Good for short stay in RAK. Just Across RAK Mall where Lulu Hypermarket situated. Not much food options in this hotel though theres a restaurant attached to it on the ground floor. Few dance bars will keep you happy though it is less with visitors.

Very bad experience to stay in this hotel. Too much noisy in the night for the club music. Not recommended for peaceful and quite stay for family.

To be honest the staff is very nice snd helpful even they upgrade my room to family room for free,but the hotel if have many crowded nights club which is bothering the hotel quests,at night very hard to get a lift since they have only 2 lifts, you will smell smoke everywhere when you come in,wifi is very bad sometimes is disconnected even i call hotel they said it is general problem,fridge is not working but they offer replacement,tv is only YouTube is working,beds is nice and new but bathroom is very old and dirty and they should renew, parking available for free,room space is good,there is no kettle to warm water and no welcome tea and coffee, overall it is ok stay hopefully management doing more effort to meet minimum expectations

Best family staying experience. Book a family suite consists of spaces rooms (2) with 1 king size bed and 2 single beds...a complete combo for family

Good priced hotel in the Emirates, ample parking space, bit old hotel, furniture and bathroom fittings n carpets required upgrades, gloomy atmosphere all together, late checkout with reasonable price. Lulu super Market in walkable distance and some restaurants near by.

Its a nice Residential Hotel, we stay there six days but room service never come, they never clean the room in six continuous days.

The price is very good, but first they gave us a room in which there was noise from the road and from the night club (as it was weekend) and there were some coackroaches then we complained and they gave us a better room, bigger, cleaner, more quiet

Deliberately cancelled our booking which we done through OYO . Also,staffs were irresponsible .Travelling from Abudhabi this caused huge inconvenience for our group.Should try some other hotels before you choose this as your spot .

This is one of the worst places you can ever think of. They have some kind of industrial area behind the hotel. Wielding and cutting wood and all sorts of noises!I will inform the authorities because this is against the law and disturbing the peace in a residential area.

This was before capital hotel. Now the name change to grand hotel. It is near rakall khuzam road RAS Al khaimah. This Hotel need to improve its services and surrounding environment. Music Sound should be restricted.

Just stepped in to check out.The bouncer informed me about the clubs.Russian club entry was free according to him.I poked my nose and I was literally dragged in.A fat belly dancer was performing and I was pestered to buy a drink by the waitress.Ordered a red bull to get rid of her.Along with the red bull came a 150 dirhams bill!!!. 75 for red bull and 75 entry fee.The best of Ajmans clubs, even inside the Kempinski charges you 30 DHS for a basic drink with an outstanding band playing in superb ambience.I left my redbull and its accompaniments untouched as I felt sick of the place and left with a foul and bitter taste

I book one room for one night 2 adult .. when I go to the hotel ...I Meet with receiption ..they ask me for the Id card I give but by mistake my friends forget the Id I told give me two hours I will give the Id ..but he cant assist me and they are saying we cant provide any room sorry ...we are really tried ....we are really disappointed ...and come back to other hotels ...I dont like to stay if receiption is like this...for me zero...
