If you have kids and they are water babies, then this is the place to be. With many pools for kids and water slides its a perfect stay for them. Unfortunately I dont have kids yet and went there for 2 days to celebrate my wedding anniversary which surprisingly wasnt acknowledged by the hotel. Although I mentioned it twice while booking and check in. The breakfast served on both days was the same with no changes. The location is amazing..

Had a really nice stay here, room was good (paid the upgrade). Air con was great to cool down in but turned it off for the night as the building kept a good temperature. Lots of places to each, different levels of All inclusive so you dont have to worry about money. The pools were great, it has its own beach with water activities, slides and swings. The only point I make would be to have a wider variety of live entertainment in the nights. There is also a night club but was closed at the time I was there due to Covid. All the staff are really friendly and nothing was too much. Some restrictions were around such as not being able to pick the food yourself as you just stand behind the barrier and the staff will fetch your food and put it on your plate. I kind of liked it to be honest. First day I was here I wanted to extend my stay more than 5 days (I did). I have also booked again for January and that was before I left. Cant wait to come again, this place is great for couples and families. There is a supermarket and shopping mall nearby which is about 5 minutes in a taxi, there is a 24h medical centre at the shopping mall where you can get your PCR test done (Covid) between 1000-1500.

I had a good experience at this hotel. I stayed for 2 night with my wife and daughter (12 yrs). The check-in was smooth and I had to pay the full amount for 2 nights stay while check-in. We were provided golf car service to travel from main reception area to the building where we were given accommodation. The room was quiet big and had sea view balcony. Breakfast spread was very nice with combination of both Indian, arabic and continental food. The swimming pool is great. The splash pool had water slides for all. Overall the stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Had a wonderful weekend at DoubleTree at Marjan Island. A perfect destination for a family staycation. The ambience, the view from the room, the food and service provided by each staff from reception to the room boy and each were really pleasant and satisfying.The Hygiene part was the rooms were sanitised and cleaned. The towels which we receive at the pool will be fresh and dried once. All the staff are vaccinated and wore masks. As well as they ask us to wear a mask in places other than in pools and beaches. They had a limit in the pool according to protocols. All were up to covid protocols.They have entertainment other than pools and beaches as such kids playground, jungle float where we can slide directly into beaches, private boat aqua park, beach rides and gyms.The only sad part was the pool and beaches were allowed only from 9 am till sunset due to some safety measures. And unfortunately due to covid Spa wasn’t available when we went.Thanks to the whole team of DoubleTree resort for the wonderful and memorable stay.

Beautiful facilities and great staff. My family truly enjoyed our stay. From the child-friendly pools and water games to the adults only pool and hang outs; there is something for everyone. Loved it and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing 2 nights stay at the resort. The services are worth the money spent. What we loved the most were the recreational areas for children.Kudos to the staff!!! From the valet & the buggy drivers to the dining staff, all were so prompt, respectful and proactive. I’m sure they made each and every guest feeling important. We felt so for sure.Thanks👍🏻

It was a beautiful experience. The resorts are well located, for the beach is on the property. There are plenty of pools around the resort, so you can walk just about five minutes from wherever you are, to get to a pool. Some pools are only for adults, which can give adults privacy , but there are plenty of family pools, and also shallow ones, where children can play without any worry of getting hurt. There is an outdoor tennis court, which, I was informed, had to be reserved to play, but, on the bright side, no lines. There are many facilities, ranging from a small waterpark for kids to a bouncy castle near the beach. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and loved the view, looking out to the sea, and the overall location. Would advice to go in spring or winter, for it was very hot to do much during the trip in mid-summer, however it made the trips to the beach and pools even better. Hope anyone who visits have an enjoyable time.

Very disappointing, Me and my family found hair on the beds, We had a sofa bed which also had hair in it. The service was completely bad, the food was bad because it had no taste, the pool was full and there was no social distancing and unimaginably crowded. There were club cars scattered around the hotel, but I asked one of them to take me to a place and they said..... No I will not let u get in the cart I have a guest waiting. So when I saw him again to take me to a place with 2 people he said no... again... And by the way, I was going the same direction he is going.During lunchtime, the tables smelled tremendously horrible. The housekeeping guy came and saw the hair and he didnt bother to do anything. when I call the reception it always says sorry all our agents are all busy. even when no guests are checking in/out.Please improve all of these.

Xavier at the infinity pool made our holiday xtra special. Nothing was to much trouble. The food was great the ala carte restaurants excellent. Rooms a great size the only negative if any the outside of the hotel facing the bay is showing signs of age and disrepair. Look past this and you will have a great holiday.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this huge resort with three pools and plenty of activities for the kids. Staff are very friendly from the booking staff, restaurant, entertainment.Its school holidays lots of people (some are too picky) yet hotel staff maintained their composure and handled the variety of customers.Highly recommended its good value for money.

Facilities are good enough to be returning back in this hotel-huge pools outdoor and indoor. Steam and Sauna rooms however are not working during our stay (10-12Aug). Restaurants were meals are served are quiet dirty(tables mostly) needs to be followed and cleaned once guest leaves the table. We stayed where terrace is open so there were birds poop on the most part of terrace. Food inclusive in room is quite depressing for a Hilton hotel, even fruits if not sour orange and sour pineapple a tasteless watermelon is served every meals. Staffs are helpful, pleasant generally hospitable.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. My recommendation for families to opt for garden view rooms and couples should go for sea/beach view rooms.

The experience was fine. The water park and swimming pool was pretty good and any kids would love it. The crowd is pretty bad and social distancing wasnt practiced at all on this hotel. I would recommend this hotel not at peak times and I still dont understand why the hotel are allowing to book these many people. They should reduce the total capacity of the hotel. And try to maintain distancing as much as possible. The beach wasnt pretty good as it was pretty dirty and polluted

Booked hotel for 4 people. Got charged for 4 people, but got room for 2. No towels, no slippers, no glasses. Room size for 2 people as well. 1 king bed plus one sofa bed. Next time just book a room for two, as the amenities they provided were for two after paying for 4

I stayed for weekend 27.-29.05.2021. in this hotel with my family. Actually, still here while writing. I am really disappointed. Though hotel itself is very good, rooms are spacious, etc. but hotel facilities like pools and beach are not sized for hotel guests capacity. All places are overcrowded. People swimming in pools are hitting each other. Actually its not possible to swim, you can dip yourself in pool only. There is one pool for adults only, no kids allowed, and seems its not crowded, but I hate such approach by hotel management discriminating families with kids. While at beach, you will feel like you are at car racing track. 5 to 10 jet skis and few speed boats driving close to swimming area and making noise noise continuously. Sea is very shallow and all jet skis and boats make sea water with floating sand and muddy. If you are looking for nice and quite stay with your family and you are fan of swimming in the sea avoid this place.

Nice property, multiple pools, water splash play area for kids. Beach is amazing, lot of water activities to choose from. The sofa bed is suitable for one adult only though. If you are travelling for some quiet times and relaxation, better to choose the quiet rooms, the rooms are not sound proofed well enough.

Cheap and cheerful. Had a lot of fun with the kids. We took the all inclusive... the food is not great but acceptable for an all in.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The entire staff of the hotel is friendly, polite and professional. We really enjoyed buffet there as it was so tasty. Regarding the hotel rooms, we were upgraded with a superior class room which was a plus. Note: All inclusive package is perfect for people who like variety of beverages.

We enjoyed staying .For family 👪 is wonderful staycation sp.children enjoyed and food in vaspa is amazing and breakfast was superb they have made jain vegetarian dishes (as we r jain).

The food and facilities were good. We were staying in the villas. The only annoying factor was the fact that there was a connecting door and we had very noisy next door neighbors. Im sure the reception would have provided some assistance if the noise had gone late into the night 😄. But we did not need to take such drastic measures.

The location and beach access is decent, good for kids as they have mini water park and couple of swimming pools however I cant say much about the rooms (cleanliness), service and food. We got half a board which included breakfast and dinner both were extremely busy which was hard for the hotel to manage. We had a great time at double tree Hilton Marjan Island.Rooms were clean and spacious.Breakfast was super .Multiple Pools to accomodate children and adults and easy access to beach .Big Balcony with sofa was the best part. my kids enjoyed every bit of our stay.

We had lunch with 6 delegates, and from the security gate we have been detained for 15 minutes to pay in advance. Security persons were behaving as we are coming for a heist or attack. And there was no proper persons to serve the buffet at the counter. When we asked for cutleries for deserts, 2 waiters said to ask with the service team and we could not find one there and we used forks to have ice creams. Poor range of food. Cold frozen meat starters there. Too pricey buffet. Better to avoid this place

The food was bad and tastlesss and the utensils were dirty.The room service is the worst they don’t change the sheets or tidy up the room properly and they don’t renew shower items every day.The phone in the room is useless since none of the services answer.No social distancing anywhere not in line not near pools nowhere.The iron they got was broken and it burned my shirt.The first day i reached the balcony light was broken how is the a preparation for 5 star hotel.The last day the ac in the bathroom was dripping water.The ac didn’t work properly the room was hot most of the time.

Spent 1 night here with my in laws, disappointed. Service was poor, had to call from 7pm to get towels and water, got it at 1am after calling 5 times. Reply from staff is always sorry and they are not well experienced, all of them are ON TRAINING! Hilton can do way better! At 1am they announced fire alarm, it was false on, people were rushing to the reception and it was a mess. Alarm was false and they didn’t call it off. Arrived at reception and reply was sorry, we don’t know. Made a complaint and of course never heard from them. At checkout we met assistant manager front office, after we asked for him, and he said he needs 24h to get back to us. Let’s hope to receive that call. Pool is small for this kind of hotel, beach is ok, clean.I would give half star if I can. Definitely will not come back!

The service is slow. Got to order my request twice to get it after an hour. The slow service was killing me and the check in process was an insulting one. Was asked to wait after 3 pm for 10 minutes to prepare the room that should be ready and they will call me. After 45 minutes of waiting I went and complained. They give me the room with no instructions or no map. I felt really frustrated and it wasn’t cheep so I expected better. We asked to remove the garbage and called. The staff came and told us to leave it in-front of the door and he will take care of it, was there until the next day!! The hotel is great and the swimming pools are amazing, but the room and the service were not to bar for what was paid.

A perfect case study of horrible customer service, the property is beautiful, kids love the small water park and the pool and the sea, the food is cooked very well and well presented but customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.At the time of check-in, the rate give to us was diffrent and we had to dig our mail to find and give them the quoted price.The concierge on reception has no idea about the facilities we asked for.Asked for room service and it took for ever.Atthe time of checking we were again charged wrong amount, again for which we had to dig out and show mails when we had already done that at check in time.There was dust on the TV and remote also on the balcony door inside the room.Never going there again.Its a shame that such a beautiful property has no customer service. As a guest, I have all the reason NOT to revisit.

Great experience, family focused pool themes. Very few of UAE hotels have a dedicated kids water park in their hotels, this is one that has !Try not to book the middle main entrance building rooms as they are slightly outdated. We have faced a couple of maintenance issues e.g. ac. Talked to the desk and they informed me that they just started renovation of that building.The bay club and villa buildings are the ones to book. Beautiful and very well maintained. Flawless and super clean.

Loads of kids facilities. Great location and lots to do. Best family location. Garden rooms are good size and well located. Only issues are access to restaurants and pool side facilities. Because this is a member facility, many facilities are not available to hotel guests as they always full.

Best place to go for swimming pool and beach or like a hotel

Nice hotel. Great for children. Lots of slides, pools, nice beach and a kids club.One thing to be aware of is loud music at night. They have live performances at night so suggest you ask for a room facing away from the restaurant with the music.

We have stayed here plenty of times. Best for a quick family staycation. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Food is also one of the best. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is beautiful. Infrastructure is a bit old but well maintained. The best thing about this place is the staff. They put extra efforts to make your stay a memorable one. The service is spectacular, one of the best I have seen. I have fallen in love with this place and will make sure to visit again soon.

We spent 4 nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan island during the Adha Holiday 2021 and we had 4 rooms. In general, we enjoyed our short vacation as a family. Yet, the Hotel was over crowded, and in spite their readiness and willingness to help, we felt that the team was overwhelmed and unable to provide the service level we are used to with any of the Hilton Chain hotels. I mainly did not like the fact that other visitors were allowed to go into the pool with their cloth on, and at certain times, we had to simply get out of the kids pools feeling disgusted.

By far the best resort for families. Fantastic swimming pools, a waterpark with nice slides, a smaller slide and jump into the sea and all the beach activities you can ask for.One small negative is that it seems foreign guests can get all inclusive deals but for the rest its pay as you order. The prices are very high for all drinks and pool bar food etc..But overall we had a great time.

Hotel great, but the restaurant in the hotel Asian the best in the world! The chef is a master! We wholeheartedly recommend visiting the hotel and especially dinners in the Asian restaurant! Dynamite shrimp the best I have ever eaten! 💕💕💕

I have booked my stay directly from the hotel one day ahead of arriving with my family. 4 adults one child two rooms with breakfast includedWhile checking in the receptionist said we only have breakfast for 3 guests which was not we agreed onIt one hour to convince them they are wrong till they approvedThe duty manager and Egyptian Nationality was very rude with my children he didnt show any respect while talking to them and refused to solve the issue at the beginning till he reach the point that they were wrongWhen arrived at the rooms, one of the rooms toilet was dirty and urine was sprayed all over the place which means the room was not cleaned properly and was for sure not sanitized as per the COVID-19 sanitization protocol approved by the government.Called the receptionist to complain it talk 2 hours to respond and to clean the roomOne of the worst weekends stay in as they say 5 star hotels which I would rather rate it 2 stars if not lessI hope you improve your services and specifically the customer service

I stayed few days ago at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. This Hotel is definitely not a 5 star at all.It was too crowded during covid situation. We’d faced major issue i.e rooms were not cleaned at all including balcony. Other issues such as water drainage in bathroom, shower leakage, telephones not working, water dripping from AC duct and also the reception gave us 1 key only for 2 interconnecting rooms.I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone as my exp is worst. We regret choosing this resort.

Dont sit in the room even the ice you will be charged for.Only if you want to swim or stay outsidePool and kids water games were nice.Some were carless when it comes to an issue likeMedical issue for you kids.

The kids club staff were very rude especially Walid their manager which gave the whole attitude experience. I came at 5:45 and they close at 6:30 so they asked me if I had someone who’s over 21 who can accompany me so I told them yeah my cousin is 26 so when my cousin came they told me no your cousin is a member so we can’t let him accompany you even though my cousin is over 21 (26 years old) and a MEMBER. So I asked him (WALID)if I booked a room can I use the facilities he told me (yes, if you wanted to come inside go book a room) with the whole attitude voice and emotions. so I can book a room while I’m under 21 (19 years old ) but I can’t pay the full rate for a whole day pass even though I’m using it for only 15 minutes. Probably my worst experience with a staff even though they’re supposed to handle kids I don’t know how could anyone trust their kids to be with someone who has this attitude. I hope “Walid” who’s the manager which was the worst of them all gets lectured on how to treat guests.

It was very good overall and the staff were very helpful. The only thing that ruined our stay was the pool temperature. It was freezing cold and the kids were shivering. If the temperature is adjusted, this will make the experience even better.

Great resort, with several pools and direct beach access.The rooms are spacious and modern.The all inclusive option is not worth it if you dont drink alcohol.The breakfast buffet was over crowded with limited number of food servers which is mandatory for covid restrictions.

Booked to stay for 2 nights, but the service is not great. It has gone down since my last stay in 2020. No response to the calls, no proper house keeping, we had to call 4 times to give a tooth brush! Ultimately, had to cancel one night and we are checking out tonight! The car parking is super full and pool is overcrowded! Stay period ( Aug 11 -13), cut short to august 12th.

Gave us the wrong room. Then changed us to right at the end of the hotel. All inclusive buffet is cold not very good. Manager allowed extension till 3pm for free which was the best part of the trip.

Amazing experience for all family a bit crowded but was well organised

Wonderful stay that we wished it last more and more.we took 2 Bay club rooms for 2 nights and had genuine family time. rooms are huge, sofa converted to bed so the 3 boys fitted well with the other 2 queen beds, nice pools indoor and outdoor. wonderful beach where we spent hours at the jumping deck and swinging rope.the resort was almost full and every body was happy and enjoying, so giving back the feeling of old days before covid.lovely ambient and food at the Marian restaurant with all precaution measures taken by the staff, but with great flow of people without any crowding.friendly and respectful staff. special thanks to Walid at the reception for his assistance, and special thanks and appreciation for Mr.Monaim the front office manager who was always there with smile and great attitude to help despite the number of people that needed to speak to him.wonderful experience to remember and hopefully do again.

It was an amazing experience here.. far from all the bad reviews Ive seen. We booked from Agoda the normal room with free breakfast and dinner. It was our first time. They upgrade our room into deluxe one for free as our welcome gift. They distribute freshly made cookies which was really tasty even my kid ate a lot.. staff was very accomodating.. breakfast was superb.. just i am not a fan of their dinner menu as it was mostly European and western cuisine.. how i wish there where some asian dishes and some seafood.. we where expecting webwould be eating some seafoods as it was a resort.. aside from that all was amazing.. great scenery, great ambiance, superb swimming pools and water activities.. 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰🥰

So far i would give a 2 star rating for this facility! I dont understand the lack of service at the pools!! No assistance, no waiters, no customer service! A complete self-service from a 5 star hotel!! A shame! And staff at the pool with an attitude of why are you even asking. Even the towel guy is questioning you! Definitely not accustomed to any such service in UAE!

Rooms are Dusty, Things inside have become old. Being 5 star property they dont change linen sheets daily. The Reply from Housekeeping staff(male) is that Hotel changes Linens only once in 2 days..

Don’t be fooled, this is not a five star hotel. We checked in today, the checkin experience was pathetic, lobby was full of people, there was no proper ventilation and it took more than an hour to checkin. The room we have been given has a dirty bathroom, the carpet has dirt stains and so does the sofa. What’s worse: when called the reception, no one turns up for an hour and when he does: he has no idea how to offer any help. Absolute disaster for our long weekend. STAY AWAY from this hotel! Don’t bother.

Good place to visit. Food at Vespa was good. For staying , wish service was a bit better . For spa - no jacuzzi no sauna only massage was available. So all in all an ok experience in RAK double tree by Hilton

One of the best resorts that includes well-thought-of facilities for kids and adults alike! Rooms are comfy and the food is amazing. Willdefinitely be visiting again.

Fun place especially for kids and family. Can have access to pool, water slides and beach at one place. Good ambience and peace out of city.

Excellent Service given by staff from check-in to check-out. The sea view from the 5th floor was breathtaking. Comfy beds with clean linens. Pool was exceptional. Kids will surely enjoy the water activities. Should mention about the breakfast, which I wouldnt forget for awhile. There was a decent 3 piece band who played some nice music from some of the famous artists. Overall stay was splendidly unforgettable.

Lots of things to enjoy during our stay especially for the kids. Big room, food, child friendly activities..our stay was perfect. We will definitely come back.

If you would lile to have a retreat and escape the city bustling life. Then this is the best option. A resort by all means, everything is good ranging from food to cleanliness. Staff are friendly. Dont forget to get your own Snacks as it is a bit expensive here.

Excellent service, good staff especially djosa shes very kind and helpful I like her unique smile , chef rami very welcoming with big smile and 3 times coming and asking for any help with smile.
