beach is not good, actually you cant call that a beach, too much cracked shells. I stayed for 1night, breakfast was OK. Room was spacious, but housekeeping to be improved, may be they are not getting enough time for make up. No tissue box was available in room. Staffs are very polite.

I felt very welcome as the staff’s are so warm and are very well trained and professional. The food was amazing, and I really liked how the restaurant manager (Mr. Amar) would come and approached us in a very friendly manner. Also to mentioned the room (1 BR suite) where we stayed is a very comfortable to rest and sleep after a very long and tiring day. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an escape from the city.

We had visited back in April when Ramadan had just begun. Expected no crowd but it was still pretty much full. Upon entering we thought we would have to wait for a long time but the front desk Manager was very prompt and he made sure everyone was attended to personally by him. It was a really good gesture which made us feel that they care. Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. The halls are beautifully structured. The room was sea facing which was very beautiful too. They do not have beach attached but the turtle beach is just across the hotel. Those who do not wish to go to the beach can use their private pool or the public pool. Both are equally good. Staff are helpful and very cooperative. Overall it was a good experience and would love to visit again.

Room was not clean specially the toilet and no dustbin no plastic bad smell! Just went to the hotel as the reviews given by all were good even lost my phone in the room itself they could not find it! But for sure view was good from the balcony!

If u need anything all the staff is ready to help u.Special thanks to Roome, she work in the restaurant, always smiling n help everyone.....The beach is very close to the hotel n they also have a golf car to take u there.Its a good stay as relax n fun too.

Five star property with good views from the rooms. Check-in during weekends take an awful lot of time, the worst wait for me ever. Room is well appointed with all necessary amenities. Sound proofing of the room was not good, leading to disturbing noises from the outside as well as the corridor. Outdoor swimming pool was too crowded, which is not advisable especially during these COVID times. There are separate indoor pools for men and women, attached to the gym, which is safer. Buffet breakfast had a good spread of dishes. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This was a perfect staycation. All staffs are hospitable, kind, awesome and also so much approachable to their guests they will let you experience the feeling of being relaxed that youve wanted to. Definitely, we will come back here. 5 star for the wonderful experience! See you next time

We visited last week and the hotel manager (Mr Roger Hanna) was very accommodating and helpful. Kudos to him and the whole team, great service and hospitable staffs. We had so much fun and enjoyed our staycation.

Hotel is very good well maintained and clean staff are very helpful and kind, the thing is I went to many hotels but some of them they are not offering any activities for ladies but in this hotel there is a spa which is wonderful and a swimming pool also gym for ladies, rooms are big, room service are fast and very good hope that I will go again and again I really recommend this hotelThe only thing is there is no multi restaurant to choose only including the package only one restaurant hope in the future they will add more restaurants to choose

Paradise!!!It seemed like a paradise, the corniche area is great to take a walk, and offers great outdoor seating. The beach is nice and clean and hotel offers plenty of activities. Infinity pool and kids pool is also nice. Overall a great stay and value for money, highly recommended.

Facility is pretty old but tolerable.No vallet parking.Swimming pool is small and you need to get across the road to go to beach. They are providing buggy.The airconditioning is not enough. It takes too long for A/C to make the room temperature reach the temperature of my set when it is lower than 24. I think capacity of A/C is too small to make the room cool enough.Power is gone again and recovered shortly this morning.

This hotel is beautiful. The management is excellent and the kind of services you will get is unmatched. Specially Mr Joshi, in games dept, you made our vacation memorable and beautiful.

Good rooms with view. Friendly staff. Indoor pools with hot tub is seperate for ladies and men. Outdoor pool seems to be smaller and got very crowded. Place has a underground free parking. This is a family friendly hotel.

VERY dirty room. NOT a sea view as advertised. The pool was decent but crowded. It’s too small for the size of the hotel. The beach is not connected to the property. Breakfast buffet was just ok but the service was NOT good. We had an entire meal where nobody came to the table a single time. Overpriced. For this experience I would’ve expected to pay half as much. Overall very disappointing.

The service provided by Mr. Hafeez give us a home feeling and the room was neat and clean. Cleaning was so good. Highly recommended.

Was a decent experience. But probably marred by the overcrowding during the Eid break. However, the facility s staff service is top class though the fact that the actual facility could do a lot to improve its facilities like pool, beach access service, etc. considering its an old resort. Even the check in time took an hour which was quite annoying. The price during regular weekdays and weekends is at the right price for its value. So no complaints there.

Best staff ever. Very polite and helpful. Occupancy was at its peak with no space for having breakfast but every staff member was running around including the manager picking up plates and doing their best possible.

The staff were accommodating and hospitable. Roger assisted as from day 1 until we checked out. However, the beach needed should be maintained. But all in all it was a great 4-day holiday!

Enjoyed my stay with my family. We had an issue when we arrived they couldn’t find our online booking, but they handled it very kindly and even upgraded our original rooms to a suite which was much better for us.Recommend!

It was a great stay. Many activities are available at the beach like jet ski and parasailing. There is a great Lebanese restaurant as well. The rooms are spacious and the staff are so nice. We got a great service and had a very pleasant time.

I had visited this resort with my family on 21Aug 2021 to 23 Aug, for my staycation and booked a premium king room with balcony. Room was dirty and full of small spider 🕷🕸, it was a very bad experience for me. Please be careful when check in to this property specially when you travel with kids..check the room thoroughly.

We had booked a suite and a room for our family at the resort. Though check in took some time, we understand it was because of the Eid Holidays :)We got the best rooms with the best views we could ask for! Cleanliness and safety were 2 of the most biggest priorities for us, and Marjan Island Resort and Spa has maintained it to the utmost standards! The services at La’mar Spa were superb!Overall, we have had a really pleasant stay with no hassles faced! Would like to come back once again :)

It was a wonderful 2 day stay for us. Im on my way back and already missing the hotel. Well maintained hotel and awesome staffs. All the front office and house keeping staffs had a pleasant and welcoming face. Wouldnt say the same for the restaurant staffs. But its cool. We had booked a superior room but they had upgraded us to junior suite as there was an availability. Loved the room and the balcony with both garden and sea view. Pool and beach are good. But both closes by sunset. Would be great if pool was open for atleast a few more hours. Food was okay. The most points is given to service. Would recommend 100%

I could give 5 for the excellent service and accommodation of the staffs especially Hafeez except the beach area. Beach is not safe for kids as lots of stones and shells that can cause scratches and wound. I’m hoping they were taking serious action before serious case will happen

Excellent place to stay with family, perfect for a staycation, warm and friendly service, nice food and restaurants, nice pool overlooking the sea. Reception team extended a great welcome and were very accommodating. Highly recommended and cant wait to return and have another vacation with family.

Really poor service from the hotel. I wouldnt blame the house-keeping staff or other service staff as they are doing their best, however, the management team seems to be incompetent. After checking-in, made us wait for a hour to get the room even after 3 follow-ups. The house-keeping team seems to be under-staffed, as they mentioned that they would take some time to respond to my request because they had so many requests.

Nice resort, the rooms are spacious and very neat.I booked one-bedroom with a living room and a balcony with pool and partial sea view for a very convenient price.Their is a huge pool for kids which usually is smaller in other resorts.I was able to do early check-in without any extra cost!I recommend it for a weekend stay.

The service was very poor. We had to ask for one thing three times and still will take more than two hours. The swimming pool is salty and very small. The tennis court was closed at 10pm which does not make sense if you have put light and in this weather you cannot play during day time. The worst was the Food. I had added a dinner. The food choices were few and the food was poorly prepared. I think, the rooms were OK but its definitely NOT a five star in terms of the above services mentioned.
